직장 내 괴롭힘이 이직 의도에 미치는 영향 - 조직 공정성이 조절하는 정서적 고갈의 매개 효과 (Effects of workplace bullying on turnover intentions - Mediated effects of emotional depletion moderate by organizational Justice)

  • 본 연구는 직장 내 괴롭힘이 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 조직 공정성이 조절하는 매개효과의 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 중소기업 종사자를 대상으로 400부의 설문을 분석하여 SPSS 24와 smartPLS 3를 사용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 직장 내 괴롭힘의 증가하면 정서적 고갈, 이직 의도도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 정서적 고갈은 직장 내 괴롭힘과 이직 의도 사이의 영향 관계를 유의미하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 조직 공정성은 직장 내 괴롭힘과 정서적 고갈 사이의 영향 관계를 유의미하게 조절하는 이론적 토대를 마련하였다. 따라서 직장 내 괴롭힘 예방 교육 의무화와 다양한 프로그램을 통하여 종사자들에 대한 존중과 감수성을 높이고, 조직 공정성을 증가시킴으로써 개인과 기업의 안녕과 성장으로 경쟁력을 높이는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. 향후 연구에서는 괴롭힘 예방을 위한 다양한 변수를 활용한 연구가 필요하다.

  • Bullying at school results in a variety of psychological and social issues. Even after victims reach adulthood, these issues do not resolve and can have detrimental effects. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of school bullying victimization on body appreciation in adulthood. Considerations include multi-mediating effects of physical attractiveness comparison and ambivalent emotions toward beauty. A research model comprised of six hypotheses was derived applying the A (adversity)-B (belief)-C (consequence) theory. A survey with 583 South Korean women in their twenties to forties was conducted to collect data. Confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-mediation analysis were applied, and all hypotheses were accepted. School bullying victimization had a negative influence on body appreciation in adulthood. Additionally, physical attractiveness comparison and ambivalent emotions toward beauty mediated this causal relationship. Also, the mediating effect of physical attractiveness comparison on the relationship between school bullying victimization and body appreciation was the greatest among the three mediating effects. This study demonstrated that bullying victimization at school continues into adulthood, which hurts body appreciation of adulthood. The findings would contribute to the development of therapy programs for school bullying victims.

SNS 사용자의 사이버불링 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing Cyberbullying Behaviors among SNS Users)

  • As the explosive growth of SNS users, SNS affects every aspect of our lives. Beyond the individual's scope there is a powerful influence in society. Now cyber bullying is a big problem of this society. To analyze the relationship between the SNS user features and cyber bullying phenomenon, various SNS user's personal and social characteristics were set to variables affecting the cyber bullying phenomenon on the SNS. For the research, questionnaire survey was conducted for total 200 subjects among 10~60 age band in each region across the country. We set a research model including the items that are found to be affected in cyber bullying through the prior researches. To analyze interrelation of cyber bullying phenomenon and the general characteristics of SNS users, multiple regression analysis and other analyses were conducted. As a statistical result, we found the correlation among variables and the suggestion points for a SNS platform development direction.

청소년의 개인적 특성과 또래괴롭힘 (Individual Characteristics and Peer Bullying/Victimization of Adolescents)

  • This study investigated the relation of individual characteristics and peer bullying/victimization as experienced by middle school first-grade children. The major findings of the research were as follows; First, adolescents perceived lower 'appearance', and 'cognitive ability' scores than the medium. Second, aggression was the most significant factor affecting the direct and relational bullying, while withdrawal was the main significant factor affecting the direct and relational victimization in the children. In conclusion, there was a significant gender difference in the peer bullying/victimization.

  • The subjects of this study were 4th to 6th grade children and instruments were the Teenage Inventory of Social Skills, the Internal-External Control Scale, the Self-Esteem Scale, and the Peer Relations Questionnaire. In the concurrent study, children lower in social skills and in self-esteem and external in locus of control reported more bullying and victimization. Children higher in social skills and in self-esteem and internal in locus of control reported more prosocial behavior. In the prospective study, children lower in social skills were more involved in bullying and victimization. Children higher in social skills reported more prosocial behavior. The effects of locus of control and self-esteem on peer relations diminished over time. However, social skills had a significant influence on bullying, victimization and prosocial behavior up to two years later. Children lower in psychosocial development were more vulnerable to peer victimization.

또래괴롭힘 상황에서 주변또래 유형의 판별변인 분석 (Analysis of Variables for Classifying Types of Outsiders in Bullying Situations)

  • The purpose of the present study was to identify variables for predicting types of outsiders and possible mitigating factors in bullying situations. Participants were 344 $5^{th}$, $6^{th}$ and $7^{th}$ grade students(159 boys and 185 girls). Involvement of outsiders in bullying was examined by proportion. Major findings were that; (1) Over half of the sample(65.4%) were involved in bullying by either actively reinforcing(bully-followers; 6.4%) or passively observing(bystanders; 59.0%); 34.6% were defenders of victims. (2) Multiple discriminant analysis yielded a function of 3 variables(empathy, risk burden, and prosocial moral reasoning) that was effective in classifying bully-followers, bystanders, and victim-defenders. Empathy and prosocial moral reasoning predicted victim-defenders and risk burden predicted bully-followers and bystanders.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between peer victimization by peers, bullying, and friendships, with a focus on friendship network, friendship quality, and friends' characteristics. The subjects were 678 fifth and sixth grade primary school children recruited from a public school in Bucheon city. The peer nomination index was used to assess peer victimization, bullying, and friendship network. In addition, children themselves reported on the quality of their friendships using the Friendship Quality Scale. The results showed that victimization by peers was influenced by friendship network size, support, and victimization of friends, whereas bullying was explained by support and the bullying behaviors of friends.

종합병원 간호사의 소진에 관한 연구: 직장 내 약자 괴롭힘과 부정적 감정성향 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on Burnout in Clinical Nurses: Focused on Bullying and Negative Affectivity)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of bullying, negative affectivity and burnout in the nurses. Methods: The sample consisted of 389 nurses. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Hierarchical Multiple Regression. Results: The control variables of age, marital status, education level, current position, health status and work unit explained 30.2%(F=28.9, p<.001) of variance in burnout. The control variables, bullying and negative affectivity collectively explained 49.7% of variance in burnout. Conclusion: The results indicate that the demographic factors influencing burnout are age, education level, health status, work unit, while bullying and negative affectivity in the work places are factors that influence burnout. These findings can be utilized to develop strategies to reduce bullying and negative affectivity.

부링(Bullying)동화를 활용한 인권교육 활동이 유아의 인권관련태도 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Human Rights Education Activities using Bullying Fairy Tales on Young Children's Human Rights-Related Attitudes and Self-Esteem)

  • The present study examined effects of human rights education activities using bullying fairy tales on young children's human rights attitudes and self-esteem. The subjects of the study were a total of 40 five years old. children. Twenty of children were assigned to an experimental group and the other 20 children were assigned to a control group. The experimental group participated in human rights education activities using bullying fairy tales 21 times, 3 times a week for 7 weeks and the control group participated in Nurui curriculum activities during the same periods.. The study results indicated that the experimental group showed more improvement in their human rights attitudes and self-esteem than the control group. Therefore human rights education activities using the bullying fairy tales used in this study might be an effective educational mothod to enhence young children's human rights attitudes and self-esteem.

중환자실 간호사의 직무스트레스, 직장 내 괴롭힘, 자기효능감이 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Job Stress, Working Bullying, Self-Efficacy on the Professional Self-Concept of Intensive Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose : The aims of this study was to provide basic data to enhance the professional self-concept of nurses in intensive care unit and identify the relationship between job stress, working bullying, self-efficacy and professional self-concept and identify the factors influencing professional self-concept in intensive care unit nurses. Methods : This study was conducted from June to August, 2018 at five general hospitals over 500 beds. Structured questionnaire were completed by 120 nurses who had agreed to understand and participate in the study. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS win 24.0 program. Results : Factors affecting the professional self-concept of the subjects were self-efficacy, working bullying, unsatisfaction and satisfaction of nursing job satisfaction, age. The explanatory power of these variables on professional self-concept was 55.1%. Conclusion : The self-efficacy, working bullying, nursing job satisfaction, and age of the intensive care unit nurses were identified as the major factors influencing the professional self-concept. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply an educational program to improve self-efficacy and nursing job satisfaction and reduce working bullying, which are influencing factors of professional self-concept of intensive care unit nurse.
