Recently the importance of website becomes confident in realizing the long distance education (teleeducation) as web. The purpose of this research is evaluating the websites of cyber university and analyzes web usability and web accessibility and analyzes to suggest the good quality content and several personalized service. Also we tried to improve website quality and contribute the reliability of the long distance education with all these. For these we applied the of professor Hyung Nam Moon's SM-ABCDE website evaluation model and developed the check list suitable for cyber university and evaluated websites in the five views of Attraction, Business, Content, Design, Engineering. Totally Kyunghee Cyber University, Busan Digital University, Hanyang Cyber University is selected best in sequence. But every website doesn't keep the basic observation rule of the web accessibility.

For Web System composed of a variety of hardware, software and network system, there is a wide difference in price, function and capacity. In addition, it is important to select the most suitable system when web system is constructed as the claim of high-quality web service from user has increased. Data of bench-marking is usually employed when the system is selected. Evaluation with the result of bench-marking, however, is not easy at web situation composed of a variety of systems. In this paper, first integrated bench-marking of hardware, software and network system metric were determined, and the plan to effectively compare and evaluate the result of bench-marking by using fuzzy set were offered.

정보에 대한 공간 복잡도가 높은 현재의 인터넷 환경에서는 사용자가 원하는 정보를 정확히 제공하는 것이 검색엔진의 목표이다. 그러나 대다수 검색엔진이 활용하는 내용 기반 기법은 현재의 인터넷 환경에서는 효과적인 도구로 사용될 수 없다. 내용 기반 기법은 어휘의 형태적 특성을 이용하여 웹페이지 가중치를 결정하기 때문에 웹페이지에 대한 변별력이 우수하지 못하다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하여 사용자에게 효과적인 정보를 제공하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 범주 기반 평가 기법을 제안한다. 범주 기반 평가 기법은 질의어를 의미관계로 확장하여 웹페이지와 유사성을 측정한다. 웹페이지 가중치 적용에 있어서, 범주 기반 평가 기법은 웹페이지 검색에 대한 사용자 반응과 질의어 범주를 가중치에 활용함으로써 웹페이지에 대한 변별력을 증가시킨다. 본 논문에서 제안한 기법은 사용자가 원하는 정보를 검색엔진을 통해 효과적으로 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 다양한 실험을 통해 범주 기반 평가 기법의 활용성을 확인하였다.

For joint value creation, collaboration among different interested parties is vital and should be supported by information technology. Currently, both government and private companies have launched websites to collect ideas. However, the information poor, including the visually disabled, have difficulty in gaining access to those websites. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to evaluate the level of web accessibility to websites, operated by companies or the government, for idea proposals. According to the automatic assessments, regarding proposal specific websites, 77%, 69% of the websites operated by the government and 41%, 44% of those operated by private companies were extremely inadequate. According to the expert's assessments, regarding proposal specific websites, 67%, 52% of the websites operated by the government and 39%, 26% of those operated by private companies were extremely inadequate in their level of accessibility. A range of policies should be prepared to improve web accessibility.

A nuclear Power Plant is composed of a number of mechanical components. Maintaining the integrity of these components is one of the most critical issues in nuclear industry. In order to evaluate the integrity of these mechanical components, a lot of data are required including inspection data, geometrical data, material properties, etc. Therefore, an effective database system is essential to manage the integrity of nuclear power plant. For this purpose, an internet based virtual reality environment and web database system was proposed. The developed virtual reality environment provides realistic geometrical configurations of mechanical components using VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language). The virtual reality environment was linked with the web database, which can manage the required data for the integrity evaluation. The proposed system is able to share the information regarding the integrity evaluation through internet, and thus, will be suitable for an integrated system for the maintenance of mechanical components.

This development has tried to scheme out the convenience for users to use the 3D modeling solution which is developed from the existing programs. The extended 3D modeling solution, to be developed through the use of the API which is provided and Microsoft Access, database is able to reuse the parts, subassemblies of parts, and assemblies. A methodology exhibits the possibility to use a Spinfire Professional Spinfire Reader program. The web evaluation system, which is used to connected with the Internet explorer and to construct a web service, will repeat the evaluations of the company staffs and customers about the new products which the company have designed. The furniture manufacturing company will adopt the 3D modelling solution in modelling the new products and go through the web evaluation system to collect dissatisfied facts of the customers or the company staffs against the new product. Finally, it will contribute to the enormous benefit creation of the enterprise.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 사이버대학의 웹사이트 평가를 실시하여 웹 사용성(Web Usability)과 웹 접근성(Web Accessibility)을 분석하고, 사이버대가 웹사이트 상에서 이용자들에게 얼마만큼의 다양한 개인화 서비스와 양질의 콘텐츠들을 제공하는가를 분석하고 개선방안을 제시함으로써 웹사이트의 질적 향상을 도모하고 원격교육의 신뢰성에 기여 하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 문형남(2001)의 SM-ABCDE 평가모델을 적용하여 원격대학에 알맞은 44항목의 체크리스트를 개발하고, 17개 사이버대학교 웹사이트에 대하여 고객흡인력(Attraction : A), 비즈니스(Business : B), 콘텐츠(Content : C), 디자인 및 사이트구성(Design : D), 기술평가(Engineering : E)의 다섯 분야에 대하여 웹사이트 평가를 실시하였다. 평가결과 Attraction 부분에서는 부산디지털대학, Business 부분에서는 공동으로 경희사이버대학과 사이버외국어대학이 가장 우수하게 평가 되었으며, Content 부분에서는 경희사이버대학, 디자인부분에서는 한양사이버대학이 가장 우수하게 평가 되었다. 종합적으로 경희사이버대학교, 부산사이버대학교, 한양사이버대학교 순으로 우수하게 평가 되었다. 그러나 Engineering 부분에서는 모든 사이트가 웹 접근성 준수 수칙을 제대로 지키고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이번 연구 결과를 토대로 하여 국내 사이버대학들이 장기적인 안목으로 웹 접근성을 잘 준수해 나간다면 웹 사용성이 높아지므로 비장애인뿐만 아니라 장애인 등 기타 다양한 계층의 이용 고객을 확보하게 됨으로써 사이버대학의 발전과 나아가서는 지식정보사회에서 앞선 교육 방식을 지향하는 명실상부한 교육기관으로 자리 잡을 수 있을 것이다.

웹사이트의 특성에 따라 요구되는 감성을 파악하고 이를 디자인에 반영할 수 있는 새로운 디자인 방법론이 요구되고 있다. 기존의 사용성 위주의 웹 디자인 방법과는 차별화 되는 이와 같은 감성 연구를 통한 디자인 방법은 웹 디자이너들에게 또 다른 유용한 지침을 제공할 것이다. 하지만 이제까지 이에 관한 연구가 충분히 이루어지지 않아 특정 감성을 유발하는 웹 디자인을 위해 디자이너들은 자신의 직감과 경험에 의존할 수밖에 없었다. 이와 같이 특정 감성을 유발하는 디자인 방법론의 개발을 위해 본 연구에서는 감성공학에서 사용되는 감성 어휘를 이용한 감성공학 1류(Nagamachi, 2002, 박경수, 2000) 방법을 웹 디자인에 적용하여 특정 감성을 사용자에게 전달하는 방법을 알아보았다. 연구를 위해서 감성을 잘 전달할 수 있는 136개의 웹사이트를 전문 웹 디자이너들의 추천을 통해 우선적으로 선정하고 실험에 사용한 감성어휘(최재호, 2001)들을 잘 나타낼 수 있다고 판단되는 22개의 웹사이트를 최종적으로 선정하여 설문조사를 통해 감성 평가를 실시하였다. 표본 웹사이트들은 디자인 요소의 활용 정도, 균형, 전체 비중, 균일성 등을 고려하여 정량적으로 다시 평가하였다. 정량적 평가와 감성평가 결과 사이의 인과관계는 회귀분석을 통해 살펴보았고 그 결과를 바탕으로 특정 감성을 유발하는 웹 디자인 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 방법과 절차는 감성유발과 관련된 디자인방법론 개발을 위해 다른 연구에서도 적용될 수 있을 것이며 회귀분석을 통한 디자인 방법론은 실제로 웹 디자인에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.논하였다. 본 연구는 웹에서의 사용자 경험에 대한 관점을 정황적 요소로까지 확장하고 이를 체계적으로 매핑하는 실증적인 사례를 제시함으로써 웹에서의 혁신적이며 크로스 사이트, 크로스 장르적인 컨텐츠 플래닝의 가능성을 시사하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.y used to some of interactive storytelling through hyper text in CD-ROM and web sites. 본 연구는 인터넷 학습사이트 평가모델을 개발하여 인터넷 학습사이트들이 학생들에게 필요한 양질의 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 학습자들이 효과적으로 학습을 하기 위해서는 인터넷 학습사이트 환경이 어떠해야 하는지에 대한 정보를 파악하여 더 나은 인터넷 학습사이트 환경에 대한 정보 제공 및 개선사항을 제시하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was done to develop a web-based diagnostic evaluation program for nurses to prevent malpractice liability. Methods: A comprehensive review of the literature and 9 specialist interviews were used to search for learning goals and content for protection for nurses from malpractice. Data on needs for learning goals were collected from 56 hospital nurses who agreed to complete a self-report questionnaire. The diagnostic program was evaluated between September 2008 and August 2009 by 35 new hospital nurses using an application of the web-based program evaluation tools by Chung (2000). Results: A comprehensive review of the literature and interviews were used to search for learning goals and content. The evaluation program was composed of the 73 questions for diagnostic evaluation under 23 learning goals and 6 grand learning goals which included the principles of law, patient's rights, legal responsibility, patient's safety, regulation on nursing practice and patient's rights protection. Evaluation of the program showed that the mean for program evaluation was 3.43 (SD=.37). Conclusion: This diagnostic evaluation program could be an efficient method for teachers and learners to improve nurses' behavior in protecting the patient's rights and preventing malpractice claims.
