사회계층과 예비창업자의 사회적 창업 의도: 공동체적 나르시시즘과 사회적 창업가 정체성 열망의 심리적 효과 (Social Class and Potential Entrepreneurs' Social Entrepreneurial Intention: Underlying Mechanisms of Communal Narcissism and Social Entrepreneurial Identity Aspiration)

  • 후속 사회적 창업가 양성은 사회적 문제에 대한 창의적 시장 기반 해결에 공헌할 수 있다. 사회적 창업의 고유성과 도전성을 고려할 때, 사회적 창업 의도 형성에 영향을 미치는 개인특성을 살펴보는 것은 중요한 연구 주제이며, 실제로 사회적 창업 의도의 선행 변수에 대한 실증 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 조명 받지 않은 개인의 사회계층에 초점을 맞추어 해당 변수가 예비 창업가의 사회적 창업 의도 형성에 미치는 영향과 그 심리적 기제를 실증적으로 탐구하였다. 구체적으로 사회계층과 사회적 창업 의도 간 관계에 있어 개인의 사회적 창업가 정체성 열망과 공동체적 나르시시즘이 각각 매개변인, 조절변인으로 기능할 것임을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 위해 한국에 거주 중인 예비 창업가를 대상으로 2단계 온라인 조사를 시행하였고, 144명의 자료에 대한 조절된 매개 효과 분석을 통해 연구 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 낮은 사회계층은 높은 사회적 창업가 정체성 열망을 예측하였다. 둘째, 공동체적 나르시시즘이 높을(낮을) 때 사회계층과 사회적 창업가 정체성 열망 사이의 부적 관계가 더욱 강해졌다(약해졌다). 셋째, 공동체적 나르시시즘은 사회계층이 사회적 창업가 정체성 열망을 통해 사회적 창업 의도에 미치는 부적 간접효과를 유의하게 조절하였다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 의의가 있다. 첫째, 높은 사회계층이 창업 진로 선택을 촉진한다는 기존 가정에서 벗어나, 낮은 사회계층의 개인이 사회적 창업에 참여하게 되는 가능성과 그 동기를 밝혔다. 둘째, 사회계층이 사회적 창업 의도 형성에 미치는 영향을 설명하는 매개변인과 조절변인으로서 사회적 창업가 정체성 열망과 공동체적 나르시시즘의 중추적 역할을 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 다양한 사회계층 배경을 가진 개인들을 대상으로 한 사회적 창업 촉진 및 지원 프로그램 개발을 위한 중요한 시사점을 제공하였다.

남자 임상간호사의 경험에 관한 내용분석 (Content Analysis of Male Hospital Nurses' Experiences)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify job experiences of male hospital nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 20 male nurses working at general hospitals, through semi-structured in-depth interviews. The interviews were recorded and subsequently transcribed verbatim. Using content analysis, data were coded and categorized. Results: The analyzed domains were motivations for choosing nursing, occupational experiences (3 subdomains), and attitudes toward the future. A total of 85 significant statements were selected from the data and classified into 32 categories. The nurses' motivations for choosing nursing were advantages of employment, their aptitude, scarcity value of men, professionalism and job security, good promotion, stable income, and family influence. In occupational experiences, they were assigned to special fields and dissatisfied with vertical relationship, promotion system, their salary, and gaps in military service time; they had difficulties in adapting to female-dominated groups and encountered gender role stereotype and preconception; they were satisfied with their distinguished performance, but had damaged self-esteem, and were stressed and disappointed in their work. In their attitudes toward the future, they considered their career changes, but tried to make professional and personal advancement. Conclusion: These findings have implications for recruiting and retaining male nurses in clinical settings.

교사의 집단적 자아존중감이 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Collective Self-esteem on Teachers' Job Stress)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of collective self-esteem on teachers' job stress. For the study, 223 teachers in elementary school, junior high school, and high school were selected and data on teachers' background variables, collective self-esteem, and job stress were collected. The relationship between variables was analysed by using multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: The job stress of teacher was significantly different according to teacher's gender, school level, and career experience. When the influence of background variables was controlled and multiple regression analysis was performed, the group self-esteem of teachers had a great influence on mitigating the perception of job stress. Particularly, it was shown that private collective self-esteem and importance to identity are the most important factors in mitigating job stress perception among the sub-variables of collective self-esteem. These results showed that it is an important task for our society to find an effective way to elevate the teacher's collective self-esteem. Teachers' collective self-esteem is expected to play a positive role not only in mitigating job stress but also in enhancing self-fulfillment and personal self-esteem of teacher.

청소년의 자아정체감이 진로의사결정 유형에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self-identity by Adolescents on Types of Career Decision-making)

  • 청소년기는 삶에 결정적으로 영향을 미치는 대학이나 학과 그리고 직업선택을 해야 하는 시기이기 때문에, 청소년들이 보다 현명한 진로의사결정을 하도록 돕기 위해서는 올바른 자아정체감 형성이 중요하다. 본 연구는 청소년의 자아정체감 형성이 진로의사결정유형에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구결과 청소년의 미래확신성과 자기수용성 정도가 높을수록 합리적으로 진로의사결정을 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 즉, 진로에 대하여 구체적인 계획을 갖고 뚜렷한 삶의 목표를 정해놓고, 무엇이 되고 싶은가를 분명히 알고 있는 학생일수록 합리적 진로의사결정을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 뿐만아니라, 자신을 꼭 필요한 존재로 생각하며, 능력있다고 생각하며, 사람들 앞에서 자신의 참모습이 드러나는 것을 두려워하지 않는 학생일수록 진로의사결정을 합리적으로 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 청소년의 자아정체감 형성이 진로의사 결정유형에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

치과위생사의 직업 수명에 관한 연구 : 치과위생사와 치위생(학)과 학생 대상으로 (A study on the work life of dental hygienists : for dental hygienists and dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: Although dental hygienists have a high employment rate as professional workers, turnover and retirement rates are very high. This study analyzed the factors related to work life of dental hygienists to prepare an alternative for life extension. Methods: From August 1 to December 31, 2019, 224 dental hygienists and 446 dental hygiene students were examined. Results: The expected working years for dental hygienists were 10-14 years (25.4%) and over 31 years (22.4%) for dental hygiene students. The recognized working years for dental hygienists were 10-14 years (22.4%) and 20-24 years (26.0%) for dental hygiene students. Work values of dental hygienists and dental hygiene students averaged 3.85 and 3.86, respectively. Furthermore, the average motive for selecting a major in dental hygienists was 3.08 points and in dental hygiene students, 3.24 points. The average career identity of dental hygienists and dental hygiene students were 2.82 and 2.91 points, respectively. Conclusions: The perception difference between dental hygienists and dental hygiene students was compared, and the factors that could play a positive role in prolonging life were identified. Based on this study, further systematic comparative studies and preparation of alternatives for life extension are required.

아웃도어 스포츠의류 브랜드의 상품기획 현황 분석 (Merchandising Process Analysis of Outdoor Sportswear Brands)

  • The outdoor sportswear market in Korea has received increased attention due to the interest in health and leisure activities promoted through the well-being trend. This study examines the merchandising process for outdoor sportswear brands and focuses on textile planning in order to identity the opportunities for Korean textile companies. Data were collected through an interview method of nine outdoor leading brands (six national brands and three license brands). The interviewees were merchandisers with two to nine years of career experience in the company. The majority of interviewed brands implemented a merchandising plan twice a year. Basic goods took 80% and reorder or spot goods took 10-20% of the total quantity, which possessed a substantial possibility to substitute imported textiles for Korean ones. After the 2008 global economic crisis, outdoor brands have increased the quantity of Korean textiles up to 70% of the total amount of sales because of low price per quality, lead-time accuracy, convenience for handling, and communication. The most important factors when selecting materials were functionality, quality, design, price, and lead-time for orders. The managerial implications for Korean textile companies were also discussed.

내러티브 탐구를 통한 일 대학 간호학생들의 보건소실습 경험 연구 (A Study on Nursing Students' Experience during Clinical Practice at a Public Health Center)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand nursing students' experiences during clinical practice at a public health center. Method: This research used narrative inquiry far data collection. From April 2005 to June 2006, data collection was conducted by open-ended interview, questionnaire and close observation. The participants, who were student nurses, were willing to take part in this study. Results: On the basis of these data, the experiences of clinical practice at public health center were: 1) when the student nurses begin clinical practice at public health centers for the first time, most of the students feel fearful, nervous and stressed. They also mentioned having a hard time being polite to clients and the staff. 2) The students had new experiences at the health public center compared with clinical practice. Especially, the student nurses who were determined to be good nurses were doing home visiting care service. Not only did they have the opportunity to confirm their identity as nurses, but also the students change their career course from clinical nursing to public health nursing. 4) They reflected on themselves after home visiting care service. Conclusion: On the basis of these findings, the following recommendations are made. 1) Data collection and analysis are needed, net only through the narrative method, but also through other various qualitative methods. 2) Comparative study is necessary to enhance clinical experiences through the analysis of the interfering factors and the original experiences.

남자간호사의 성 고정관념과 직무만족에 관한 연구 (Study on Male Nurses' Gender Stereotype and Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate gender stereotype and job satisfaction, and to identify the relationship between gender stereotype and job satisfaction in male nurses. Method: The participants were 165 male nurses who worked in the Seoul, Gyeonggi and Daejeon areas. Data were collected from August 31th, 2009 to October 15th, 2009. A survey questionnaire was used to measure demographics, gender-role identity, gender stereotype and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SPSS/Win 12.0 version. Results: The mean score for gender stereotype was 2.81 points out of a possible 5. There were statistically significant differences in gender stereotype by general characteristics such as career in the current department (F=5.249, p=.007) and position (t=2.547, p=.012). The scores for gender stereotype were significantly higher in the group with less than five years in the current department and in the staff nurse group. The mean score for job satisfaction was 2.95 out of a possible 5. There was a significant negative correlation between gender stereotype and job satisfaction. Conclusions: Development of educational programs is required to improve the gender stereotype.

페이즐리 오너먼트를 활용한 패션텍스타일 디자인의 현대적 특징 연구 (Contemporary Characteristics of Fashion-textile Design Applying Paisley Ornament)

  • This study derives the modern characteristics of the paisley ornament through an analysis of the paisley ornament shown in fashion since the 2010s based on a theoretical review of the paisley ornament used in Kashmir India shawls for artistic inspiration in the fashion-textile field. It classified the paisley ornament in fashion since the 2010s into types of 'basic structure of body and coif', 'abnormal paisley ornament shapes', 'complex structure of paisley ornament', 'complex structure with other motif', 'a pair of symmetrical reflection motif', 'regular of repetitive arrangement', 'complex arrangement of irregularity and regularity' and 'free arrangement of irregularity'. A comparative analysis with the historical paisley ornament shows that paisley ornaments have contemporary characteristics like 'Bisector structure of centerline in criterion of the body', 'Composite structure of extended 1-repeat', and 'Free structure of engineered placement'. A modern design was inspired by the historical art forms; however, it was used in free utilization of motifs and patterns in terms of size, direction, proportion and space. These were the expression of a design identity that originated from the aesthetic ability and career of a designer as well as the technology of computer programs for the improvements in time and cost efficiency.

자아정체감 발달 수업에서의 포트폴리오 수업방법의 효과와 학년별 추이 - 기술.가정 교과의 청소년의 이해 단원을 중심으로 - (The effect of using portfolio-based lessons on the development of self-identity of female middle school students and its two-year follow up - Focusing on the 'Understanding Adolescents' unit in middle school technology and home economics -)

  • 본 연구는 여중생을 대상으로 가정교과에서 청소년기의 중요한 발달과업인 자아정체감에 대한 이해와 발달을 돕고자 포트폴리오 수업을 개발하여 적용한 후 그 효과를 살펴보고, 여중생의 자아정체감에 주는 가정환경과 학교환경의 영향력을 알아보며, 자아정체감의 학년에 따른 발달경향을 분석하고자 동일집단을 대상으로 단기종단연구를 실시하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 대상은 강원도 강릉시 K여자중학교 256명의 학생을 대상으로 하였으며 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS/WIN 12.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 여중생의 자아정체감 발달을 돕는 6차시의 포트폴리오 교수학습과정안은 자기수용성, 독특성, 친밀성, 미래계획성, 주체성이 발달할 수 있도록 차시마다 각 하위영역을 발달시키는 것을 학습목표로 개발하였으며, 자아정체감의 하위영역 발달을 위해 7가지 활동으로 구성된 포트폴리오 활동을 하였다. 학생들은 포트폴리오의 활동을 통해 장래희망을 정하고 적성과 흥미를 찾아갔으며, 진로에 대해 구체적인 계획을 세우는 과정을 통해 미래계획성이 발달하고 있음을 알 수 있었으며 포트폴리오를 활용한 자아정체감 수업은 자기수용성과 독특성이 유의미하게 점수가 상승하였다. 자아정체감의 하위영역인 자기수용성은 부모의 양육태도가 거부적이지 않고 친구관계가 좋을수록 발달하며, 독특성은 부모의 양육태도가 수용적일수록 발달하는 것으로 나타났다. 친밀성은 부모의 양육태도가 수용적이고 친구와의 관계가 좋을수록 발달하며, 미래계획성은 부모의 양육태도가 수용적이고 교사와의 관계가 좋을수록 발달하였고 주체성은 부모의 양육태도가 거부적이지 않을수록 발달하는 것으로 나타났다. 자아정체감의 학년별 종단적 추이를 분석한 결과 자기수용성, 독특성, 미래계획성, 주체성이 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기수용성의 점수는 학년이 올라갈수록 점수가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 독특성, 미래계획성, 주체성은 2학년 시기에 점수가 유의미하게 감소하였고 그 이후에는 일정하게 유지하는 것으로 나타났다.
