이 연구는 포장분야 교육과정과 자격시험의 연계 운영방안을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적인 연구 목적은 첫째, 포장분야에 대한 직무체계를 마련하고, 둘째, 포장분야 교육과정과 연계한 자격시험 운영방안을 마련하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구, 전문가 협의회 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 포장 산업의 교육과정과 자격시험 연계 및 운영방안 마련의 기본방향은 포장 분야의 직무체계(Skills Framework)를 개발하고, 직무체계에 근거하여 직무분야별 국가직무능력표준은 개발하고, 이에 근거하여 교육과정을 개발 운영하고 자격시험에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

직업교육 훈련의 효율과 참여도를 극대화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위한 신뢰성 높은 수요조사 방법을 찾고자 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 정확한 수요조사는 훈련의 질을 높일 수 있는 가장 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 부정확한 수요조사에 의한 훈련은 낮은 참여도로 인해 비효율적인 훈련성과를 나타낼 수 밖에 없다. 수요조사는 크게 우편, 전화, 대면, 전자 수요조사 4가지 방법이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 목포대학교 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 사업, 지역 산업 맞춤형 인력양성 사업의 훈련을 위해 실시하였던 수요조사를 설명하였고 그 중 효과적인 수요조사 방법을 제안하였다.

본 논문은 능력중심사회를 구현하고 산업현장과 교육, 훈련, 자격제도의 불일치 문제를 해결하기 위한 국가직무능력표준과 부합되어 취업현장에서 발생하는 재교육과 사회적비용등의 근본적 문제점을 해결하기 위한 인프라로 한국형 NCS직업기초능력평가시스템을 설계하고 부가적으로 시스템의 기술성능 표준지표를 개발하여 한국형 NCS직업기초능력시스템의 해외진출 성과를 창출하기 위한 연구이다. NCS직업기초능력시스템은 컴퓨터, 태블릿PC, 스마트폰등의 멀티디바이스에 적절한 반응형으로 개발되어지며 글로벌 보급을 위하여 연계대상 운영체제, 인터페이스 프로토콜, 패킷포맷, 암호화, Class Component, 동시접속 수, 감독관-수검자 응답속도, 서버-관리자 응답속도, 응시답안 자동복구 속도, 실시간 답안전송 속도의 국제적 표준에 부합되는 10개 성능평가 지표를 설계하고 개발한다.

기술공학 분야 직업훈련에서 체험, 실습 중심의 학습을 위한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발과 활용이 증가하고 있다. 가상훈련은 실제 장비, 작업 환경과 유사한 학습 환경에서 반복적으로 안전하게 교육이 가능하고, 이는 학습자들이 실제 작업 현장에서 장비를 구동하는 데에 도움이 된다는 장점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 가상현실 기술을 활용하여 이론 학습과 다양한 상황에서의 실습이 가능한 "토탈스테이션과 GNSS를 이용한 측량" 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 이에 대한 사용자 경험을 탐색하고자 하였다. 사용자들은 본 콘텐츠에 높은 흥미와 몰입감, 인지된 학습 효과성, 만족도를 보였다.

This study aims to review the present condition of human resources development in environment technology area and to explore the direction of human resources development plans, based on the results of a survey targeting experts in this area. Related papers & literatures are referred and a survey for experts' opinions are carried out. The survey was oriented to the importance and effectiveness of policies designed by Korea Ministry of environment. The main findings of this study are as follows; firstly, an emphasis should be put on generating professionals in charge of creating domestic demand for environmental purposes for promotion to make excellent environmental techniques being of practical use and help them go into businesses was turned out crucial; secondly, it is advised to upgrade the level of qualifications of environmental technicians by reforming into a graduate schoolcentered educational system on a human resource-rearing phase; thirdly, retraining should be provided by law to ensure the enhancement of re-educating the existing environmental technicians; fourth, efforts should be made to promptly develope new techniques and unify declining traditional items, deterring national technical qualification system oriented toward cultivating superintendents in the environment field.

교육부에서는 산업현장의 실무와 직업교육 및 훈련, 자격 내용의 불일치 해소를 위해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 활용하여 산업현장과 교육·훈련기관 등으로 빠르게 적용해 나가고 있으며, 2018년도부터 특성화고등학교의 직업교육에 NCS기반 교육과정을 전면 도입하도록 의무화하고 있다. 이 연구는 특성과고의 기계계열인 '기계' 및 '기계·금속'전공 교사를 대상으로 350명을 지역별로 유층 표집하여 절삭가공 실무과목 적용에 대한 교사의 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기계관련 학과에서 선반가공, 밀링가공, 컴퓨터활용생산, 측정과목의 적용률은 전체 응답자 중 대부분을 차지하고 있으며 둘째, 실무과목 및 능력단위 선정 시 고려사항에 대한 교사 인식은 산업체 요구능력이 가장 높다. 셋째, 실무과목 도입으로 인한 학교 교육에서의 긍정적인 변화에 대한 교사 인식은 학생의 실무 능력 향상과 산업체 요구 충족이 가장 높으며 넷째, 실무과목 도입으로 인한 학교 교육에서의 부정적인 변화에 대한 교사 인식은 실무과목 수업에 활용되는 학습모듈의 수준이 학생의 수준에 비해 너무 어렵다는 것과 학습모듈에 집필되어 있는 산업체 장비와 학교 장비가 차이가 있어 수업에 대한 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 다섯째, 실무과목 수업 및 제반 여건에 대한 교사 만족도는 보통 이상이며 실무과목의 수준, 재구성된 실무과목 교재를 제본 또는 구매하는 것에 대한 만족도는 보통 이하이다. 따라서 기계관련 학과의 NCS기반 교육과정의 안정적인 정착을 위해서는 가장 대표성을 띠는 위 4개 실무과목의 활용 실태를 점검하고 지속적으로 개선하는 데 노력해야 한다.

Recently, increases in major disasters such as fires, earthquakes and typhoons have raised public expectations for safety. In addition to this increase in expectations of safety, the government continues to push for more manpower and better treatment for firefighters who are operating in the disaster scene. Despite the improvement of working conditions and increased welfare for firefighters, however, the incidence and turnover of various mental diseases continues to increase. It is reported that many of the diseases such as post-traumatic stress disorder and the turnover of firefighters are due to a mismatch in individual's personality and work environment. In this study, 108 firefighters were evaluated for their vocational aptitude in the new curriculum. Based on the analysis results, new firefighters were proposed to provide employment and education training improvements, and to provide job security suitable for the individual's personality type through the introduction of the vocational aptitude test for firefighters who are working in the fire service. In addition, we would like to use the vocational aptitude test as a material for reducing post-traumatic stress disorder and increasing turnover through long-term tracking and observation, rather than from a one-off perspective.

4차 산업혁명은 지식의 생산속도가 빠르고 지식산업의 비중이 매우 증가하는 지식사회로의 전환을 의미하며 이와 관련하여 디지털 혁명이 지속되고 있다. 신기술에 의한 산업구조의 재편과 직업·직무의 변화는 교육의 변화를 가져오고 있고 디지털 기술의 발전으로 인해 경계가 없고 개별적이며 역동적인 교육이 새로운 교육의 표준이 되어 가고 있다. 이런 배경에서 정규 과정 학위보다는 신기술에 관한 나노 학위(Nano Degree)나 핵심강좌에 집중된 마이크로 디그리(microdegree)에 대한 관심도 많이 증가하고 있다. 대표적으로 미국의 유다시티(Udacity)는 직업과 연계된 온라인 나노디그리 과정을 개설해 운영하고 있고, 주요 기업들과 협업하여 기업에 필요한 핵심 교육과정을 개발 및 교육함으로 기업의 인재 확보를 효율적으로 지원하고 있다. 이렇게 온라인 직업 및 직무 교육이 활성화되면서 이제 개인 스스로가 직업능력개발에 대한 목표를 세우고 포트폴리오 방식의 지속가능한 학습을 이어갈 수 있는 환경이 갖추어 졌다. 그러나 효과적인 직업 교육을 위해서는 자동화된 개인 맞춤형 교육컨텐츠 설계가 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 온라인 학습시대에 직업준비를 위한 개인 맞춤형 career and course map 추천 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

The article reflects short-term perspectives on the use of information and communication technologies in the training of teachers for higher education. Education is characterized by conservatism, so aspects of systematic development of the industry are relevant to this cluster of social activity. Therefore, forecasting the introduction of innovative elements of ICT training is in demand for the educational environment. Forecasting educational trends are most relevant exactly in the issues of training future teachers of higher education because these specialists are actually the first to implement the acquired professional skills in pedagogical activities. The article aims to consider the existing potential of ICT-based learning, its implementation in the coming years, and promising innovative educational elements that may become relevant for the educational space in the future. The tasks of scientific exploration are to show the optimal formats of synergy between traditional and innovative models of learning. Based on already existing experience, extrapolation of conditions of educational process organization with modeling realities of using information and communication technologies in various learning dimensions should be carried out. Educational trends for the next 3 years are a rather tentative forecast because, as demonstrated by the events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-cultural space is very changeable. Consequently, the dynamism of the educational environment dictates the need for a value-based awareness of the information society and the practical use of technological advances. Thus, information and communication technologies are a manifestation of innovative educational strategies of today and become an important component along with traditional aspects of educational process organization. Future higher education teachers should develop a training strategy taking into account the expediency of the ICT component.

이 연구의 목적은 공업계 고등학교 전문 교과 교사의 실기 능력을 비교하여 임용실기시험의 효과성을 구명하는 것이다. 그리고 교사의 배경 변인별 분석을 통하여 중등단계 직업교육기관의 교원 선발과 교사의 실기 능력 강화에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 실기 능력과 관련한 구체적인 영역을 구안하고 임용 실기시험을 실시한 지역과 실시하지 않은 지역의 신규 교사들의 실기 능력 차이를 비교하였다. 이를 위해 설정한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등학교 교사 임용 실기시험 유무에 따른 공업계 고등학교 전문 교과 교사 간의 실기 능력의 차이는 어떠한가? 둘째, 공업계 고등학교 전문 교과 교사 간의 실기 능력은 배경 변인에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는가? 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등학교 교사 임용 실기시험 유무에 따른 공업계 고등학교 전문 교과 교사 간 실기 능력 정도를 비교한 결과 임용 실기시험 실시 집단의 실기 능력 정도의 평균이 다소 높게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 공업계 고등학교 전문 교과 교사 간 배경 변인별 실기 능력 차이 정도를 비교한 결과, 국가기술자격증을 소지한 집단의 경우 미소지 집단에 비해 실기 능력의 평균값이 높으며 통계적으로도 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 기간제 교원 경력 유무에 따른 교사 간 실기 능력을 비교한 결과, 기간제 교원 경력이 있는 집단의 평균이 높게 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 교직 이수 유형의 경우, 목적형 교원 양성 기관의 교직 이수 유형보다 개방형 교원 양성 기관의 교직 이수 유형 집단의 실기 능력이 높게 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의하였다.
