The increase in demand for leisure time by the public and the vitalization of agricultural tourism resulting from the expansion of the five-day work week are expected to greatly contribute to the rural economy, but actual studies analyzing the ripple effect of the agricultural tourism industry are lacking. In order to analyze the economic ripple effect, tourism or agricultural tourism must become an independent sector in the inter-industry relations table's sector classification, but because it is not, the study uses a method of analysis which involves creating a satellite account. However, because agricultural tourism has a clear main agent in farms unlike general tourism which does not, there is one method in which provisions are made by farms or farm villages and another method in which outside products are used. The purpose of the present is to measure the economic ripple effect of agricultural tourism with a focus on 162 subclasses by applying positive data from the education sector input into agricultural tourism. Satellite accounts which considered intermediate input were created and applied to positive data, the analysis of which revealed agricultural tourism to account for 462 billion won, which is 0.01% of the total production amount of 3,503,480 billion won, while the production inducement coefficient was 3.2895 units when the final demand of agricultural tourism occurs. When the production inducement coefficient is at 3.2895 units, highest sector was agricultural tourism at 0.9968 units followed by restaurants and bars at 0.3325 units, roadt transportation services at 0.3183 units, lodging services at 0.1520 units, and petroleum products at 0.1290 units.
Recently, the aviation leisure business has been legislated, and related industries have become active base with increasing the light sports aircraft within the legislation system. However, in the light sports aircraft safety problem, it is often mentioned that the flight is in violation of the regulations, the lack of safety consciousness of the operator and lack of ability, and the personal operators have a risk of accident of light aircraft such as insufficient safety management and poor maintenance. At present, the maintenance of light sports aircraft is carried out by the A & P mechanic in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, but it is difficult to say that it is equipped with qualification and expertise. It is not a legal issue to undertake light sports aircraft maintenance work on the regulation system. However, the problem of reliability and appropriateness is constantly being raised because airplanes, light sports aircraft, and ultra-light vehicle are classified and serviced in a legal method. Although legal and institutional frameworks for light sports aircraft are separated, much of it is stipulated in the aviation law provisions. Light sports aircraft maintenance work also follows the current aircraft maintenance system. In the United States, Europe, and Australia where General Aviation developed, legal and institutional devices related to maintenance of light aircraft were introduced, and specialized maintenance tasks are covered in the light aircraft mechanics system. As a result of analysis of domestic and foreign laws and regulations, it is necessary to introduce the qualification system for maintenance of light aircraft. In advanced aviation countries such as the United States, Europe, and Australia, a light sports aircraft repairman system is installed to perform safety management. This is to cope with changes in the operating environment of the new light sports aircraft. This study does not suggest the need for a light aircraft repairman system. From the viewpoint of the legal system, the examination of the relevant laws and regulations revealed that the supplementary part of the system is necessary. It is also require that the necessity of introduction is raised in comparison with overseas cases. Based on these results, it is necessary to introduce the system into the light aircraft repairman system, and suggestions for how to improve it are suggested.

The recruited P-sample consisted of thirty-four male baby boomers from one town and two cities. The 35 selected Q-statements from each of 35 participants were classified into the shape of a normal distribution using a 9-point scale. The collected data were analysed using the PQMethod Program 2.11. Results: Four types of male baby boomer attitudes towards holistic health were identified. The first is a relationship oriented-marital relationship oriented type, the second type is an economic oriented- job seeking type, the third type is a nature friendly oriented-independent living type, and the fourth type is health oriented-physical health seeking type. The purpose of this study is to understand baby boomers' perception of and preparation for later life by analyzing essays from 80,000 hours design competition. The researchers were able to access to 62 baby boomers' essays and used thematic analysis. The results showed that the competition enabled participants to re-conceptualize the meaning of preparation for later life. Three characteristics were derived in the participants' designing their future: 1) life focused on themselves, 2) life in which work, relationship, and leisure are balanced, 3) community life which take social responsibility. All the participants stressed health and learning as key factors in preparing for later life. They also showed almost obsessiveness toward their own effort to be diligent in order to achieve their idealistic later life. Based on the findings, practical implications for preparation for later life among baby boomers are discussed.
The number of campers has been consistently growing thanks to the introduction of a five-day work week and the time increase for a leisure. Thus, many types of facilities for camping are constructed. For instance, there are gravel camp site, which is called crushed stone, and normal soil camp site in case of private camp sites. The amount of natural background radiation, measured from site to site, was analyzed. The value of soil camp site was lower than that of crushed stone camp site. And the amount of natural background radiation from normal camp site was also lower than that from the artificial shade made by tarp. Consequently, it is noted that normal soil camp site with the plenty of woods should be chosen for camping place in order to avoid natural background radiation.
This study classified the hairstyle types of flight attendants in flight on A airline, the largest low-cost carrier in Asia. The cabin crew does not maintain a constant commute time, but the hairstyle will change with the diversification of commute time according to flight schedules. Therefore, in the case of a female cabin attendant, if there is a lot of time before going to work, a hairstyle such as a up hair style may be maintained. However, when you have less time to trim your hair, keep your daily hairstyle, such as one-length cuts and gradation cut, or keep your hair ponytail-like. The cabin crew maintains a variety of hairstyles, but the color of the hair prefers natural brown or slightly lighter dyeing, and the lighter hair due to excessive bleach is not preferred.

This paper aims to consider regional linkages in the Province of Young-nam mainly through a social network analysis of sociocultural activities such as leisure, friendly relations and visiting relatives. Passenger O-D data as of 2012 provided by National Transportation DB Center are analyzed using the NetMiner 4.0. The analytical results show that the sociocultural relationship between Daegu-Kyoungbuk and Busan-Ulsan-Kyioungnam is not so close. In particular, some north regions of Kyoungbuk are relatively isolated in the Province of Young-nam. This implicates that regions in the Province of Young-nam are not closely united at least in terms of sociocultural linkages although they are in the homogeneous natural environment of the basin of the Nakdong-river and share a same historical background for a long time. Consequentially this work suggests the Province of Young-nam may not be an united single region on the contrary to a notion of it so far.

This study examined the relationship between income and the value of leisure to develop a more accurate model of the labor market without necessarily losing the primary merit of the received model. Moreover, with an improved understanding of the labor market dynamics, it can be seen that progressive era labor market legislation, which was designed to mitigate the effects of the bargaining power inequality in low wage labor markets, was in fact based on sensible economic foundations. These low-wage dynamics present an example of a positive feedback system or "vicious circle" at work in the economy. The market dynamics of the low wage sector push the wage away from the range that is consistent with a self-regulating market.
