As communicating with friends by recording their daily lives in video clips has become a trend for the Z-generation or the Millennial generation, interest in the vlog is increasing. This study analyzed the effects of motivation and user characteristics on use satisfaction and intention to use vlog in 168 participants in their 20s and 30s who have experience using YouTube vlog. The results of the study showed all hypotheses established in this study were adopted. Specifically, habits and killing time, information-seeking, entertainment and relaxation, voyeurism, openness and emotional identification were found to have a positive effect on the use satisfaction. Also, satisfaction with the use of vlog has a significant impact on continuous use intention. Therefore, it can be seen that exploring the vlog will provide theoretical and practical implications.

The object of this study is to reach a semiotics access in a specialized magazine advertisement, by emphasizing the advertisement, which uses eroticism. The main components of eroticism are voyeurism, narcissism, fetishism, masochism, and sadism. From the results of analyzing their impact on fashion magazine advertisements, which is limited in erotic expression, 'the women's gender role ideology' is mainstream. Especially, this is joined with a 'patriarch ideology' and the 'women's role ideology' on the view of feminism. It can be expressed erotic with 'traditional women's roles', 'rebelling against tradition', and a 'leading women role on sexuality'.

Use of smart phones and other means allowed ready access to social networking service (SNS) and its users have explosively increased. In the meantime, Facebook which has the largest user community has caused various social problems due to its conservative privacy policy; yet its users are continuously increasing and committed to the service although its privacy policy has not so much changed. In this research, we studied the irony of increasing popularity of Facebook despite its negative privacy policy in the light of its users' double-sided desire. That is, users use Facebook because they are curious about other users' personal information and activities although they are at the same time anxious about public exposure of their own personal information and activities. To test this conjecture, we investigated users' double-sided desire (privacy protection, viewing others' activities) using questionnaire and reverse scenario test and confirmed that proper balance of privacy protection and activity exposure is an important contributor to continued popularity of Facebook. Much research studied SNS focusing on self-presentation that is on the side of self-exposure. This research highlights the importance of balance keeping between hide-and-seek for SNS companies such as Facebook in the use of privacy policy.

Recently, the interest among Korean broadcasters in the 'observation entertainment' genre has intensified. This study aims to analyze the genre and storytelling of observation entertainment programming from a narratological perspective. The origin of the Korean observation entertainment program began with the 'reality-variety show'. There was a 'real-life' debate in these reality-variety shows, and as an alternative, the observation entertainment program appeared. Documentary filming, omnibus composition, and spatialization of 'everyday' life have led to the recognition of observation entertainment as a single genre. In particular, 'observers' have become a key factor in the observation entertainment program. The subject of the program is determined by who the observer is. The variability of the program format is the same. The observer looks at the observation target on behalf of the viewer. At the same time, he or she serves as a narrator of the program. The observer functions as the most influential factor in the storytelling of the observation entertainment program. In the observation entertainment program, 'observation' is only a form. It is the observer who creates a narrative within this same format to make the difference between each program. Also, voyeurism has been considered a problem in reality shows such as observation entertainment programs. However, the form communicated by observers is not a direct peek, so much of the problem of voyeurism is mitigated. Such observation entertainment programs analyzed through observers are meaningful in that they make people understand the cultural meaning of "reality" in TV and the storytelling of contemporary Korean TV entertainment.

Decadence is a phenomenon that people express fear from their inside, so unsound aspects appear in the social culture when the existing society is about to be collapsed. This study covered the cultural and aesthetic meaning and the role of decadence by examining the concept and phenomenon of it and analyzing the real case of expression appeared in the modern fashion. Characteristics of decadent phenomenon were divided into sexual corruption, ideality, cynicism and extreme technique, and decadent expression appeared in the fashion images was examined based on the divided phenomenon. Main results are as fellows. People bring the incidents that animals go through into relief, sticking to animal instinct when the society is on the decline. At that time, sexual decadence becomes remarkable, so voyeurism by exposure in their dress is deepen, revealing abnormal sexual propensity with bisexual tendency and sexual perversion. The real facts and appearance of people are revealed by transforming and distorting bodies for the fear of humans inside suppressed in the fin-de-siecle mood. The sense of alienation and helplessness of people anxious about the future is developed to cynicism expressing the uncertain emotion in their dress, and the formative methods of dismantlement. destruction and abrasion appear to form sickly images in the gloomy and cold mood. The intention of affirmative decadence is realized by mixing heterogeneous styles and producing new things. Extreme decorative technique and gorgeousness are even mysterious and show the highest refinement.

This study attempts to analyze by the gender political point of view of the recent film, 'A Special Lady', focusing on the case of setting up women as the main characters in the 2000s Korean film noir genre. Concretely, this study conducted a narrative analysis focusing on the three elements of genre film, the identity of the characters and their family relationships, and the Oedipal trajectory. The film, 'A Special Lady', has the narrative about the maternal love assigned to female protagonist, and that emphasizes male pure love. And the film shows the flashbacks concerning to motherhood that prove the biological identity of the female protagonist, and signs that weaken the castration fear resulting from male voyeurism. Further, the film depicts the fragmentation of identity and the cracking of family relationships, revealing the confusion of gender identity and the narrative degeneration into family melodrama. Meanwhile, the film fails to complete the feminine Oedipal trajectory by reducing the female character's motherhood to a biological one instead of expanding it into an alternative quality embracing the other. These findings suggest that the korean gangster is closely related to gender politics and is not completely out of gender bias.

Purpose: This study was done to investigate sexual problem behaviors of high school students in one province, North Cholla. Method: The participants in this research were 951 high school students, grades 1, 2 and 3, chosen at random in big cities, small towns and rural areas of North Cholla Province. Result: The routes for sexual knowledge acquisition were through a peer group or an older member(35.8%), internet(29.8%), classes and the teacher at school(18.8%), multimedia(8.4%) and parents (7.2%). The percentages for domains of sexual problem behaviors were masturbation 36.7%, sexual impulse 35.6%, voyeurism 12.6%, sexual violence 9.6%, transvestism 4.1%, prostitution 3.5%, exhibitionism 3.1%, and pregnancy of a female student 0.6%. Sexual problem behaviors experienced by 30% or more of the students were reported as the experience of the desire to embrace, the desire to kiss, the desire to touch a friend's body of the opposite sex, masturbation and the desire to sleep with a friend of the opposite sex. The biggest sexual problem behaviors for the students were sexual impulses toward friends of the opposite sex and masturbation. These experience rates were higher for boys than for girls(p<.05), higher vocationally than academicly(p<.05), and higher in the largest cities than smaller cities and rural area(p<.05). Conclusion: These findings suggest that systematic programs that focus on a problem solution method should be developed for sexual problem behavior prevention.

Recently, the value and the status of the body that are due to the mobile wearable device have attracted attention globally confusing in media convergence age. The mobile wearable device connect worldwide that are networked to overcome the limitations of space and time, also it provide a great opportunity to be able to us to open a new cultural experience and value to the populace. In this study, spatial information acquired by the virtual reality 360 degrees camera around the Gangnam station. Also, extended spatial experience performed by use of virtual reality headset, smart phone connected to the Youtube platform. Sense of body can also lose its value due to voyeurism, it is facing the transformational period in civilization. In conclusion, through deep research into the intersections of technology and a human being for the future, maintaining the proper balance is the key. Therefore, this study identified the need for interdisciplinary research.

The keyword of contemporary art in 21st is audience participation. London has emphasized the importance of audience participation since 2000. The National Theater of London is trying a new method, which is live performance to search new audiences. Also, they are trying to cross the boundaries between 'stage' and 'spectator'. This leads the other theaters to search new audiences and try new genre of performance. Therefore, they establish a new form of performance, which is that audience actively moves and find a new story in a theater. For example, "environmental theater" is the one. This theater escapes from the traditional stage, but it is based on "site-specific performance." Lots of new forms of theater have emerged. In this study, I focused on one of these new forms of theater, which is "Punchdrunk." "Punchdrunk" was founded by few students graduated from London University's Laban Center in 1999. They started at an empty stage in small school with only three audiences. 7 years after, it became one of major theaters in London. 10 years after, it showed their performances in the United state. Since then, their performances in New York have never been stopped. More strikingly, for last decades, this theater has been always full. In this study, I reasoned that the key of "Punchdrunk" success is audience participation. Therefore, I investigated the features of Punchdrunk theater and how they engage their audience in this performance. In this study, I focused on one of their performances, . Also, I categorized the audiences in three different ways: narrative visitor, walking visitor, and engaging visitor with mask. Three-part transition of Disney Theme Park from Louis Marin was applied to study "narrative visitor." For "walking visitor", Normadism from Gilles Deleuze was applied. For "engaging visitor with mask", Voyeurism was applied.
