This study was to explore the domestic research trends, and education and operation cases concerned with Korean colleges in the fourth industrial revolution era. It was conducted through the analysis of 114 academic papers registered to the Korea Research Foundation, the newspaper articles, and the main 4-year university homepage from 2016 to April 2019. The results was as follows. Research papers have been increasing since 2016; research were conducted by humanities and social sciences as well as engineering academics interesting in research topics such as technologies, curriculum, and teaching and learning by mainly using quantitative research, literature research. As for the college education, reorganization of the undergraduate and majors centered on the science and engineering field, teaching and learning related with learner's participation and performance, and provide efficient academic affairs management and career guidance using Chatbot or Cloud computing. Industry-academia cooperation was focuses on the field of science and engineering. In future research, it is necessary to explore the research on college students' career and employment, the research on academic affairs management and infrastructure, the relational research considering the variables among college students and faculties, and the qualitative and mixed method approach.

Since the outbreak of Corona 19, Universities and Lifelong Education Center's arts and sports classes are mainly conducted online. Unfortunately, even in dance where practical practice through face-to-face classes is important, the satisfaction of students is falling because of the limitations of online education. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the quality of education service they feel. In addition, since their academic departure is increasing, we intend to comprehensively study user satisfaction, continuous use intention, and academic continuity intention related to online education. This study confirmed the causal relationship between these 4 variables through exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, model fit and validity verification, and path analysis. As a result of the study, 3 out of 6 hypotheses were adopted, and the of education service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction and use in online dance education. But there was also a limit that did not affect the intention to continue the study. In order to solve fundamental problems such as academic departure, follow-up studies taking into account more diverse social variables are needed.

This paper analyzed the research trends of juvenile gambling, which is increasing due to recent changes in the internet environment. The number of domestic studies on juvenile gambling has increased, but there are few studies that analyzed both degrees and academic papers in a more comprehensive manner than addiction to the Internet, games, and drugs related to youth. The current state of juvenile gambling can lead to secondary crimes, such as illegal loans and thefts for gambling funds beyond the level of addiction, school violence and money extortion, which have been a major shock to Korean society. Therefore, it is urgent to prepare social measures because the age of adolescents who are exposed to gambling is becoming lower. Accordingly, this study analyzed 52 dissertations, 86 academic papers, and three other research reports published in Korea from 2003 to March 2020. As a result, quantitative research, research subjects, and research topics were concentrated, and there was a limit to generalization. In addition, these results will provide rich information to future studies by confirming the academic characteristics according to the times and interdisciplinary research trends that transcend individual science areas.

This study aims to verify the effect of mother's career-related behavior on the intention of multicultural youths to school dropout intention and the mediating effect of academic adaptation. To this end, 1,121 middle school seniors were sampled in the 7th (2017) data of the Multicultural Youth Panel Survey, and the influence relationship of the model presented as a three-step method of analysis of the mediated effects of Baron & Kenny and the Sobel test were conducted. First, the analysis showed that mother's support, a subfactor of mother's career-related behavior, had a negative effect on dropout intention, and that mother's interference had a positive effect. Second, academi adaptation has been shown to have a negative effect on dropout intention. Third, mother's support, a subfactor of mother's career-related behavior, showed a positive influence on academi adaptation, and mother's interference showed a negative effect. Fourth, academi adaptation has been shown to be mediated in the relationship between career-related behavior and dropout intention. Based on the above results, practical implications were presented.

This study aimed to understand the increasing number of elder abuses in South Korea, where entry into the super-aged society is imminent, by implementing text mining analysis. Korean Academic journals were obtained from 2004, the establishment year of the senior care agency, to 2021. We performed natural language processing of the titles, keywords, and abstracts and divided them into three segments of periods to identify latent meanings in the data. The results illustrated that the first section included 81 papers, the second 64, and the third 104 respectively, averaging 13.8 annually, which increased its numbers from 2014 until the decrease below the annual average in 2020. Word frequency demonstrated that the common keywords of the entire segments were 'elder abuse,' 'elders,' 'influences,' 'factors,' 'recognition,' 'family,' 'society,' 'prevention plans,' 'experiences,' 'abused elders,' 'abuse prevention,' 'depression,' etc., in consecutive order. TF-IDF indicated that 'influences,' 'recognition,' 'society,' 'prevention plans,' 'abuse prevention,' 'experiences,' 'depression,' etc., were the common keywords of all divisions. Network text analysis displayed that the commonly represented keywords were 'elder abuse,' 'elders,' 'influences,' 'factors,' 'characteristics,' 'recognition,' 'family,' 'prevention plans,' 'society,' 'abuse prevention,' and 'experiences' in the entire sections. concor analysis presented that the first segment consisted of 5 groups, the second 7, and the third 6. We suggest future directions for elder abuse research based on the results.

The dispute over the Northern Limit Line in the West Sea has been sharply opposed since the U.N. commander set it in August 1953 with the aim of preventing accidental armed conflict between the two Koreas in the waters of the Korean Peninsula. In 2022, for the first time since the division, North Korea made a missile provocation beyond the NLL. The purpose of this study is to identify how the research on the NLL, which is under way by North Korea's actual provocation, has been conducted and to suggest a direction to proceed. This study examined the trend of research using a total of five academic information DBs, including RISS and Scholar, focusing on academic papers studied on NLL from 1998 to 2023. As a result of examining the current status of each year, field, and research method, significant differences in research volume were identified according to the government's relationship with North Korea, and the research field had the most introduction of the concept of NLL and historical background, confirming the need to expand to more diverse fields to have international legal justification and justification for the NLL, considering the changing international environment according to the logic of power. In terms of final research methods, most of them were literature studies, so the need for quantitative research using interviews, surveys, and big data was also found. It is hoped that the analysis results of this paper will play a positive role in setting the research direction for the international response of the NLL in the future amid the interests of the international political environment that is still ongoing.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the IT resources on the work efficiency and corporate performance in Mobile Smart-Work Environment with IT convergence Technology by applying the Resource-Based View. The study has an academic meaning by empirically analyzing the effects of factors identified based on the existing study on the IT resources in Mobile Smart-Work, and practical implications to identify how the significance of the Mobile Smart-Work used as a platform of variety industries in manufacturing, logistics, service, distribution, finance, public institutions, and so on positively affects improvement of corporate efficiency and performance. The results showed that IT Infrastructure and IT skills in the Mobile Smart-work environment were found to bring positive effects on individual work efficiency, and IT skills had positive influence on team work efficiency. Also, we confirmed the individual and team work efficiency positively affect financial and market performance of business firms. Finally, we expect that business firm equipped with IT resources in the Mobile Smart-Work environment with IT convergence Technology. It can improve this work efficiency and the performance, which leads to strengthening the core competency.

Transmedia has become a significant theme in the media studies sector and an academic discourse itself since its wide diffusion through Henry Jenkins' seminar book Convergence Culture. The aim of this essay is to examine the authentic intention of the proposer to understand its profound meaning and value in the research discourse. Firstly, Transmedia has originated as a part of the convergence culture research context, which is an identical approach in the 'active audience' research tradition. Thus, a history of the research in terms of Birmingham Cultural Studies tradition and its implication is scrutinized. Secondly, in respect of Pierre Levy's 'collective intelligence' which made significant influence on the making of the Convergence Culture and Transmedia Storytelling, the meaing of the transmedia discourse is studied. Thirdly and finally, the implication of this concept as a critical theory or Critique in the Cultural Studies tradition, which has highlighted the importance of the revelation of the binary oppositions and structures of dominance/resistance, with the interpretation of the role of the collective intelligence idea in the transmedia discourse, is studied.

This study was attempted to use as basic data for developing a nursing intervention program suitable for terminal cancer patients by analyzing the unmet needs of advanced cancer patients receiving palliative chemotherapy and identifying the influencing factors. The subject of the study consisted of 71 patients with advanced cancer who were admitted to a university hospital and received palliative chemotherapy, and the research tool used CNAT (Comprehensive Needs Assessment tool in Cancer) developed by Shin et al., and data analysis was an independent sample. It was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the medical staff's area was the highest at 2.34 ± 0.63 out of 4 points, followed by psychological problems (2.09 ± 0.53) and information education (1.69 ± 0.45). Factors influencing unmet needs include educational background (β=.207, p=.047), thoughts on death (β=-.269, p=.018), diagnosis (β=-.283, p=. 013). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to consider the needs of the medical staff in advanced cancer patients, provide psychological support, and consider ways to meet the needs according to academic background and diagnosis.

A Meta-analysis is a statistical literature synthesis method that provides the opportunity to view the research context by combining and analyzing the quantitative results of many empirical studies. We conducted a Meta-analysis research on the behavioral intention of information technology based on the theory of planned behavior. This study was targeted a total of 36 research papers that are setting up the causal relationship in the theory of planned behavior among the research papers published in domestic academic journals before 2013. The result of the Meta-analysis, showed that the effect size was 0.571 in the path from attitude toward behavior to behavioral intention, it showed that the effect size was 0.381 in the path from subjective norm to behavioral intention. And, it showed that the effect size was 0.481 in the path from perceived behavioral control to behavioral Intention. Also, it showed that the effect size was 0.421 in the path from behavioral Intention to behavior.
