Let R be a prime ring with center Z and characteristic different from two, U a nonzero Lie ideal of R such that $u^2{\in}U$ for all $u{\in}U$ and $d$ be a nonzero (${\sigma}$, ${\tau}$)-derivation of R. We prove the following results: (i) If $[d(u),u]_{{\sigma},{\tau}}$ = 0 or $[d(u),u]_{{\sigma},{\tau}}{\in}C_{{\sigma},{\tau}}$ for all $u{\in}U$, then $U{\subseteq}Z$. (ii) If $a{\in}R$ and $[d(u),a]_{{\sigma},{\tau}}$ = 0 for all $u{\in}U$, then $U{\subseteq}Z$ or $a{\in}Z$. (iii) If $d([u,v])={\pm}[u,v]_{{\sigma},{\tau}}$ for all $u{\in}U$, then $U{\subseteq}Z$.

Seit dem Ereignis des Tunnbaus zu Babel. versucht man, Sprachbarriere zu $\"{u}berwinden$. Eine dieser $Bem\"{u}hungen$ hat seit der 60er Jahre zur Anwendung von Computern in der $\"{U}bersetzung gef\"{u}hrt$. Bei der automatischen $\"{U}bersetzung\;\"{u}bernimmt$ der Computer die Aufgabe, Texte von einer $nat\"{u}rlichen$ Sprache in eine andere zu $\"{u}bertragen$. Die vorliegende Arbeit $besch\"{a}ftigt$ sich mit verschiedenen Arten von den sogenannten $\"{U}bersetzungspatterns\;f\"{u}r$ die automatische $\"{U}bersetzung$ Koreanisch­Deutsch. Zu den $\"{U}bersetzungspatterns\;geh\"{o}ren$ u.a. Verbphrasen-Pattern, Nominalphrasen-Pattern und Verbindungspattern. Unter 'Verbphrasen-Pattern' versteht man einen gekoppelten Subkategorisierungsrahmen der Verben zweier Sprachen. 'NominaIphrasen-Pattern' verstehen sich als $\"{U}bersetzungspattern$ der Nominalphrasen. Unter 'Verbindungs-Pattern' werden $\"{U}bersetzungspattern$ von komplexen $S\"{a}tze$ verstanden, wie z.B. Satzkoordinationen und $S\"{a}tze$ mit eingebetten $S\"{a}tzen$. Als Vorteil des Ansatzes $z\"{a}hlen$ u.a. die Wiederverwendbarkeit bzw. das leichte Management der Patterns, die $Beschreibungsm\"{o}glichkeit$ in der lexikalischen Ebene, die Generieung der naturlichen $Ziels\"{a}tze$ und die leichte Verbesserung der $\"{U}bersetzungsqualit\"{a}t$. Die in dieser Arbeit vorgestellten $\"{U}bersetzungspatterns\;k\"{o}nnen$ aIs Hilfsmittel $f\"{u}r$ Deutschunterrichte, Aufsatzhilfesysteme und elektronische Koreanisch-Deutsch $W\"{o}rterb\"{u}cher$ eingesetzt werden.

유비쿼터스 기술의 보급이 본격화됨에 따라 민간 주도적 u-서비스 개발이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 특히 다양한 생활공간으로 구성되어 상호 시너지효과를 목표로 개발되는 복합단지는 차별적인 서비스 제공을 목적으로 유비쿼터스 기술을 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 복합단지에 적용 가능한 u-서비스 개발 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 복합단지의 u-서비스는 궁극적으로 수익성을 목적으로 하기 때문에 서비스 사용자가 유비쿼터스 기술로 제공되는 서비스로 인해 보다 많은 상거래 행위를 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 복합단지 u-서비스 모델 개발 방법론은 우선적으로 u-서비스 개발을 위한 다양한 관점을 정의하고 이와 같은 관점들의 교차점에서 구체적인 u-서비스 요소를 도출하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 다음으로 도출된 u-서비스 요소를 구성하여 u-서비스 풀(pool)을 설계하고 평가를 통해 최종적으로 도입할 u-서비스를 선정하는 과정으로 u-서비스 모델을 개발하고 있다. 제시된 u-서비스 개발 방법론은 복합단지의 u-서비스 풀을 체계적으로 발굴할 수 있는 기반을 제시함으로써 성공적인 복합단지형 u-서비스 구현에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Let R be a ring and S a multiplicative subset of R. An R-module T is called u-S-torsion (u-always abbreviates uniformly) provided that sT = 0 for some s ∈ S. The notion of u-S-exact sequences is also introduced from the viewpoint of uniformity. An R-module F is called u-S-flat provided that the induced sequence 0 → A ⊗_R F → B ⊗_R F → C ⊗_R F → 0 is u-S-exact for any u-S-exact sequence 0 → A → B → C → 0. A ring R is called u-S-von Neumann regular provided there exists an element s ∈ S satisfying that for any a ∈ R there exists r ∈ R such that sα = rα². We obtain that a ring R is a u-S-von Neumann regular ring if and only if any R-module is u-S-flat. Several properties of u-S-flat modules and u-S-von Neumann regular rings are obtained.

Using variational methods, Krasnoselskii's genus theory and symmetric mountain pass theorem, we introduce the existence and multiplicity of solutions of a parameteric local equation. At first, we consider the following equation $$\{-div[a(x,{\mid}{\nabla}u{\mid}){\nabla}u]\,=\,{\mu}(b(x){\mid}u{\mid}^{s(x)-2}-{\mid}u{\mid}^{r(x)-2})u\;in\;{\Omega},\\u\,=0\,on\;{\partial}{\Omega},$$ where Ω⊆ ℝ^N is a bounded domain, µ is a positive real parameter, p, r and s are continuous real functions on ${\bar{\Omega}}$ and a(x, ξ) is of type |ξ|^p(x)-2. Next, we study boundedness and simplicity of eigenfunction for the case a(x, |∇u|)∇u = g(x)|∇u|^p(x)-2∇u, where g ∈ L^∞(Ω) and g(x) ≥ 0 and the case $a(x,\,{\mid}{\nabla}u{\mid}){{\nabla}u}\,=\,(1\,+\,{\nabla}u{\mid}^2)^{\frac{p(x)-2}{2}}{\nabla}u$ such that p(x) ≡ p.

본 연구에서는 u-City 해외 선점을 위한 일환으로 u-City 수출 모델 개발을 위한 마스터플랜 수립 방안에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 마스터플랜 수립을 위해 u-City 수출 관련 정부의 정책 방향 및 u-City 해외 진출에 관련된 선행연구를 조사하여 성공적인 u-City의 해외 진출을 위한 구상 계획, 구축 계획, 운영 계획, 평가 계획 단계를 가지는 마스터플랜 프레임워크를 설계하였다. 또한, 현재 국토부에서 진행 중인 u-City 수출 모델 개발을 위한 프로젝트에 적용하여 해외 맞춤형 u-City 마스터플랜 사례를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 u-City 해외 선점을 위한 정부의 정책을 구체화하는데 도움을 줄 수 있으며, u-City를 기반으로 해외에 진출하고자 하는 민간기업들의 U-City 수출 모델 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 'u-City'라는 명제 하에 도시민의 일상적인 삶의 토대로서의 물리적 도시환경과 첨단정보기술의 통합이 본격적으로 시도되고 있다. 이에 따라 u-City의 효용성과 파급효과에 대한 기대심리와 u-City 구현의 걸림돌이 되는 다양한 법제도 및 기술적 제약요인들로 인한 우려의 목소리가 공존하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 u-City의 성공적인 구현을 위해 시급히 해결해야 할 현안과제를 도출하고 시사점을 제시함으로써, u-City 구현에 대한 회의적이고 부정적인 시각을 해소해나가고자 한다. 이러한 취지에서 이 연구에서는 u-City구현과 관련된 각계 각층의 전문가들의 의견을 수렴하여 u-City구현을 위한 u-인프라, u-서비스, 정책(법제도)측면의 현안과제와 u-City의 추진단계별 현안 과제를 도출하고 시사점을 제시하였다.

We prove, in this article, that a ring R is a stable exchange ring if and only if so are all its Pierce stalks. If every Pierce stalks of R is artinian, then $1_R$ = u + $\upsilon$ with u, $\upsilon$ $\in$ U(R) if and only if for any a $\in$ R, there exist u, $\upsilon$ $\in$ U(R) such that a = u + $\upsilon$. Furthermore, there exists u $\in$ U(R) such that $1_R\;{\pm}\;u\;\in\;U(R)$ if and only if for any a $\in$ R, there exists u $\in$ U(R) such that $a\;{\pm}\;u\;\in\;U(R)$. We will give analogues to normal exchange rings. The root properties of such exchange rings are also obtained.
