This paper considers supplier selection process for e-business & ISO 9001 quality management system environments. Determining suitable suppliers in the electronic commerce has become a key strategic consideration. However, the nature of these decisions is usually complex and unstructured. In this paper, a Quality Estimated Supplier Selection (QESS) model is proposed to deal with the supplier selection problems in the e-business(Business to Business: B to B). In the supplier selection, quality management factors will be considered for the first time, and then price, and delivery etc. In the first level, we deal with the quality management factors such as quality management audit, product test, engineering man-power, capability index and training time etc., based on the five point scale. In the second level, a QESS model determines the final solution by considering factors such as price, production lead-time and delivery time.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the influencing factors on the economic and educational supports selection of small self-employed business. A sample of 321 was selected from self-employed workers living in Daegu. For data analysis, logistic regression was used. The major findings were as follows: 1 The determinants of the economic supports selection in self-employed business were father's working experiences in self-employed business, taking employees or not in business, having housing ownership or not, and as well as the amount of starting capital. 2. The determinants of the educational supports selection in self-employed business were self-employer's working experience as self-employed before or not, and empowerment with self-employed work.

본 연구에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(Business Process Management, BPM) 환경에서 자원의 성능에 영향을 미치게 되는 여러 요소를 고려하여 인적자원을 선택하는 방법론을 개발한다. 스케줄링에 있어서 자원의 선택 문제는 작업 수행도에 직접적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 중요한 문제로 인식되어져 왔다. 비록 많은 문제에 있어서 전통적인 자원선택 방법론이 의미를 가져왔으나, 인적자원을 다루는데 있어서는 가장 좋은 방법론이라고 볼 수 없다. 인적자원은 작업부하, 작업소요시간, 작업간 시간 등의 다양한 요소에 의해서 영향을 받는 특이한 요소이며 본 연구는 이러한 다양한 요소를 고려하여 작업자를 선택하는 방법론을 제시한다. 이를 위해서 베이지안 네트워크를 사용하며, 앞서 기술한 여러 요소들을 한꺼번에 고려하기 위한 베이지안 선택규칙(Bayesian Selection Rule, BSR)을 도입하였다. 또한, 시뮬레이션을 통해서 본 연구에서 개발된 방법론이 대기시간, 작업수행시간과 사이클 타임을 줄일 수 있음을 보였다.

BPM(Business Process Management) secures the agility of an enterprise through automation, integration, and optimization of business process. For the successful BPM introduction, the evaluation and selection of suitable processes for BPM are very important. But as to process evaluation and selection standards, in fact, various selection elements exist and they have to be considered. Therefore, it is very difficult to evaluate systematically and reasonably business processes for enterprises or concerned persons that plan to introduce BPM. This paper describes a Web-based business process evaluation model for BPM using BSC(Balanced Scorecard) and fuzzy AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). A Web-based business process evaluation system was implemented based on this and it provides many useful business process evaluation results to enterprises or concerned persons that have insufficient experience and knowledge about BPM, and initially plan to implement BPMS(Business Process Management System). Thus, this paper demonstrates the applicability of fuzzy AHP concept in business process evaluation and selection for BPM, and provides a systemic guidance in the decision-making process.

수익성 높은 연구개발 프로젝트의 선택은 기업과 국가의 지속적인 성장 발전에 중요한 요인 중에 하나이다. 본 연구는 비즈니스 모델 지식이 연구개발 프로젝트의 선택에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 비즈니스 모델은 기술 가치를 고객 가치로 전환해주고 기술의 사업화를 위한 목표고객, 핵심가치, 조직내 행동, 자원, 외부 파트너를 종합적으로 표현해준다. 따라서 비즈니스 모델 지식의 습득은 기술개발 평가에 있어 평가자 들이 연구개발 프로젝트의 기술성 보다는 사업성과 실현 능력을 더 중요하게 생각하게 한다. 우리는 본 가설의 검증을 위해서 78명의 연구개발 평가 전문가들에게 비즈니스 모델 지식을 습득하게 한 후, 연구개발 프로젝트의 선정 기준이 어떻게 달라졌는지 AHP 방법을 활용하여 측정하였다. 그 결과 비즈니스 모델 지식이 사업성과 실현가능성의 비중이 높아졌으며 세부 기준에 있어서도 기술혁신성과 차별성보다는 회사역량과 사업화 역량이 중요한 기준으로 선정되었다.

본 연구는 프랜차이즈 가맹점을 운영하는 창업주를 대상으로 하여 프랜차이즈 브랜드선정요인인 브랜드인지도, 기술력, 창업자금, 본부의 사업성과 가맹점 사업만족도, 사업성과간의 관계를 알아보는 것이었다. 분석결과 브랜드 선정동기에 따라 사업개시 전 만족도에 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 개시 전 만족도와 개시 후 만족도, 사업 만족도와 사업성과 간에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 외식업 프랜차이즈산업의 사업성과를 위한 선행요인을 규명하고 각 단계별 중요 선행요인을 규명하였으며 브랜드 선정이후 사업개시전과 개시 후 만족도의 변화요인을 규명함으로서 외식 프랜차이즈 산업의 성과제고를 위한 중요 요인을 실증적으로 규명하였다고 하겠다.

It is very important to select the best employees who are suitable for their jobs and duties as considering the efficiency and productivity of the firms' performance. As a result, many kinds of selection methodologies and systems have been developed. Among them is the selection system based on the core competencies which is known as the superior selection systems that can increase the predictive validity who is the right people, compared to the traditional selection system based on the job analysis. Hence, the former has been focused in the complex business situation in recent years. In this case study, we examine the selection system case based on the core competencies of OSS team in Company A, which is one of the largest telecommunication firms and we suggest the implications. According to the results of this case study, defining the core competencies of the job and selecting the right people who had the related competencies not only decreased the turnover rate of OSS team in Company A, but also increased the employees' loyalty and satisfaction for the organizations. This study will be a benchmark to other departments that don't use competency selection system of Company A as well as the firms that want to adapt the selection system based on the core competencies. Also, this case study has a contribution that shows us an alternative model how can the firms identify and select the best right employees.

사업 아이템을 결정하기 위하여 여러 가지 대안 중에서 한 가지 사업을 결정하게 된다. 본 연구는 여러 가지 사업 아이템 중에서 가장 적합한 사업 아이템에 대한 의사결정을 하기위하여 비주얼베이직을 이용해 각 사업 아이템별로 기술력, 자본금, 경영능력, 마케팅, 매출가능성, 미래성장상품성, 경쟁상품예상, 제품독창성, 매니지먼트 등의 값을 입력하여 종합점수가 가장 높은 사업 아이템을 결정할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 사업은 처음에 본인의 상황에 맞는 사업을 잘 선택하는 것이 무엇보다 중요한데 본 연구의 프로그램을 이용해 여러 가지 사업 아이템을 놓고 결정하기 어려울 때 가장 적합한 사업 아이템을 결정할 수 있게 될 것이다.

본 논문은 기술개발지원사업의 선정 평가지표를 개발하고, 사례에 적용하여 그 타당성을 파악하고 있다. 개발된 선정평가지표의 기업선정순위와 기존 선정평가지표의 기업선정순위를 비교하여 성과를 낸 기업의 순위를 어떤 선정평가지표가 더 정확히 유추해 냈는지를 확인하고 있다. BSC 및 AHP기법을 이용하여 기술개발지원사업 선정평가지표를 개발하였다.

The Markowitz portfolio selection model uses estimators to deduce input parameters. However, the estimation errors of input parameters negatively influence the performance of portfolios. Therefore, this model cannot be reliably applied to real-world investments. To overcome this problem, we suggest an algorithm that can exclude stocks with large estimation error from the portfolio by applying a tracking signal to the Markowitz portfolio selection model. By calculating the tracking signal of each stock, we can monitor whether unexpected departures occur on the outcomes of the forecasts on rate of returns. Thereafter, unreliable stocks are removed. By using this approach, portfolios can comprise relatively reliable stocks that have comparatively small estimation errors. To evaluate the performance of the proposed approach, a 10-year investment experiment was conducted using historical stock returns data from 6 different stock markets around the world. Performance was assessed and compared by the Markowitz portfolio selection model with additional constraints and other benchmarks such as minimum variance portfolio and the index of each stock market. Results showed that a portfolio using the proposed approach exhibited a better Sharpe ratio and rate of return than other benchmarks.
