Solar IR spectra have been utilised by us to derive log gf values for atomic lines due to 17 chemical elements. in the J and H bands, i.e. in the wavelength ranges 1.00 - 1.34 ${\mu}m$ and 1.49 - 1.80 ${\mu}m$ respectively. The observed central line depths were based on the FTS atlases published at. Liege and KPNO. We also reprot new log gf values for 51 lines for which neither theoretical nor experimental values are available till date.

The piezoelectric properties and the doping effect of N $b_2$ $O_{5}$ and Mn $O_2$for 0.95PbZ $r_{x}$ $Ti_{x}$ $O_3$+0.05Pb(M $n_{0.42}$ $W_{0.26}$S $b_{0.32}$) $O_3$ compositions have been investigated. In the composition of 0.95PbZ $r_{0.54}$ $Ti_{0.46}$ $O_3$+0.05Pb(M $n_{0.42}$ $W_{0.26}$S $b_{0.32}$) $O_3$the Values Of $k_{p}$ find and $\varepsilon$$_{33}$ $^{T}$ are maximized, but $Q_{m}$ Was minimized ( $k_{p}$ =0.51, $Q_{m}$ =1750). The grain size was suppressed and the uniformity of grain was improved with doping concentration of N $b_2$ $O_{5}$ for 0.95PbZ $r_{0.54}$ $Ti_{0.46}$ $O_3$+0.005Pb(M $n_{0.42}$ $W_{0.26}$S $b_{0.32}$) $O_3$sample. The values of $k_{p}$ increased and the values of $Q_{m}$ slightly decreased when 0.5 wt% of N $b_2$ $O_{5}$ is doped. And the values of $k_{p}$ was the same formation of the N $b_2$ $O_{5}$ dopant when 0.5 wt% of M $n_2$ $O_{5}$ is doped. But the values of $Q_{m}$ was deeply decreased when 0.5 wt% of Mn $O_2$is doped. As a experiment results under high electric field driving, this piezoelectric ceramics are very stable. Conclusively, piezoelectric ceramic compsiton investigated at this paper is suitable for application to high power piezoelectric devices.. devices..ices.. devices..

Protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B), a negative regulator of insulin signaling, has served as a potential drug target for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. The MeOH extracts of twenty-nine medicinal plants, traditionally used in Vietnam as anti-diabetes agents, were investigated for PTP1B inhibitory activity in vitro. The results indicated that, most materials showed moderate to strong inhibitory activity with $IC_{50}$ values ranging from $3.4\;{\mu}g/mL$ to $35.1\;{\mu}g/mL$; meanwhile, eleven extracts (37.9%) could demonstrate PTP1B activity with $IC_{50}$ values less than $15.5\;{\mu}g/mL$; sixteen extracts (55.2%) could demonstrate PTP1B activity with $IC_{50}$ values ranging from $15.5\;{\mu}g/mL$ to $35.1\;{\mu}g/mL$. The study may provide a proof, at least in a part, for the ethno-medical use in diabetes disease of these plants.

본 논문은 HAPS와 이동위성 시스템과의 간섭영향 분석으로서, HAPS 고도가 20km와 50km일 때의 C/I 값을 구해 간섭 보호비를 초과하는 시간율 및 초과지속시간에 대한 평가를 행하였다. 그 결과 HAPS가 Iridium 시스템에 미치는 간섭의 경우 최저 C/I 값은 HAPS 고도가 50km일 때 20.42dB, 20km일 때는 12.73dB로 낮아지고, 이와 반대인 Iridium 시스템이 HAPS에 미치는 간섭의 경우도 각각 13.94dB에서 10.42dB로 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. HAPS 고도에 따른 간섭영향을 보면, 고도가 낮아질수록 강한 간섭을 주거나 받게 되며, C/I 최저값 또한 HAPS 고도에 따라 다른 시점에서 나타난다.

We have developed and tested a new method for nondestructive estimation of chlorophyll- and nitrogen-contents in rye leaf. It was found that the relation-ships among nitrogen, chlorophyll content and fresh weight were significantly positive correlated. Nitrogen and chlorophyll content were positively correlated whereas correlation coefficients among R, G, R-B and G-B on the basis of photo-numerical values were negative. We have found that R/(R-B) obtained from data of digital camera is the best criterion to estimate the chlorophyll content of leaves. The regression curves of the relation between R/(R-B) and chlorophyll content were also calculated from the data collected on cloudy days. The coefficients of determination ($\textrm{r}^2$) were ranged from 0.33 to 0.99. In this study, the accuracy in estimating chlorophyll content from the color data of digital camera image could be improved by correcting with R, G, and B values. It is suggested that, for practical purposes, the image values estimated with sufficient accuracy using a portable digital camera can be applied for determining chlorophyll content and nitrogen status in plant leaves.

본 연구는 쑥의 첨가와 도체등급이 돈육 patty의 품질에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 쑥을 첨가하지 않은 B등급육 patty(A patty), 쑥을 첨가한 B등급육 patty(B patty), 쑥을 첨가하지 않은 E등급육 patty(C patty) 및 쑥을 첨가한 E등급육 patty(D patty)를 제조하고 일반성분, 열량, 아질산 잔류량, 표면색도, 조직감, 보수력 및 관능성을 실험하였다. 수분함량은 시료들 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 조지방 함량과 열량은 B등급육 patty가 E등급육 patty보다 높았다. 조회분은 patty들 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 아질산 잔류량은 쑥을 첨가한 patty가 첨가하지 않은 것보다 낮았다. 명도(L)및 황색도(b)는 B등급육 patty가 높았으며, 적색도(a)는 E등급육 patty가 높았다. 경도, 응집성 및 씹힘성은 B등급육이 E등급육 patty보다 낮았다. 돈육 patty의 향기, 맛, 조직감, 다즙성, 색깔 및 종합적인 기호성은 patty들 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었다.

Twenty-one dogs(male 11 heads, female 10 heads) which were about 16 months ($16.3{\pm}3.5$) old and 10kg($10.1{\pm}2.0$) body weight, were allotted randomly into four groups as follows. Group I consisted of five dogs whose muscles were operated for sham muscle injuries. Group II consisted of seven dogs treated for cystic duct obstruction. Group III consisted of five dogs treated for the union fracture model. Group IV consisted of five dogs treated for the non-union fracture model. Radiographical and histological observations were carried out to determine bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP) and total alkaline phosphatase(TALP) values of each group for 20 weeks after the treatments with the condition of new bone formation. And also the applicability of percentage of BALP values to TALP (B/T) was studied after BALP was compared respectively with TALP. The level of TALP was increased without any relation to bone formation in group II, and all levels of BALP and B/T were increased in group III. The mean of B/T was high in statistical significance, due to varied levels of B/T and BALP. The changes of rates of B/T were significantly increased only in the case of the active new bone formation in group III, union fracture model. It was recognized that the mean values of B/T were statistical significant of the high applicability of the B/T ratio as an index of bone formation.

The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of Korean speakers' English stop pronunciation on their general pronunciation proficiency. For these purposes, 20 Korean speakers read English sentences and their pronunciations were rated by native English speakers. The Korean speakers' VOT values of English stops in sentences were then measured and the relation between the VOT values and native speakers' pronunciation rating was compared. Here, the relation between (1) the proficiency score of each speaker and VOT values; and (2) the proficiency score of each sentence and VOT values were analyzed. The results show that there is a relation between the proficiency score of each sentence and VOT values of /t, b, d, g/; and there is a relation between VOT values of /t, b, d, g/ and proficiency scores of each speaker while these is a weak relation between VOT values of /p, k/ and proficiency scores of each speaker.

The purpose of this study was to find out the clothing values and meanings by material values. The researcher used the scales of Richins & Dawson (1992) for Materialism Scale. The scales of Prentice (1987) and Ricllins (1994a, 1994b) for privateand public meanings of clothing. The scales of Prentice (1987) and Richins (1994a, 1994b) for importance clothes of private and public meanings.. The scales of Creekmore (1968) for clothing values. The subjects of this study were 154 girl students in the university. The research materials was analyzed by Frequency, MANOVA and Scheffe test The results of this study were as follows; 1) Higher group of material values had an orientation that emphasizes enjoyment values of clothing in private moaning and seems expensive of clothing in public meaning. 2) All group set a high value on both suits and jeans in clothing of private meanie that meant both interpersonal and enjoyment values and put much worth on both suits and mustang that concerned both costly and brand. 3) Higher group had significantly difference in aesthetic value and political value, and lower had significantly differene ineconomic value and theoretical value.
