이 연구에서는 공공도서관을 이용하는 다양한 이용자를 대상으로 공공도서관을 이용하면서 느끼는 도서관불안에 대해 측정하고자 한국형 도서관불안척도(K-LAS)를 활용하여 조사 및 분석하였다. 분석 결과 공공도서관을 이용하는 이용자의 연령, 성별, 학력, 이용 목적, 이용 횟수, 도서관 규모에 따라 도서관불안 차이를 나타내었다. 이에 도서관불안을 극복하고 이용 만족도 제고 및 이용 활성화를 위해 해소방안으로 도서관 이용 안내 및 이용교육 실시, 도서관 리모델링을 통한 환경 개선, 직원 확인을 위한 큰글자 명찰 패용 및 이용자 이해 교육, 사용자 경험에 따른 기기 및 장비 설명서 제공 등을 제언하였다.

본 연구는 대학도서관에서 제공하는 전자게시판 중 자유게시판, Q＆A, FAQ, 참고질의 응답의 4가지 유형의 참고서비스를 대상으로 게재되는 질문의 유형과 내용을 분석함으로써 서비스 유형별 특성을 조사하고 이용자의 정보요구를 파악하였다. 분석한 결과, 4가지 서비스의 유형에 따라 질문유형별 차이를 발견하지 못하였다. 모든 서비스에서 안내형 질문이 가장 많았으며, 주제형 질문은 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 토대로 4가지 유형별 서비스에 대한 발전방안을 제시하였다: 서비스 유형에 대한 메뉴명칭의 표준화, 서비스 접근이 용이한 메뉴 배치, 각 서비스에 적합한 성격 명시, 내용검색기능과 응답기능을 첨가하는 구조개선, 질문작성 양식의 제안, 전자참고서비스의 전담부서 및 전담자배치, 정책마련, 홍보강화를 제안하였다.

This study identifies and tracks changes gender differences in adolescent users' problematic online behavior. This study used Korea Youth Panel Survey (KYPS), which has tracked respondents over 7 years, with self-control theory and social learning theory applied as a theoretical framework. The model included individual-level variables such as self-control and respondent's experience of problematic behavior (offline), as well as socialization variables such as the number close friends who engaged in problematic offline behavior, parent-child relationships, and parental monitoring. Dependent variables included problematic online behavior, unauthorized ID use (ID theft) and cyberbullying (cursing/insulting someone in a chat room or on a bulletin board). Control variables consisted of academic performance, time spent on a computer, monthly household income, and father's educational attainment. Random and fixed effects models were performed by gender. Results supported self-control theory even for the within-level analysis (fixed effects models) regardless of gender, while social learning theory was partially supported. Only peer effects were found significant (except for unauthorized ID use) among girls. Year dummy variables showed significant negative associations; however, academic performance and time spent using computers were significant in some models. Father's educational attainment and monthly household income were found insignificant, even in the random effects models. We also discuss implications and suggestions for future research and policy makers.

This study aims to design educational space that will respond to changing educational curriculum and creative educational activities. The study was conducted with user centered design method in which students and teachers who actually use space participate directly in space design, moving away from the one-sided approach by experts. The design of educational space, which is the subject of this study, was carried out by the opinions of users and the opinions of users were collected through the descriptive and mapping measure forms by analyzing previous researches and actual space cases on user centered design. Based on the opinions collected by the survey form, total four spaces, Type A, two Type B, and Type C, were designed. The fact that the user directly commented on the space plan to be used and actually participated in the space design would be helpful for users' deep interest in the results of this study and students' academic improvement.

본 연구의 목적은 학술논문 전거데이터 구축시스템을 통해 생성된 전거데이터를 기반으로 한 학술논문 검색시스템을 구축하고 검색 효율성과 시스템 유용성을 평가하는데 있다. 전거데이터 기반 학술논문 검색시스템은 저자 및 소속기관에 대한 전거데이터를 활용하여 질의어 자동완성, 검색결과 군집화, 저자네트워크 및 주제네트워크와 같은 부가 정보를 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 학술논문 검색시스템에 대하여 연구원, 도서관사서, 대학원생 이용자 집단 60명을 대상으로 검색 효율성과 시스템 유용성 평가를 수행하였다. 그 결과 전거데이터 기반 학술논문 검색시스템이 일반적인 학술논문 검색시스템에 비해 검색 효율성과 시스템 유용성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 사회 네트워크 분석 기법을 통하여 K대학도서관의 학술DB 이용현황을 분석하고 이용자의 요구에 적합한 서비스를 개발 및 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 K대학 도서관의 학술DB 로그 데이터를 이용하여 학문분야별, 신분별, 학문분야 및 신분별 학술DB 네트워크를 구성하고 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 전임교원의 학술DB 네트워크와 박사과정의 학술DB 네트워크는 특화된 학술DB를 중심으로 강한 결속력을 보이고 있으며 다른 신분의 학술DB 네트워크보다 밀도, 연결정도 집중도 및 연결정도 중심성이 높게 나타났다.

Recently, the development of ICT(information & communications technology) with the advent of new media paradigm shift in learning has brought a dramatic impact on the competitiveness of universities. The previous studies on the academic performance of e-learning mainly targeted on e-learning users, studying additional synchronization and system quality factors to measure academic performance. This study empirically analyzed the learning flow and academic performance considering both DeLone & McLean model system quality and synchronizing factors based on ARCS model. Relating to quality and synchronization factors, the academic performance of e-learning system was tested, and the difference between learning flow and academic performance was also analyzed based on time-series data, by the test difference(in the beginning, during, and final of the semester). The results of the study are as follows. First, the study shows that both system quality and synchronization directly affected the learning performance. Thus, when designing e-learning system, it is necessary to consider these two factors at the same time. Second, the indirectly mediating effect on the system quality and synchronization factors turned out to be significant in learning flow. Third, the result of regression analysis on the contents of utilizing dummy variable presents that the teacher's explanation has greater influence than multimedia has to the academic performance, and furthermore, the test difference showed no significance. Further research should be undertaken to consider the learner's degree of acceptance which reflects various aspects for building m-learning or u-learning.

본 연구의 목적은 현재 운영되고 있는 대학도서관 주제 가이드를 분석하고, 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 재적학생 1,000명 이상의 국내 4년제 대학 및 2개 과학기술원 대학도서관 151개관 중 온라인 주제 가이드를 운영하는 22개관을 분석의 대상으로 선정하여, 12가지 기준에 따라 분석하였다. 조사 분석 결과 주요 내용은 첫째, 주제 가이드가 어떤 서비스 도구인지 명확하게 제시 못하고 있었다. 둘째, 동일 대학도서관에서도 주제 가이드 형식에 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 많은 종류의 정보원을 제공하여 학생들은 필요한 정보원을 선택해야 했다. 개선 방안으로 첫째, 교과목 주제 가이드 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 표준화된 형식을 통하여 내용 중심의 가이드 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 정보원의 메뉴 범주의 명칭 통일이 필요하다. 넷째, 주제 가이드에 포함되는 정보원 수를 최소화해야 한다. 다섯째, 주제 가이드 개발을 위한 대학도서관 간의 협력체계 구축이 필요하다.

대학의 학사정보시스템은 대학의 핵심이 되는 시스템으로 학생의 학적 등 다양한 대학내 모든 활동을 관리해야 하므로 해마다 복잡해지고 데이터가 무분별하게 많아진다. 이에 따라 학사정보시스템의 데이터는 신뢰성이 저하되어 사용자와의 의사소통 문제가 발생하게 되고 시스템 내부에 큰 장애를 불러올 수 있기에 학사정보시스템의 데이터 검증 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 학사정보시스템에 대해 데이터 품질관리의 데이터 프로파일링 기법을 이용하여 컬럼 속성 분석, 허용 값 목록 분석, 문자열 패턴 분석, 날짜 유형 분석, 유일 값 분석 방법으로 설계하였다. 구현 단계에서는 위의 5가지 분석 방법을 이용하여 스크립트를 구현하였고, 스크립트를 실행하여 학사정보시스템의 유형별 오류를 발견하여 오류의 원인을 시스템 내부에서 찾아 수정하였으며 내부시스템 장애 확률을 낮출 수 있었다.

본 연구는 디지털 형태의 학위논문, 학술지논문, 연구보고서 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 학술자료를 저장, 배포, 관리하는 학술 기관 레포지터리를 활성화시키기 위한 방안으로 이용자, 연구자, 학회 기관 등을 위한 부가 서비스 페이지를 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌조사, 사례조사 및 이화여자대학교 학과 교수 홈페이지 분석을 실시하였으며, 이 결과를 바탕으로 부가 서비스 페이지 구성에 필요한 기능 및 요소 등을 도출하였다. 제안하는 부가 서비스 페이지의 도입은 연구자들의 기관 레포지터리에 대한 참여를 유도하여 보다 적극적으로 저작물을 제출하게 함으로써, 궁극적으로 기관 레포지터리 활성화를 도모할 것이다.
