Demands for tangible contents using VR/AR technologies are much bigger as contactless services such as sports, physical activity, and fitness are expanded after COVID-19. A variety of technologies such as an offer and analysis of tangible data through a sensor technology, users' physical movement sensing through a motion recognition sensor, a real-time measurement of a physical skeleton point a multiple access to a real-time video, and AI training are being utilized as main technologies. This case study utilized motion recognition technologies as the study on tangible contents necessary for indoor-based physical education, sports, and fitness in the contactless environment and suggested cases to develop the physical measurement contents by design approach for the measurement assessment necessary for the development in tangible contents. The research established lists of the measurement assessment based on professionals' consultations within the measurement assessment function through the test to plan tangible contents and developed tangible contents by reflecting them as assessment measurement elements of tangible contents. The research can be utilized as the design approach of industrial companies which intend to develop tangible contents as well as reference cases of the research on contactless tangible contents for the sports and physical education.

Recently, with the development of interactive communication system, demands for video live streaming service has increased. Live streamers generate revenues from donations, but existing laws are inadequate to handle these donations. Problems arise when minors donate because they have the right of revocation. In the case of donations that request benefits in return, legal characteristics and results are different from unilateral donations. If minors exercise their right of revocation, live streamers must pay back without getting proper compensation for their services. In this paper, we detect the characteristics of bilateral contract in live streaming donation, indicate the harms that live streamers can get, examine precedents and donation processes focusing on cases when minors can not exercise the right of revocation due to deception, and propose revisions that can protect the streamers without invading minors' rights. Through academically identifying ambiguous legal situations and presenting dispute prevention procedures, this paper can bring positive impacts on the online industry.

Due to COVID-19, people are building new lifestyles such as online shopping, online travel, and video conferencing by limiting going out and gatherings. Such rapid social change is causing new problems and deepening existing problems at the same time. In particular, as online consumption increases significantly, traffic congestion, air pollution, and the heavy workload of delivery drivers are deepening in the daily logistics industry, and face-to-face delivery is emerging as a new problem. With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, unmanned delivery using drones, artificial intelligence, and autonomous driving is emerging as an alternative to the existing logistics industry. However, space for logistics facilities and securing additional logistics sites due to drone flight are emerging as new problems to be solved. Therefore, it is intended to link additional services such as logistics movement, storage, and delivery by utilizing the existing transportation business, the subway, as a space for a logistics facility for drones that can solve existing problems and new problems.

This study divided video content of current representative YouTube channels on Chinese language education into internal and external elements for analysis. By examining these channels, this study found that they have various external and internal elements. In addition, YouTube classes also have certain distinct characteristics that are non-existent in traditional classroom or face-to-face classes, and show potential to serve as a new educational medium that can fill the gaps in existing classroom classes. However, a large number of these channels still have problems with their internal and external elements, which seem to require not only the effort and attention of the instructors creating the videos, but also considerable time and human and material resources.

This study focused on the psychological characteristics of viewers watching the video, the effect of the variables of the viewer's self-control and impulsiveness level on the purchase intention was examined. In addition, the relationship between viewers' psychological characteristics and product types was also examined, reflecting that the factors that viewers consider in the purchase decision-making process may vary depending on the product type. As a result of conducting a survey of a total of 214 people, it was confirmed that the group with a low level of self-control or high impulsiveness had a higher purchase intention after watching YouTube videos on specific products than the group without. In addition, it was confirmed that the effect was same when utilitarian product purchase situation is given.

The purpose of this study is to explore the benefits of social capital obtained through the use of social media from the perspective of fashion. The study conducted in-depth interviews with 10 women in their 20s who utilized Instagram and YouTube for fashion-related activities. The results show that bonding social capital was related to Instagram and led increasingly to narrow and deep relationships with acquaintances who had already established offline relationships. The study also finds that informational benefit was derived from people who use Instagram image information for smart fashion consumption; in addition, positive feedback on their posts brought the emotional benefit of psychological satisfaction. On the other hand, bridge social capital developed from YouTube users and subscribers. The study discovers that YouTuber public communication or the exchange of opinions leads to an increase in bridge social capital, which is a wide and shallow relationship. Video-based YouTube brought informational benefits as a specific product description, and there were emotional benefits in terms of entertainment while watching videos that combined fashion and entertainment. This report sheds light on individual fashion activities on social media, which is discussed from the perspective of social capital.

Modern people can access various information about food recipes very easily on the Internet or social media. As the supply of food recipes increases, it is difficult to find a suitable recipe for each user in the overflowing information. As such, the need to provide information by reflecting users' requirements has increased, and research related to food recipes and cooking recommendations is becoming active. In addition, the Internet, video, and application markets using this are also rapidly activating. In this study, in order to classify recipes from the user's perspective of food recipe users, the user's review data was applied with the k-mean clustering technique, which is unsupervised learning, and a "food recipe classification model" was derived. As a result, it was classified into a total of 25 clusters including information needed by many users, such as specific purposes and cooking stages.

As the world has implemented social distancing and telecommuting due to the spread of COVID-19, real-time streaming sessions based on routing protocols have increased dependence on the Internet due to the activation of video and voice-related content services and cloud computing. BGP is the most widely used routing protocol, and although many studies continue to improve security, there is a lack of visual analysis to determine the real-time nature of analysis and the mis-detection of algorithms. In this paper, we analyze BGP data, which are powdered as normal and abnormal, on a real-world basis, using an anomaly detection algorithm that combines statistical and post-processing statistical techniques with Rule-based techniques. In addition, we present an interactive spatio-temporal analysis plan as an intuitive visualization plan and analysis result of the algorithm with a map and Sankey Chart-based visualization technique.

Background: In the early stage of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, small- and midsized enterprises (SMEs) may be an important transmission consideration. The study aimed to identify the pattern of COVID-19 prevention measures during the outbreaks in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do at the early stage of COVID-19. Moreover, we investigated whether SME size and past experiences affected the preventive measures implemented in the region. Methods: A survey detailing the general characteristics and implementation of 12 preventive activities was conducted in 122 SMEs in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The survey was analyzed by size and operation period. Results: The study subjects consisted of 53 (43.4%) workplaces with 1-5 employees, 50 (40.9%) workplaces with 6-30 employees, and 19 (15.6%) workplaces with 31-49 employees. The lowest three items among those surveyed were 'symptomatic workers to stay home for 3-4 days' (17.2%), 'work remotely' (18.9%), and 'video meetings' (20.5%). There were significant differences in the rate of several preventive measures implemented. The larger sized SMEs, the higher the number of implementations (p < 0.01). The operation period had no significant relationship with the implementation of preventive measures. The same pattern was observed in multiple generalized linear regression with covariate adjustment. Conclusion: Preventive measures among SMEs with fewer than 50 employees were identified. Even within SMEs, a gap in preventive measures according to size was confirmed. To prevent the spread of infection and protect workers' right to health, different support for different sized SMEs is necessary.

The Korean domestic cartoon industry has grown explosively by 65% compared to the previous year. Then the market size is expected to exceed KRW 1 trillion. However, excessive work results in health deterioration. Moreover, this working environment makes the production of human resources insufficient, repeating a vicious cycle. Although some tasks require creation activity during cartoon production, there are still a lot of simple repetitive tasks. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a method for creating a character pose through human pose estimation (HPE). The HPE is to detect key points for each joint of a user. The primary role of the proposed method was to make each joint of the character match that of the human. The proposed method enabled us to create the pose of the two-dimensional cartoon character through the results. Furthermore, it was possible to save the static image for one character pose and the video for continuous character pose.
