During July 14, 2014 to March 31, 2015, after we sent out a total of 150 questionnaires for the survey to radiological technologists working at the clinic located in Gyoungsangnam province, 130 questionnaires suitable for research were analysis by using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software. As the welfare factors, working environment, financial support, educational opportunity, medical support, working culture, etc. were used. And as the sociodemographic characteristics, the gender, marriage, level of education, age, and working period were used. As a result of analysis of satisfaction level by welfare factors, working environment was $2.74{\pm}0.65$, financial support was $2.42{\pm}0.74$, educational opportunity was $2.24{\pm}0.72$, medical support was $2.68{\pm}0.69$, and working culture was $2.27{\pm}0.64$. Consequentially, the satisfaction level of welfare factor ($2.45{\pm}0.59$) was confirmed as below average. On the nature of the clinic, the management's lack of awareness of welfare is a realistic limit. In order to improve the satisfaction level of clinic's radiological technologist, it thought that there should be the proactive changes of the managements and the change of the medical staff 's perception. Moreover, it is important to provide selective welfare effectively by the investigation of employees' desire for welfare.

The regression analysis of necessity and factors revealed that the awareness of necessity increased as the intention to use, health improvement, and time efficiency improved. Conclusion: These findings presented the perception and necessity of tele-physical therapy for adults in their 50s or older in Korea. These results will help confirm the demand for tele-physical therapy in this age group in Korea and the need to improve the available physical therapy services.

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to interpret regional disparities in the number of teeth sealed with pit and fissure sealants, identify the factors that affect these disparities and find solutions for the same. Methods: Data were collected from the National Health Insurance Service and Korean statistical information service using metropolis-city-rural area dental health infrastructure variables, regional health behavior variables, and local finance-related variables. Results: In 2015, the number of teeth sealed with pit and fissure sealants per 100 people was higher in the metropolis or city than in the rural area. There was a positive correlation between the number of teeth sealed with pit and fissure sealants and the number of dentists, dental hygienists, dental institutions, standardization rate of subjective awareness of well-being, standardization rate of brushing after lunch, and the proportion of welfare budget in the general budget. There was a negative correlation with the annual standardization rate of health institution use, the standardization rate of unused medical services, and the local government's financial independence. According to the final model of the multiple regression analysis, while the impact of infrastructure on dentistry was not statistically significant, the statistical significance of standardization rate of brushing after lunch, the local government's financial independence, and the proportion of welfare budget in the general budget were maintained. Conclusions: To reduce regional disparities in the volume of use of pit and fissure sealants, it was concluded that it may be effective to select regions with a consideration of the level of regional economic power, implement separate and appropriate policies and projects, and improve the awareness in residents.

The data were collected in April, 2011 through a self-administered questionnaire. Chi-square test, t test, and binary logistic regression were conducted by SPSS Windows V.19.0. The results were as follows. Almost sixty-six percent of the respondents answered that they knew yaksun. The perception level of yaksun for the intake respondents was higher than that of non-intake respondents. Additionally, many respondents agreed to varied menu development and convenient-food development of yaksun. Intake respondents showed higher level of agreement for the varied menu development of yaksun than non-intake respondents. On the other hand, four fifths of the respondents showed that they would be willing to eat yaksun in the future. The level of willingness to eat yaksun in the future for the intake respondents was higher than that of non-intake respondents. Additionally, the respondents who knew yaksun showed higher level of willingness to eat it than those who did not know it. Finally, the result of binary logistic regression analysis for intake behavior of yaksun showed that gender, educational level, and the awareness of yaksun were significant. On the basis of these results, not only the promotion of yaksun to consumers but also the development of convenient foods, varied menus for different age groups, and menus with cheap prices are needed to raise yaksun popularity.
