일부 대학생의 지각된 스트레스와 구강 악습관과의 관련성 (A Study of the Relation of Perceived Stress to Oral Parafunctional Habits in University Students)

  • 본 연구는 전라북도에 소재한 5개 대학교에 재학 중인 1~4학년 남녀 대학생 396명을 대상으로 스트레스가 측두하악장애에 영향을 미치는 구강악습관과의 연관성을 파악하고자 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 구강 내 악습관 정도에 '수면 시 한쪽으로 누워 잔다'가 가장 빈도 높은 구강 악습관으로 나타났으며 그 외에 '카페인 음료를 즐겨 마신다', '손이나 물건으로 턱을 괸다', '음식을 한쪽으로만 씹는다' 등이 높은 순으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 스트레스를 살펴본 결과 성별에 따라서는 학교생활 문제, 자신 문제, 경제적 문제에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학년에 따라서는 스트레스 중 자신 문제만이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 요인 간 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 실시한 결과 지각된 스트레스 중 학교생활 문제, 자신 문제는 구강 악습관 점수와 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성 및 지각된 스트레스가 구강 악습관 점수에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위하여 다중선형회귀분석을 실시한 결과 성별, 학년, 주관적 구강건강 상태, 학교생활 문제로 인한 스트레스, 자신 문제로 인한 스트레스가 유의한 변수로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 대학생의 구강 악습관과 스트레스는 유기적으로 관련을 맺고 있으며, 측두하악장애에 영향을 미치는 구강 악습관이 해결하기 어려운 구강문제임을 인식하고 구강 악습관에 대한 적절한 구강보건교육과 예방이 필요하다. 또한 스트레스 완화를 위한 노력으로 규칙적인 운동 및 식생활을 하며 개인의 특성에 맞는 스트레스 해소 방법이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Studies on the Darkness of the Face Skin by the influence of External Environments

  • The facial color is affected by age increase, health condition, internal and/or external environment factors and so on. Especially, the external environment factors in accordance with the influence of environment pollution that is air pollution, exert a bad influence of skin. The object of this study shall be quantified the facial color change in accordance with age increase, external environment factors. Therefore we have make the measurement about the facial color change of Korean women by regional groups. We've quantified through correlation equation, the rate of the many external environment factors which influence the facial color change (air pollution, climate condition, season etc.) As the result of the study, we have reach to know that CO, $O_3$, $NO_2$ has high relation with hue, value, chrome change. The facial color change is proved to be influenced atmospheric environment condition. Besides in hue and value in relation with meteorology demonstrates its link with the temperature, the evaporation quantity, the duration of sunshine of each region. Therefore we have instill cognition of the environmental pollution in accordance with external environment factor that was quantified. And we have reach to know this study affects cosmetics development of new concept.

중학생의 자아탄력성이 식생활관리에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self-resilience on Dietary Management in Middle School Students)

  • Objectives: This study aims to identify self-resilience factors that drive right dietary and food safety practices in middle school students. Methods: Data was collected from 438 middle school students in Daegu using a self-administered questionnaire in December, 2013. The questionnaire consisted of 81 items with the following categories: general information, self-resilience, right dietary and food safety practices. Statistical analyses to determine frequency, average, ANOVA, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 21. Results: The results of factor analysis indicated that self-resilience was classified into challenge, adaptability, patience and achievement needs, and right dietary practices were sub-grouped into family meals, experience of dietary life, eco-friendly, balanced food, economy and bad food control, and food safety practices consisted of management of bacteria, hand washing and eating off a plate, safety food and food purchasing. The score of right dietary and food safety practices showed significant differences by sex, grade, and school achievement (p < 0.05). The economy factor of right dietary practices was significantly affected by the management of bacteria (p < 0.001), hand washing and eating off a plate (p < 0.001), safety food (p < 0.01), food purchasing of food safety practices (p < 0.05). The challenge factor of self-resilience significantly affected family meals, experience of dietary life, balanced food, economy, bad food control, management of bacteria, hand washing and eating off a plate, and safety food (p < 0.05). The adaptability factor of self-resilience was associated with factors such as eco-friendly, balanced food, economy, bad food control, management of bacteria, hand washing and eating off a plate, and food purchasing (p < 0.05). Conclusions: This study suggests that dietary education programs for middle school students could incorporate food safety practices, and self-resilience such as challenge, adaptability, patience and achievement needs to be effective.

레스토랑 서비스 실패가 고객의 부정적 감정과 행동에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Failed Services on Customer's Negative Emotions and Behavior in the Restaurant Business)

  • 본 연구는 선행 연구를 토대로 하는 문헌고찰과 실증조사 분석을 통해 외식기업에서 발생할 수 있는 서비스 실패 상황에서 발생할 수 있는 소비자의 부정적 감정과 서비스 실패 유형을 구체화시키고 그러한 소비자의 부정적 감정이 향후 소비자의 행동에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 부산지역 대학생을 대상으로 2008년 9월 15일부터 30일까지 설문지를 통해 유효한 261부의 설문 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집한 자료를 활용하여 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 상관관계(correlation analysis) 및 요인분석(factor analysis)을 실시하였고, 구성 개념간의 인과관계 및 영향력의 차이를 확인하기 위해 공분산구조분석(covariance structure analysis)을 실시하였다. 통계자료분석은 SPSS 12.0 버전과 AMOS 4.0을 이용하였다. 분석 결과 4가지 서비스 실패 유형(서비스 신뢰성 실패 서비스 유형성 실패 서비스 반응성 실패 서비스 공감성의 실패)을 확인하였으며, 이러한 서비스 실패 유형이 이용 소비자의 부정적 감정인 후회감과 실망감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 뿐만 아니라 소비자의 부정적 감정이 부정 행동과 브랜드 전환, 그리고 부정적 구전 등 부정 행동에 영향을 미침을 확인하였다.

치위생과 스켈링 실습실 내원자의 구강건강에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Related Factors of Oral health of scaling Patients in Dental hygiene department)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was related factors of oral health of scaling patients in dental hygiene department. Methods: The sample consisted of 218 at the scaling practice room of dental hygiene department in D College from March to November 2011. Chi-square test was used to analyze the relation the oral health behavior or oral hygiene and oral health, and losistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the factors asociated with oral health. Results: Scaling patients was 43.6% of the male and 56.4% of the women. Their age group was 79.8% of the twenty. Lately they was smoking status 69.7%. Brushing three times a day, 55.8% in male and female were 74.0% with significant differences(p=0.019). Kind of toothbrush "normal" the response was the highest, 45.3% male, 62.6% women were significantly higher in women(p=0.012). Toothbrushing educational experienced 33.7% men, women's educational experience rate of 52.8% was significantly higher(p=0.006), use of oral hygiene products education experienced 15.8% of the men and women 27.6% had significant difference(p=0.049). Scaling experience is not in the Dental plaque index the number of "bad" was significantly higher(p=0.035), toothbrushing educational experience is not in the Dental plaque index the number of "bad" and significantly higher(p=0.008) and Gingival bleeding index was significantly higher(p=0.033). Use of oral hygiene products educational experience if you do not have the number of the Dental plaque index "bad" were higher(p=0.011). Gingival bleeding index, affecting demographic variables were smoking(p=0.024). Dental plaque index the influence of experience with oral hygiene products factors(p=0.044) and gingival bleeding index was influenced Toothbrushing of educational experience(p=0.029). Conclusion: The results reported here confirm the factors associated with the oral health were education of oral hygiene products factors and Toothbrushing experience.

남자 고등학생 흡연자의 영양상태 판정 및 흡연관련 요인분석 -II. 흡연과 관련된 사회심리적 요인에 대한 연구- (Assessment of Nutritional Status and Factors Related to Smoking in Adolescent Males -II. Psychosocial Factors Influencing Smoking among Male High School Students-)

  • The study purpose was to investigate psychosocial factors related to smoking among adolescent boys. The Theory of Planned Behavior provide the basis for the study. Twenty-five attitudinal beliefs, 9 normative beliefs and 20control beliefs were identified through questionnaire development. The data were analyzed using t-test and χ2-test. Thirty-three percent of 300 students were smokers. Most of the beliefs examined were significantly different between smokers(n=92) and nonsmokers(n=92). With respect to attitudinal beliefs, smokers responded less negatively on the items of bad health effects of smoking such as sore throat, headache, chest pain, risk of cancer and bad blood circulation(p<0.001), and decreased physical strength(p<0.05). Smokers believed less negatively on the items that smoking leads to bothering others, bad breath, yellow teeth and making them spend money(p<0.001). In contrast, smokers felt more positively on smoking as a means of stress management, relaxing, helping digestion(P<0.001). Smokers felt less pressure for not smoking from significant others. Especially mother, siblings, friends, girl friends, seniors of school were important sources of influence regarding subject's smoking. Smokers felt less confident in controlling the urge to smoke in several situations including; when they were with friends or asked to smoke by friends; after the meal, or drinking; when they were bored or stressed, upset, and when they felt unstable(p<0.001). Smokers also scored lower on specific skills to quit or control the urge to smoke as well as overall perceived control, compared to nonsmokers(p<0.001). These results suggest that interventions for adolescents incorporate diverse strategies to increase the perceived control over smoking in specific situations as well as overall perceived control, to help them realize and modify attitudinal beliefs, and to elicit support from significant others for not smoking. 환경변인 및 내적통제력, 부모와의 의사소통이 청소년의 스트레스에 미치는 영향 -농촌, 도시비교- (Influence of environmental variables, inner control and communication with parents on adolescent's stress -compared rural with urban-)

  • The purpose of the study is to examine the differences between rural and urban in the factors and the level of stress in adolescent, inner control and communication with parents. Also, It is to research the influence of environmental variables, inner control and communication with parents on adolescent's stress in sides of rural and urban. Therefore, I provide needed data in instructing students. For the data set, academic high school students in second grade in a town for rural and Su-Seung gu, Dal-Sugu, chung gu in Dae-gu for urban were chosen. The data were analyzed with the frequency, percentage, factor analysis Mean, S.D, reliability, t-test, regression in use of Spss PC+ Program. The main results are as follow. First, for rural students, stress level is displayed studies, future0affair, life-attitude, companions, self-assurance and home life in order by lower sphere. For urban students, it is displayed future-affair, studies, life-attitude, companions, self-assurance and home life in order by lower shpere. In case of rural "I don't know effective study method" is highly displayed by factors. In case of urban. "I am tired of a competitive life" is highly displayed. The mean of stress level is 3.22 for rural and 3.07 for urban. The differences between rural and urban are showed in self-assurance, studies and companions. Finally when we see the stress generally the stress level is higher in rural high school students than in urban high school students. Second, rural students are lower displayed than urban students in inner control and communication with parents. There is no difference urban students in inner control and communication with parents. There is no difference in communication with a mother. third, influential variables on stress level are inner control, communication with parents, satisfaction with companions and school life as environmental variables in sides of rural and urban. Physical condition is added for rural and sex for urban Finally we get the result that stress level is high in low inner control, poor communication with parents, bad companions and unsatisfied school life for both rural and urban. Bad physical condition for rural and female for urban are added.

일부 대학생의 스트레스가 구강건강과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Influence of stress on the oral health and quality of life of university students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze Influence of stress on oral health and quality of life. Methods: The participants were 172 students from 4 universities located in DaeJeon, South Korea. A questionnaire was administered, assessing the impacts of the general characteristics of the participants, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) symptoms, xerostomia, and halitosis on stress. And oral impacts on daily performance were also investigated. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 18.0. Results: The level of stress was higher in female, and the causes of stress was reported scholastic achievement, relations with professors, get a job. The students who were higher stress were more conscious of TMJ symptoms, xerostomia and halitosis(p<0.05). Stress was significantly positively correlated with TMJ symptoms (r=0.376, p<0.001), dry mouth (r=0.360, p<0.001), and bad breath (r=0.343, p<0.001). Oral Impacts on Daily Performance (OIDP) scores were significantly positively correlated with dry mouth, bad breath, TMJ symptoms, and stress. Regression analysis showed that 54.5% of the independent variables were related to OIDP scores. Stress and TMJ symptoms exerted a significant effect on OIDP scores. Conclusions: Stress among university students affects oral health and quality of life. Stress coping mechanisms and oral health care education programs should be developed and applied at universities.

콘크리트의 블리딩에 미치는 배합 및 시공요인의 영향 (Influence of Mixing and Construction Factor on the Bleeding of Concrete)

  • This study is focused on the influence of mixture and construction factor on bleeding amount of concrete According to the results, Amount of bleeding with mixture factor increases with increase of water contents and W/C. Amount of bleeding with construction factors is larger in the case of placing height of 1m than in the case of placing height of 0 and 0.5m. Amount of bleeding is larger at the temperature of 20℃ than at the temperature of 35℃ and 5℃, and increases in order of vibration compacting, standard lamping and non tamping. Therefore, to reduce bleeding, it is thought that it is profitable to reduce water content within the range that fluidity and workability don't go bad, to lower the placing height and not to do compacting too much.

  • The Roadway caused through Power Train engine vibration and bad ride comfort. It is very important to analyze the vibratory characteristics. The mathematical models on the Power Train, which is composed of engine-/transmission block, universal joint shaft, differential, rear axle arm and wheels, are developed and is verified by the experiments. This Paper describes the coupling influence occurred through a complete drive system for the power train. Dies study is carried out computationally with a calculation program and experimentally with the aid of the mode analysis.
