We have fabricated and analyzed photodiodes for optical link with Si pin structures. As the results of experiment, the web patterned photodiode(type C) with $p^{+}$-guard ring showed low junction capacitance of 6~7 pF at $V_{R}$=-5V and high separation ability for optical signal(dark current : $\leq$ 5 nA, optical signal current : $\geq$ 340 nA) due to the small effective $p^{+}$-n junction area and the expanded electric field region. The fabricated Si pin photodiode can be applicable for detecting an optical signal with the wavelength of about 660~670 nm. It can also be integrated with the twin well CMOS structure to develope an one chip based optical receiver IC. IC.C.

A design was done, and all characteristic of photodetectr of the web pattern type which a standard process of the Bipolar which Si PIN structure was used in this paper, and was used for the current amplifier design was used, and high-speed, was used as receiving optcal area of high altitude, and the module which had a low dark current characteristic was implemented with one chip with a base. Important area decreases an area of Ie at the time of this in order to consider an electrical characteristic and economy than the existing receiving IC, and performance of a product and confidence are got done in incense. First of all, the receiving IC which a spec, pattern of a wafer to he satisfied with the following electrical optical characteristic that produced receiving IC of 5V and structure are determined, and did one-chip is made. On the other hand, the time when AR layer of double is $Si_{3}N_{4}/SiO_{2}=1500/1800$ has an optical reflectivity of less than $10{\%}$ on an incidence optical wavelength of 660 ,and, in case of photo detector which reverse voltage made with 1.8V runs in 1.65V, an error about a change of thickness is very the thickness that can be improved surely. And, as for the optical current characteristic, about 5 times increases had the optical current with 274nA in 55nA when Pc was -27dBm. A BJT process is used, and receiving IC running electricity suitable for low voltage and an optical characteristic in minimum 1.8V with a base with two phases is made with one chip. IC of low voltage operates in 1.8V and 3.0V at the same time, and optical link receiving IC is going to be implemented

본 연구에서는 지구적 환경문제의 해결 방식으로서 환경과학 분야의 학술활동과 같은 학문적 접근 방식과 환경 NGO 중심의 환경운동과 같은 실천적 접근 방식을 두 가지 주요 흐름이라 보고, 이들 각각의 특성을 계량정보학적 분석을 통해 파악하고 비교하였다. 지난 10년 간 환경과학 분야에서 인용된 저널의 주제범주 간 동시인용 관계를 분석함으로써 이 분야의 지식 구조를 파악하였고, 환경 NGO의 웹 사이트에서 수집된 외부링크 데이터를 이용하여 이들의 관심 분야를 확인하였다. 또한 저널 논문과 NGO 뉴스에서 추출된 핵심어를 이용한 동시출현단어 분석을 통해 하위 주제를 파악하여 이들 간의 주제적 유사성과 상이성을 구체화하였다.

최근에 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 더불어 대량의 정보를 효과적으로 표현 및 교환할 수 있는 새로운 데이터 표준으로 XML (extensible Markup Language)이 제안되었으며, XML 문서에 대한 저장과 인덱싱에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 XML 문서 처리에 효율적인 주기억장치 기반의 XML 전용 저장 시스템을 설계하고, 사용자 질의에 포함된 엘리먼트 타입 정보를 이용하여 XML 문서트리에 대한 순회를 최소화시킬 수 있는 구조적 검색 기법을 설계한다 또한, 엘리먼트의 삭제 및 삽입 등 동적인 변경에 빠르고 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 인덱스 구조와, 링크 정보를 가지고 있는 XML 문서의 질의 처리를 위해 XLink 표준을 준수하여 테이블 형식의 링크 정보 인덱스 구조를 설계한다.

최근 멀티미디어 기반의 WWW(World Wide Web) 서비스를 중심으로 하는 인터넷의 사용이 일반화되면서 전 세계의 컴퓨터망에 존재하는 수많은 정보들을 취득할 수 있게 되었다. 인터넷의 사용이 일반화되고 있는 현대의 사회에서는 정확한 정보를 신속하게 취득하는 것이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OOPL(Object-Oriented Programming Language)인 JAVA를 이용하여 검색엔진을 설계하고 최적화된 URL을 추출하여 이용자에게 제공함으로써 더욱 정확한 정보를 획득할 수 있음을 보였다. 또한 기존의 국내 제작 검색엔진들과 비교하여 제안한 시스템에서는 배드 링크율이 개선됨을 보였다.

현재, 국내 건설업에서 공정과 공사비 정보를 통합관리할 수 있는 공정${\cdot}$공사비 통합관리시스템(EVMS)의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 일정규모 이상의 대형건설공사에 적용될 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 EVNS의 효율성 증진을 위한 공사분류체계(WBS)를 연계하는 방법론을 제안하고 있으며, 또한 실무활용성을 극대화하기 위해 방법론 기초한 웹기반 공정${\cdot}$공사비 통합관리시스템의 시안을 구축하였다.

Despite considerable life casualty and financial loss resulting from past earthquakes, many existing steel buildings are still seismically vulnerable as they have no lateral resistance or at least need some sort of retrofitting. Passive control methods with decreasing seismic demand and increasing ductility reduce rate of vulnerability of structures against earthquakes. One of the most effective and practical passive control methods is to use a shear panel system working as a ductile fuse in the structure. The shear Panel System, SPS, is located vertically between apex of two chevron braces and the flange of the floor beam. Seismic energy is highly dissipated through shear yielding of shear panel web while other elements of the structure remain almost elastic. In this paper, lateral behavior and related benefits of this system with narrow-flange link beams is experimentally investigated in chevron braced simple steel frames. For this purpose, five specimens with IPE (narrow-flange I section) shear panels were examined. All of the specimens showed high ductility and dissipated almost all input energy imposed to the structure. For example, maximum SPS shear distortion of 0.128-0.156 rad, overall ductility of 5.3-7.2, response modification factor of 7.1-11.2, and finally maximum equivalent viscous damping ratio of 35.5-40.2% in the last loading cycle corresponding to an average damping ratio of 26.7-30.6% were obtained. It was also shown that the beam, columns and braces remained elastic as expected. Considering this fact, by just changing the probably damaged shear panel pieces after earthquake, the structure can still be continuously used as another benefit of this proposed retrofitting system without the need to change the floor beam.

1998년에 등장한 구글 검색 사이트(http://www.google.com)에 처음 소개된 페이지랭크 알고리즘은 웹 문서들의 연결 구조에 기반하여 문서들간의 순위를 부여하는 방법이다. 페이지랭크 알고리즘은 상용 검색 엔진에서 구현되어 사용되고 있으나, 상업상의 이유들로 인하여 구현 기법에 관한 연구 결과는 거의 발표되지 않고 있다. [4,8]에서 소개된 페이지랭크 알고리즘의 구현 기법은 웹 문서들의 페이지랭크 값을 산출하기에 충분하지 않다. 본 논문은 페이지랭크 알고리즘의 구현 기법[4,8]을 설명하고, 이를 적용하는데 필요한 입/출력 자료 구조 및 4가지 주요 구현 기술을 제시한다. 본 논문은 실제 웹 문서의 페이지랭크 값을 산출하는 시스템을 예로 들어 페이지랭크 알고리즘을 적용하는 방법에 대한 이해를 돕도록 하였다.

It is important to consider interaction between species in understanding structure and function of the biological community. Current ecological issues such as climate change and habitat loss emphasize the significance of the concept of species interaction in that varying species' interaction across environmental gradients may lead to altered ecological function and services. However, most community studies have focused on species diversity through analysis of quantitative indices based on species composition and abundance data without considering species interactions in the community. 'Ecological network analysis' based on network theory enables exploration of structural and functional properties of ecosystems composed of various species and their interactions. In this paper, network analysis of Cheonggye stream as a case study was presented to promote uses of network analysis on ecological studies in Korea. Cheonggye stream has a simple biological structure with link density of 1.48, connectance 0.07, generality 4.43, and vulnerability 1.94. The ecological network analysis can be used to provide ecological interpretations of domestic long-term monitoring data and can contribute to conserving and managing species diversity in ecosystems.

최근 멀티미디어 기반의 WWW(World Wide Web) 서비스를 중심으로 하는 인터넷의 사용이 일반화되면서 전 세계의 컴퓨터망에 존재하는 수많은 정보들을 취득할 수 있게 되었다. 따라서, 인터넷이 보편화되기 이전에는 정보의 습득이 중요한 문제가 되었지만 인터넷의 사용이 일반화되고 있는 현대의 사회에서는 정확한 정보를 신속하게 취득하는 것이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 객체 기반의 언어인 Java를 사용하여 인터넷 검색엔진을 설계하고 최적화된 URL을 추출함으로써 인터넷 검색엔진의 구조를 이해하고, 구현 기술을 확보하였다. 논문에서 제안한 검색엔진은 키워드 검색을 제공하며, 사용자인터페이스를 단순화함으로써 사용자의 편의성을 도모하였다. 그리고 기존의 국내 제작 검색엔진들과 비교서 검색된 정보사이트의 양이 적은 대신 검색결과의 배드 링크율은 개선됨을 보였다.
