일과 삶의 균형과 조직몰입에 관한 연구: 일가치감의 조절효과 (A Study on the Influence of Work-Life Balance on Organizational Commitment: Moderating Effects of Perceived Value of Work(PVW))

  • 본 연구는 일과 삶의 균형이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 연구이다. 근로시간이 길고, 휴일의 패턴이 불규칙한 외식산업 종사자들의 일과 삶의 균형에 주목했다. 외식산업 종사자에게 중요한 일과 삶의 균형의 차원을 밝히기 위해 일과 삶의 균형을 일-가정, 일-성장, 일-여가 영역으로 보다 세분화하여 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그리고 외식산업 경영자들에게 일과 삶의 균형에 관한 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 일과 삶의 균형이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 일가치감의 조절효과를 분석했다. 부산, 울산, 경남지역의 외식산업 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일과 삶의 균형 차원 중 일-성장균형과 일-여가균형은 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 일-가정균형은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 종속변수인 조직몰입에 대해서, 독립변수인 일과 삶의 균형과 조절변수인 일가치감의 상호작용효과에서 일-성장균형이 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 독립변수인 일-가정균형, 일-여가균형과 조절 변수인 일가치감의 상호작용효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

가사노동의 모녀간 세대전달과 관련변수 (Generational transmission of household work from mothers to married daughters and related variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigation the variables that affected the generational transmission of household work form mothers to their married daughter. The subjects were 415 married daughters and their mothers living in Seoul and metropolitan areas. Statistical techniques used for this study included descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows : First, married daughters; value of household work was significantly affected by total periods of marriage of daughters, daughter's perceived similarity to their mothers' household work. Second, married daughters' preference for household work was significantly affected by mother's occupation (managerialㆍprofessional), mother's perceived similarity, daughter's experience of living with mother-in-law, daughter's sex-role attitude, and daughter's perceived similarity. Third, married daughters' ability to do household work was significantly affected by total periods of marriage for mothers, mother's perceived similarity, and daughter's perceived similarity. Fourth, married daughters' standard of household work was significantly affected by mother's perceived similarity, daughter's occupation (techniciansㆍclerk), daughter's monthly income, and daughter's perceived similarity. Fifth, married daughters' usage level of home equipments was significantly affected by mother's birth order, mother's education, mother's occupation (managerialㆍprofessional), daughter's birth order, daughter's education, and daughter's monthly income. Sixth, Mother related variables had greater power than daughter related ones in explaining daughters' values and preference for household work value and preferences and usage of home equipments. In conclusion, married daughter's consciousness and performance of household work were significantly influenced by their mothers. It was especially so in daughter's usage level of hoe equipments. Accordingly, the results of this study support the existence of generational transmission of household work from mothers to their married daughters with regard to its consciousness and performance. Findings of this study have implications for counsellors, practitioners and educators.

Service Quality, Value and Satisfaction in University Job Fair

  • This paper examines the casual relations among service quality, perceived value and satisfaction from the perspective of Job Fair attendees. Numerous studies have been conducted in the field of perceived value and satisfaction. This work would be the mere contribution in the literature development but surely contribute to the better development of service providing sector to create better quality, value and satisfaction. A framework suggested that personal service, touristic attractiveness and physical environments were turned out to affect positively on the perceived value and satisfaction. The service providers should concentrate on developing the issues.

문학 경제학 -사용가치에서 교환가치로의 전이 (Economics of Literature: Transfer of 'Worth' to 'Value')

  • The two fields, economics of art and literature, tend to be put together as part of cultural economic studies; yet the former has been widely popular as compared to the latter. Economics of art has been known as part of social science which studies art economically. Similarly, economics of literature is likely to be an interdisciplinary study of literature and economics. Literature is suggested usually to reflect the economic base of a society as a form of its superstructure in view of classical Marxism; so, it is interesting to see social, economic activities, such as individual values and social institutions, income, price and opportunity cost, in a particular way of analyzing economic ideas in literature. Capital seems to have an innate property of self-expansion in literature; this property thus features actual economic life since in capitalism money is the universal value between persons and literary works. Specifically, the field of economics of literature starts with such ideas: economics of literature is part of cultural economics; and economics of literature deals with the economic value of literature. Putting interdisciplinary fields of literature and economics together, this study is to examine the economic value of literature in which Karl Marx talked about commodities with exchange value, use value, and fetishism. The exchange value is commercial worth, the actual exchange value of a publication; yet, the use value is innate worth, the aesthetic use value of literature. With commodity fetishism, profit seems not as the outcome of a social relation, but of a work- "reification" as the would-be Marxists suggest. As a commodity, the literary work appears to be able to animate life and power in reality. As a result, this paper asserts that social, economical activities in literature as we may apply to the study of economics of literature increase its economic value, implying commercial and innate worth, as the capital in the marketplace.

한국인(韓國人) 청년남여(靑年男女)의 최대산소섭취량(最大酸素攝取量)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) - 제(第) II 편(篇) 남여운동선수(男女運動選手)의 최대산소섭취량(最大酸素攝取量)에 관(關)하여 - (Studies on the Maximal Oxygen Intake of the Korean - Part II. The Maximal Oxygen Intake of Korean Athletes -)

  • The maximal oxygen intake (MOI) was determined in 54 males (23 nonathletes, 10 basketball players, 8 hand ball players, 7 weight lifters and 6 long distance runners) and in 49 females (24 non-athletes, 16 basketball players and 9 volley ball players) by using a treadmill method outlined in Part I of the present investigation and the following results were obtained: (1) The maximal aerobic work capacity varied from the lowest value of 1,008 kg-m/min in female non-athletes to the highest value of approximately 2,000 kg-m/min in male basketball players and long distance runners. Values of other groups varied from 1,400 kg-m/min in male non-athletes and female athletes to 1,800 kg-m/min in male hand ball players. (2) The MOI per unit body weight varied from the lowest value of 41.3 ml/min/kg in female non-athletes to the highest value of 67.6 ml/min/kg in male long distance runners. Values of other groups were in the order of 47 to 55 ml/min/kg. (3) The heart rate during maximal aerobic work performance varied from the lowest value of approximately 180 per min in female basketball players and male long distance runners to the highest value of 190 or above in nonathletes of both sexes. (4) An estimate of oxygen debt as measured during 15 minutes following the maximal work was 3.841 in female non-athletes, 4.681 in female athletes, 5.561 in male non-athletes and 6.321 in male athletes. These results indicate that the MOI per unit body weight as well as the oxygen debt of Korean non-athletes were comparable to, while corresponding values of Korean athletes were considerably lower than, those of other countries such as Japan, the United States of America and Europe.

The Color Arrangement of Working Clothes for Visibility in Machine Industrial Work Site

  • This study is about the evaluation of the color arrangements of working clothes that are harmonized with working environment and assist in the protection of workers in industrial sites. This study attempted color arrangement design with the intention of giving order to the colors of working environment and working clothes so as to help improve the safety of work and the management aspects including human resource management, efficiency improvement, and the practice of business ethics. The study method consisted of literature research, empirical research, and evaluation research. The literature research performed theoretical examination about colors, industrial safety, and visibility. Three actual outdoor work sites in the machine industry were chosen and pictures were taken at 20-30 m from workers. The background colors of the work environment of each work site and the colors of the working clothes that were actually worn were analyzed through color values measured with a color-difference meter(CR-400). As a result, it was found that between value and chroma which affect visibility, color arrangement based on differences in chroma could be a greater influence than color arrangement based on differences in value. The results of this study could assist the integration of color schemes among working environment colors, people and working clothes by suggesting color arrangements with improved visibility that are applicable to the working clothes of domestic machine manufacturers that are playing a pivotal role in domestic industries and by presenting appropriate guidelines.

노년기 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구 - 자원봉사활동 집단과 경제활동집단의 비교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Satisfaction with Life for the Elderly - Comparison Study of volunteer work group and economic activities group -)

  • 본 연구는 노년기의 활동 유형을 자원봉사 활동과 경제활동으로 구분하여 각 집단의 사회인구학적인 변인과 가치관이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 60세 이상의 노인으로 활동 유형별로 질문지를 구분하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자원봉사활동 집단은 총201명(남성 76명, 36.8%, 여성 125명, 62.2%), 경제활동 집단은 총219명(남성 127명, 58.0%, 여성 92명, 42.0%)이다. 구체적인 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 14.0 Windows 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 평균, 표준편차, 요인분석, 적률 상관관계, t-test, 일원변량 분석, 위계적 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과로 노년기 활동 유형별 자원봉사 활동 집단에서는 집단주의 가치관이 높을수록 그리고 종교가 있는 노인 집단과 인지적인 건강 상태가 양호할수록 삶의 만족도를 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 경제활동 집단에서는 집단주의 가치관이 높을수록 그리고 월평균 수입이 많고, 인지적 건강상태가 양호할수록 삶의 만족도를 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 두 활동 유형 모두 집단주의 가치관이 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 공통변인임이 입증되었다. 즉, 연령이 증가할수록 전통적인 성향의 집단주의 가치관이 더욱 두드러지는 경향으로 나타났으며, 경제활동 집단보다 자원봉사활동 집단에서 보다 더 높은 집단적인 가치관이 표현되었고, 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 삶의 질을 높이고, 만족감을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안으로 자원봉사 활동의 다양한 종류가 개발되고, 운영될 수 있는 체계적 시스템이 구축되어야 할 것이다.

전공과 성별에 따른 대학생들의 직업가치관 분석: 공학 및 사회과학 계열을 중심으로 (The Analysis about Work Value of Undergraduates According to Major and Gender: In Focus of Engineering and Social Science Department)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전공과 성별에 따른 대학생들의 직업가치관을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 연구 결과 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공학계열과 사회과학계열 대학생들은 직업가치 중 성취와 몸과 마음의 여유를 매우 중시했다. 둘째, 대학생들은 성취, 직업안정, 심신의 여유, 금전적 보상, 인정 영역에 높은 가치를 부여했고, 내재적 가치 지향이 외재적 가치 지향보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 두 집단은 봉사, 지식 추구, 애국, 금전적 보상, 인정, 실내활동 영역에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 성별에 따른 직업가치관 분석 결과 남학생은 심신의 여유, 성취, 직업 안정, 지식추구, 금전적 보상 순으로 높은 가치를 부여했다. 여학생은 금전적 보상, 심신의 여유, 성취, 직업 안정이 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 봉사, 애국 등의 영역이 낮은 가치 수준에 머무르고 있는 것은 진로교육을 통해 지속적으로 개선해야 할 여지가 있다고 보아진다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 결과는 대학생들의 진로 탐색에 대한 지도와 조언을 위한 교육과정을 구성하고 운영하는 데 있어서 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

창업자기능감, 일가치 및 창업지원서비스가 창업의도에 미치는 영향 - 커피전문점 창업을 중심으로 - (The Influences of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy, Work Value, and Entrepreneurial Service on the Entrepreneurial Intention of Coffee Shop Founders)

  • 본 연구는 커피전문점 예비창업자들을 대상으로 커피전문점 창업의도에 창업 자기효능감, 일가치(내재적 일가치 및 외재적 일가치) 및 창업지원서비스에 대한 유용성 지각 등이 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 커피전문점 종사자 중 향후 커피전문점 창업의도가 있는 자 300명으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 커피전문점 예비창업자의 창업 자기효능감은 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 커피전문점창업에 대한 일가치 지각과 창업의도와의 관계에서는 내재적 일가치만 창업의도와 통계적으로 유의한 영향관계에 있다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이는 경제적 보수, 지위 등의 외재적인 가치요인보다 자기개발, 발전가능성, 자기만족 등 창업이란 새로운 직업이 제공하는 본질적인 가치속성들이 커피전문점을 창업하고자 하는데 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로, 커피전문점 예비창업자의 창업지원서비스에 대한 유용성 지각은 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 정부의 창업지원서비스의 중요성을 다시 한 번 일깨워 준다.

설계변경 시 VE 적용을 위한 예비연구 (Preliminary Study on Applying VE to Design Change)

  • Change requests occur persistently in the construction phase of a construction project. The law requires that the contract amount be adjusted in accordance with the relevant regulations when there is a change in the construction amount due to the design change in the construction contract. SAVE international, on the other hand, defines the value methodology as a systematic and structured approach to improving projects, products and processes. Design Changes in the construction projects require organizational efforts to improve value and quality. However, the law does not include change requests in which the VE object is fixed and related data is collected and function analysis can be derived in a short time. Therefore, it is necessary to apply VE to the design change procedure, which can further improve the value of construction work. The application derived from this study need to be presented as simply as possible without compromising the basic concept of VE. If the application is extended to the field and proved to be effective, it is expected to contribute to the overall value of construction work.
