은행, 저축은행, 신용정보회사 등 금융기관에서는 채권관리 및 회수, 각종 우편물 발송 등의 업무처리를 위해 채무자 또는 고객의 최종 주소의 파악이 필요하다. 주소 파악을 위한 업무프로세스는 금융기관 직원이 채무자와 사실 관계를 증명하는 서류를 작성하고, 행정기관에 직접 방문하여 민원서류를 발급 받는 등 Off-line으로 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 민원서류 발급 업무량은 경제상황의 악화와 그에 따른 신용불량자의 대거 발생 등으로 인해 지속적으로 증대되고 있다. 따라서 행정전산망과 금융전산망을 서로 연결하여 신속하게 정보를 파악할 수 있도록 하는 주소 인증공동이용시스템(ACCESS, Address Certification Co-opErating SyStem)을 구축하는 것이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ACCESS를 구축을 위한 설계를 통하여, 행정기관 민원서류 발급업무 담당자, 금융기관 해당업무 종사자 등의 업무를 대폭 줄임으로서 산업생산성을 제고 하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 향후 행정전산망과 금융전산망의 연결체계에서 새롭게 구축될 다양한 정보서비스의 유형을 처리 할 수 있는 기반을 마련하여, 효율적인 정보의 공유와 유통 및 이를 통한 시너지효과를 창출하고, 정보자원의 활용 및 가치를 극대화하고자 한다.

Certification about management innovation business (Mainbiz) was added in 2006 newly along with existent technical innovation business certification (Innobiz) and venture business certification with government's policy connected with reform style small and medium enterprises 30 thousand upbringings. Drew dividing management innovation business evaluation figure by manufacturing industry and service industry through leading study, gives weight by industry about drawn evaluation figure and must give estimation point of suitable level. This studies judge importance about evaluation figure by industry and consider priority order by evaluation figure using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) that use expert group and gave point.

In this study, the effectiveness of the innovative company certification system, which is one of the important means of the SME innovation promotion policies, was examined in terms of technological innovation activity and performance. To this end, we used the results of 'SME Technology Statistical Survey' conducted by the Small and Medium Business Administration and the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business in 2013~2015 to compare the innovative SMEs that have received the certifications such as Venture Certification, Innobiz Certification, and Mainbiz Certification with the general SMEs that did not. As a result, it was found that the innovative SMEs have comparative advantage in many detailed indicators related to the technological innovation activity and performance. However, the ratio of external use of R&D expenditure, the number of technology development attempts and the number of successes were not different according to the survey year, so it is necessary to strengthen the follow-up management of the system. On the other hand, the proportion of self-procurement R&D expenditure of the general SMEs was significantly higher than that of the innovative SMEs in all three-year surveys. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate the government funding for the innovative SMEs to be used as a complementary material, not as a substitute for their own R&D investment. In addition, the technological innovation activity and performance of a company were more influenced by the size of the company and the participating industry rather than by the certification, so it is necessary to consider it when establishing the technology innovation promotion policies.

Study on serve to develop electricity safety integration supervision system to apply product to u-City electric power appliance and cotton flannel mixed of u-IT appliance, Connection badness sensing instrument made device built-in electric power IT cotton flannel mixed in outlet that is used most in electric power appliance terminal. Using sensor on ZigBee, RFID performance estimation of communication and module for remote safety check of electricity safety integration supervision system. A performance experiment and estimation in PD, Arc detection diagnosis system and certification KS, electricity safety about product that get fitness finding.

최근 소프트웨어 품질에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 그에 따른 기반 기술들이 요구되고 있다. 산업분야에 있어서도 작업을 수행하는 기계장치의 성능향상을 위해서 소프트웨어가 차지하는 중요성이 점점 증가함에 파라 해당 장치에 대한 성능은 물론 품질에 있어서도 소프트웨어의 중요도가 크게 향상됐다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 따라 산업분야에 있어서 내장형 소프트웨어의 잎종인 산업용 소프트웨어에 대한 품질인증 평가체계를 구축하고 이를 활용하여 산업용 소프트웨어 국제표준 적합성 인증 시스템을 설계 구현하고자 한다.

The production, processing, sale and service of food materials are not subject to attainment via a single country. In accordance with internationalization of the world, issues related to food safety have emerged as critical international concerns and they are closely associated with the health and interest of domestic consumers, producers, manufacturers, and distributors. As a third party certification standards, ISO 22000 is in progress International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and the Draft International Standard(DIS) has already been presented on December 2004. The purpose of this study is to analyze the international standards, guidelines and legislation in regard of Food Safety Management System(FSMS) including ISO 9001, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) and Product Liability(PL) so as to present Korean-model Food Safety Management System requirements and system establishment model.

고품질의 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위한 방안으로 품질평가를 통해 문제점을 발견해서 보완하는 과정을 활용할 수 있다. 최근, 소프트웨어 품질 평가 및 인증에 관한 국가적인 체계가 구축되고 실질적인 인증활동이 수행되고 있으나 인증의 관점에서 확립되어 있는 표준화된 절차가 미흡하여 효과적인 품질 평가 및 인증을 위한 절차의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 현재, 소프트웨어 제품의 품질평가를 위한 프로세스로서 ISO/IEC 14598이 6개 부분으로 구성되어 표준화되는 과정에 있으며, 이 프로세스를 적용하여 품질평가에 적용하거나 품질향상을 도모하려는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 14598의 품질평가 프로세스 중에서 소프트웨어 평가자가 활용할 수 있는 프로세스인 ISO/IEC 14598-5를 중심으로 품질 시험 인증의 관점을 고려한 절차에 관해 기술하였다.

소프트웨어 개발 기관에서는 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 방법을 적용하고 있다. 자체적인 품질관리 부서나 제3자 기관의 소프트웨어 품질감리와 평가를 통한 객관적인 품질향상 방안들을 활용하고 있다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 정부 차원에서도 소프트웨어 품질평가 및 인증을 통해 소프트웨어의 품질을 공인함으로써 개발기관에서도 소프트웨어 품질향상을 위한 노력을 제고할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 소프트웨어 구매자로 하여금 품질이 인증된 소프트웨어를 구매할 수 있도록 유도함으로서 소프트웨어 품질 문제로 인한 경제적, 사회적 위험 요인을 최소화할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 최근, 소프트웨어 품질 평가 및 인증에 관한 국가적인 체계가 구축되고 실질적인 인증활동이 수행되고 있으나 인증의 관점에서 확립되어 있는 표준화된 절차가 미흡하여 품질인증을 위한 표준적인 절차의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 품질인증 기관의 관점에서 활용할 수 있는 소프트웨어 품질인증 체계와 프로세스를 구축하여 품질인증 과정에서 효과적으로 적용할 수 있도록 고려하여 각 단계별 세부 절차 및 각 절차별 활동을 구축하였다.

U-city구축에서 전기의 안전한 공급과 전기로 인한 화재 등 재난에 대한 통제가 가능해야 한다. U-city에 구축되어야 할 Smart Grid 네트워크와 Smart Grid 인프라 구축을 위해서 사용되는 전기IT기기에 대한 인증을 위한 인증설계와 인증방법에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 개발이 진행 중인 전기IT기기의 인증을 위하여 국내 국제표준화 기준을 연구한 후 국내에서 인증 받을 수 있는 인증설계를 연구한다. 인증설계는 Home Network Wall-Pad, 비접촉식 아크 검출기, 아크 안전진단, 아울렛, 저전압 배전반(MPNP) 블랙박스, 차단기이다. 그리고 인증기관에서 인증적용과 인증내용 및 평가기준과 전기IT기기의 인증심의 기관에서 기준 값 등에 관한 연구를 한다. 본 연구는 Smart Grid 네트워크와 인프라 구축을 위한 실무적인 연구 자료로 활용될 것이다.

In developing countries where many of these institutions exist in relatively weak form, the investment pattern of VCs in developing countries may differ from one of VCs in developed countries. Given this situation, the research question of this study is how venture capitals invest new technology based ventures in developing countries. To address the research question, our study employs insight from signaling theory and examines two ways. First, what are the internal value of new technology based ventures and the identity of endorsing organization signaling to venture capitals' investment in developing countries? Second, Do venture capitals play a pivotal role for the growth of new technology based ventures in developing countries? This study then tests these hypotheses using the new technology based ventures in Korea which is regarded as an example of developing countries in Northeas tern Asia. Entrepreneur's prior work experience in a related industry in the human capital variables and collaboration with business groups and certification of venture company in the endorsement variables result in obtaining venture capital's investment and superior new technology based venture's growth whereas entrepreneur's educational level has no effect on venture capital's investment and firm's growth.
