ICT조직의 지속가능경영을 위한 직무전문성 측정요인과 방법 (A Study on Factors and Measurement Methodology on Workers' Work Competence Levels for Sustainable Management in ICT Organization)

  • 지속가능한 경영과 직무전문성을 확보하는 것이 현대 조직의 지상과제가 되고 있다. 이런 전문성 연구는 전문가의 구성 요소에 중점을 두는 것이 대다수인 반면, 지속가능경영을 목표로 구체적으로 수치화하여 측정하고 가야 할 목표를 제시할 수 있는 전문성 진단 측정요인과 방법에 대한 연구는 극히 부족한 편이다. 이에 따라, 이 연구는 객관적이고 신뢰성이 높은 전문성 진단 측정 요인 발굴과 측정요인들 간의 관련성을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 전문가 및 전문성 정의, 전문성 구성 요소의 재정립, 전문성 구성요소의 기준 정보와 측정요인들의 가중치 결정 방법 등을 통해 전문성 진단 측정 방법을 제시하였다. 이 진단방법에 의해 나타난 결과는 기존 역량평가 및 진단도구와 상당한 상관성이 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 내용타당성을 충족하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과와 함께 사회적 전문성 구성 체계를 국가차원에서 수립할 것을 시사점으로 제언하고자 한다.

건강진단 후 수검자의 건강증진생활양식 변화의 영향요인분석 (Influencing Factors on the Health Promotion Lifestyle Modification after Medical Examination)

  • Purpose: This study was to analyze changes of motivation and health-promoting lifestyle in 3 months after medical examination, and to identify the influencing factors on the change of health-promoting lifestyle. Methods: The subjects of this study were 81 adults who took medical examination at a general hospital health clinic in Cheonan city. The instruments used in this study were the motivation scale and modified HPLP. For data collection, the first survey was conducted from March 16 to April 19, 2001, and the second survey was carried out by mail three months after the medical examination from June 16 to July 19, 2001. Results: 1. The age of the subjects ranged from 26 to 66 years, 71.6% were male, and the major group was office workers(43.2%). 2. The average score of motivation scale was significantly improved in three months to 520.7(SD=82.7). All sub-scales of motivation scale, self-efficacy(t=-4.204, p=.000), perceived benefits(t=-4.263, p=.000), perceived barriers (t=4.305, p=.000), and emotional salience (t=-6.169, p=.000) showed significant improvements in 3 months. 3. The average score of health-promoting lifestyle was significantly increased to 62.5 (SD=9.8) (t=-5.111, p=.000) after 3 months. Health responsibility(t=-6.098, p=.000), eating habit(t=-3.625, p=.001), exercise(t=-2.557, p=.012), and smoking habit(t=-2.157, p=.034) showed significant improvement. But stress management was not changed at the significant level in 3 months(t=-1.832, p=.071). 4. As the result of multiple regression analysis, it was found that perceived barriers, self-efficacy and monthly mean income had a significant influence on health-promoting lifestyle in 3 months after the medical examination. These variables explained 42.4% of variance in health-promoting lifestyle in 3 months after the medical examination. Conclusion: Periodic medical examination and guidance for healthy lifestyle was effective to change the motivation and to improve health promoting lifestyle.

  • 본 연구는 문화 예술 산업의 조직이 타 조직과 비교하여 전통을 중시하고 예술적 가치에 큰 비중을 두는 특성에 초점을 두었다. 이러한 특징을 반영하여 산업의 발전과 경제적 가치 창출에 대한 방법을 제시하고자 변혁적 리더십과 직무의미성, 집단효능감의 관계를 실증분석하고, 효과를 밝히고자 한다. 이 관계를 밝히고자, 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하였고, 해당 산업 종사자를 대상으로 377부의 설문지를 배포 회수하여 실증분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 변혁적 리더십은 집단효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 변혁적 리더십이 직무의미성에 미치는 영향과 직무의미성이 집단효능감에 미치는 영향, 직무의미성의 매개 효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 문화 예술 산업에서 변혁적 리더십이 구성원들의 태도에 미치는 효과를 파악함으로써 조직 변화에 대한 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

중년취업주부의 정서 상태 및 행복감에 미치는 요가와 차 명상 복합 여가프로그램 개발 연구 - 50대 단순노무직 취업주부를 중심으로 - (A Study to Develop a Leisure Program Combining Yoga and Tea Meditation on the Mood States and Happiness of Middle-aged Working Wives - Focus on Elementary Workers in Their 50's -)

  • The aim of this study was to develop a leisure program that combines yoga and tea meditation affects the positive mood states and happiness of elementary working wives in their 50's. For this study, a pre and posttest control group design was used. A total of 46 subjects were allocated equally to the experimental group and the control group. A pretest, comprising 13 sessions of treatment, and a posttest were conducted. Of the 23 subjects in the experimental group, 16 were selected as interviewees and underwent in-depth interviews. The main results of this study are as follows: First, the experimental group of middle-aged working wives showed higher positive mood states(t=-3.494, p<.01) and higher levels of happiness(t=2.236, p<.05) after the program compared to the control group. Second, after participating in the study, those who had undergone in-depth interviews indicated that their lives had changed to become more confident, happy, comfortable, and self-directed, and that this change had positively impacted their relationships. In conclusion, in a situation where the lives, leisure and happiness of middle-aged working wives is becoming a social problem and a topic of discussion for national policies, it would be beneficial to develop and establish leisure programs for this population in order to promote health and happiness.

회계교육자, 회계담당자 및 경영자의 회계담당자 역량에 대한 인식차이 (Perception Difference on the Accounting Officer Competence among Accounting Educators, Accounting Officers and CEOs)

  • ICT와 융합 등이 강조되는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 기업들은 전공지식 뿐만 아니라 복합적 문제해결역량, 시스템적 역량 등 다양한 역량을 갖춘 인재를 원하고 있다. 본 연구는 미래 회계담당자에게 필요한 역량의 인식차이를 알아보기 위하여 선행연구에 바탕을 둔 4개의 요인으로 작성된 166장의 유효한 설문지를 회수하여 경험적 연구를 하였다. 그 결과 기업에서 회계업무를 담당하고 있는 경력 5년 이상의 회계전공자 및 기업의 최고경영자는 사회역량을 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타난 반면 회계학 교수들은 전공역량을 가장 중요한 자질로 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 미래인재를 양성하는 대학에서는 업계의 요구를 반영하기 위해 전공내용 뿐만 아니라 사회역량 등 다양한 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 교과과정으로 개편하여야 함을 시사하고 있으며, 향후 연구에서는 다양한 지역의 대학과 기업을 대상으로 표본 범위 확장을 통한 연구가 필요하다.

고혈압 환자들의 건강형태 (Health Behaviors in Hypertensive Patients)

  • This study was conducted to examine health behaviors in hypertensive patients and the factors that would affect these healthy life-styles. and to provide basic data for effective and continuous hypertension control in private medical facilities. Among those patients diagnosed as hypertension who had visited the Department of Internal Medicine of Yeungnam University Hospital during the two month period from August 2 to September 30, 1999, the present study included 222 patients who were in more than one month after the initial diagnosis of hypertension and those who had hypertension for less than 10 years. Using a structured questionnaire, the present study was conducted by a self-administered survey method, and the obtained data were analyzed with t-test, $x^2$-test and one-way analysis of variance using the SPSS statistical program. The scores on knowledge related to hypertension were higher as the education level of a patient was higher(p〈0.05). As for occupation, those who performed office or management jobs showed higher scores than those who were into manufacturing jobs, and as for economic status, although those patients who were in middle class showed highest scores, however, no statistical significance was observed. The scores of knowledge on hypertension was higher when the family history of hypertension was present(p〈0.05). The scores of health-related behaviors were higher with higher education level and higher economic status, higher in those with family history of hypertension, and higher in those with office or management jobs than those who had manufacturing jobs(p〈0.05). Blood pressure measurement on regular basis was performed most frequently in those who were between 50-59 years old with 83.3% and was least frequent in those who were older than 70 years old with 50%(p〈0.05). The frequency of regular blood pressure measurement was higher with higher education level, higher economic status, higher in those with family history of hypertension, and the highest in those with management position with 93.5%, however, on statistical significance was observed. Changes in health-related behaviors after hypertension diagnosis were higher with higher education level, higher economic status, and in those patients performed office or management work. In particular, diet change was observed in female and higher economic status and smoking cessation was observed in 60-69 years old. Housewives and office workers or managers have taken exercise more regularly and those who had management jobs and had high scores on knowledge related to hypertension would participate health education program more actively. Thus, for improving health-related behaviors for continuous management of hypertension, changes in health-related behaviors can be followed through conduction health education to improve understanding of knowledge related to hypertension as the method of helping to improve changes in health life-styles in those with little education and those in low economic status.

형광유리선량계의 계측 직선성 연구 (A Study on the Measurement Linearity of Photoluminescent Dosimeter)

  • 방사선을 이용하는 관련 기관은 국내에 연구, 의료, 교육 등 다양하다. 최근에는 검진 및 의료기관의 방문 횟수가 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 의료기관에서 방사선학적 검사 횟수가 증가하고 있다. 방사선작업종사자의 피폭뿐만 아니라 방사선 안전관리가 필요하다. 안전관리를 위해서 우선적으로 개인피폭선량계의 올바른 착용 및 착용 후 정확한 측정이 필요하다. 본 연구는 진단용 방사선발생장치의 방사선에 의한 PLD 소자의 계측 직선성을 평가하고 검증하려고 한다. 방사선 분할 조사 시간간격은 10, 30, 60 sec로 10회 조사와 거리에 따라 흡수선량 변화를 측정하기 위해서 조사거리를 30 ~ 100 cm까지 10 cm 간격으로 조사 후 측정하였다. 그 결과 시간 간격에 의한 흡수선량은 차이가 없었다. 이는 고흡수선량 연구에 진단용발생장치를 이용하여 다양한 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 여겨진다.

초음파 조직생검 시 실내의 포름알데히드(HCHO) 농도 변화 관찰 (Observation of Changes in Indoor Formaldehyde(HCHO) Concentration during Ultrasound Guided Biopsy)

  • 본 연구는 초음파 조직검사 시에 실내 공기 중 HCHO 농도변화를 관찰하고자 실제 조직검사와 동일한 환경조건을 모사하여 진행하였다. 초음파 검사실의 밀폐, 환기, 포르말린 용기 개봉, 포르말린 용기 밀봉, 재환기의 다섯 단계를 연속적으로 진행하며 실내의 HCHO 농도변화를 측정하였다. 측정한 HCHO 농도변화는 그래프를 이용하여 시각화하였다. 3회에 걸쳐 측정된 농도 변화값의 일치도를 급내상관계수를 이용하여 분석한 결과, 상관계수 값이 0.989로 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 나타내었다(p<0.05). 연구 결과를 토대로 영상의학적 검사 분야에서 HCHO의 노출 환경 내에 근무하고 있는 의료종사자들 스스로 업무 중 노출 관리 필요성에 대한 인식개선과 더불어 노출 관리를 위한 환경구축 및 대책 마련에 대하여 적극적인 논의가 이루어지길 바란다.

내부 종사자에 의한 고객 만족 및 서비스 확대에 따른 재이용의도와 수익영향 연구 (A Study on the Reuse Intention and Profit Impact of Customer Satisfaction and Service Expansion by Internal Customers)

  • 본 연구는 세무서비스 고객을 대상으로 서비스 확대에 미치는 영향 및 차별화된 서비스영역 확대시 내부종사자의 심리적 주인의식 (Psychological ownership)의 정도에 따른 고객의 재이용의도의 변화와 대표자의 성향에 따른 수익강조, 비용강조, 이중강조(Revenue and cost dual emphasis)의 영향에 대한 분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 이용자들의 고객만족도를 충족시키고 내부종사자의 심리적 주인의식에 따른 계속적인 고객의 재이용의도의 변화를 볼 수 있었다. 또한, 세무대리인이 미래지향적 서비스 제공의 방향 전환을 추구할 수 있도록 하는데 의의가 있으며, 세무대리인의 전문성, 품질, 서비스확대 측면에서 새로운 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

치과위생사의 근무지별 업무실태에 관한 조사 연구 (A Study on the Work of Dental Hygienists by Service Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to serve as a basis for more efficient dental hygienist human resources utilization and for determining some of the right directions for supplementary education for dental hygienists, by examining how they actually worked and what they thought of job-related things. The subjects in this study were 537 dental hygienists who participated in a seminar by the Korea Dental Hygienist Association. After a survey was conducted, the following findings were given: 1. 50.2% of the dental hygienists investigated completed legally required eight-class education. Those who worked in clinics took less supplementary education classes than the others in the other types of dental institutions. The main reason they didn't receive supplementary education was financial burden and uncooperative employers. 73.2% took supplementary education at the association or its branches. The association was most favored by those in clinical sector as a place that provides supplementary education, followed by its branch and university in the order named. And the dental hygienists in public health sector preferred university most, and the next best favored one was the association and its branch in the order named. Those in clinical sector hoped to acquire clinical information on patient management, implant or aesthetics, and the dental hygienists in public health sector wanted to learn about health administration, public oral health operations and oral health education, which were different from what those in clinical sector wanted. 2. Regarding the period of service, 492% had worked for three years or more. This fact suggested that their service term and average age continued to grow. And they thought they would decide the retirement time on their own. 3. The most common yearly income ranged from 12 million won to 16 million won(40.7%). For-those in clinics, yearly income was 14.36 million won, and that of the dental hygienists who had worked for less than 3 years was 12.90 million won. 4. The Korea Dental Hygienist Association was most required to protect the rights and interests of the members and offer new knowledge and technology. 5. The largest group of them were engaged in patient management, and this type of job also was the most favored one for them to do. The greatest number of the dental hygienists in public health sector were in charge of dental treatment. 6. Concerning their turnover rate, 492% had never changed their occupation. Specifically, 70.0% of the respondents who had worked for less than 3 years had have no experience to do that. The time constraints for self-development and conflicts with other workers were the cause of their turnover. Those in dental hospital and general hospital changed their occupation chiefly due to the lack of time for self-development, and for the dental hygienists in clinics, the conflicts with other workers were the main reason. The above-mentioned findings suggested that the way the dental hygienists looked at things was undergoing change. The service area made a difference to their preference for the type of supplementary education and institution in charge of it, as those in public health and clinical sectors had a different opinion. And the dental hygienists in clinical sector had a different opinion as well, according to service area, about salaries, reason of not taking supplementary education, preferred type of supplementary education, cause of turnover, and type of occupation to which they hoped to change employment. To utilize and supply human resources in a more stabilized manner, job description should be more segmented, standardized and classified clearly, and dental hygienists should be motivated to perform their substantial jobs, including oral disease prevention, oral prophylaxis and oral health education. To make it happen, it seems that dentists are required to have a clear understanding of dental hygienist job and to change the way they look at it.
