  • 현행 철도관련기관에 종사하는 안전업무종사자(기관사, 관제사 등)의 업무적성평가제도는 나름의 논리적 토대 하에 설계되어 안전업무종사자의 업무적성검증과 역량의 개발 및 보존에 기여하는 바가 크다. 그러나 한편 조직 내외적인 여러 요인으로 인해 사회, 기술, 가치관(욕구) 등의 제반 환경적 변화추세를 적시에 제도적으로 반영하는데 일정한 한계가 있을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 같은 점을 고려하면서 특히 기관사를 대상으로 한 직무분석결과를 토대로 현행 업무적성평가제도와의 적합관계를 분석하여 바람직한 제도적 틀을 설계하기 위한 기초정보를 제시하려는데 그 목적이 있다.

단계별 비행훈련 성패 예측 모형의 성능 비교 연구 (Comparison of Classification Models for Sequential Flight Test Results)

  • The main purpose of this paper is to present selection criteria for ROK Airforce pilot training candidates in order to save costs involved in sequential pilot training. We use classification models such Decision Tree, Logistic Regression and Neural Network based on aptitude test results of 288 ROK Air Force applicants in 1994-1996. Different models are compared in terms of classification accuracy, ROC and Lift-value. Neural network is evaluated as the best model for each sequential flight test result while Logistic regression model outperforms the rest of them for discriminating the last flight test result. Therefore we suggest a pilot selection criterion based on this logistic regression. Overall. we find that the factors such as Attention Sharing, Speed Tracking, Machine Comprehension and Instrument Reading Ability having significant effects on the flight results. We expect that the use of our criteria can increase the effectiveness of flight resources.

  • 본 연구는 지문을 이용한 성격유형검사와 학습유형검사의 방법과 시스템에 관한 것이다. 인간의 지문을 이용하여 선천적인 특성(타고난 성향과 능력)을 분석하여 개인에 적합한 학습방법에 대한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 구현 하고자 하는 것이다.

  • 교원의 핵심 역량 중 지식 역량이나 수행 역량 등은 교직과정 이수 결과의 확인이나 지필 시험 또는 실기 시연 등을 통해 확인 또는 평가할 수 있다. 그러나 태도 역량이나 전문성 개발역량의 일부 요소들은 별도의 도구나 평가로 심사해야 된다. 전문성 개발 역량 가운데 자기반성 노력, 지속적 학습 노력, 교육 공동체 간 의사소통 및 협력 등의 요소들은 기존의 평가 방식으로 파악하기 어렵다. 따라서 교원의 핵심 역량을 평가하기 위해서는 교직 적성 및 인성 검사와 같은 별도의 도구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 교원자격을 강화하기 위한 교직 적성 및 인성 검사를 효율적으로 실시하기 위한 온라인 웹 검정 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

  • 'JOBLESS GROWTH' is a word to explain the world's common problem of unemployment. But, 'highly educated youth unemployment' is the unique condition that Korea society is facing. In this paper, we determine the cause of the problem with causal loop diagram and reach the conclusion. It is the paradigm to be highly educated person and that paradigm became permanent after the Korean War. People think that only highly educated person can bring wealth and honor, so they spend much money for their children's private education to enter university. Though young people receive bachelor's degree, they spend much money to get job. To solve these problems, this paper suggest three solutions. The first is to shift the paradigm to be highly educated person. The second is to expand the opportunities of public education as education system of Finland. And the third is to support the youth aptitude.

Characteristics of Problem on the Area of Probability and Statistics for the Korean College Scholastic Aptitude Test

  • In this study, we gave 132 high school students fifteen probabilities and nine statistics problems of the Korean College Scholastic Aptitude Test and then analyzed their answer using the classical test theory and the item response theory. Using the classical test theory (the Testian 1.0) we get the item reliability ($0.730 \sim 0.765$), and using the item response theory (the Bayesian 1.0) we get the item difficulty ( $-2.32\sim0.83$ ) and discrimination ( $0.55\sim 2.71$). From results, we find out what and why students could not understand well.

대학생의 자아존중감과 사회적지지가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 - 평택대학교 학생을 중심으로 - (Self-Esteem and Social Support as Predictors of Adjustment to College Students)

  • Self-esteem and social supports are important variable influencing adjustment to college life. This study aims to identify the factors influencing adjustment to college life. Data were collected from 265 usable questionnaires among college students in Pyeongtek University. Results of a factor analysis yielded three dimensions of self-esteem which were talent/attitude and capacity/pride. And results of factor analysis also yielded three dimensions of social supports which were family, friends, and professor supports. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that capacity/pride and all of social support factors affected significantly for adjustment to college life. And female and aptitude for students' major had a positive affect on adjustment to college life. It was suggested that self-esteem, social supports, and aptitude for students' major should be considered in college management policy.

  • 최근 교육현장에서는 교과 및 비교과 프로그램에서 진로탐색과 관련된 다양한 과정들을 개설하여 진로적성 관련 교육을 실시하고 있다. 그러나, 강의 중심으로 진행되는 직업 교육은 학생들의 관심을 끌지 못했고 결과 또한 만족스럽지 못한 경우가 있다. 학생들의 관심을 유도할 수 있는 직업 교육 프로그램을 설계하기 위해 다양한 도구를 개발하고자 하는 노력들이 진행되고 있으며 진로탐색을 위한 직업 적성 검사 도구로 직업 카드를 사용하는 방법이 도입되고 있다. 오늘날 초등학교부터 중고등학교에 이르기까지 직업적성검사를 진행하는데 카드를 사용하는 경우가 많지만 스마트폰의 보급으로 웹 기반의 학습과 검사 도구 개발로의 변경이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 초중고 학생들을 대상으로 모바일과 인터넷환경에서 플랫폼에 구애받지 않고 적성검사를 진행하여 분석 및 결과를 제시하는 웹 기반 흥미유형검사 시스템을 설계하는 것이 목표이다.

소방공무원의 동기부여와 조직몰입간의 관계 (A Study on the Motivation and Organizational Commitment of Fire Officials)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between motivator, hygiene factor and organizational commitment of fire officials. Method: The subjects of this study were 228 fire officials in Kongju and Choengju province. Data were collected using self-reporting questionnaire during the period from 1st to 25th of February 2006. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program. Real number, percentage, mean and standard deviation were calculated, and t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient were carried out. Result: The findings of this study as follows: The motivator according to job characteristics was statistically significant differences in certificate(F=3.29, p= .002), aptitude(F=15.49, p= .000). The hygiene factors according to job characteristics was statistically significant differences in certificate(F=2.59 p= .01), aptitude(F=6.72, p= .000). The organizational commitment according to general characteristics were statistically significant differences in age(F= 2.625, p= .036), religion(F=3.869, p= .005). The organizational commitment according to job characteristics were statistically significant differences in experience(F=3.746, p= .001), aptitude(F=13.743, p= .000), wish of practice change(F=8.907, p= .000). The commitment was found to be in significant positive correlations with motivator(r= .436, p= .000) and hygiene factors(r= .336, p= .000). Conclusion: From the results, we recommend that the organization management program develops for increasing motivator in fire officials be used.

일부 치기공학과 학생들의 학습태도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Learning Attitude of some Dental of Dental Technology Department students)

  • Purpose: The research comprehends learning attitude level of Dental Technology Department students, searches variable element to affect and is trying to provide basic material of method arrangement to induce change of positive learning attitude. Methods: It was conducted survey 410 students, who understand purpose of the research, consentient to involve research, in universities which is located in Daegu area, Daejeon City, Gangwon province from Aug., 1stto Nov.,10th2017, Questionnaires were distributed to 410 students totally. it was finally analyzed 374 questionnaires except 36 questionnaires that answer was not sufficient. Results: The positive answer over 'Average (3)' among study attitude factors was presented highly in order of 'Targeting & Execution' (3.351). 'Effective Content Summary' (3.307), 'Study Plan' (3.173), 'Priority and Self-Management' (3.116), and 'Study Habit & Enhancement' (2.925) showed negative trend under average. The five sub-factors of learning attitude were examined according to general characteristics and there were statistically significant differences according to gender, grade, high school of origin, academic aptitude(p<0.01, p<0.001). Conclusion : As male students show more positive learning attitude than female students, we need to develop more special programs to encourage them. Meanwhile we also need to find out a motive to bring positive effect to change the academic aptitude and learning attitude of female students, or methods to improve their learning attitude in a complementary way by their high school, gender and grade.
