어머니의 놀이신념과 유아의 행복: 창의적 가정환경과 유아 놀이성의 매개효과 (Mothers' Play Beliefs and Preschoolers' Happiness: The Mediating Role of Creative Home Environment and Preschoolers' Playfulness)

  • Objective: The present study aimed to investigate the sequential mediation effects of creative home environment and preschoolers' playfulness on the relationship between mothers' play beliefs and preschoolers' happiness. Methods: The subjects of this study were 233 preschoolers between the ages of 3 and 5 and their mothers. Mothers were asked to complete a questionnaire that assessed their beliefs about play, the creative home environment they provided, as well as their child's playfulness and happiness. The data collected were analyzed using the SPSS Process Macro program to investigate the sequential mediating effects. Results: The study found that the mothers' play support beliefs were directly associated with their preschoolers' happiness. Additionally, the creative home environment was found to mediate the relationship between the mother's play beliefs and their preschooler's happiness. The children's playfulness was also identified as a mediator in the relationship between the mother's play beliefs and their preschooler's happiness. Furthermore, the findings of this study indicated that the relationship between the mother's play beliefs and preschoolers' happiness was sequentially mediated by the creative home environment and preschoolers' playfulness. Conclusion/Implications: Findings of this study provide insights into the potential development of a parent education program aimed at modifying mothers' play beliefs and the home environment.

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the mediating effects of mindfulness and growth mindset on the relationship between occupational stress and happiness among clinical nurses. Methods: The participants were 220 clinical nurses working in two hospitals in D city. Self-report questionnaires were used to collect the data, which were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, hierarchical multiple regression, and Sobel test. Results: Occupational stress had significant negative correlations with happiness, mindfulness, and growth mindset. On the other hand, mindfulness and growth mindset had significant positive correlations with happiness. Meanwhile, partial mediating effects of mindfulness and growth mindset were found on the relationship between occupational stress and happiness. Conclusion: Mindfulness and growth mindset can play an important role in buffering the negative influence of occupational stress on the happiness of clinical nurses. Therefore, interventions that ease occupational stress and encourage mindfulness and growth mindset are recommended to increase happiness among clinical nurses.

유아교사가 지각한 원장의 서번트 리더십과 교수몰입, 행복감 간의 관계 (The Relationship among Director's Servant Leadership Perceived by Early Childhood Teachers, Teaching Flow and Happiness)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of teaching flow on the relationship between director's servant leadership and early childhood teachers'happiness. Methods: The subjects in this study were 241 early childhood teachers in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province in South Korea. Three different inventories were utilized. The Servant Leadership Scale, Teaching Flow Scale and Happiness Scale were used. As for data analysis, SPSS & AMOS 21.0 and PROCESS macro were utilized. Results: First, the director's servant leadership, teaching flow and happiness of the teachers were all above average, and there was a significant positive correlation between their total scores of servant leadership, teaching flow and happiness. Second, The teaching flow was found to have a partial mediation effect on the on the relationship between director's servant leadership and happiness of the early childhood teachers. Conclusion/Implications: These results indicate that effort to promote director's servant leadership and teaching flow is needed to promote early childhood teachers'happiness.

고등학생의 자기애, 정서적 자기개방이 우울과 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Narcissism and Emotional Self-Disclosure on the Depression and Happiness Levels of High School Students)

  • This study investigates the influences of narcissism and emotional self-disclosure on depression and happiness levels of high school students. The participants comprised of 334 high school 1st-graders. The results indicated that: (1) Girls showed higher levels of both narcissism and emotional self-disclosure than boys, but there was no gender difference evident in the levels of depression and happiness. (2) The more the students felt depressed, the less they experienced happiness. Additionally, the more the students disclosed emotionally about themselves, the less they experienced depression. (3) High levels of narcissism and low levels of emotional self-disclosure increased depression, but the interactional effect between narcissism and emotional self-disclosure on depression was not statistically significant for either gender. Moreover, low levels of narcissism and high levels of emotional self-disclosure tended to see increased levels of happiness for both genders, however the interactional effect between narcissism and emotional self-disclosure on happiness was statistically significant only for boys. That is, for boys, the negative effects of narcissism on happiness can be reduced if the level of emotional self-disclosure is high.

대학선수들이 지각하는 스포츠 지도력과 행복감의 관계 (The Relationship between Sports-Readership and Happiness in Perceived by University Athletes)

  • 연구는 대학운동선수들이 인지하는 지도자의 지도력과 행복감간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 379명의 대학운동선수들을 대상으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 대학선수들의 행복감은 부모 친지간 원만한 관계에서 가장 높은 점수를 보였다. 남자선수들이 여자 선수들에 비해 전체적으로 점수가 높았다. 둘째, 행복감의 하위요인인 성취 및 자기수용이 지도력의 모든 요인들과 유의미한 상관이 있으며, 특히 자기개발 및 목표추구와 영향력이 가장 높은 상관관계로 나타났으며, 종교와 영향력이 가장 낮은 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 대학운동선수들은 지도자의 지도력요인 중 성취지향성이 선수들의 행복감의 모든 하위요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 영향력, 자기조절력이 행복감의 하위요인에 영향을 미치고 있다. 넷째 지도력의 유연성, 대인이해, 팀워크 및 협력, 선수 지향성은 선수들의 행복감에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

고학년 간호대학생의 간호전문직관과 감사성향이 행복에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Nursing Professionalism and Gratitude Disposition on the Happiness in Senior Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to provide the baseline data for improving happiness under the influences of nursing professionalism and gratitude disposition in senior nursing students. Methods: The data were collected from 205 senior students in B and D metropolitan cities by structured questionnaires between November 1 and November 30, 2015. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analyses with SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: The mean score for happiness was above-average. Happiness significantly differed by satisfaction with nursing, perceived physical health status, and reason for entering nursing school. The significant predictors of happiness included gratitude disposition, social awareness and professionalism of nursing among subscales of nursing professional value, and perceived physical health status. The regression model explained 45.5% of happiness. Conclusion: To improve the happiness of senior nursing students, nursing educators need to develop intervention programs to increase gratitude disposition and perceived physical health status, as well as specific educational programs that strengthen social awareness and professionalism in nursing students.

소비자의 소비행복을 어떻게 측정할 수 있나? : 소비행복의 구성요소 및 척도개발을 중심으로 (Consumer's Consumption Happiness, How Can We Measure It?)

  • This study aims to devise a tool which can identify the concept of 'consumption happiness' and to develop a standardized scale to measure consumption happiness. How can we measure consumption happiness? Based on it, the concept and perspective of consumption happiness was formed and then the scale for measuring it was developed. To develop the scale, questions were extracted through a literature survey, an FGI interview was conducted and validity was verified through experts' opinions. Then the scale was developed by conducting a questionnaire survey for consumers. For the analysis of the research, SPSS 20. 0 for Windows and AMOS 17.0 were used and 500 consumers responded to an online survey. In order to examine the general characteristics of the investigation object, the technical statistics of frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation were performed. To develop the research, test-retest correlation, item-to-total correlation, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. The final 20-item consumption happiness scale, which consisted of four factors, was constructed in the end.

간호대학생의 학업탄력성과 대인관계유능성이 행복감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Academic Resilience and Interpersonal Competence on the Happiness of Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of academic resilience and interpersonal competence on the happiness of nursing students. A descriptive design was used to study 158 nursing students in nursing school through convenience sampling. IBM SPSS ver. 23.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) was used to analyze data for descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, Tukey post hoc test, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regressions. The results showed that the level of nursing students' happiness was lower than that of college students in other majors, but academic resilience and interpersonal competence among nursing students were relatively high. Nursing students' happiness was positively correlated with academic resilience and interpersonal competence. The factors affecting happiness were academic resilience (${\beta}=0.459$, p<0.001), satisfaction with major (${\beta}=0.272$, p=0.006), perceived subjective health status (${\beta}=0.223$, p=0.013), and interpersonal competence (${\beta}=0.185$, p=0.003). Explained variance for happiness was 56.4%, and academic resilience was the most influential factor in the happiness of nursing students. Nursing students are caring human beings and should be able to pursue a happy life; therefore, it is necessary to improve satisfaction levels with the nursing major, guide students to excel in their academic achievement, prepare health education programs, and design curriculum that inspires confidence in interpersonal relationships.

임상간호사의 감정노동과 행복감의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Resilience on the Relationship between Emotional Labor and Happiness of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between emotional labor and happiness of clinical nurses. Methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted with 224 clinical nurses who had one or more years of clinical experiences from four general hospitals in D city in Korea. Data collected from the survey using self-reported questionnaires were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 21.0 program. Results: There were statistically significant correlations among variables; a negative correlation between happiness and emotional labor, a positive correlation between happiness and resilience, and a negative correlation between emotional labor and resilience. Meanwhile, resilience had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between emotional labor and happiness. That is, resilience can play an important role between emotional labor and happiness of clinical nurses as a mediator. Conclusion: Considering the findings of this study, developing programs that can improve resilience of clinical nurses who experience emotional labor are needed to increase their level of happiness.

진성리더십과 그릿이 사회적기업 구성원의 행복과 직무재창조에 미치는 영향 - 충청북도 사회적기업을 대상으로 - (The Effect of Authentic Leadership and Grit on the Happiness and Job Crafting of Social Enterprise Employee - Focused on Social Enterprise in Chungbuk -)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the authentic leadership of social enterprise leaders on the happiness and job crafting of employees, the mediation effect of job crafting in the authentic leadership of the leader and the happiness of the employees, and the coordination effect by the Grit of the employees. For verification, the relationship between authentic leadership and job crafting, happiness and grit and seven research theories were established. In addition, 47 questionnaires were drawn through prior research on happiness, authentic leadership, job crafting, and grit, and five executives and workers of social enterprises in Chungcheongbuk-do(Province) were surveyed on a five-point Likert scale. The collected survey data were conducted through the SPSS and AMOS for basic statistical analysis. The Macro Process of the bootstrap method was used to verify the mediation effects, the regulated effects. This study has conducted exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural model analysis through the survey results and the analysis results verify the hypothesizes. The study found that authentic leadership affects the happiness and job crafting of employees, and that job crafting affects the happiness of employees, and the relationship between authentic leaders and employees affects job crafting. It has also been shown that the Grit of its employees affects their job crafting and happiness and also has a mediation effect on job crafting and happiness. In the policy environment of the changing rural development project, the social economy establishment plan for the virtuous circle of resources in the region should be considered, and education programs should be introduced to improve the authentic leadership of the leaders.
