For any thought and knowledge, its growth and development has close relation with the society where it is developed and grow. As Feuerbach says, the birth of spirit needs an existence of two human beings, i. e. the social background, as well as the birth of body does. But, at the educational viewpoint, the spread and the growth of such a thought or knowledge that influence favorably the development of a society must be also considered. We would discuss the goal and the function of mathematics education in relation with the prosperity of a technological civilization. But, the goal and the function are not unrelated with the spiritual culture which is basis of the technological civilization. Most societies of today can be called open democratic societies or societies which are at least standing such. The concept of rationality in such societies is a methodological principle which completes the democratic society. At the same time, it is asserted as an educational value concept which explains comprehensively the standpoint and the attitude of one who is educated in such a society. Especially, we can considered the cultivation of a mathematical thinking or a logical thinking in the goal of mathematics education as a concept which is included in such an educational value concept. The use of the concept of rationality depends on various viewpoints and criterions. We can analyze the concept of rationality at two aspects, one is the aspect of human behavior and the other is that of human belief or knowledge. Generally speaking, the rationality in human behavior means a problem solving power or a reasoning power as an instrument, i. e. the human economical cast of mind. But, the conceptual condition like this cannot include value concept. On the other hand, the rationality in human knowledge is related with the problem of rationality in human belief. For any statement which represents a certain sort of knowledge, its universal validity cannot be assured. The statements of value judgment which represent the philosophical knowledge cannot but relate to the argument on the rationality in human belief, because their finality do not easily turn out to be true or false. The positive statements in science also relate to the argument on the rationality in human belief, because there are no necessary relations between the proposition which states the all-pervasive rule and the proposition which is induced from the results of observation. Especially, the logical statement in logic or mathematics resolves itself into a question of the rationality in human belief after all, because all the logical proposition have their logical propriety in a certain deductive system which must start from some axioms, and the selection and construction of an axiomatic system cannot but depend on the belief of a man himself. Thus, we can conclude that a question of the rationality in knowledge or belief is a question of the rationality both in the content of belief or knowledge and in the process where one holds his own belief. And the rationality of both the content and the process is namely an deal form of a human ability and attitude in one's rational behavior. Considering the advancement of mathematical knowledge, we can say that mathematics is a good example which reflects such a human rationality, i. e. the human ability and attitude. By this property of mathematics itself, mathematics is deeply rooted as a good. subject which as needed in moulding the ability and attitude of a rational person who contributes to the development of the open democratic society he belongs to. But, it is needed to analyze the practicing and pursuing the rationality especially in mathematics education. Mathematics teacher must aim the rationality of process where the mathematical belief is maintained. In fact, there is no problem in the rationality of content as long the mathematics teacher does not draw mathematical conclusions without bases. But, in the mathematical activities he presents in his class, mathematics teacher must be able to show hem together with what even his own belief on the efficiency and propriety of mathematical activites can be altered and advanced by a new thinking or new experiences.

The object of this study was 200 patients who had been treated in the Oriental Medical Hospital at Dong Eui Medical Center during 9 months from Jan. 1999 to sept. 1999. We proceeded the judgment of Sasang Constitution according to 'Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification (I)', and 'Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification II(QSCCII)' and the diagnosis by a medical specialist. The following conclusion were made in comparison with Sasang Constitution and Questionnaire. 1. We selected the 84 subjects what had the statistical value out of the 196 subjects('Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification (I)' had the 71 subjects and 'Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification II(QSCCII)', had the 121 subjects). And we selected again the 73 subjects('Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification (I)', had the 33 subjects and 'Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification II (QSCC II)' had the 40 subjects) out of the 84 subjects, because it had a repeated subjects. 2. We made the Questionnaire what has the 85 subjects, including the subjects what was approved its statistical value by 'A CLINICAL STUDY OF THE JUDGMENT OF SASANG CONSTITUTION ACCORDING TO QUESTIONNAIRE' and 'A CLINICAL STUDY OF THE TYPE OF DISEASE AND SYMPTOM ACCORDING TO SASANG CONSTITUTION CLASSIFICATION'. The subject what ask the physique and the body form was 7, the subject what ask the external appearance and the posture was 7, the subject what ask the habit and the character was 3, the subject what ask the physiology and the pathology was 3, the subject what ask the phenomenon that he has frequency was 4, the subject what ask the eating was 3, the subject what ask the symptom that he has frequency was 14, the subject what ask the work and the qualities-defects was 6, the subject what ask the friendly intercourse was 7, the subject what ask the usual mind was 5, the subject what ask the emotional inclination was I, the subject what ask the behavioral inclination was 10, the subject what ask the character was 15. 3. In the new Questionnaire, the subject what has relevance to Soyang was 84, the subject what has relevance to Soeum was 87, the subject what has relevance to Taeeum was 70. And we made the point of subject with the statistical ratio. The total point of Soyang was 7785.04, the total point of Soeum was 7742.80, the total point of Taeeum was 7746.60. 4. As a result of judgment of Sasang Constitution between the clinical diagnosis by a medical specialist and the new Questionnaire, the diagnostic accuracy of new Questionnaire was 73.33%. The diagnostic accuracy of Soyang was low, the others was high. And the Taeyang was excepted.

In this study, the patterns and characteristics according to gait cycle were analyzed using to EMG signals during walking, and analyzed in the time domain and frequency domain. The experiments was performed divide to level-ground walking and stair walking, and gait cycle was analysis by stance and swing. In the sagittal plane by using the tilt sensor measures the angle of the lower leg, and EMG was measured from the quadriceps and biceps femoris. The tilt of the lower leg was showed the biggest tilt at HS, and showed lowest value at TO. All in walking according to the gait cycle IEMG showed a specific pattern, and is expected useful to determine the gait cycle and kind. In the frequency domain analysis was using STFT on able to frequency analysis according to time, and using the tilt sensor was identify gait cycle. We analyzed also spectrum of the results of the STFT in all gait types, and recognized that stance had broad bandwidth than that of swing. Through this study, it was confirmed the possibility of judgment and analysis of the gait cycle using EMG and the tilt in the sagittal plane of the lower leg. When used it, can improve the quality of life of amputation patients

Research background: Despite the visible growth in radiation usage and nuclear power development, the analysis of their relationship with fundamental rights, a subject of public concern regarding issues including the right to health, environmental rights, safety rights, the right to know, the right to development, and the right to life, is currently non-existent. Methods: By examining various fundamental rights in the context of positive laws regarding radiation and nuclear power in an idealistic perspective that guarantees the maximum degree of rights, this paper aims to propose legislative supplements that will lead to improvements in quality of life. Result and discussion: In the South Korean Constitution, radiation and nuclear power is a subject incorporating several rights, including at least 12 clauses that are directly related to fundamental rights; these constitutional rights are manifested in the various clauses of the 14 positive laws regarding radiation and nuclear power. The question on the relative importance of each fundamental right as reflected in these positive laws- whether the right to life should be prioritized or considered equal in weight to the right to health, environmental rights, the right to know, and safety rights- requires careful deliberation and is difficult to humanly resolve in the short term. Conclusion: Making policy that expands the usage of radiation and nuclear power while simultaneously preventing their associated risks is an important task for the Republic of Korea, and a proper value judgment is necessary to find a balance in its associated rights.

A physician assumes toward his patient the obligation to use such reasonable care and skill as is commonly possessed and exercised by physicians in the same general line of practice in the same or similar localities and to use his best judgment at the times. Medical disputes between physicians and patients are, ever more increased in these days as human body, happens to cause a variety of changes in body unlike the function of machine. Such increased trends of medical disputes became a problem in common across the word under the influence of affluent living standard, high consciousness of life value and right by today's people. The aim of this dissertation is oriented to forming a physician's responsibilities in medicalcare accidents arising between physicians and patients. A general physician, for example, has not been negligent merely because, a specialist might have treated the patient with greater skill and knowledge. However, the fact that a physician may have acted to the best of his ability will not avoid legal problems for damages resulting from substandard treatment, that is the degree of care and skill which is to be expected of the ordinary practitioner in his field of practice. The duty of a physician who is, or holds himself out to be, a specialist is greater in the field of his specialty than one who is a general physician. A patient's consent to routine medical procedures is implied from the fact that patient comes to the physician with a medical problem and voluntarily submits to the procedures. For the more serious medical procedures and for major operations, however, it is preferable for the physician to have the patient's consent in writing, to facilitate proof of the consent in the event of a dispute or litigation. Suppose that mistakes on the part of physicians are likely to be blamed in all cases of malpractice. Then it will create a sort of shrinkage in activities of medical treatment. There should be some limitation on excessive application of 'The thing speaks for itself' on mistakes by physicians and availablity of cause and effect. It is a matter of complicity as well as a matter of importance to draw a definite boundary on responsibilities of physician. A series of further research on this particular aspect is strongly urged.

This study provides an analysis of ex post efficient outcome, which can be said an objective of distressed restructurings, using the stock return of listed companies. The findings of this study are as follows: First, upon completing the distressed restructurings, reorganization and workout cases showed positive announcement effects, which was statistically significant. Also, composition cases displayed a positive value, but it was not statistically significant. Second, with respect to post-restructuring long-run stock performance, reorganization and composition showed underperformance after completion. However, workout cases showed overperformance after the completion. Third, multiple regression analysis to find factors affecting post-restructuring long-run stock performance suggests that higher asset decrease(ASSETCH), shareholder concentration (OWNCEN), largest shareholders' stake(OWN) have more positive impacts on long-run performance. However, change of the largest shareholder(OWNERCH) has negative impacts on long-run performance. Finally, change of the largest shareholder is a negative factor in the performance of the distressed restructurings. Therefore, this study implies that if M&A is used as a way of early completing the distressed restructurings, prudent judgment is required on whether a firm can recover its competitiveness and is likely to be economically viable again.

Persuasion is one of the attractive channels to enhance the relation between markerters and consumers and deliver the true communication on products to the consumers. This arctic tried to examine the symbolic meaning system as a way of maximizing the visual communicational effect of persuasion, the efforts of marketers who are trying to utilize the psychology of the mass that consume the symbol rather than products and the symbol system as a mean of propaganda were analyzed as well. People in modern age, in general, place more value on the emotional assoessibility than the efficiency of the product, As a result, the ways of expression of propaganda approaching the mass are in the process of gradual change, which was another theme this article tried to explore. Ames sied that the human preoeption has a tendency to perceive things in some organized pattern, which can be applied to even untransparable and meaningless image. Human beings don't perceive what there is but what, thery believe there to be, and his peroeption are channelized by the opportunity of the past, his peroeption are channelized by the opportunity of the past, his experience of the environment, and the history of learning. To say another word, people not only recognize the objective form but also accept the inside meaning of the visual object. Their reponse to the visual object, therefore, include personal cognition, judgment, and attitued. The communication in visual design reveals the culture, society, and art in a complex symbol, and make synthetic cultural interpretation possible. It's pretty attractive, effective, and reasonable method to use symbolic meaning system as a way of persuasion. It is because communication means whole process from receiving and delivering the information and message to making common meaning system, to measuring the effect of the behavior change.

In this paper, since most business process of D-agency is being performed through some information systems, including Onnara System is a government standard operating management system, computerized accumulated in the system documentation based on, even if there is no independent job analysis system, in a judgment that can be can be tissue diagnosis, it presented a job analysis plan that leverages the existing information system. Most material is passed online in business processing between departments and between colleagues, it is returned. In situations where most information systems for such business processing is built developed, grasp the work procedures and information systems D-agency data accumulated to derive the necessary elements for job analysis quantified, and verified the validity of the element in the regression statistics.In addition, classification system (BRM, Business Reference Model) of the existing functionality that is available only Onnara System, and to establish a job analysis architecture to be able to function diagnostic departments to leverage common also in other information systems, related implement illustrating additional features of the information system, to derive a department duties value calculation formula with it, and present various job analysis plan that can actually be utilized to diagnose and derived elements department appropriate personnel.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between internal service quality, internal customer satisfaction and management outcome of airport security agents. This study had selected special securities from Incheon airport of October, 2011 for population. Using judgment sampling method, 282 samples were drawn and were used for the final analysis. Questionnaire used in study is composed of total 43 questions and using SPSSWIN 18.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were performed. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value which shows the reliability of the survey came out to be over .686. The conclusion is following: First, internal service quality of airport security agents affects internal customer satisfaction. That is, as corporality, responsiveness and empathy increase, internal supply satisfaction and job satisfaction also increase. Second, internal service quality of airport security agent affects job performance. That is, as corporality, reliability and responsiveness increase, non-financial performance and financial performance also increase. However, when empathy is not activated well, financial performance is decreased. Third, airport security agent…s internal customer satisfaction affects job performance. That is, as activation of internal supply satisfaction increases, nonfinancial performance and financial performance are increased. Fourth, airport special security agent…s inside quality of service exerts direction indirect effect in inside customers satisfaction and management result. That is, inside customers satisfaction is an important variable that mediate inside quality of service and management result.

In designing a tunnel, RMR has been widely used to classify rock mass and to decide the support pattern according to the class of rock mass. However, this RMS system can't help relying on the empirical judgment of engineers who use variables which can be obtained only through consideration of the site conditions. In actuality, it is impossible to consider all the rating factors of RMS when using RMR system at the stage of designing. Therefore, in order to confirm possibility of RMR by use of only the quantitative factors for designing, this paper has done discriminant analysis. Rock strength or RQD has high coefficient of correlation with RMR value, and in consideration of the existing standards for rock mass classification, rock intensity and RQD are important factors for classification of rock mass. Through rock mass classification by the existing RMR system and rock mass classification by the discriminant analysis which has considered two variables only, the discriminant analysis using the rock intensity as an independent variable has shown 74.8% accuracy while the discriminant analysis using RQD as an independent variable has shown 74.3% accuracy. In case of the discriminant analysis which has considered both rock intensity and RQD, it has shown 82.5% accuracy. The existing cases have shown 40.3% accuracy at the stage of designing in which all the RMR factors are considered. It means that at the stage of designing, RMR system can work only with the rock intensity and RQD.
