According to change of business environment, the company has required not only profit but also social responsibility for profitable growth. However, these changes are not only applies to the company. Company's internal stakeholders and social systems sub-elements of the union was forced to respond to these changes, too. However, research has not focused yet USR until now, It's very rare USR and introduction of USR and Case of USR. But The union must meet a the stakeholders such as nonunionist, county, as well as union members. This study looked at the USR Case of LG Electronics Union which is a leader in this filed. LG Electronics Union had accepted the USR in 2010, LG Electronics Union led innovation and change of labor movement and pushed ahead with USR such as service to community and vulnerable, refrain from strike, environmental protection. and LG Electronics Union spread the USR to overseas and domestic. Through the LG Electronics Union's USR Case, this study seek the new labor movement.

This study is to analyze works of Memphis design in the 1980s, which captured the appearance of a diversified society since the 20th century, and to present practical designs that can communicate with the public through the formulation of indoor lighting. As a research method, the background of the occurrence of Memphis groups, the theoretical background and the formative features of Memphis designs are considered around literature and prior research. The research applied Memphis's formative characteristics, colors and patterns to incorporate newly formulated designs into lighting. Lighting lamps in the forms that have made small changes to basic shapes show not only its functionality and decorability, but also its scalability as a formative language that conveys the emotions contained within humans. In addition, the choice of materials according to the changes in sculpture in the production of the work will suggest the possibility of creating a new formative art.

In this paper, we researched a method that makes a good acoustic-speech system using a digital signal processing technique with dynamic microphone as a transducer. Good acoustic-speech system should deliver the original sound input to electric signal without distortion. By measuring the frequency response of the microphone, adjustment factors are obtained by comparing measured data and standard frequency response of microphone for each frequency band. The final sound levels are obtained using the developed adjustment factors of frequency responses from the microphone and speaker to match the original sound levels using the digital signal processing technique. Then, we minimize the changes in the frequency response and level due to the variation of the distance from source to microphone, where the frequency responses were measured according to the distance changes.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for human resource management and efficient hospital management of organization by checking the effect of psychological contract of nurses on voice behavior. It is a descriptive research study that survey nurses who consented responded to the research questions. As a result, nurse practitioners showed a low level of perceptions of organizational commitment, psychological contracts, transactional contract and relational contract. There was a positive correlation between transactional contract and constructive voice(p<.05), and there was a negative correlation between relational contract and destructive voice(p<.05). Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system in which internal and external compensation can be made according to changes in roles of nurses in order to carry out new polices and organizational changes. It is also necessary to improve the organizational culture so that nurses can actively participate in policy and organizational change.

Supply of a smart device has been made with the development of communication networks and growing desire of people to improve the quality of life, the service industry about it have been made with smart devices. Among them, there are various services that can help people change their behavior to healthy life. But it does not have a large impact on the behavior change of performer because its been developed as a general process. Therefore in this study examine development situation about current behavior change applications through application markets. Development current situation can be separated by process to two patterns. As a result we propose behavioral change model that includes integrated change model that one of the behavior theory model, accomplish the goal process of goal setting theory and habit formation phase for automate the changes. Also, we provide appropriate service according to the model that leads motivation, sustainability of the action and positive behavior change to performer. We can expect in many aspects such as ability and motivation than existing service.

With the development of technology, many changes have emerged in how consumers acquire information without restrictions on their location and time. As changes and interest in digital platforms increase, beauty industry applications are being developed in order to attract customers. Therefore, this study has provided the empirical data necessary for the development and advancement of beauty applications in the future by analyzing preferences for makeup applications according to age. The method of this study involved searching for makeup applications that had been downloaded more than 100 million times through the Google Play Store between October 11, 2020 to November 3, 2020. Four applications were identified: YouCma Makeup, YouCam Perfect, Beauty Plus, and Sweet Snap. The surveyed functions were tested on 100 people in their teens, 20s, 30s, and 40s, with a similar profile of 100 people in their teens, 20s, 30s, and 40s surveyed from January 3, 2022 to April 23, 2022. The functional preferences of the application were investigated, and the results were analyzed through frequency analysis. The results are as follows: the application that received the greatest preference for features by age was YCM, which was found to have subdivided functions that provide users a wider range of choices and more detailed work when compared to other applications which enable photo retouching.

The shipbuilding process is changing due to changes in the development environment and technological requirements for military ships. This would also hold true for a submarine, because its shipbuilding process includes complicated design and construction conditions. System improvement efforts for the design and construction of military ships have continued with the goal of overcoming these conditions. At present, the Korea Navy is developing a 3,000 ton-class Korean type submarine, and its design is progressing by the introduction of a full 3D-ship CAD system. Although the 3D modeling system was introduced for effective design realization through the introduction of collaborative design and active utilization of M&S (modeling and simulation), the introduction effects are not yet generally obvious, according to the characteristics of ship design. The present paper discusses the collaborative environment for developing a submarine to enhance this. This paper proposes the architecture and data structure of a system for realizing collaborative design and discusses a case system developed on the basis of this.

This study aims to identify characteristics of neo-naturalism coming from periodical changes in the 21th society, culture based on naturalism and analyze the expressional and design characteristics of neo-naturalism on 2000s. For a research method, this study researched development of naturalism in fashion, and searched digital naturalism and ecology which are design paradigm effecting on neo-naturalism through literature research and preliminary study. Analyzing preliminary study on architecture, interior, fashion about digital naturalism and ecology design, concept of neo-naturalism identified and four expressional characteristics of neo-naturalism was classified, actual examples of neo-naturalism in 21th fashion were extracted and drew design characteristics. The results are as followings. Firstly, naturalism described nature as it is and developed according to the values and needs of the times. Naturalism in fashion showed natrual human body's curve, nature pattern and used natural materical focused on ideal beauty of nature. Secondly, neo-naturalism renews with the foundation of digital culture and ecology design paradigm, and focuses on the flexible possibility to express nature with digital, new media and formative art, and made the artificial nature uniting human-nature-environment as organic whole by ecology design paradigm. Thirdly, design of neo-naturalism divided four characteristics, nature's organic form, combination with the technology, ethical harmony with nature, global local design. The first characteristics of the nature's organic form are expressing silhouette of the nature's organic volume abstractly, the second ones of the combination with the technology are reinterpreting primitive nature contemporary with artificial sensibility of high technology, the third ones of the ethical harmony with nature are showing simple design and high-touch, and the forth ones of global local design are expressing cultural hybrid preserving vernacular design.

This study aims to get more accurate and objective result by quantifying the result for the sperm changes through the quantitative analysis by the image processing based on the image obtained microscopically for the testicle cell and sperm change appeared with the passage of time when the radiation is irradiated to the white rat testicle. This study has targeted the white rat of 8 weeks lifespan, the X-ray of 6 MV with 1 time of 2 Gy has been irradiated to the whole body. The testicles of 5 rats at each test group immediately after irradiation, after 2 hours of irradiation, 4 hours, 8 hours and 24 hours has been respectively extracted targeting all 30 white rats of normal control group not irradiated by the radiation and the test group. The state of testicle cell and sperm has been observed in the normal control group and the test group by implementing Periodic acid Schiff dyeing after extraction. 24 hours after irradiation, a gradual decrease in sperm count and testicular cells qualitatively and quantitatively that were identified as significant.

In this study, the correlation among the changes of Modulation Transfer Function(MTF) in the noise and high-contrast resolution and the change of Contrast to noise ratio(CNR) in the low-contrast resolution will be examined to investigate the estimation of image quality according to the type of algorithms. The image data obtained by scanning American Association of Physicists in Medicine(AAPM) phantom was applied to each algorithm and the exposure condition of 120 kVp, 250 mAs, and then the CT number and noise were measured. The MTF curved line of the high-contrast resolution was calculated with Point Spread Function(PSF) by using the analysis program by Philips, resulting in 0.5 MTF, 0.1 MTF and 0.02 MTF respectively. The low-contrast resolution was calculated with CNR and the uniformity was measured to each algorithm. Since the measurement value for the uniformity of the equipment was below ${\pm}$ 5 HU, which is the criterion figure, it was found to belong to the normal range. As the algorithm got closer from soft to edge, the standard deviation of CT number increased, which indicates that the noise increased as well. As for MTF, 0.5 MTF, 0.1 MTF and 0.02 MTF were all sharp algorithms, and as the algorithm got closer from soft to edge, it was possible to distinguish more clearly with the naked eye. On the other hand, CNR gradually decreased, because the difference between the contrast hole CT number and the acrylic CT number was the same while the noise of hole increased.
