The purpose of the study is to define disabilities, to introduce the historical background, to classify the types of rehabilitative services, to examine significant architectural case studies, and to point the way toward enhanced architectural solutions for healthier rehabilitative service environment for the patients. The case study will provide a brief introduction to the selected cases and examine design concepts and planning factors.

In this paper, we analyze the basic concepts of permutation polynomials over finite fields, and the historical background through the use of the major classes of permutation polynomials over the fields. And also, we find a method of the polynomial representation with respect to cycles on the fields.

Economic background is discussed with consequences for tractor industry and tractor concepts. Particular reference is given to the question of frame chassis instead of block concept. Development trends of tractor components are analyzed for driving system (including four-wheel drive and brakes), diesel engines, transmissions, human engineering , hydraulics and implement control. Consideration is given to electronics and aspects of environmental protection as well. Expected further tractor design developments are summarized at the end of the paper.

In this paper, we consider the abstraction of mathematics and arts. In particular, we compare cave arts of Palaeolith stone ages with those of Neolith stone ages and analyze paintings of a child. After the Middle ages, in Renaissance period the new technique, perspective was introduced by painters for the sake of realistic description. We consider the social background of perspective. In 19th century, European society became familiar with the abstraction of mathematics and arts. And we also study the mathematical concepts and the abstract paintings on the basis of the social backgrounds.

We study mathematization of natural thinking and some materials developed in geometric construction of regular n-polygons. This mathematization provides a nice model for illustrating interesting approaches to trigonometric functions and trigonometric ratios as well as their inter-connections. Thereby, results of this paper will provide the procedure of the development for these concepts in natural way, which will be helpful for understanding background knowledges.

Computer technology in mathematics teaching-learning is not for teaching computer but for improving mathematics teaching-learning with computer. It is shown the use of computer technology comparing with traditional approach provides students more opportunities in order to approach abstract structure. Computer activity provides not only understanding concepts of analysis and opportunity to investigate theory but also effective background in teaching analysis. We analyze students' computer usage level on analysis education by using computer usage level according to role of computer technology. We try to get an useful educational implication on analysis education applying MATLAB through qualitative research.

The aim of this study is to find phenomenological characteristics in the background and contents of Kenneth Frampton's architectural theories and their contribution to architectural phenomenology. His theories reflect on the interpretations of Modern architecture synchronically and diachronically. This difference makes Frampton have more concrete direction for architectural phenomenology. Hanna Arendt, who contribute to form Frampton's architectural theory, introduced various concepts of Heidegger's phenomenology to Frampton. And criticism of image centered late capitalism also act as a background for Frampton to relate to phenomenology. Frampton emphasized the importance of 'critical regionalism' and 'tectonic' as a poetics of construction as the resistance of globalization. All of these have relations to 'place' and 'perception' that are main themes of phenomenology. Frampton explains his theory with phenomenological terms and above all things, he assimilates concerns of architectural phenomenology with critical thinking. In these aspects, his theories can be recognized as playing an important role to the development of architectural phenomenology.

This study aims at finding out the characteristics and influences of Libeskind's early drawing works through comparisons of each drawing. The importance of his experimental drawing works is not only their uniqueness but also relationship to creation and development of his architecture. Libeskind's musical and educational background had great impacts on forming his early drawings. A series of drawings including 'Micromegas', 'Chamberworks', and 'Theatrum Mundi' shows variety and experiments about reconstruction of three dimensional architectural fragments, abstractive line drawing and plane oriented painting. Libeskind himself cease to experiment drawing techniques but their characteristics still remain in his sketches, diagram and conceptual drawings. In spite of influences of undergraduate design studios, theoretical background of graduate studies, their experimental features are due to his continuous endeavor to make and develop his drawing skills and contents. As a result, his early drawings act as media and way to communicate and develop his concepts.

In this paper, the formula of lower limit of detection considering the measuring time of sample and background was derived using the basic concepts of lower limit of detection. Among parameters affecting the determination of MDA value, the MDA values were calculated with variation of amount of sample and measuring time of sample and background. The results of adequate division between the measuring time of sample and that of background studied in this research make it possible to evaluate confidence limits on the radio analytical results in the environmental sample.
