A 3, 346 bp of the cdd upstream region in Bacillus subtilis was sequenced from the pSO1 (Song BH and J Neuhard. 1989. Mol. Gen. Genet 216: 462-468) and sequence homology was searched to the known genes in Genbank and European Molecular Biology Laboratory databanks. Five complete and one truncated putative coding sequences deduced from the nucleotide sequence were found through the ORF searching by Genetyx and Macvector software, and one of them was identified as the dgk (diacylglycerol kinase) gene and another, a truncated one, as the phoH (phosphate starvation-inducible gene) gene. The B. subtilis dgk gene, having a role for response to several environmental stress signals, revealed an open reading frame of 134 amino acids with 43.1% of sequence identity to the Streptococcus mutans dgk gene. The carboxy terminal 59 residues of the truncated phoH gene showed 52.7% and 34.5% of sequence identity in amino acids with the corresponding genes of Mycobacterium leprae and Escherichia coli. The four remaining coding sequences consisting of 115, 421, 91, and 91 residues were thought to be unknown ORFs because they have no significant similarity to known genes.

Dual Pulse Rocket Motor is a solid rocket motor with two grains separated by a bulkhead and rupture disc. The elasto-plastic explicit dynamic analysis of rupture disc was conducted by the finite element method. The effect of the slit geometry of rupture disc with radial slit was parametrically analyzed in terms of rupture time and shape. The results can be used to control the rupture pressure by changing the slit geometry of rupture disc.

MIRIS는 과학기술위성 3호의 주 탑제체로 우주 및 지구의 적외선 관측을 위한 두 개의 카메라 시스템을 가지고 있으며 이를 위한 적외선 검출용 이미지 센서가 각각 장착되어 있다. 이미지 센서를 통해 검출된 이미지 데이터를 읽기 위해 고속의 데이터 처리가 요구되어 FPGA 구성방식으로 전용 제어기를 구성하였다. 우주 및 지구의 적외선 관측용 이미지 센서는 구성 및 동작방법이 달라 요구기능을 만족하는 각각의 전용 이미지 센서 제어기를 개발했다. FPGA를 이용한 이미지 센서 제어기에는 검출된 이미지를 읽기위한 센서 제어 신호발생기, 아날로그 이미지 신호를 디지털 정보로 변환하는 ADC 제어용 신호 발생기, ADC의 출력 신호를 고속의 직렬 통신선로로 출력 하는 기능 외에 동작 모드 및 동작 상태 입력용 DSP 인터페이스, 고속의 직렬 통신 선로에 MIRIS 상태정보 삽입 기능, 제어기의 기능을 원격지에서 확인 할 수 있는 이미지 패턴 생성기능 등을 가지고 있다. 특히, 이미지를 읽기 위한 동작 시에만 클록 주파수를 인가하는 방법으로 FPGA 내부 회로를 구성하여 전류의 소모량을 최소화 하였다.

In this study, the full scale flight type Dual-Pulse Rocket Motor(DPRM) with the bulkhead type Pulse Separation Device(PSD) was designed, manufactured, and fire-tested. The bursting time and pressure of PSD were analyzed by the pressure, thrust and vibration results of static fire tests and ablation of PSD was measured with 3-D coordinate measuring machine. As a result, PSD requirements, bursting conditions and thermal safety, were satisfied.

스마트폰 사용자가 증가 할수록 사용자들을 위한 다양한 어플리케이션들이 개발 되어 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼에서 실행 가능한 발전된 위치기반 응용 프로그램인 ALS를 제안하고 개발하였으며 기존 유사 서비스와 성능을 비교하였다. ALS는 기본적으로 경로 등록, 경로 검색 등 2가지 기능을 사용자들에게 제공하며 이들은 웹 및 데이터베이스 서버, 그리고 사용자의 이동 단말기에 의해 동적으로 관리된다. 사용자들은 스마트폰을 이용하여 위치 정보를 검색 및 업데이트 할 때, 서버들은 필요한 정보를 제공하여 사용자들이 자유롭게 자신들이 등록한 정보를 추가, 수정, 그리고 제거를 할 수 있도록 한다. 이는 기존의 다른 지도 서비스들이 사용자들로부터 직접적으로 정보 입력을 허용하지 않는 것과 달리 사용자들에게 정보입력을 담당하게 한다는 점에서 구별된다. 또한 본 논문에서는 위치 기반 경로서비스 시스템 구현 과정과 함께 각 동작에 대한 실험결과를 보여주며, 마지막으로 기존 서비스들과의 성능 평가를 통해 더 나은 성능을 제공할 수 있음을 설명한다.

In this paper, EPR (ethylene propylene rubber) insulation material was accelerated degradation test at $121^{\circ}C$, $136^{\circ}C$, $151^{\circ}C$, and experiment the typical EAB (elongation at break) at mechanical characteristics analysis. It is shown that the failure-time at the point of 50% of the initial value of Elongation rate to obtain the activation energy. The failure-time was shown each 5,219 hr, 3,165 hr, and 668 hr at three temperatures. In order to derive the activation energy, Arrhenius methodology was applied. Also, we got the Arrhenius plot from three accelerated temperatures. The activation energy values got 0.98 eV from EAB test. The experimental data were evaluated for estimating the probability density, and the suitable distribution by using statistical program MINITAB. It is shown that EAB data by the acceleration thermal degradation is most suitable for the Weibull distribution.

The purpose of this study were evaluated to flexural and bond performance by sectional area and geometry change through bond and flexural test of a structural synthetic fiber. Six deformed structural synthetic fibers were investigated and pullout and flexural test was conducted. Included parameters is three different geometries of fiber and two of fiber sectional area. The test result shows that the cycles and amplitude of structural synthetic fiber increased, pullout load and pullout fracture energy decreased and flexural strength increased, if sectional area is same. The sectional area increased, pullout load and pullout fracture energy increased and flexural strength decreased, if cycles and amplitude of structural synthetic fiber is same. Based on test results, structural performance of the concrete could know that is influence by pullout performance of fiber as well as various factor (fiber number, material properties etc).

The purpose of this study is to produce the results of the cultural aspects of the Honam region and present the aesthetic specificity of the traditional dances inherited in the Yehyang Honam region. The research method examined the regional characteristics of Honam dance and the form of Lee Mae-bang, Choi Seon, Jang Geum-do, and Cho Gap-nyeo Salpuri dance, and analyzed the authenticity and dance tendencies of Honam dance through the analysis.The work of understanding the background of local culture and creating cultural values through these representative salpuri dances in Honam region is an attempt to reflect on the essential value of the region as an intangible heritage of the region.

This study established a water supply network based on the operation case of Mandae Reservoir in Yanggu-gun, Gangwon-do, to analyze the efficient distribution and management of agricultural water supplied from the reservoir to irrigation areas using the hydraulic analysis model SWMM. In order to construct a model to analyze the water canal network, network conditions needs to be simplified, and in particular, excessive detail or simplification of the irrigation area can lead to errors in the analysis results. Therefore, the effect of the water canal network model was analyzed by simulating the appropriate simplification process step by step. The results of simplifying the actual block shape of the analysis target area using SWMM showed that there was no significant difference in the results even if 7 lots were simplified to 2. Also, it was found that the construction and analysis of a simplified network model were reliable when the excess quantity was 2% or more compared to the required quantity for each case of analysis of the paddy field.

For the production of cis, cis-muconic acid via biocatalytic conversion reactions from a toxic cosubstrate, benzoic acid, a fed-batch process using computer-controlled DO-stat feeding was developed. The mutant strain of Pseudomonas putida BM014 produced cis, cis-muconic acid from benzoic acid with high conversion yield. More than 32 g/L of cis, cis-muconic acid was accumulated in 42h and a productivity of 1.4g/(L.h)was achieved.
