  • Empirical model was developed to test the building mechanism of trust dimensions and loyalty with the suppliers' bonding tactics to service firms. And interactive effects between suppliers' bonding tactics and service firms' store age was hypothesized in the trust-loyalty building processes. The model was tested in the context of animal clinics which belong to Korean Animal Hospital Association (KAHA). The data was analysed using structural equation model (SEM). The findings are as follows. First, two different relational bonding tactics play different roles in their effects on building trust dimensions toward suppliers. While supplier's social bonding tactic significantly influences on both the affective and cognitive trust of service firms, suppliers' structural bonding tactic only influences significantly on affective trust of service firms. Second, while suppliers' social bonding tactic influences on building service firms' loyalty significantly, suppliers' structural bonding tactic doesn't influence on building their loyalty. Suppliers' structural bonding tactic influences on building their loyalty indirectly through affective trust. Third, while service firms' affective trust influences on building loyalty significantly, cognitive trust doesn't. Their cognitive trust influences on building loyalty indirectly through affective trust. Fourth, the higher the firms' store age is, the more suppliers use social bonding tactics to build trust and loyalty directly. While the shorter the firms' store age is, the more suppliers partially use both the social and structural bonding tactics to build trust and loyalty. In conclusion, in the context of animal clinics' distribution channels, suppliers' relational bonding tactics with service firms differently influence to build trust sub-dimensions and loyalty. And, suppliers should take note of the interactive role of service firms' store age in the utilization of the different bonding tactics to build service firms' trust and loyalty toward suppliers. At the end of the paper, managerial implications, limitations, and future research directions are suggested.

  • In this study the types of strategies, the reasonable method of the selection of the problem for the recognition of the strategies and the presentation of the problems based on the types of the strategies are explored. The strategies can be used in elementary, middle or high school mathematics. But it can't be expected that students use the strategies unfamiliar to them, so it is necessary to select the strategies applicable according to the degree of the student's affective and cognitive abilities. And it is desirable to select the problems for the recognition of the strategy such as nonroutine problems and open-ended problems, but more study is needed in these areas.

  • In this paper, we present a dynamic matching methodology for the logistics brokerage agent that intermediates empty vehicles and freights registered to the logistics e-marketplace by car owners and shippers. In this matching methodology, two types of decisions should be made: one is when to match freights and vehicles and the other is how to match freights and vehicles at that time. We propose three strategies for deciding when to match, i.e. real time matching (RTM), periodic matching (PM), and fixed matching (FM) and use Hungarian method for solving tho how-to-match problem. In order to compare the performance of the when-to-match strategies, computational experiments are done and the results show that the waiting-and matching strategies, PM and FM, give better performance than real time matching strategy, RTM. We can expect that the suggested matching methodology may be used as an efficient and affective tool for the brokerage agent in the logistics e-marketplaces

  • Recently, Topological Data Analysis (TDA) has attracted attention among various techniques for analyzing big data. Mapper algorithm, which is one of TDA techniques, is used to visualize the cluster diagram. In this study, students were clustered according to the characteristics and degree of mathematics anxiety using a mapper, and students were visualized according to mathematics anxiety. In order to do this, Mathematical Anxiety Scale (Ko & Yi, 2011) in the aspect of mathematical instability in terms of teaching - learning, ie, Nature of Mathematics, Learning Strategy, Test/Performance is used. And the number of questions that measure the anxiety of mathematics can be extracted by extracting the most relevant items among the items that measure the anxiety of mathematics.

  • In competitive political contexts, sustaining power is the ultimate goal for political parties. Nominating celebrity politicians can be a double-edged sword for parent brands in attracting votes and influencing voting intention. This study contributes to the moderating role of brand affinity towards celebrity politicians. It considers celebrities' cognitive perceived benefits and voting intention relationship in a multiparty parliamentarian election. A cross-sectional survey with a stratified proportional random sampling technique in fifteen Lebanese districts ensured a representative sample. One thousand two hundred sixty-nine responses were found eligible for analysis. Findings indicate that brand affinity positively moderates the negative relationship between perceived benefits and voting intention. This study offers a new understanding of celebrity politicians' implementation strategy and campaign management and considers the contribution of the affective intelligence theory. It provides implications, limitations, and promising directions for future research on celebrity politicians.

  • Online retail is a growing opportunity for retailers and consumers. Cross-buying provides companies with an opportunity to increase their revenue contributions from existing consumers. In many fields, especially in the service sector, cross-selling is an easier strategy to use relative to increasing revenue rather than acquiring new consumers. Website personalization has been a powerful indispensable tool for web-based companies and end users. Using the Mehrabian and Russell's Stimulus-Organism-Response framework, we experimentally examined how an online retailing merchant's environmental stimuli (S) arouses internal affective and cognitive states (O), that affect consumers' approach-avoidance behavior (R) in cross-buying and shopping cart abandonment in online transactions.

  • As social networking service (SNS) users' needs and wants have become more diverse, SNS is designed to provide various services and functions. As a result, an image based SNS with the purpose of sharing various interests has emerged. More and more fashion companies are using image based SNS to use it as a medium to better communicate with their customers. This study investigates the effect of usage motivation of image based SNS with the emotion of pleasure as the mediator and its impact towards flow and brand attitude. In order to verify the research model and to test the proposed hypotheses, we conducted a pilot test on 8 image based SNS heavy users, and followed through with 215 questionnaires which were collected via online survey. The results of this study are as follows. Each usage motivation of image based SNS had significant effect on each pleasure. The visual impact had a positive effect on sensory pleasure and the common interest significantly influenced on user's affective preference. Curating, simplicity and interconnecting had a positive effect on cognitive pleasure. Affective and cognitive pleasures except sensory pleasure positively impacted the user on flow. The cognitive pleasure had a positive effect on the brand attitude. Lastly, flow had a positive effect on the brand attitude. This study is the foundation of the image based SNS academically in the new media research. Furthermore, it suggests managerial implications of a company to provide effective marketing strategy to make the best use of image based SNS.

  • Information technology enables home-based working which is a new way to satisfy the firm and its employees. Firms are under pressure of cost reduction, and employees want to maintain balance of life between work and family. Considering the organization's capability can be the core competency, firm's efforts to acquire workers' commitment have been important issue in human resource management. However, researches to increase the workers' loyalty and commitment within home-base working have not been widely studied. This study tries to identify the relationships among firms' rewards supporting strategies and workers' perceived commitment with the working system as a context. Results confirm that the organization's extrinsic and intrinsic rewards affect the worker's continuous commitment, and the mediating role of normative commitment between workers' perceived affective commitment and continuous commitment has been found. Also, we empirically identify the moderating role of working systems(i.e., home-based, vs. office-based) within organization's rewards supporting strategies and workers' commitment perceptions.

  • The ultimate purpose of game production is to make a game which satisfy game players and to sell maximum of products. In this paper, we suggest an assessment system model which can evaluate game satisfaction degree quantitatively, for preparing foundations that can make games which the suppliers and demanders of game business want. For it, we computed weight of constituent factors for game with AHP method based on survey, and quantified degree of satisfaction for genre of games to score. Also we analyzed affective factors for game satisfaction by SEM using LISREL software. In result, the greatest affective factor for game satisfaction is fun. For making the game with high degree of satisfaction, we propose that constructive investment and enough technology for fun are needed.
