Incentive/Disincentive (I/D) contracting experiences in many states have been evaluated in terms of time and cost performance and substantial project time savings were found in many project cases. However, there is little understanding on individual project success factors for I/D projects during construction. This paper explores the significance of I/D clause in the success of the MacArthur Maze reconstruction project and summarizes a list of group causes that explains and elaborates on the detailed factors. The methods used for carrying out this study started with a search of online media and news reports and contract documents were also obtained from Caltrans. After review of the preliminary information, Interviews were performed with the Caltrans Resident Engineer and the contractor's project manager who were in charge of the MacArthur Maze reconstruction. In conclusion, the evaluation of their responses hinted at six significant cause groups responsible for the project's success. These groups can be listed as: 1) Motivation, 2) Policy, 3) Teamwork, 4) Communication, 5) Expectation, and 6) Resource Management.

최근 공사관리의 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 CM제도의 도입, EVMS기법의 도입 등이 추진되고 있으며 제도적, 효율적인 공정관리를 위해서 필수적인 공정관리의 운영실태와 공정관리 수행을 저해하는 전반적인 문제점과 개선방안을 모색, WBS를 포함한 기존의 건설분야 정보분류시스템들이 토목부분의 적용에 문제점을 갖고 있는 점을 고려하여 새로운 정보분류체계의 개발 둥에 대한 연구 둥이 이루어지고 있으며, 국내 건설환경에 적합한 EVMS에 의한 공정-공사비 통합관리 프로세스모델이나 건축공사 등에서 적용사례 분석을 중심으로 공정-비용 통합관리 실용화를 위한 통합모델 개선방안을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공정 공사비 통합관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 교량의 예시를 통하여 WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) 및 Activity를 구축하고, 공정관리 전산프로그램을 이용하여 성과분석을 수행하여 유사공사의 계획수립에 일조하고자 한다.

본 연구는 범용 프로젝트 관리 및 운영을 위해 범용 프로젝트 관리 전산시스템에 적용할 수 있는 초기 전산관리용 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 데이터베이스 구축 모형은 시설요소, 구조요소, 공사요소, 자원요소의 조직정보분류체계를 근거로 2교대 3경간의 교량공사를 조직분류체계, 활동, 자원별 활동의 계층으로 표현하여 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 구축된 데이터베이스 모형은 향후 범용 프로젝트 관리 및 운영을 위해서 매우 체계적이고 과학적인 관리로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구의 목적은 강교량 제작 현장에서의 효율적인 정보관리를 지원하기 위한 정보관리체계의 구축을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 강교량 제작 업무 프로세스와 제작공종별 발생정보의 흐름과 정보관리 레벨(Level)을 분석함으로써 업무 수행과정에서의 효율적인 정보관리를 지원하기 위한 WBS 구축방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 강교량 제작은 다양한 제작공정을 거쳐 수행되며, 각 단계별 업무 목적 및 관행에 따라 다양한 정보관리 수준을 갖는 것으로 파악되었으며, 효율적인 공정, 원가, 자원 및 풀질 등의 정보 관리, 공유 및 재활용을 위해서는 공종과 강교 거더의 부위 분류체계를 바탕으로 한 WBS의 구축이 바람직한 것으로 분석되었다.

건설현장의 생산성은 견실성 및 생산활동의 효율성 평가을 위한 매우 중요한 지표이며, 건설 현장작업은 모두 작업조를 중심으로 수행됨으로 작업조의 생산성 관리는 특히 중요하다. 문헌연구 및 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 도출된 27개의 관리요인들로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 32부를 회수하여 분석하였다. 대분류항목의 실행도 및 중요도를 분석한 결과, '장비'와 '건설인력' 항목이 도로교량 공사의 작업조 생산성에 매우 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 실행도는 중요도에 비해 비교적 미비한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 소분류 항목 27개를 분석한 결과, 지속적인 관심을 가져야 하는 항목으로는 '적기의 장비조달', '효율적 작업조 구성', '작업자의 숙련도', '현장통제 및 감독능력'이 중요도에 비해 실행도가 낮음으로 보다 더 향상시킬 필요가 있는 관리 요인들로는 '장비 가동성능', '설계도서의 정확성', '시공상세도의 정확성', '작업지시 및 승인 시기', '작업지시의 정확성' 등인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 도로공사의 구조체 공사에서 작업조 생산성 향상을 위해 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The special organization that our military service is conscripted by the duty of national defense purposes to the period of military service. So couple of soldiers are think as the corresponds to college, or some knowledge layer from the operating management discarding period, lifetime value. But, now a day changed of the military life, it is when the individual soldiers can have some self-development and the lifelong education in terms of a period, and can changeing the footsteps of the new life that the function as a 'bridge' to activate production of barracks life. So that it can be supported themselves need to strive for human resource development. This study is being discussed on the correlation of military human resources and qualified operating and sustainable and promising future eligibility for qualified by taking advantage of the Boston Consulting Group Matrix(Boston Consulting Group Matrix).

Outwardly, the people in the shipping industry are aware that multicultural working environments and conditions could have a strong influence on the operation of ships. With a lack of cultural awareness and foreign language skill of crew members on ships, there are lots of misunderstandings and miscommunications among (cross-cultural) crews. More and more maritime accidents are caused by human error in the world's oceans. Nevertheless the research on cultural diversity and human interaction on ships is still in its infancy. Due to the rapid change of the demographic make-up of crews, not only teaching and training technical skills for the crews, but also education in nontechnical skills such as cultural awareness, cultural sensitivity, intercultural competence is urgently needed. This study will deal with intercultural issues on ships. It aims to emphasize the necessity of intercultural training in MET.

해양수산부는 2014. 4. 16. 발생한 세월호 전복사건 이후 안전관리 부실 문제가 제기되어 법과 제도를 강화하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 내항 여객선에서는 최근 5년 동안 매년 평균 약 13건의 충돌·접촉·좌초사고 발생하고 있다. 특히 해양안전심판원의 재결에 따르면, 항내에서 조선 중 발생한 여객선 사고의 주된 원인은 대부분 선장의 부적절한 조선 또는 부주의라고 판단하였다. 이에 본 논문은 항내에서 발생한4건의 여객선 해양사고를 분석한 후 선장의 부적절한 조선 등 행위에 기여한 환경적·제도적·물적·인적 요인에 대해 상세히 살펴보았다. 그결과 다음과 같은 기여 요인들이 확인되었다. 첫째 환경적인 요인으로서 선회장의 크기가 기준을 충족하지 못한 사례가 확인되었다. 둘째 제도적인 요인으로서 VTS관제가 적절히 지원되지 않았고, 선장이 안전한 항내 조선을 위한 교육이 부족하며, 최신화된 해도가 제공되지 않았다. 셋째 물적요인으로서 선장이 Wing bridge에서 접·이안 조선 중 실시간으로 속력을 확인할 수 있는 속력계가 설치되어 있지 않았다. 그리고 인적요인으로서 선장이 적절한 선교자원을 지원받지 못하였고, 적절한 항해계획이 수립되지 않았다. 이에 본 논문에서는 선장의 안전한 항내 조선을 위해 기준에 맞는 선회장을 확보하는 것과 선장이 선박조종 시뮬레이션 교육을 이수하도록 하는 것 등을 개선방안으로 제시하였다.

Purpose: This provides basic data for improving educational effectiveness by selecting and applying basic vocational competency applicable to dental technology's sub-major curricula by determining and researching dental technicians' awareness levels concerning the basic vocational competency's importance. Methods: 170 dental technicians working in Daegu, Korea were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire between 9 January 2018 and 23 February 2018. Results: 1. The highest level of the basic vocational competency elements by the awareness levels of importance in dental technology laboratories was shown in the occupational ethics, followed by technological skills, interpersonal skills, self-development levels, problem-solving skills, information skills, resource management skills and skills for understanding groups, communication skills, and mathematical skills. 2. Female dental technicians put relatively higher importance on writing documents and managing time, while males stressing on basic statistics. 3. Dental laboratory CEOs and managers put high values on resource management skills, while head technicians valuing information skills more. 4. The awareness levels concerning the basic vocational competency importance in some dental technology fields did not match those of the dental technology laboratories in the fields of porcelain, crown and bridge, and orthodontics. Conclusion : This study demonstrates that the awareness levels concerning basic vocational competency's importance in some fields of dental technology differ from those of dental technology laboratories. Developing a basic vocational competency curriculum, it seems necessary to find ways to increase educational effectiveness by selecting and applying the basic vocational competency for the respective fields of dental technology.

자율운항선박 기술은 점차 발전하고 있다. 하지만 완전 자율운항선박이 등장하기 전까지는 원격운영센터에서 원격운영자가 제어하는 형태를 가지게 될 것이다. 그러나 현재 그들의 면허체계는 국내외적으로 정해지지 않았다. 역량이 검증되지 않은 원격운영자의 등장은 항행 안전에 위험이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 문헌 연구를 통해 원격운영자의 면허체계를 위해 고려해야 할 평가기준과 국내 해기사 면허체계 내에서 수립할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 AHP를 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 원격운영자의 면허체계를 위해서는 우선적으로 법률제정이 필요하고 선박직원법 제4조 해기사 면허의 직종에 원격운영자의 직종을 추가하는 방안이 가장 선호되었다. 이에 따라 원격운영센터의 조직구성도 기존 선박의 선교인적관리 조직과 유사하게 형성할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 자율운항선박의 인적 관리 측면에서 원격운영자의 효율적인 양성과 항행 안전에 이바지할 수 있을 것이다.
