A self-administered questionnaire based on existing scales includes web browsing motivation, retail strategy, and purchase conversion intention of apparel on the shopping websites. A total of 499 usable questionnaires were obtained from consumers aging 20 to 49 who reside in metropolitan cities in Korea. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation models were used via SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.8. Findings concluded that web browsing motivations consisted of three factors: hedonic, informational, and recreational browsing for apparel. Hedonic browsing had a negative effect on purchase conversion intention, whereas informational browsing had a positive effect on the purchase conversion intention for apparel on shopping sites. Retail strategies on the website were classified into service, merchandise assortment, and price & promotion; the three elements of retail strategies mediated the relationship between web browsing motivations and purchase conversion intention for apparel. Specially, merchandise assortment had significantly direct effect on the purchase conversion intention of apparel on shopping websites. Managerial implications were discussed for fashion marketers to develop retail strategies and web content in order to convert web browsers or visitors into purchasers.

  • The tourism experience factor is an essential source of competitive advantage in the tourism industry and is an important factor for predicting future tourism behavior. Tourism experience elements can be composed of areas of education, entertainment, aesthetics and deviance (Pine and Gilmore, 1998). This study examines the effect of tourist experience factors on tourist loyalty and it is meaningful to see if the experiential economic theory of Pine and Gilmore (1999) is applicable. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on tourists using experiential tourism factors. As a result, it was found that recreational experiential factors had a significant effect on memory. Memory has a significant effect on both visitor satisfaction and tourist loyalty. This study has academic significance because it focuses on the tourism experience factor which is the core of experiential economic theory. Practical significance is that a lot of experiential contents should be found in order to better match the tourist experience factor to the requirements of visitors to the tourist site. As a result, it is expected to generate revenue and improve its competitiveness.

Discovering the most excellent commercial impression, it means the chance to exhibit an advertisement to a consumer needs the capability to calculate the probability that the consumer who perceives the advertisement on the users browser will acquire an accomplishment, that is the consumer will convert. On the other hand, conversion possibility assessment is a demanding process since there is tremendous data growth across different information dimensions and the adaptation event occurs infrequently. Retailers and manufacturers extensively employ the retail services from internet as part of a multichannel distribution and promotion strategy. The rate at which web site visitors transfer to consumers is low for online retail, out coming in high customer acquisition expenses. Approximately 96 percent of web site users concluded exclusive of no shopper purchase[1].This category of conversion rate is collected from the advertising of social media sites and pages that dataset must be estimating and assessing with the concept of big data clustering, which is used to group the particular age group of people along with their behavior. This makes to identify the proper consumer of the production which leads to improve the profitability of the concern.

  • Interaction methods and technologies for mutual exploration based on user behavior are evolving variously. Especially, in recent years, with the development of a wide range of sensors, they have developed from contact to non-contact methods. However, developers' senseless definitions of the interaction methods have made the exploration process quite complicated, which rather creates the hassle of users needing to learn the interaction guide defined by the developers before experiencing the exhibition contents. In this context, in order to make visitors smoothly communicate with exhibition contents, a preliminary study on easy interaction for users of various ages is needed, and in particular, research on improving the usability of user interaction is also essential when developing non-contact exhibition contents. So, in this study, a method to reduce the confusion between developers and users was sought by researching non-contact interaction that could be universally interacted with in the field of exhibition contents and proposing behavior designs. First, based on the narrative structure of cultural resources, existing studies were reviewed and the points of interactions as cultural contents were derived. Then the most efficient search process was selected among non-contact behaviors based on hand gestures that allow users to naturally guess and learn interaction methods. Furthermore, on the basis of the meaning of non-linear narrative-based interaction and the analysis results of spatial behavior elements, affordance behavior with high learning effect and efficiency was derived. Through this research process, an action that helps users to understand non-contact interaction naturally in the process of exploring exhibition-type cultural contents and to utilize non-contact interaction in the process of immersion in exhibition contents is proposed as a final model.
