A sensorless control of a PM synchronous motor under the parameter variation is presented. The rotor position is estimated by using the d-axis and q-axis current errors between the real system and motor model of the estimator. The stator resistance is measured at low speeds when the motor changes its rotating direction. The gains in the position estimator are also adapted according to the motor speeds.

Public libraries in Korea have undergone changes from libraries for just reading or keeping books to libraries with cultural facilities that provide information through various media. It was because of the "plan for building the information-oriented library" in 2000 that made the complexation of public library in progress. The alterations of the system have changed the structure as well as the grade ranks but haven't been considered enough for administrators or visitors. Hereupon, we are to study of the features by analyzing how the application of the system changed the structure of library. There are four stages in research methods. First, concept of public library and functional elements requested in the process of complexation were studied from literature. Second, vertical, horizontal and circulate changes were studied by applying subject libraries into prior research stereotyping the libraries. Third, mutual relations between each place were studied through J-Graph by elements. Lastly, rank changes according to centrality of space and users were quantitatively studied with space syntax. 4 notable changes were found in these analyses. (1)Vertical, horizontal and circulate structure of public libraries were homogenized. Since 2001, however, they have become diversified as all-in-one or detachable. (2)The space structure of library before 2001 was shallow tree shape while in 2001, period of transition, was the tree shape mixed with ring shape. As time goes on, it has become shallow tree shape again but connected by ring shape in part of reading and common space and in digital reference room. (3)Digital reference room was center of the space around 2001 and it ranked top for integration. After 2007, however, it has become setting off-center. (4)About the purpose of using public libraries, using it as space for administrators ranked top followed by space for visitors and common space before. For now, common space ranks top and space for visitors and administrators. 5 subject public libraries were selected respectively before and after 2001.

Objectives : This study is designed to evaluate the diagnostic significances of DITI on the patients of low back pain according to impression, symptoms and medical history. Methods : According to impression, symptoms and medical history, thermal changes of $BL_{23}$, $BL_{26}$, $BL_{40}$, $BL_{57}$, $GB_{31}$ and $BL_{60}$ were compared forty-eight low back pain patients and twenty-three normal group. Results : Surface temperature of $BL_{26}$ in case of L-spine HNP is significantly higher than normal group. Surface temperature of $BL_{26}$ in case of low back pain is significantly higher, $GB_{31}$ of radiating pain is significantly lower than normal group. Surface temperature of $BL_{26}$ in case of acute stage is significantly higher, $GB_{31}$ of chronic stage is significantly lower than normal group. Conclusions : Thermal changes of $BL_{26}$ and $GB_{31}$ on the patients of low back pain compared with normal group, according to impression, symptoms and medical history has significances.

It is necessary to respond to rapid technological changes such as the 4th industrial revolution and digital transformation across industries. And, a change in the university education system is necessary in a crisis situation of universities due to the rapid decrease of the school-age population. This study is aimed at practical competency with the ability to apply intelligent information technology to their job fields based on a basic understanding of intelligent information technology rather than advanced competency centered on theory and research. Instead of presenting the curriculum system diagram so that it can be flexibly applied to the design and development of the curriculum for intelligent information technology, training modules according to job and level were presented. In relation to intelligent information technology, a questionnaire was conducted for college professors, and industry experts were conducted on the derived educational modules to reflect the opinions of the industry. Industry experts said that collaboration with PBL, Capstone, and industry is necessary to improve problem-solving and communication skills.

The purpose of this study is to estimate temporal soil loss change according to long-term land cover changes using GIS and RS. Revised USLE(Universal Soil Loss Equation) factors were made by using point rainfall data, DEM(Digital Elevation Model), soil map and land cover map. Past two decades land cover changes were traced by using Landsat MSS and TM data. Soil loss in 2000 increased $6.3\;kg/m^{2}/yr$ compared with that in 1983. This was mainly caused by the increased upland area.

Ever-evolving diverse communication tools bring numerous changes and improvements into the lives of humans. It is extremely important to provide visual information when communicating with consumers in the commercial arena because humans acquire over eighty percent of the information around them through sense of sight. One cannot compete with just sheer quality in today's world. Therefore, the applications of digital technology in the visual merchandising became crucial, for it can dramatically improve the market value. Among these applications is digital signage, a new media for esthetic experience. I strongly believe that this would be a new marketing tool for the brand's distinctive and unique publicity. This research has been conducted in order to find out how the fast-growing digital signage, defined by the contents, has become not just a mere digital video clip but an esthetic merchandising tool that can produce various effective marketing strategies; and to discover the characteristics that this application has brought out in the visual merchandising field of fashion stores' global SPA brands. Based on the market case study, analyses have been made for the digital signage types and strategies regarding the visual merchandising expressive elements and for the effects the digital signage application will have on publicity. According to the results, the digital signage has proven to be informative, diversely applicable and contributes greatly to the increase in sales and to the improvement of company and brand image. Thus, it is much more than just a media tool for advertisement.

Alveolar bone changes after immediate loading on implants up to one year were observed by means of standard intraoral X-ray measurement which were taken at 3 month intervals. At the same time, bone density changes were observed according to digital subtraction method which is a becoming a more and more promising diagnostic tool for implants. Following results were obtained ; 1. There was no significant difference in the amount of alveolar bone loss implant type, sex and implant diameter, but there was difference according to case selection. In fully bone anchored prostheses cases, bone loss was $1.16{\pm}0.15m$ whereas, in partial edentulous cases, it was $1.84{\pm}0.08mm$. 2. Alveolar bone loss after immediate loading showed a higher degree of bone loss than after submerged loading in the initial three months. But there were no significant difference at the 12th month. 3. According to the one year bone density change observation at the alveolar bone surrounding the implant, significant change was observed vertically, whereas no significant change could observed horizontally. According to the above mentioned results, we can conclude that immediate loading of implants results in a higher degree of alveolar bone loss in one year than submerged loading. But since alveolar bone loss rate decreases to a reasonable rate after the initial 3 months of rapid bone loss, immediate loading of implants seems to be an acceptable treatment modality for patients with good bone conditions. Fully bone anchored cases showed an favorable outcome, but partial edentulous cases showed more bony resorption. So this cases considered in case selections. Bone density changes observation in the study was performed for only one year therefore a more longitudinal observation may be studied.

As time changes, users change their interest. In this paper, we propose a method to provide suitable service for users by dynamically weighting service interests in the context of age, timing, and seasonal changes in ubiquitous environment. Based on the service history data presented to users according to the age or season, we also offer useful services by continuously adding the most recent service rules to reflect the changing of service interest. To do this, a set of services is considered as a transaction and each service is considered as an item in a transaction. And also we represent the association of services in a graph and extract frequent service items that refer to the latest information services for users.

In the era of Web 2.0, the digital contents are becoming major cultural subjects and the scope and added value of digital content technology industry keep increasing. In order to prevent thoughtless expansion of consumption oriented contents to the multimedia motion picture generation and promote the contents industry in educational, industrial or cultural aspect, educational contents should be specialized as strategic products with increased educational and entertaining meaning. As a result, this study analyzed characteristics of users regarding how educational game contents are distributed to consumers by both male and female group. Then, it extracted development factors for expansion of educational games and presented direction to educational game contents development by using educational games according to changes in users in order to secure mobile flat form contents for effective learning.

In this paper, the changes of broadcasting loudness before and after are measured for the major broadcasting channels according to the amendment of broadcasting law and enforcement of digital television broadcasting loudness technology standards. Before the implementation of digital television broadcasting loudness technology standards. all the channels to be measured were broadcast at a higher volume level than the technical standards. However, after the implementation, most of the channels to be measured were maintained at a loudness level suitable for the technical standards. However, some programs are inadequate to meet technical standards, requiring corrective action, and the need for additional research to improve the measurement method.
