Every non-associative algebra L corresponds to its symmetric semi-Lie algebra $L_{[,]}$ with respect to its commutator. It is an interesting problem whether the equality $Aut{non}(L)=Aut_{semi-Lie}(L)$ holds or not [2], [13]. We find the non-associative algebra automorphism groups $Aut_{non}\; \frac\;{(WN_{0,0,1}_{[0,1,r_1...,r_p])}$ and $Aut_{non-Lie}\; \frac\;{(WN_{0,0,1}_{[0,1,r_1...,r_p])}$ where every automorphism of the automorphism groups is the composition of elementary maps [3], [4], [7], [8], [9], [10], [11]. The results of the paper show that the F-algebra automorphism groups of a polynomial ring and its Laurent extension make easy to find the automorphism groups of the algebras in the paper.

Let U be a ${\sigma}$-square closed Lie ideal of a 2-torsion free ${\sigma}$-prime ${\Gamma}$-ring M. Let $d{\neq}1$ be an automorphism of M such that $[u,d(u)]_{\alpha}{\in}Z(M)$ on U, $d{\sigma}={\sigma}d$ on U, and there exists $u_0$ in $Sa_{\sigma}(M)$ with $M{\Gamma}u_0{\subseteq}U$. Then, $U{\subseteq}Z(M)$. By applying this result, we generalize the results of Oukhtite and Salhi respect to ${\Gamma}$-rings. Finally, for a non-zero derivation of a 2-torsion free ${\sigma}$-prime $\Gamma$-ring, we obtain suitable conditions under which the $\Gamma$-ring must be commutative.

The conventional computing is a centralizing system, but it has been gradually going to develop ubiquitous computing which moves roles away from the main. The Community Computing, a new paradigm, is proposed to implement environment of ubiquitous computing. In this environment, it is important to accept the user demand. Hence in this paper recognizes pattern of user's activity statistically and proposes a method of pattern estimation in community computing. In addition, user's activity varies with time and the activity has the priority We reflect these. Also, we improve accuracy of the method through Knowledge Base organization and the feedback system. We make program using Microsoft Visual C++ for evaluating performance of proposed method, then simulate it. We can confirm it from the experiment result that using proposal method is better in environment of community computing.

Let R be a prime ring (or semiprime ring) with center Z(R), I a nonzero ideal of R, T an automorphism of $R,S:R^n{\rightarrow}R$ be a symmetric skew n-derivation associated with the automorphism T and ${\Delta}$ is the trace of S. In this paper, we shall prove that S($x_1,{\ldots},x_n$) = 0 for all $x_1,{\ldots},x_n{\in}R$ if any one of the following holds: i) ${\Delta}(x)=0$, ii) [${\Delta}(x),T(x)]=0$ for all $x{\in}I$. Moreover, we prove that if $[{\Delta}(x),T(x)]{\in}Z(R)$ for all $x{\in}I$, then R is a commutative ring.

The aim of this paper is to give the partial answer of Vukman's conjecture [2]. From the partial answer we also generalize a classical result of Posner. We prove the following result: Let R be a prime ring with char$(R){\neq}2,3$, and 5. Suppose there exists a nonzero derivation $D:R{\rightarrow}R$ such that the mapping $x{\longmapsto}$ [[[Dx,x],x],x] is centralizing on R. Then R is commutative. Using this result and some results of Sinclair and Johnson, we generalize Yood's noncom-mutative extension of the Singer-Wermer theorem.

A Shared Services center (SSC) is created by removing common administrative functions from operational divisions within an organization, and centralizing the functions in a separate centre. SSC helps supporting organizations to focus on core activities and to achieve cost reduction as well as service quality enhancement. In contrast to many leading global companies which has been adopted SSCs from early 90's. A Company's HR SSC which has opened this year is the first genuine SSC practice in Korea. Centering on the case of A Company' s HR SSC implementation, we discussed on some practical implications for companies which has future plan to introduce a shared service center.

Seamless mobility is one of the most crucial feature of telecommunication industry. Researches are going on in full swing to deal with this feature in most efficient manner. Software Defined Networking (SDN) is seen as the next generation paradigm which can facilitate seamless mobility across heterogeneous networks by segregating the control plane and data plane functionalities, and logically centralizing the control plane. In this paper, we propose a simplified Layer 2 handover mechanism for enterprise wireless networks, based on SDN framework. We present a network assisted L2 handover method using the IEEE 802.21 Media Independent Handover (MIH) protocol and SDN concepts, to achieve seamless mobility across heterogeneous networks.

District heating and cooling systems offer highly efficient energy utilization and maintenance by centralizing heat management. More pumping power, however, is required because the water has to travel long distance from heat source to the users. In the present study, a trace of drag reduction additives is added to the District Cooling system to achieve a significant drag reduction and save pumping power. Water-soluble polymers, surfactants, and environment-friendly degradable polymers are used as effective drag reducing additives. Time dependent percent drag reductions are compared for various additive solutions at 100 wppm concentration for different water velocity. Without as an anionic surfactant, copolymer was most effective in percent drag reduction. It is found that there exists an optimal condition when copolymer is mixed with SDS. An environment-friendly degradable polymer, xanthan gum, is found to be a significant drag reduction additive. Ice slurry systems, can give less pressure drops compared with chilled water system for certain condtions. Drag reduction additives were also effective for the ice slurry system.

Multimedia has to carry data of heterogeous types. Multicast communication techniques can supply the most appropriate infrastructures to such multimedia. Of many multicast protocols, the core based tree (CBT) protocol is the most concentrative studies are conducted on. The CBT places a core router at center of the shared tree and transfers data through the tore router. However, the CBT has two problems due to centralizing all network traffics into a core router. First it can raise bottleneck effect at a core router. Second, it is possible to make an additive processing overhead when core router is distant from receivers. To cope with the problems, this paper proposes an intelligent anycast routing protocol. The anycast routing attempts to distribute the centralized traffic into plural core routers by using a knowledge-based algorithm. The anycast routing estimates the traffic characteristics of multimedia data far each multicast source, and achieves effectively the distributing that places an appropriate core router to process the incoming traffic based on the traffic information in the event that request of receivers are raised. This method prevent the additional overhead to distribute traffic because an individual core router uses the information estimated to multicast sources connected to oneself and the traffic processing statistics shared with other core neuters.

Recently, human's life is more longer and the birth rate continually decrease by the development of medical technology. In 2026 the ratio of the elderly will come up to 20.8% and be a 'post-aged society'. Development of economy and industrialization not only accelerate the urbanization and formation of nuclear family, but also change the changing of traditional society and one's value. So the issue of society and value's changing in the elderly increase the centralizing in the silver industry, and by the recent research about the elderly, they not want to live with their children, but want to live independently. This study is meaningful at the next generation of Ubiquitous society and post-aged society, proposing the smart silver town in urban type and let the elderly keeping the existing life in city. It realize the concept of 'Aging in Place' and propose the smart silver town in urban type which appropriate to behavior of the elderly, and being satisfy with various requirements of the elderly. This study point up the combination of physical elements and electronic elements through the smart technology, and making an smart environment to compose the smart silver town in urban type which react the behavior of the elderly.
