이 연구는 공항 특수경비원들의 직무자원이 직무태도 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 분석을 위하여 인천과 김포, 청주, 대구지역 공항을 중심으로 4곳의 공항 특수경비원을 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 설문지는 비확률 표본 추출법 중 유의표집법을 통하여 300명을 대상으로 배포하였다. 조사기간은 2016년 7월부터 10월까지 약 4개월간에 걸쳐서 실시하였으며, 설문지는 회수되지 않거나 극단치가 있는 40부를 제외한 총 260부를 최종 데이터로 활용하였다. 데이터 분석을 위하여 이 연구에서는 SPSS 18.0 통계패키지를 활용하였으며, 영향 관계는 다중회귀분석을 통하여 가설을 검증 하였다. 분석결과, 직무자원은 직무태도에 통계적으로 p<.01 수준에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설이 채택되었다. 그리고 직무자원은 이직의도에 통계적으로 p<.001 수준에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설이 채택되었으며, 직무태도도 이직의도에 통계적으로 p<.01 수준에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설이 채택되었다. 또한, 직무태도는 직무자원과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 통계적으로 p<.05 수준에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 매개역할을 할 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 공항 특수경비원들의 직무자원과 직무태도 및 이직의도 간의 관계에서 직무자원은 중요한 변수로 작용한다는 것으로 나타났다.

오늘날 항공운송의 볼륨이 크게 증가함에따라 항공사고도 끊임없이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 항공교통의 핵심가치인 항공교통 안전의 중요성을 새롭게 인식하여야 한다. 이에 항공교통의 기본 인프라로서 공항의 입지, 시설, 장비에 대한 안전성 확보는 무엇보다 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 그러한 차원에서 공항의 건설 또는 개량단계에서 공항개발사업 단계별로 고려되어야 할 안전요소를 현행법과 제도내에서 분석하여 공항시설의 설계, 건설단계에서의 안전성 제고에 대한 소견을 제시하고자 한다. 공항은 물론 항공교통의 안전은 공항시설을 포함하는 공항을 입지, 개발, 설계, 시공, 검사, 관리하느냐에 달려 있는 문제인 것이다. 이는 결국 공항개발계획 단계에서부터 항공안전을 우선 고려하는 입지에 대한 기준 및 전문가 개입 제도화 등에 관한 입법화를 통하여 현대사회가 내포하는 불특정다수에 대한 대형 사회간접자본의 리스크를 예방하는 국가적 책무를 다할 수 있기 때문이다. 아울러 공항개발 과정에서 핵심사항인 공항과 항행안전시설의 설치기준의 명확화는 공항과 공항시설의 안전성을 담보하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 물론 공항과 항행안전시설의 설치기준은 항공교통의 특성상 세계적인 기준이 제시되어 있으나, 이를 국내 입법화하는 과정에서 안전 측면의 기준은 더욱 구체적으로 세분화하여 설계, 시공, 검사 단계에서 이에 대한 혼돈이 발생하지 않게 하는 것도 항공안전을 확보하는 방법으로 검토할 만하다. 항행안전시설의 설치에 대한 기준은 무엇보다 자세히 규정하고 있다. 그러나 항행안전시설 성능적합증명제도와 관련해서는 임의적 규제를 의무적 규제로 변경하고, 제작자는 국내뿐만 국외제작자에게도 증명제도가 적용되도록 하는 것이 항행안전시설의 운용 안전성을 담보하는 방안이라 할 것이다. 물론 항공사고의 많은 부분이 조종사 과실 또는 항공기 정비 불량에 의한 것으로 귀결된다. 그러나 더욱 중요한 것은 공항이나 공항시설이 안전을 담보할 수 있을 정도로 완벽하다면 항공교통 사고를 더욱 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. 따라서 공항개발 단계에서부터 항공안전을 우선시 하는 법률적 제도적 보완이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

The passenger security screening is a mandatory procedure for boarding the aircraft according to ICAO standard as well as national law of each country. The enhanced threat of terrorism have had the security procedure strengthened since 9/11 events. However the effectiveness of passenger screening is not satisfactory and the service level for passenger is getting worse because of tightened security measurements. This research studied the responsibility issue for the enhancement of the effectiveness and service quality in passenger security screening. The study concluded that a desirable responsibility assignment for passenger screening is to the airport authority at normal time and to the government authority at the time of high threat.

본 연구는 경호학을 연구함에 있어 9.11테러 이후 이슈가 되고 있는 항공 관련 테러위협 속에서 우리나라도 예외가 아님을 인식하고 연구를 시작하였다. 특히 가장 기본이 되는 공항의 보안검색 즉, 우리나라 항공보안검색 분야에 대한 취약점을 분석하고 그 대안을 제시한다.

본 본 논문은 항공 교통 체계에서 가장 중요하게 고려되는 안전한 항공체계에 대한 연구를 중심으로 보안구조를 검토하고 보안모델을 제시하였다. 분석된 내용은 항공서비스 분야 관련 보안기술을 기반으로 국제적인 기술 동향과 함께 국내의 항공체계에 대한 보안모델을 다루고 있다. 항공통신 네트워크의 보안 프레임워크에서는 항공과 지상 데이터링크 보안기술, 항공체계에 따른 보안구조를 분석하였고 U-information HUB 모델의 보안구조를 제시하였다. U-information HUB 보안구조는 항공사, 공항 네트워크, 항공기, 관련 정부기관 등과 연동범위를 포함하고 있다.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, airports around the world are rapidly pushing for smart airports. One ID service based on biometric technology to eliminate congestion and improve airport operation efficiency is one of them. In particular, biopass, which allows you to use the entire journey with one single token without an ID card or boarding pass from arrival at the airport to boarding an aircraft, is emerging as an important technology for smart airports. This study conducted an empirical analysis to identify factors that affect the intention to use in two aspects: the acceptance, and rejection of bio-pass by combining UTAUT and the innovative resistance model. As a result of the study, it was found that the relative advantages and compatibility had a positive effect on the intention to use, and the perceived risk had a negative effect on the intention to use through innovation resistance. This suggests that infrastructure expansion and usage expansion are needed to use time more efficiently at airports, and that the government, airlines, and airport operators need to cooperate to strengthen the security system to relieve users' psychological anxiety.

There are several Customs Free Zone in Korea. Those are Susan Port, Kwangyang Port, Inchun Port. and International Airport Inchun. And there are several zone which will be appointed soon, Busan Port area, Kwangyang Port area, Inchun Port and International Airport Inchun area. But there are many problems to operate CFZ in Korea. This paper aim at pointing out for the problems and drawing up the plan. The problems are an unreasonable incentive standard, security of the behind site related to CFZ, present customs law not to process and assemble, and several similar system related CFZ. Globalization and regionalization are major trends in the international economic system recently. So we have to make desperate efforts to win the severe competition among many countries in economic aspect and make a good plan to solve the problems related CFZ in future.

공항의 출입국 절차 간소화는 안전하고 신속한 여객과 화물 처리 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 신속한 출입국 절차는 공항 서비스 수준 및 효율성을 판가름하는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 따라 선진국들은 출입국 절차를 간소화하는 새로운 출입국 제도를 도입해 이용자의 만족도 및 공항 효율성을 높이고 있다. 한국의 국제공항들은 선진 출입국 절차제도 및 시스템이 활발히 추진되지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 공항에서 항공기, 승무원, 여객, 화물 및 우편물의 이동시 불필요한 장애나 지연 없이 그 흐름을 용이하게 하기 위한 국내 공항의 출입국 절차 개선을 위한 방향 및 개선과제를 제시하고 자료포락분석기법(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)을 이용해 개선과제의 효율적인 추진을 위한 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이 연구에서는 출입국 절차 간소화를 위해 시설 및 시스템 구축에 대한 R&D의 필요성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 출입국 절차 관련 성과지표와 측정체계의 필요성을 제시하였다.

현재까지 공항에서의 체크인 시스템은 기본적으로 서버-클라이언트(Server-Client)방식으로 구동되어져왔다. 서버-클라이언트 방식에서 서버는 단일실패지점이기 때문에 천재지변이나 공격자에 의해 서버마비와 같은 문제가 생기면 체크인 시스템 전체가 마비될 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 실제 해커에 의해 항공사 중앙 서버가 공격을 받게 되면, 서버가 관리하는 항공사 데이터들의 무결성이 훼손될 수도 있다. 따라서 단일 실패지점에 대한 위협을 제거함과 동시에 저장된 데이터들의 무결성을 유지하는 방법을 논의할 필요가 있다. 그 중 하나로 블록체인 기술을 이용한 탈중앙화 시스템(Decentralized System) 모델을 적용하는 방법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 계약을 이용한 블록체인 기반 공항 체크인 시스템에 대한 모델을 제안한다.

This study, the cause of an aviation security employees' job satisfaction and dissatisfaction will be understood and the data can be used as evidence to explain the position of the employees. Moreover, the results of this study shall be conducted to increase the level of service delivery and also to remove unsatisfactory factors. Thus, according to this research survey shows the understanding of the job satisfaction and service delivery influences on the overall job satisfaction of a secure enterprise's security screeners. As a results, by improving the job satisfaction of aviation security screeners, the world's most safe, convenient service and quick airport service delivery could be achieved. Therefore, in order to improve the level of Korea and the international competitiveness of airlines, the promotion of job satisfaction of employees would be very important. Moreover based on the results of this study, the advanced research on the recognition differences for service evaluation between the customers and security screeners are needed.
