Effects of Dietary Nutrient Content, Feeding Period, and Feed Allowance on Juvenile Olive Flounder Paralichthys olivaceus at Different Feeding Period and Ration

  • We examined the effects of dietary nutrient content, feeding period, and feed allowance on compensatory growth, food use, chemical composition, and serum chemistry of juvenile olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus. We placed 720 juvenile fish into 24 400-L flow-through round tanks (30 fish per tank).A $2{\time}2{\time}2$ factorial design (diet: control (C) and high protein and lipid (HPL) ${\time}$ feeding period: 8 and 6 weeks ${\time}$ feed allowance: 100% and 90% of satiation) was applied. Fish were hand-fed twice daily, based on the designated feeding schedule. Weight gain and food consumption were affected by both the feeding period and feed allowance, but not by diet. The food efficiency ratio was not affected by diet, feeding period, or feed allowance, but the protein efficiency ratio and protein retention were affected by diet and feeding period, respectively. We found that the full compensatory growth of fish was not achieved at a restricted feeding allowance.

몇가지 침엽수(針葉樹) 소경재(小經材) 간벌작업(間伐作業)에서의 일반시간(一般時間)에 대한 관계시간연구(關係時間硏究) (A Relative Time Study on the Allowance Time in Thinning of Some Conifer Species)

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 몇가지 침엽수중(針葉樹中) 소나무, 낙엽송, 리기다소나무, 잣나무 간벌림(間伐林)에서 기준적(基準的)인 1인(人) 1조(組)의 작업방법(作業方法)을 통하여 임금구성상(賃金構成上) 또는 작업공정구성상(作業功程構成上) 기본적(基本的)인 작업시간(作業時間)과 더불어 대별되는 일반시간(一般時間)을 관계시간연구(關係時間硏究)에 의하여 구명(究明)하였다. 1. 시간연구(時間硏究)에 의해 4가지 수종별(樹種別)로 산출(算出)된 일반시간(一般時間)을 침엽수(針葉樹)에 일반적(一般的)으로 적용(適用)하기 위하여 일반시간(一般時間)의 동일구성(同一構成)으로 부터 최대값을 선정(選定)한 결과 인적여유시간(人的餘裕時間) 1.8%, 휴식시간(休息時間) 14.1%, 물적여유시간(物的餘裕時間) 12.5%, 대기시간(待機時間) 0.4%로 산출(算出)되었으며, 이로부터 작성(作成)된 조정일반시간(調整一般時間)의 비율합계(比率合計)는 28.8%로 나타났다. 2. 시간연구(時間硏究)를 통한 표준작업시간(標準作業時間) 추정식(推定式)을 수종별(樹種別)로 산출(算出)하여 관계시간연구(關係時間硏究)로 부터 조정(調整)된 일반시간(一般時間)을 합산(合算)함으로써 임금표(賃金表)나 공정표(工程表)에 사용(使用)되는 "예상임금(豫想賃金) 기준시간(基準時間)"을 표로 작성(作成)하였다.

OECD 국가의 아동가족 현금지원정책과 출산율간의 관계 -아동수당을 중심으로- (A study on the relationship between child/family cash benefits and fertility rate: Focusing on child/family allowance)

  • 본 연구는 아동수당 제도와 출산율의 관계를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 아동수당제도를 도입한 OECD 19개국을 대상으로 1980-2016년까지의 시계열자료를 구성하고 결합회귀분석을 통해 변인 간 관계를 규명하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 인구사회학적 변인들의 영향력을 통제한 후, 아동수당제도를 비롯한 현금지원정책은 일정 부분 합계출산율에 긍정적인 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 이러한 효과는 아동수당제도 내 출산 장려기제를 도입한 국가군에서 더 두드러지게 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 앞으로 도입될 한국의 아동수당 제도가 출산장려책으로서 기능하기 위해서는 아동수당제도 내 출산장려기제를 추가로 도입해 다자녀 가구에 대한 혜택을 강화할 필요성을 제언하였다.

시뮬레이션과 BPR을 응용한 Layout 기반의 철도차량기지 중정비 검수 여유율 검증 (A Study on the Verification of Heavy Overhaul Maintenance Allowances for the Maintenance Shop)

  • 철도차량기지 중정비 공장의 규모를 설계할 때 최소 부지에 시설을 배치하여 검수효율을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 중정비 공장 규모 산정 시에 적용되는 운행과 검수의 파동요인을 고려한 파동율(이하 "여유율")이 국내에서 아직 검증되지 않은 채 활용되는 외적인 요인을 중정비공장내 재장시간으로 흡수하기 위해 시설배치도 및 공정 작업의 시뮬레이션 분석에 의하여 합리적인 여유율을 산출하고 그 적정성을 검토하고자 한다. 본 연구는 공정의 작업시간이 평균값으로 되어있어 작업자 간의 편차를 고려, 공정작업시간에 표준편차를 10~20%로 주어 각각의 경우별로 시뮬레이션 결과치를 분석하여 가능 여유율을 도출하였다. 향후에는 차량의 운영 및 검수계획, 차량 예비율 및 중정비 공장의 설비능력, 공정외주비율, 표준인공 등 운영조건 등의 인자를 고려하여 과학적인 검토를 통해 적정 여유율을 적용함으로서 공장 규모를 최적화 할 필요가 있다.

수선필요도와 비용부담도 평가를 통한 공동주택 수선공사 핵심항목 도출방안 (Identification of Core Items for Repair Works of Apartment Housing by Evaluating Necessity of Repair Work and Buren of Repair Cost)

  • Purpose: Frequently, the apartment management offices have difficulties in effective repair works due to their insufficient technological capability to operate long-term repair program. There also have been many cases of failure in executing urgent repairs mainly because the repair allowance has not accumulated enough for the repair works on time. This study aimed to determine core items in apartment maintenance in order to reduce the confusion and unnecessary efforts for the management office by suggesting simple list of repair items. Method: Core items are defined using several indicators. The degrees of necessity for repair work(NRW) are calculated combining the impacts to living, safety, and aesthetics. Then the degrees of burden of repair cost(BRC) are estimated by analyzing actual long-term repair program of three apartment complexes. Lastly the degrees of accumulation demand for repair allowance(AD) are calculated with NRW and BRC. Result: The core items and essential items are suggested for three apartment types as case studies based on the indicators of NRW, BRC, and AD. Then, the required accumulated allowance per $m^2$ was calculated to effectively implement repair works.

초장축 스테인레스/복합재료 파이프의 피팅 공정 개발 (Development of Fitting Process for Extra Long Stainless/Composite Material Pipes)

  • Rubbing-roller is used for manufacturing liquid crystal display, and static displacement of the rubbing-roller becomes bigger as length of the rubbing roller made of aluminum is getting longer. Therefore, material of the rubbing-roller is changed from aluminum to CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced plastic). Recently thermal spraying is applied to manufacturing process of long rubbing-roller. The thermal spraying has disadvantages such as increment of manufacturing time and fraction defective caused by density of stainless steel particle. In this study, fitting process by drawing was suggested and FEM analysis with Tsai-Wu failure theory and fitting experiments are carried out to find adequate shrink allowance. The suggested shrink allowance gives proper adhesive force, and CFRP failure is not occurred. Furthermore, the fitting process is applied to long rubbing-roller and availability of the fitting process is studied by measurement of roundness, straightness and shear strength.

AHP에 의한 조선기업의 작업능률향상을 위한 과업관련기법의 선택 (An AHP Approach to Select the Task Related Technique for Work Efficiency Improvement in Shipbuilding Enterprise)

  • The objective of this research is to select the most effective technique from task related techniques(motion & time study, job redesign, physical environment improvement) for improving work efficiency in shipbuilding enterprise. This study consists of several principal steps. The first step is to design critical criteria in evaluating work efficiency in shipbuilding enterprises. The second step is to develop sub-criteria of the critical criteria. The third step is to develop a four level AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)structure using the critical criteria, sub-criteria and techniques from task related techniques. The fourth step is to develop the pairwise comparison matrix by each level of AHP structure, which was based on survey data collected at the H heavy industry. And the last step is to select the most effective technique from task related techniques using AHP analysis. The result of AHP analysis has shown clear difference in priority among task related techniques in terms of work efficiency of the shipbuilding enterprise: The reduction of normal time has more importance than the reduction of allowance time, motion & time study techniques are most important for the reduction of normal time, physical environment improvement is most important for the reduction of allowance time as well.

시뮬레이션을 이용한 작업자/복수기계 가동분석에 대한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Analysis of Man/Multi-Machine System Using Simulation)

  • This paper deals with a case study of workload analysis of an operator in an automatic line for machining the race of ball bearing. Eleven machines and three hoppers are installed in the line which is operated by an operator. The elements of operation are separated into machine controlled elements, operator controlled elements and machine/operator controlled elements. In order to analyze the system, time and motion studies are used for gathering input data for the simulation model. The first objective of this study is to evaluate whether the workload of operator is reasonable or not. The second objective is to increase throughput by reducing tact time and the last one is to increase frequencies of inspection by reducing interval. Thus we suggest some ideas for improvement, and as a result, the throughput is improved about 9%. In spite of the increasing of throughput, the allowance of operator is also increased about 4%.

개국약사의 적정조제건수 산출 (Estimation of the Number of Optimal Dispensing Cases for the Community Pharmacist)

  • Separation of prescribing and dispensing practice in Korea has changed the service pattern of the pharmacy. The prescription dispensing activities, however, are concentrated excessively on the pharmacies near hospitals or clinics. Thus this study was conducted to estimate the number of optimal dispensing cases for the community pharmacy. Forty-six pharmacies were selected using systematic stratified random sampling method, and ninety-five pharmacists were interviewed on their workload of dispensing and other activities at pharmacies. One hundred and seventy prescriptions were chosen based on the length of drug administration and drug dosage form, and the dispensing time was measured by time-watch method. Also pharmacy benefit claims data were analyzed to identify the characteristics of the pharmacies which performed more than optimal dispensing cases. According to the study results, the average work time per pharmacist per day was found to be 10hours 32minutes and the dispensing activities occupied 7hours 36minutes. It took 5.72minutes on average for each dispensing case. The optimal dispensing case was estimated as 75 cases under the condition of 10hours 32minutes work time and 6% allowance rate. Even though the pharmacies near hospitals or clinics participated dispensing services actively, only pharmacies near clinics dealt with more than optimal dispensing cases. For the pharmacies near hospitals they dealt with less than optimal cases, but drug administration period per prescription was almost 3 times longer than that of pharmacies near clinics. Thus the intensity of dispensing activities such as drug administration period is to be considered to estimate optimal dispensing cases more accurately.
