  • The purpose of this paper is to study a Kenmotsu manifold which is derived from the almost contact Riemannian manifold with some special conditions. In general, we have some relations about semi-symmetric, Ricci semi-symmetric or Weyl semisymmetric conditions in Riemannian manifolds. In this paper, we partially classify the Kenmotsu manifold and consider the manifold admitting a transformation which keeps Riemannian curvature tensor and Ricci tensor invariant.

  • One of typical submanifolds of a Sasakian manifold is the so-called generic submanifolds which are defined as follows: Let M be a submanifold of a Sasakian manifold M with almost contact metric structure (ø, G, ξ) such that M is tangent to the structure vector ξ. If each normal space is mapped into the tangent space under the action of ø, M is called a generic submanifold of M [2], [8].(omitted)

  • The present paper mainly treats with almost f-cosymplectic manifolds. This notion contains almost cosymplectic and almost Kenmotsu manifolds. Almost cosymplectic manifolds introduced in [1] have been studied by many schalors, say [2], [3], [4], and almost Kenmotsu manifolds introduced in [5] have been studied in [6], [7]. The present paper studies some geometrical and topological properties of the canonical foliation defined by the contact distribution of an almost f-cosymplectic manifold. The purpose of the present paper is to extend the results obtained in [8], [9].

  • The aim of this article is to study the h-almost Ricci solitons and h-almost gradient Ricci solitons on generalized Sasakian-space-forms. First, we consider h-almost Ricci soliton with the potential vector field V as a contact vector field on generalized Sasakian-space-form of dimension greater than three. Next, we study h-almost gradient Ricci solitons on a three-dimensional quasi-Sasakian generalized Sasakian-space-form. In both the cases, several interesting results are obtained.

  • Let (X, J) be a closed, connected almost complex four-manifold. Let $X_1$ be the complement of an open disc in X and let ${\varepsilon}_1$be the contact structure on the boundary ${\varepsilon}X_1$ which is compatible with a symplectic structure on $X_1$, Then we show that (X, J) is symplectic if and only if the contact structure ${\varepsilon}_1$ on ${\varepsilon}X_1$ is isomorphic to the standard contact structure on the 3-sphere $S^3$ and ${\varepsilon}X_1$is J-concave. Also we show that there is a contact structure ${\varepsilon}_0\ on\ S^2\times\ S^1$which is not strongly symplectically fillable but symplectically fillable, and that $(S^2{\times}S^1,\;{\varepsilon})$ has infinitely many non-diffeomorphic minimal fillings whose restrictions on$\S^2\times\ S^1$are ${\sigma}$ where ${\sigma}$ is the restriction of the standard symplectic structure on $S^2{\times}D^2$.

  • A complex n-dimensional Kaehlerian manifold of constant holomorphic sectional curvature c is called a comples space form, which is denoted by $M_n(c)$. A complete and simply connected complex space form consists of a complex projective space $P_nC$, a complex Euclidean space $C^n$ or a complex hyperbolic space $H_nC$, according as c > 0, c = 0 or c < 0. The induced almost contact metric structure of a real hypersurface M of $M_n(c)$ is denoted by $(\phi, \zeta, \eta, g)$.

  • In this paper, we study the geometry of indefinite generalized Sasakian space form $\bar{M}(f_1,f_2,f_3)$ admitting a lightlike hypersurface M subject such that the almost contact structure vector field ${\zeta}$ of $\bar{M}(f_1,f_2,f_3)$ is tangent to M. We prove a classification theorem of such an indefinite generalized Sasakian space form.

  • Generic submanifolds of a Riemannian manifold endowed with a hypercosymplectic 3-structure are studied. Integrability conditions for certain distributions on the generic submanifold are discussed. Geometry of leaves of certain distributions are also studied.

  • We introduce invariant rigged null hypersurfaces of indefinite almost contact manifolds, by paying attention to those of indefinite nearly α-Sasakian manifolds. We prove that, under some conditions, there exist leaves of the integrable screen distribution of the ambient manifolds admitting nearly α-Sasakian structures.

  • The main goal of the paper is the introduction of the notion of conformal hemi-slant submersions from almost contact metric manifolds onto Riemannian manifolds. It is a generalization of conformal anti-invariant submersions, conformal semi-invariant submersions and conformal slant submersions. Our main focus is conformal hemi-slant submersion from cosymplectic manifolds. We tend also study the integrability of the distributions involved in the definition of the submersions and the geometry of their leaves. Moreover, we get necessary and sufficient conditions for these submersions to be totally geodesic, and provide some representative examples of conformal hemi-slant submersions.
