한국인 체형에 맞는 안마의자용 핵심기능 구현 (The Implementation of Core Function for the Massage Chair on Korean Body types)

  • 현대인의 피로누적과 스트레스로 인한 근육 뭉침이나 어깨 결림과 같은 고통을 호소하는 사람들을 위해 힐이, 피로회복 개념으로 안마에 대한 욕구가 계속 증가하고 있다. 이를 위해 안마의자가 개발되고 있으나 한국인의 체형에 맞지 않아 가장 효율적인 안마를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 관련연구로 안마, 어셈블러, 안마강도, 한국인의 체형을 분석하고 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 기능을 분석하였다. 또한 한국인 체형에 맞는 동작제어기 및 알고리즘을 개발하였다.

DSP를 이용한 확장 가능한 디지털 펄스압축기 설계 (The Design of Expansible Digital Pulse Compressor Using Digital Signal Processors)

  • 디지털 신호처리기에 대한 성능향상과 더불어 레이더 펄스 압축기 또한 디지털 처리방식이 점점 일반화 되어가고 있다. 디지털 펄스압축기는 FIR(finite impulse response) 필터 알고리즘을 이용한 시간영역 처리방식 또는 FFT(fast Fourier transform) 알고리즘을 이용한 주파수영역 처리방식으로 구현될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중 DSP(digital signal processor)론 이용하여 확장성이 용이한 디지털 펄스압축기를 구성하고, 아날로그 디바이스사의 ADSP-21060을 적용하여 수신 거리 셀 및 FIR 필터 탭(tap) 수에 따른 펄스압축 연산시간을 E-언어와 어셈블리 언어로 시간영역에서 비교·분석하였다. 분석결과를 적용함으로써, 레이더의 시스템 파라미터가 정해지는 경우 펄스압축기 구성에 소요되는 DSP 수를 쉽게 예측할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

실시간 용접변형 계측을 위한 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on System for Real-time Measurement of Welding Distortion)

  • Welding deformation during the assembly process is affected by not only local shrinkage due to rapid heating and cooling, but also root gap and misalignment between parts to be welded. Therefore, the prediction and control of welding deformation have become of critical importance. In this study, it was focused on the development of the 3-axis apparatus for real-time measurement of the welded deformation. To achieve the objective, a D-H algorithm has been carried out to check the behavioral and performance evaluation for the developed robot. The sequence experiments were taken the base materials of $400{\times}200{\times}4.5mm$ plate for butt welding. The real-time experimental measurements are in good agreement with the measured results.

광 버스트 스위칭망에서 최소 대역폭 보장 (Minimum Bandwidth Guarantee for Optical Burst Switching Networks)

  • 본 논문에서는 다수 트래픽 클래스들에게 최소 대역폭을 보장해 줄 수 있는 광버스트스위칭 (Optical Burst Switching, OBS) 기법을 제안한다. 현재까지 제안되었던 QoS (Quality of Service) 관련 OBS 기법들은 클래스간 차별화는 가능하였으나 여러 클래스들이 존재하는 경우 하위 우선순위의 트래픽 클래스는 상급 클래스와 충돌로 최소 대역폭을 보장해 주진 못 하였다. 본 논문에서는 클래스별로 데이터 채널의 일정 시간구간을 할당하여, 최소한 그 영역에서는 최상급 클래스보다도 높은 우선순위를 부여하여 최소 대역폭을 보장받도록 하였다. 이런 동작을 효율적으로 가능하게 하기 위해서 새로운 버스트 어셈블리 알고리즘과, 데이터 채널의 시간영역을 관리방법을 제안한다. 또한 제안된 기법의 단대단 지연시간과 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

유전자 알고리즘과 신경회로망을 이용한 고속 확관기의 확관속도 최적화 (Optimization of Expanding Velocity for a High-speed Tube Expander Using a Genetic Algorithm with a Neural Network)

  • This paper presents the optimization of expanding velocity for tube expanding process in the manufacturing of a heat exchanger. In specific, the expanding velocity has a great influence on the performance of a heat exchanger because it is a key variable determining the quantity of tube expending at assembly stage as well as a key Parameter determining overall production rate. The simulation showed that the genetic algorithm used in this paper resulted in the optimal tube expanding velocity by performing the following series of iteration; the generation of arbitrary population for tube expanding parameters, consequently the generation of tube expanding velocities, the evaluation of tube expanding quantity using the pre-trained data of plastic deformation by means of a neural network and finally the generation of next population using a penalty faction and a Roulette wheel method.

영구자석형 동기발전기의 회전자 위치검출 센서의 옵셋 검출에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Rotor Position Sensor Offset Detection Method in a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator)

  • In this paper, an algorithm is suggested to detect an offset angle of the absolute rotor position sensor after the initial assembly of a PMSG. Unlike previous studies in a stationary state, this one is not designed to detect an electrical angle but rather the absolute position of the rotor is detected while operating the generator. Also,a position sensor, current sensors and voltage sensor were used to ensure reliability. This technique completes the detection of the sensor offset in two steps. In the first step, a zero-crossing of the EMF is measured using a voltage sensor to detect the electrical angle offset when the alternator is actuated by the engine. In the second step, a high frequency current is injected along the d-axis on-line during the control of the generation, eventually to obtain the inductance using a DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform), and then to ultimately extract the final electrical angle offset through the comparison of the inductance magnitude. The suggested algorithm was validated with PSIM simulation and, furthermore, was tested with actual experiments on a dynamometer.

자유 곡면체의 엔벨롭 생성 (Envelope Generation for Freeform Objects)

  • Swept volume is the sweeping region of moving objects. It is used in various applications such as interference detection in assembly design, visualization of manipulator motions in robotics, simulation of the volume removal by a cutter in NC machining. The shape of swept volume is defined by the envelope, which is determined by the boundary of moving objects and its direction of motion. In order to implement the generation of swept volume, researchers have taken much effort to develop the techniques how to generate the envelope. However, their results are confined to envelope generated only in simple shape objects, such as polyhedra or quadric surfaces. This study provided the envelope generation algorithm of NURBS objects. Characteristic points were obtained by applying the geometric conditions of envelope to NURBS equations, and then characteristic curves were created by means of interpolating those points. Silhouette edges were determined in the following procedures. First, two adjacent surfaces which have the same edge were found from B-Rep data. Then, by taking the scalar product of velocity vector of a point on that edge with each normal vector on two surfaces, silhouette edges were discriminated. Finally, envelope was generated along moving direction in the form of ruled surfaces by using both the partial information between initial and final position of objects affecting envelope along with characteristic curves and silhouette edge. Since this developed algorithm can be applied not only to NURBS objects but also to their Boolean objects, it can be used effectively in various applications.

  • 최근 고집적화, 고밀도화 되어가는 첨단 디바이스와 섬세한 공정들은 SMT(surface mounting technology)에서의 더욱 까다로운 검사 항목들을 요구하고 있다. 특히, 어셈블리 생산품의 불량의 60% 이상을 차지하는 솔더 프린팅의 검사는 이러한 추세에 대응책으로 3차원적인 검사방식이 기존의 2차원적인 검사방식을 빠르게 대치해나가고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SMT 어셈블리 라인에서 PCB(Printed circuit board)에 프린팅된 솔더 페이스트에 대한 3차원적인 검사를 자동으로 수행하는 인라인형의 고속 3차원 검사 장비 및 측정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 3차원 데이터를 B-스플라인으로 표면을 구성한 다음 이를 기반으로 패드를 추출하고, 검사하는 알고리즘이다.

  • Today, the management environments of intelligence firm are changing the way of production planning and logistics management, and are changing the process of supply chain management system. This paper shows the development of information system software for intelligence enterprises is used in supply chain management for robot engineering industry. Specifically, supply chain management system in this paper has been developed to analyze the impact of multi plant and multi distribution environment, showing the process analysis and system development of hierarchical assembly manufacturing industry. In this paper we consider a production planning and distribution management system of intelligence firm in the supply chain. We focus on a capacitated production resource and distribution volume allocation problem, develop a mixed integer programming model, and propose an efficient heuristic procedure using a genetic algorithm to solve it efficiently. This method makes it possible for the population to reach the feasible approximate solution easily. The proposed regeneration procedures, which evaluate each infeasible chromosome, makes the solution converge to the feasible approximate solution quickly.

  • The shape of an object plays a very important role in pattern analysis and classification. Roughly, the researches on this topic can be classified into three fields, i.e. (i) edge detection, (ii) dominant points extraction, and (iii) shape recognition and classification. Many works have been done in these three fields. However, it is very seldom to see the research that discusses the connection relationship of objects. This problem is very important in robot assembly systems. Therefore, here we focus on this problem and discuss how to recover the connection relationship of planar objects. Our method is based on the partial curve identification algorithm. The experiment results show the efficiency and validity of this method.
