시뮬레이션을 이용한 ASP 탄약 불출에 관한 연구 (Studies on ASP Ammo Issue using Simulation)

  • This is a case study which establishes effective ammo issue plan and determines ammo support capability by linking various situations about ammo issue with wargame simulation. Ammo function simulation model has been developed for this matter and it has been proven that the model has significant impact on type of round, parking space for magazine, number of workers and capacity of equipment, etc. during establishing ammo issue plan and determining ammo supply capability. Also, ammo support capability varies significantly depending on tactical damage and MOPP status, etc. ASP's tactical situation, such as magazine damage, MOPP status, type of issuing round, parking space for magazine, number of workers and capacity of equipment, can be reflected when preparing an effective wartime ammo working hour issuing plan for supplying ammo to units through studies results, so that the issuing plan can be realistic and actual.

지역대학 대학생의 자아존중감이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 - 사회적 지지의 조절효과 - (Self-Esteem Influencing College Students' Adjustment - Moderating Effects on Social Support -)

  • Self-esteem and social supports are important variable influencing adjustment to college life. The study aims to identify the factors influencing college students' adjustment moderating effects on social supports. Data were collected from 265 usable questionnaires among college students in Pyeongtek University. Results of a factor analysis yielded three dimensions of self-esteem which were talent/attitude and capacity/pride. And results of factor analysis also yielded three dimensions of social supports which were family, friends, and professor supports. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that capacity/pride and all of social support factors affected significantly for adjustment to college life. And female and attitude for students' major had a positive affect on adjustment to college life. It was suggested that self-esteem, social supports, and aptitude for students' major should be considered in college management policy.

장수명 공동주택 표준모델 개발을 위한 계획요소 도출 연구 (A Study on the Elicitation of Design Elements for Development on Standard Model of Long-life Housing)

  • In order to solve housing shortage, an apartment has been built and supplied in large quantities in Korea. As such a result, the apartment became a typical housing type in Korea. However, the housing became vulnerable to accommodate rapidly changing life-style & life-cycle of koreans and was lost the concept of Korean traditional housing for inheriting and developing Korean traditional culture. Therefore, this paper aims at eliciting of design elements for development on standard model of long-life housing with durability & flexibility based on data derived from housing consumers's questionnaire survey and expert's opinion surveys. We expect that the standard model developed on the basis of open building applying support & infill elements will be used as a standard model for planning future long-life housing with capacity.

  • When marine clay is hydraulically dredged from seabed and pumped into the pond enclosed by contatinment dykes, marine clay is mixed and flocculated with water and then settled. At this time, the fines will interact with the water to form a Bingham plastic slurry which has non-Newtonian characteristics. The dredged slurry has different physical properties depending on settling locations and settling depths in the pond and has few hundred percent of water content and almost nil of shear strenght. In order to make this condition of the dredged slurry the final formation for public use within a short period, sand spreading method to enhance the support capacity of the dredged slurry is developed. In this paper, the effect of sand mixing into the dredged slurry of this method is analyzed based on reference study, laboratory tests and actual construction results.

지점부의 기능저하를 고려한 노후교량의 내하력평가 (Evaluating the Load Carrying Capacity of Aged Bridges in Consideration of the Functional Deterioration of Point Parts)

  • 교량의 내하력을 평가할 때 수행되는 구조해석은 재하시험을 통한 구조물의 실제거동과 유사한 거동특성을 구현하여야 되나 지점의 거동특성, 구조해석시 모델링 방법, 재하시험의 오류, 단면손상에 따른 강도 및 강성변화 등으로 인해 그렇지 못하는 경우가 있다. 특히, 교량받침이 손상하였거나 설치되지 않아 받침의 기능수행이 미비한 교량에서 이를 고려하지 않고 일률적으로 모델링을 하는 경우에는 이러한 문제가 더욱 심화될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 단일보의 내민구간을 구속시켜 얻어진 실측처짐($\delta$실측)과 비구속상태에서의 계산처짐($\Delta$계산)과의 차이값인 $\Delta{\delta}$으로부터 얻어진 지점모멘트를 구조해석모델에 작용시켜 실제거동과 유사한 해석결과를 얻었다. 이에 따라 실제 공용중인 교량을 대상으로 지점의 구속조건을 고려하여 내하력을 평가한 결과 기존 방법에 의한 내하력에 비해 15~19% 적게 평가되었다.

  • 비디오 데이터베이스는 비디오 정보를 저장하고 있다가 사용자가 요구한 비디오 정보를 검색해 주는 기능을 갖는다. 따라서, 비디오 데이터베이스의 목적은 비디오정보를 저장하고 검색하기 위한 편리하고도 효율적인 환경을 제공해야 할 뿐만 아니라 보다 많은 사용자들에게 보다 신속하게 요구한 정보들을 검색해 줄 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 데이터베이스에서 빠른 응답을 유지하면서 지원할 수 있는 사용자들의 수를 증가시킬 수 있는 저장시스템을 제안한다. 다중 디스크환경하의 저장시스템에서 다중 비디오 스트림들을 읽을 때, 각 디스크헤드들의 이동을 비동기화 시킴으로써 빠른 응답을 유지할 수 있고, 한쪽 방향으로만 이동하게 함으로써 디스크 대역폭을 절약할 수 있다. 또한, 더블버퍼링을 기반으로 비디오 스트림의 시간제약 특성을 만족시키고 더블버퍼링의 단점을 최소화할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 새로운 저장시스템에 대한 타당성은 이론적으로 해석 및 증명되고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 평가된다.

  • 리튬이온 배터리(LIB)는 다른 배터리에 비해 수명이 길고, 에너지 밀도가 높으며, 자체 방전율이 낮아, 에너지 저장장치(ESS)로 선호되고 있다. 하지만, 2017~2019년 기간 동안 국내에서만도 28건의 화재사고가 발생하였으며, LIB의 운영 중 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 LIB의 정확한 용량추정은 필수요소이다. 본 연구에서는 LIB의 충방전 cycle에 따른 용량변화를 예측하는 기계학습 기반 모델의 설계에 있어 중요한 요소인 최적 머신러닝 모델의 선정을 위해, Decision Tree, 앙상블학습법, Support Vector Regression, Gaussian Process Regression (GPR) 각각을 이용한 예측모델을 구현하고 성능비교를 실시하였다. 학습을 위해 NASA에서 제공하는 시험데이터를 사용하였으며, GPR이 가장 좋은 예측성능을 보였다. 이를 바탕으로 추가 시험데이터 학습을 통해 개선된 LIB 용량예측과 잔여 수명추정 모델을 개발하여, 운영 중 이상 감지 및 모니터링 성능을 높여, 보다 안전하고 안정된 ESS 운용에 활용하고자 한다.

Factors Affecting Quality of Lecturers at Higher Educational Institutions: The Context of Technology 4.0 in Vietnam

  • Improving the quality of teaching staff in universities is an important goal of most universities. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the factors affecting the quality improvement of lecturers at universities. There are many factors affecting the improvement of this quality of human resources. This article uses the survey method to assess the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of lecturers in education and training institutions of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam. Currently, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam has 4 educational institutions. The research team has assessed the impact factors at these 4 facilities. The research team conducted a survey for faculty members of the Ministry of Transport. The result was 446 votes. The authors have performed factor evaluation by multivariate regression model. The influencing factors include Professional competence, the virtue of teaching staff, scientific research capacity, participating in building a democratic educational environment, Professional support policy, Instructor's income, and Information technology support. Research results show that most of the factors have a positive impact on improving the quality of lecturers. Based on the survey results, the authors also make policy suggestions to further improve the quality of teaching staff of the schools in the coming time.

Improving support performances of cone bolts by a new grout additive and energy absorber

  • The cone bolts with expanded front ends supply improved anchoring performances and increase energy absorbing capacities due to ploughing in the grouted drills. Within this study, use of a novel energy absorber for the cone bolt heads were investigated to assess its design in terms of supplying high support performances. Additionally, different grout material designs were tested to investigate whether the energy absorption capacities of the rock bolts can be improved using a silicone based thermoset polymer (STP) additive. To determine load bearing and energy absorption capacities, a series of deformation controlled pull-out tests were carried out by using bolt samples grouted in rock blocks. According to the results obtained from this study, maximum load bearing capacities of cone bolts are similar and mostly depend on the steel material strength, whereas the energy absorption capacity was determined to significantly vary in accordance with the displacement limits of the shanks. As a result of using STP additive and new polyamide absorber rings, displacement limits without the steel failure increase. The STP additive was found to improve the energy absorption capacities of grouted cone bolts. The absorber rings designed within this study were also assessed to be highly effective and able to double up the energy absorption capacities of the cone bolts.
