모바일 포렌식은 스마트폰의 대중화와 다양한 모바일 기기의 증가로 인해 그 중요성 및 필요성이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 하지만 그 방안 및 절차는 아직 모바일 포렌식의 특성에 충분히 맞게 적용되고 있지 않다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 현재 모바일 포렌식이 직면한 문제점을 파악하기 위해 법 제도 기술적 관점에서의 분석을 수행하였으며 이를 통해 모바일 기기에 대해서는 현재 디지털 포렌식 수사과정에서 큰 이슈가 되고 있는 선별압수에 있어서 제약사항이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 모바일 포렌식에서 디지털 증거 수집 방안에 대한 분석 및 실사용 도구의 무결성 연구를 진행함으로써 현재 기술의 적합성 검증 및 추후 발생될 문제점에 대해 분석하였으며 결과적으로 모바일 포렌식에서 수집된 데이터가 증거능력을 확보할 수 있는 방안을 위해 전반적인 고려사항을 제시하였다.

최근 들어, 수많은 기업들은 IT 분야에서의 비용절감을 위하여 클라우드 솔루션을 채택해 오고 있다. 한편 디지털 흔적이 추후 법정에서 온전한 디지털 증거로 인정받기 위해서는 증거능력이 있어야 하는데, 그 중에서도 무결성은 증거능력을 갖추기 위한 여러 요건 중 하나이다. 이와 같은 맥락에서, 본 논문에서는 대표적인 사설 클라우드 솔루션(Citrix, VMware, MS Hyper-V)으로부터 수집된 VM 데이터를 대상으로 무결성 검증실험을 수행 하였으며, 그 결과로서 사설 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 수집된 VM 데이터에 대한 무결성 검증방법을 제안하고자 한다. 또한, 전 세계적으로 널리 사용되는 Guidance사의 EnCase 도구가 대표적인 가상 디스크 파일인 VHD (Virtual Hard Disk) 파일을 제대로 마운트 하지 못하는 오류가 있음을 확인하였다.

In 2012, the major jurisdictions regarding medical cases caused the controversial issues towards medical and legal fields by getting the judgments from the Supreme Court, which admitted the exceptional admissibility on discretionary grant. By regarding the serial negligence of medical organizations as a separate tort, the sentences which made up irrationality, were spoken by the court. As a result, if the treatment was made, which did not follow the entered matters in medical documents attached, the court announced the jurisdiction that presumes the negligence, which provided the evidence of negligence; on the other hand, this gave had the burden to medical branch to take great care for medicinal treatment. To be applicable for the Principle of Trust, the doctors have to give and take the necessary information for the treatment process and symptom decisions, which also commented in the court. Thus, this case made it difficult to apply the Principle of Trust and considered all the conditions as tough ones, which eventually induced lesser faults for patients' care. Moreover, the court confirmed that the medical ads sending the emails to the members belong to the internet portal sites, are not the inducing behavior by considering that the actions are only medical ads. Furthermore, in the case of Namsu Kim, the court's interpretation was rather limited the definition for medical practice that announced limited Erweiterung der Strafbarkeit cases by lower courts. As a consequence, it is very interesting whether the Supreme Court may change their position and concerning the duty of explanation, the trend to expand the contents and scopes for the duty of explanation continues by admitting instruction explanation obligation and all the compensations and so on.

Cloud computing that provide a elastic computing service is more complex compared to the existing computing systems. Accordingly, it has become increasingly important to maintain the stability and reliability of the computing system. And troubleshooting and real-time monitoring to address these challenges must be performed essentially. For these goals, the handling of the log data is needed, but this task in cloud computing environment may be more difficult compared to the traditional logging system. In addition, there are another challenges in order to have the admissibility of the collected log data in court. In this paper, we design secure logging service that provides the management and reliability of log data in a cloud computing environment and then analyze the proposed system.

The economic world is full of patterns, many of which exert a profound influence over society and business. One of the most contentious is the distribution of wealth. Way back in 1897, an Italian engineer-turned-economist named Vilfredo Pareto discovered a pattern in the distribution of wealth that appears to be every bit as universal as the laws of thermodynamics or chemistry. The present paper proposes some Bayes estimators of shape parameter of Pareto income distribution in censored sampling. Asymmetric LINEX loss function has been considered to study the effects of overestimation and underestimation. For the prior distribution of the parameter involved a number of priors including one and two-parameter exponential, truncated Erlang and doubly truncated gamma have been contemplated to express the belief of the experimenter s/he has regarding the parameter. The estimators thus obtained have been compared theoretically and empirically with the corresponding estimators under squared error loss function, some of which were reported by Bhattacharya et al. (1999).

디지털 영상매체와 관련된 과학적 기술이 빠르게 진보함에 따라 경찰수사 활동에도 디지털 영상장비의 활용이 보편화되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나, 디지털 영상자료는 종전의 필름방식 사진에 비해 위 변조의 가능성이 높기 때문에 법정에서 확실한 증거로 채택되지 못 할 우려가 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 외국 법정에서 디지털 영상의 지위를 고찰하고 이와 관련하여 우리나라에서 경찰 수사활동시 예상되는 문제점을 검토함으로써 적절한 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다.

웨이브릿 해석에서 CWT(continuous wavelet transform)에서는 Plancherel 형태의 복원 정리가 성립하고, 웨이브릿 급수는 frame 이론과 다해상도 이론(multiresolution analysis)을 활용한 이산복원정리가 성립한다. 복원정리가 만들어짐에 따라 이에 상응하는 웨이브릿이 생성되는데, CWT에서는 허용조건(admissibility condition)을 만족하는 basic wavelet이고, 웨이브릿 급수에서는 MRA를 이용한 Daubechies 웨이브릿, frame 이론을 이용한 Meyer 웨이브릿 등을 생각할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 CWT에서 사용한 허용조건을 자연스럽게 확장함으로써 기존의 것보다 간편하고 활용도가 우수한 이산복원정리를 발견하고, 이에 상응하는 보다 만들기 쉬운 새로운 형태의 L1 웨이브릿군을 개발함을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에 개발한 새로운 웨이브릿을 사용하여 시간-주파수에서의 신호 복원 및 분석에 응용한다.

A continuum-based configuration design sensitivity analysis method is developed for kinematically driven mechanical systems. The configuration design variable for mechanical systems is defined. The 3-1-3 Euler angle is employed as the orientation design variable. Kinematic admissibility conditions of configuration design change. Direct differentiation method is used to derive the governing equations of the design sensitivity. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method.

In response surface experiments, a polynomial model is often used to fit the response surface by the method of least squares. However, if the vectors of predictor variables are multicollinear, least squares estimates of the regression parameters have a high probability of being unsatisfactory. Hoerland Kennard have demonstrated that these undesirable effects of multicollinearity can be reduced by using "ridge" estimates in place of the least squares estimates. Ridge regrssion theory in literature has been mainly concerned with selection of k for the first order polynomial regression model and the precision of $\hat{\beta}(k)$, the ridge estimator of regression parameters. The problem considered in this paper is that of selecting k of ridge regression for a given polynomial regression model with an arbitrary order. A criterion is proposed for selection of k in the context of integrated mean square error of fitted responses, and illustrated with an example. Also, a type of admissibility condition is established and proved for the propose criterion.criterion.

The aim of this paper is to prove the existence of an admissible inertial manifold for mild solutions to infinite delay evolution equation of the form $$\{{\frac{du}{dt}}+Au=F(t,\;u_t),\;t{\geq}s,\\\;u_s({\theta})={\phi}({\theta}),\;{\forall}{\theta}{\in}(-{{\infty}},\;0],\;s{\in}{\mathbb{R}},$$ where A is positive definite and self-adjoint with a discrete spectrum, the Lipschitz coefficient of the nonlinear part F may depend on time and belongs to some admissible function space defined on the whole line. The proof is based on the Lyapunov-Perron equation in combination with admissibility and duality estimates.
