다변량 통합공정관리의 기본절차는 잡음이 내재하는 공정에 수정조치를 취하여 공정편차를 백색 잡음으로 전환하도록 하여 공정제곱편차를 최소화하게 되는 것이며, 이러한 다변량 통합공정관리의 수정활동을 하는 경우 공정에 이상원인이 발생하면 관리도를 통해 이를 탐지하고 제거하게 된다. 수정된 공정은 이상원인 발생 전에는 백색잡음이지만, 이상원인 발생 후 다양한 형태의 시계열 모형으로 변환하게 된다. 만약 수정된 공정을 탐지하여 이상원인의 신호가 발생한 경우 교정활동을 통하여 이를 제거해야 하지만, 구조적으로 교정이 불가능 하거나 교정활동의 비용이 많이 발생하는 경우에는이상원인의 효과를 감안하여 수정활동을 재조정해야할 것이다. 이 논문에서는 공정모형으로 다변량 IMA(1,1)모형을 가정하고 다변량 통합공정관리 절차를 수행하는 경우 이상신호가 발생한 후 재수정 절차를 제안한다.

This paper presents a process and operation planning system with an NC code post-processor for effective machining of press dies for production of cars. Based on the machining features, major parts of press dies are categorized into 15 groups and a standard process plan is defined for each group. The standard process plan consists of a series of processes where a process is defined as a group of operations that can be done with one setup. Details such as cutting tools, cutting conditions, and tool paths are decided at the operation planning stage. At the final stage of process and operation planning, the NC code post-processor we developed adjusts feedrates along the tool path to reduce machining time. The adjustment rule is selected based on the metal removal rate estimated by virtually machining with virtual cutting tool.

In this paper, a controller using fuzzy-genetic algorithms is proposed for pat-tracking of WMR. A fuzzy controller is implemented so as to adjust appropriate crossover rate and mutation rate. A genetic algorithms is also implemented to have adaptive adjustment of control gain during optimizing process. To check effectiveness of this algorithms, computer simulation is applied.

For estimating parameters of possibly nonlinear and/or non-stationary seasonal autoregressive(AR) processes, we introduce a new instrumental variable method which use the direction vector of the regressors in the same period as an instrument. On the basis of the new estimator, we propose new seasonal random walk tests whose limiting null distributions are standard normal regardless of the period of seasonality and types of mean adjustments. Monte-Carlo simulation shows that he powers of he proposed tests are better than those of the tests based on ordinary least squares estimator(OLSE).

시계열 모형을 따르는 자료의 예측(Forecasting)이나 공정조정(Process Adjustment)의 경우, 자료의 마지막 부분에 발생한 이상치(Outlier)에 의해 크게 영향 받을 수 있다. 그러나 지금까지 제안된 이상치 탐지 방법은 주로 자료의 중간 부분에 발생한 이상치를 검출하는데 효율적이라고 알려져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 자료의 마지막 부분에 발생한 이상치에 대한 기존 탐지 방법의 검출력을 모의 실험을 통해 분석하였다 또한, 이를 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 모의 실험을 통해 기존의 검출력과 비교하였다.

The problem of tension control in metal-strip processing line is discussed. A new mathematical dynamic model which relates tension change, motor-speed change and roll-gap change is developed. Through the computer simulation of this model, parameter sensitivity, the tension transfer phenominon, and static and dynamic characteristics of strip tension were studied. Guidelines are developed to help one selecting locations of the master-speed drive in multi-drive speed control for tension adjustment and reducing the effect of interaction between tension and roll gap control.

We are developing an automatic adjusting system for ITC. ITC(Integrated Tube Components) has a large set-by-set variability in its characteristics. And it also has nonlinearities. It requires not only a fast vision process but also an efficient control algorithm to meet the need for high productivity. In this paper, the description of an adjusting system and the modelling of ITC will be presented. And also the concept of a new rule based hierarchical algorithmic approaches will be suggested.

EPC(Engineering process control) is usually applied to processes in which successive observations ate related over time and where the mean drifts dynamically. This paper aims to literature surrey concerned about EPC theory developments and their applications including macGregor model as Basic EPC model, feedback controllers, feedforward controllers, run-to-run controllers, MMSE controllers, PID model and PI adjustment model and so on. We suggest some perspective area for further study.

階段形 初期海面攪亂이 定常狀態에 도달할 때 에 생기는 에너지 換(位置에 너지로부터 運動에너지로)에 대하여 고찰하였다. 無限少 攪亂의 경우 線形化가 가능 하며 이때 換比(生成된 運動에너지의 消滅된 位置에너지에 대한)는 初期攪亂의 水平的 規模가 커짐에 따라 1/3에 近接함이 解析的으로 밝혀졌다.
