간호대학생의 자기효능감, 셀프리더십 및 학업수행 관련요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on related factors of nursing students' self-efficacy, self-leadership and academic performance)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기효능감(일반적 자기효능감과 사회적 자기효능감을 포함하는)과 셀프리더십 및 학업수행 관련요인을 조사하기 위해 시행되었다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS/WIN 19.0으로 분석한 결과, 적성에 맞추어 입학한 집단, 주관적 학교성적이 높은 집단, 외향적인 집단과 리더십이 높은 집단의 일반적 자기효능감이 유의하게 높았다. 사회적 자기효능감은 연령이 낮은 집단, 외향적인 집단과 리더십이 높은 집단이 유의하게 높았다. 적성에 맞추어 입학한 경우 셀프리더십이 높았고, 여학생과 주관적 학교성적이 높은 집단의 학업수행이 유의하게 높았다. 사회적 자기효능감은 일반적 자기효능감 및 셀프리더십과 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 학업수행과는 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 성별과 일반적 자기효능감 및 사회적 자기 효능감은 학업수행을 10.5% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 반복연구 후 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 셀프리더십 및 학업수행을 돕기 위한 중재프로그램의 기초로 활용될 수 있다.

일반 화학 수업에서 설명적 피드백을 이용한 개념도 학습의 효과 (The Effects of Concept Mapping with Explanation Feedback in the Undergraduate General Chemistry Course)

  • In this study, the effects of concept mapping with feedbacks providing explanatory comments on students' achievement, science learning anxiety, and science learning motivation were investigated in the undergraduate general chemistry course. The aptitude-treatment interactions between students' level of mastery goal orientation and the concept mapping with explanation feedback treatment were also examined. Sixty-seven freshmen from an university of education were assigned to a control group and a treatment group. The tests of mastery goal orientation, science anxiety, and science learning motivation were administered as pretests. For the treatment group, feedback providing students with explanatory comments through whole class discussion was presented after each concept mapping. Whereas the control group students were presented with opportunities solving excercise problems followed by explanation feedback. The intervention was lasted for 10 weeks (30 class periods). After the instructions, a researcher-made achievement test, the science learning anxiety test, and the science learning motivation test were administered. The results indicated that no statistically significant difference was found in students' achievement. In the science learning anxiety, however, the scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group. The scores of the treatment group also tended to be higher, though not significant, than those of the control group in the science learning motivation. However, no significant aptitude-treatment interactions were found in all dependent variables.

치위생과 재학생의 전공학과에 대한 태도 및 만족도 조사 (A study on attitude and satisfaction of the students in department of dental hygiene)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to research attitude and satisfaction of the students in the department of dental hygiene in Jeolla-do and Chungcheong-do. Methods : We surveyed 499 students at the department of dental hygiene at colleges. During the period from October 2 to October 30, 2009 using a self-administered questionnaires. The data were analyzed with chi-square, t-test and one-way ANOVA, person correlation coefficients and multiple regression using the SPSS 13.0 program. Results : As for entrance motive with Dental Hygiene, 63.9% of the employment and selection information was 36.3% by oneself. As for pre-knowledge before entrance about dental hygiene by grade(p<0.01), as for satisfaction in the department dental hygiene by regional groups(p<0.05), as for aptitude suitability by educational system(p<0.05), as for encourage of enter school by grade and regional groups(p<0.05), by educational system(p<0.01) were statistically significant. As for encourage of enter school, aptitude suitability, pre-knowledge before entrance about dental hygiene were positive relation to satisfaction in the department dental hygiene. Multiple regression analysis indicated with explanatory power of 30.8% about satisfaction in the department dental hygiene. Conclusions : This study reports that it is necessary to carry out further studies on the various educational process and development of program in college. Dental hygiene education for the whole man and for promote efficiency in the department of dental hygiene, should be positive information activity via various media get the correct information of a department choice.

20~30대 패션업계 종사자들의 이직과 스트레스에 대한 심층연구 (In-depth Study on the Turnover and Stress of Fashion Industry Workers in Their 20s-30s)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth examination into the cause of stress as well as reasons for turnover relative to fashion industry workers in their 20s-30s, thereby seeking effective improvement methods to reduce turnover. The study method consisted of one-on-one in-depth interviews to collect data on 15 fashion industry workers. Results were as follow. First, causes of stress for fashion industry workers in their 20s-30s include work related factors, interpersonal relations, and organizational culture, while the most frequently mentioned reasons for turnover were concerns about career track and aptitude as well as annual salary, revealing that self-improvement related growth potential is the most significant factor for turnover. Second, it was not one stress factor that influenced turnover but a composite of several stress factors that motivated individuals to change jobs. Last, time flexibility, self-esteem, and development potential were critical factors for turnover. Self-esteem and development potential that provide a sense of acknowledgment were especially emphasized as the most significant, revealing that the younger generation considers personal happiness to be critical and the more this aspect is not treated adequately the more the odds of choosing turnover. To mitigate this issue, an in-house educational system for self-development and an assignment rotation system must be adopted for workers to change to positions that fit their aptitude.

일부 치위생과 학생의 학과선택 동기 및 적응도 (A study on motivation for major choice and major adaptation among some dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction level of students with a job tour program and their major and their adaptation to their major in an effort to provide some information on student guidance and the improvement of dental hygiene education. Methods : The subjects in this study were 269 freshmen to find out their views of job tour and the relationship of their general characteristics and motivation of major choice to satisfaction level with their major and adaptation to the department, t-test and one-way ANOVA were carried out. And correlation analysis was made to look for connections among major satisfaction, major adaptation and satisfaction with job tour. Results : 1. As for the choice of major, the biggest group of 128 students (47.6%) made a decision on their own. 2. In regard to satisfaction level with their major, the freshmen got $3.55{\pm}0.67$, and the sophomores got $3.36{\pm}0.66$. There was a significant difference according to academic year(p<0.05). 3. Concerning the links between motivation for major choice and major satisfaction, the students who chose their major in consideration of their own aptitude or personality got the highest marks of $3.96{\pm}0.64$(p<0.05). 4. As to satisfaction level with the job tour program, they were most satisfied with field trip($4.03{\pm}0.74$). 5. Regarding the correlation among major satisfaction, major adaptation and satisfaction with the job tour program, there was a significant correlation among all the variables(p<0.01). Conclusions : The students who gave priority to their own aptitude and personality in choosing their major were more satisfied with their major and were better adapted to that. Therefore it's required to consider how to boost the satisfaction level of students with their major and their adaptation to that.

  • 인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 인터넷의 활용분야가 모든 산업 분야에 파급되고 있는데, 특히 사이버 교육 분야도 인터넷 응용에 의해 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 그 중에 한 분야가 대학 진학 상담이다. 대학입시 업무 흐름에 있어서 수험생들은 원서 접수를 학교에 직접 방문해서 접수하는 방식과 각 지역 접수 창구와 팩스를 통하여 원서 접수를 하는 방식을 유기적으로 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 인터넷 원서 접수 환경이 최근 각광을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수험자들이 지능형 다중 에이전트를 이용하여 학과를 선택하는 과정에서 추천 학과 마법사를 통하여 수능 성적과 학생부 내신 등급으로 자신의 적성과 수능점수에 적합한 학과를 추천받아서 원서 접수시 소신지원 및 안정지원을 할 수 있는 인터넷 원서 접수 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

전문가 그룹별 설문조사에 따른 도선사면허 자격요건의 개선에 관한 연구 (An Improvement of Eligibility Requirements for a Pilot License by the Question Investigation)

  • 본 연구는 도선업무와 관련이 있는 전문가 그룹의 설문분석을 통해 도선의 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있는 도선사 면허의 적절한 자격요건을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 5개의 전문가 그룹으로 나누어 설문조사를 실시하여 5개의 가설을 채택하고 SPSS를 이용해 검정을 수행하였다. 또한 7점 리커트 척도를 통해 전문가 그룹은 각 가설별 면허요건 중 적성 검사 도입에 가장 많은 지지를 보였으며, 선장 경력을 낮출 경우 도선의 안전성이 저해된다는 가설에 가장 낮은 지지를 보인 것으로 나타냈다.

간호대학생의 임상실습만족도, 간호사 이미지 및 자아존중감이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Clinical Practice Satisfaction, Nursing Image and Self-Esteem on Vocational Identity of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study is a descriptive study to investigate the effect of clinical practice satisfaction, nursing image and self-esteem on vocational identity of nursing students. Method: The subjects of this study were 200 nursing students majoring nursing science in D college, D city and seniors who took the clinical practice course. The date was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson' correlation coefficients, stepwise and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. program. Results: There was a statistically strong positive correlation between nursing image and self-esteem(r=.242, p=.001), vocational identity(r=.196, p=.009), clinical practice satisfaction(r=.542, p<.001). The factors influencing vocational identity were self-esteem(t=7.193, p<.001), aptitude and nursing belief of motivation for choosing nursing(t=5.472, p<.001), grade(t=-3.249, p=.001), professions of motivation for choosing nursing(t=2.694, p=.008), Satisfaction with nursing as a major(t=2.295, p=.023). The explanatory power of these models was 38.2%. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, to improve the vocational identity of nursing students in college, it is needed to develop nursing education program that strengthen self-esteem, aptitude and nursing belief, professions, satisfaction with nursing as major. Also it is needed a study on verifying application effects.

시내버스 운전자의 고령화에 따른 교통사고 저감대책 마련에 관한 실증적 연구 (Measures of Reducing Traffic Accidents by Aging Bus Drivers)

  • 시내버스 준공영제 시행은 시내버스 운전자의 신분안정과 근무환경, 복지의 향상을 가져왔다. 이러한 혜택은 시내버스 운전자의 이직을 방지하여 시내버스 운전자들의 연령이 증가하고 있다. 시내버스 준공영제 시행 후 시내버스 교통사고 중 사망사고가 증가하는 등의 부작용이 사회적 문제로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 시내버스 준공영제로 인한 문제점을 최소화하기 위하여 시내버스 교통사고의 저감대책 마련 시 운전자의 연령 증가와 이로 인한 고령운전자의 운전행동 특성을 반영한 교통사고 저감대책 마련의 필요성이 최근 부각되고 있다. 기존의 고령운전자의 교통사고저감 대책 마련은 단순한 정책방향이 대부분이었다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 실제교통사고 야기자인 고령운전자와 비고령운전자를 대상으로 설문조사와 함께 운전정밀적성검사를 통하여 운전행동특성을 파악하였다. 그 결과 고령운전자의 운전행동특성을 정확하게 알 수 있었다. 또한, 구조방정식을 통한 고령운전자 행동 특성 분석모형 결과를 통해 고령운전자의 교통사고 저감대책을 마련, 제시 할 수 있었다.

운수종사자시스템을 활용한 사업용 고령운전자의 위험성 분석 (Analysis of Commercial Older Drivers Riskiness using Transport Workers Management System)

  • 본 연구에서는 운수종사자시스템과 운행기록분석시스템을 활용하여 시내버스 고령운전자 운전적성정밀검사의 신규검사결과, 사고 및 벌점현황, 운행기록자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 시내버스 고령운전자를 사고수가 많은 관심대상 운수회사와 관리가 잘 되고 있는 교통안전 우수회사와 비교했을 경우 운전적성정밀검사의 결과는 비슷하였으나 최근 5년 동안 운행하면서 발생한 총 벌점은 상당한 차이를 보였고 사고의 경우 평균 중상자수와 경상자의 수도 적은 것으로 확인됐다. 또한 운행 100km당 위험운전행동 횟수를 비교해보면 우수회사의 고령운전자는 다른 고령운전자와 비고령운전자와 비교해서도 위험운전행동 횟수가 상당히 적은데 잘못된 운전습관의 교정결과에 따른 것으로 나타났다.
