간호대학생의 감성지능, 사회적지지가 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Social Support on Resilience of Student Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 감성지능, 사회적지지가 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 B시에 소재한 2개 대학의 간호대학생 228명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test와 multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 감성지능 정도는 평균 5.36점(7점 만점), 사회적지지 평균 4.13점(5점 만점), 회복탄력성 평균 2.68점(4점 만점)이었다. 간호대학생의 회복탄력성에 있어 감성지능(r=.665, p<.001)과 사회적지지(r=.495, p<.001)는 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 사회적지지는 간호대학생들의 회복탄력성에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적지지(${\beta}=.464$, p<.001), 감성지능(${\beta}=.169$, p=.004), 학과적성(${\beta}=.162$, p=.006)순으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성에 대해 사회적지지, 감성지능과 학과적성은 총 50.4%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 회복탄력성 증대를 위해 사회적지지, 감성지능, 학과적성을 고려한 회복탄력성 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다.

도형심리검사 GEOPIA 6가지 유형과 MBTI 4기능 유형 간 관계연구를 통한 직업적성탐구 (Exploring Job Aptitude through Analyzing the Relationship between Six Types of GEOPIA and MBTI's four Function Types)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국형도형심리 성격검사 GEOPIA(Geometry Psychological Assessment) 6가지유형과 MBTI(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)성격유형검사 4가지 기능에 대한 연관성 및 일치정도를 분석해보고 각각의 검사도구에서 공통적으로 추천되는 적합한 수준의 직업적성을 탐구해 보는 것이다. 전국에 거주하는 19세 이상 70세 미만의 성인 남녀 377명을 대상으로 GEOPIA와 MBTI검사를 동시에 실시하였다. 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도검증을 위해 신뢰도(Cronbach's ${\alpha}$)값을 산출하였고 각 변수들 간의 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 또한 GEOPIA 검사와 MBTI 4기능 간의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 교차분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, GEOPIA 성격유형 중 동그라미세모(RT)형, 동그라미네모(RB)형, 세모네모(TB)형, 네모에스(BC)형은 MBTI의 감각/사고(ST)와 관련이 높게 나타났다. 동그라미에스(RC)형은 직관/감정(NF), 감각/감정(SF)순으로 나타났으며, 세모에스(TC)형은 직관/사고(NT)형과 관련이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 두 가지 검사의 공통적인 특성에 따라 적합한 수준의 직업적성을 제언하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 한국형도형심리 성격검사 GEOPIA가 상담이나 코칭, 교육현장에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 무엇보다 진로적성탐색을 위한 직업심리검사에 있어서도 신뢰할만한 검사도구로 유용하게 활용될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

간호대학생의 정서인식, 정서표현양면성, 정서조절이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Emotional Awareness, Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness and Emotional Regulation Style on Nursing Student Adjustment)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify influence of emotional awareness, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and emotional regulation style on nursing student adjustment. Method: One hundred and sixty nine nursing students completed the questionnaires from May to June, 2013. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SAS v 9.3. Results: Ambivalence over positive emotional expressiveness, motivation of application for nursing-aptitude, emotional awareness-mood labeling, avoidant/distractive style of emotion regulation, and parents-both alive were identified as factors influencing nursing student adjustment. The model explained 37% of variance in nursing student adjustment. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that programs for promoting mood labeling and reducing ambivalence over positive emotional expressiveness and avoidant/distractive style of emotion regulation are important for college adjustment in nursing students. In addition, aptitude test for nursing applicants can be considered.

운전능력에 연관된 인적특성의 연령 임계점 연구 (Identification of Age Threshold for Driving Performance)

  • This study aims to identity the age group where driving performance significantly decreases based on the data collected from the Korea Transportation Safety Authority's driver aptitude tests in 2006. The test includes following six driving simulator-based tests: estimation of moving objects' speed, estimation of stopping distance, three tests for drivers' multi-task ability, and kinetic depth perception. These six test results were utilized for the identification of the age threshold applying the CART technique, suggesting driving ability significantly be decreased over 50s. This finding was confirmed by two analyses using the accident history data containing the information of accident and non-accident drivers and the degree of accident severity. The results of this study imply that accident prevention efforts should be enhanced over a wider range of age group than the current practice where the age of 65 is generally applied for the threshold dividing senior and non-senior driver groups.

공립유치원의 오후 재편성 종일반 운영에 따른 교사와 유아의 어려움에 대한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on Difficulties of Teachers and Young Children in the Operation of the Full day Public Kindergarten Classes Regrouped in the Afternoon)

  • The study purposes to survey teacher's and child's difficulties which full day classes of public kindergarten regrouped in the afternoon time are having. The subjects are 4 full day class pre-service kindergarten teachers and 8 full-day class children in G Metropolitan City and in J Province. Data were collected through in depth interviews and participatory observation. According to the results, the variables of teachers' difficulties in managing full day classes regrouped in the afternoon time are "living as an outsider without a sense of belonging", "living as a false teacher rather than a real class teacher", and "living as a teacher giving specialty and aptitude education". The variables of children's difficulties are "moving like a migratory bird", "watching the clock and the door", and "being unable to concentrate". The study is expected to be useful as one of basic findings for desirable management of kindergarten full day classes regrouped in the afternoon time.

평생교육을 고려한 고등학교 시설의 공간배치 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning of High School for the Lifelong Education)

  • The future society, a knowledge and information society and at the same time a lifelong learning society, may be defined as the society that will embody the concept of human nature to help all the members of the society live together. The conclusions on the analysis of the types of classrooms $vis-\grave{a}-vis$ the special skills and aptitude training for students, lifelong education programs, and direction of spaces with free access after school hours are as follows : The spaces for school facilities in each domain are elaborated in Table 5. and Table 6. For spaces for special skills, aptitude programs, and lifelong education programs, there are general lecture rooms, special classrooms, and arts and physical fitness classrooms since most of the educational programs consist of culture, jobs, and hobby-related activities. Spaces are divided further into those exclusively for specific subjects and those for common use that can be utilized after school hours. They are presented in Table 8. Based on the conclusion with respect to the laying out of spaces in regular high schools, exclusive spaces for each subject and spaces for common use after school hours should be separately arranged.

  • Small and Medium Business Associate has supporting small and medium business and private business for establishment business and sales increasing with various policy since 2005. Arousing the interesting on customer relationship management, small and medium business and private business have recognized the necessity of the concept and introduction the CRM. This study suggested the effectiveness of the CRM throughout real cases of the CRM for small and medium business managers in order to rising sales in such an environment. The case of this study tried to figure it out to accomplish manager's ends of small and medium business to get successful business results based on innovative volition and mind trying to change. The owner who has experience 12 years in meat sales was analyzed the results of aptitude test that the business is highly appropriate to him in personality and aptitude. As also saw the strength and opportunity of SWOT analysis, he has an excellent talent for friendship, knowledge of searching Internet and organizing information, and learning ability. This study provided a marketing policy, ideas of customer services and system remodeling to improve relationship with customer, and a division diagnosis of business activities. The owner has an excellent friendship, so that this study suggest to remodel interior inside store clearly and sanitary displaying on products, to introduce aggressive and concentrated marketing strategies, and to recognize the important of public relation.

개인 및 조직 성향의 적합도와 직무스트레스와의 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Coincidences Between Group Traits and Personal Traits upon the Job Stress)

  • Person characteristics and the perception of organization climate affect on the performances associated with causes of job stress, and may induce various types of human errors. For incidence, a person's adaptation to organizational traits can influence on a person's performance with tasks assigned as well as job satisfaction, a change of occupation, etc. There are several evaluation methods such as an aptitude test to evaluate the suitability of department allocation. However, only person's traits such as an aptitude has been associated with department allocation and job assignment for the personnel management. This paper shows not only an evaluation result on the job-stress of the workers in nuclear power plants (NPPs), but also the relationships between the job-stress and the coincidences of group-personal, team-personal traits. Then, we systematically deduct a basic information on the factors to be considered to manage the organizational traits and job stress. We expect this result can contribute to enhance the organizational management against to the human errors as well as for the promotion of safety and efficiency of NPPs.
