The purpose of this study is to figure out the stroller for baby with physical disability and to suggest improvement by using the usability test. Usability evaluation is separated by the user and the expert evaluation was conducted. Strollers for disabled users to analyze the evaluation of this experience using a guardian of a child with a disability was conducted targeting 30 people. The function and structure of the stroller easy to evaluate whether the five-point scale. Professional 10 strollers for disabled users with the problems of the design and structure were looking to make a suggestion. In this study, to obtain foreign products and differentiation, functionality, and ease of analyzing the conditions of satisfaction and competitiveness of domestic products will be able to contribute.

This study was carried out aiming to provide information and enhance the satisfaction of real-time smartphones users on Rural Amenity Resources Information Services. For this purpose, domestic and international discussions and surveys on technology developments and expert analysis smartphone technology were reviewed. And empirical data were collected from 600 people through structured questionnaires including smart-phone experience, smartphone usage behavior, the required content, service items, service quality, Through this information, the content of rural amenity resources, how to take advantage of smart phones. Service Plan and developed, and a rural village locations to target mobile phone technology, the content was established. Through the preference analysis of the collected data, we designed the contents of rural amenity resources information based on smart-phone. It will be helpful to enhance the interchange between urban and rural such as farmer's market and rural tourism.

In many cases, modern aircraft are equipped with data acquisition system which checks the structural integrity of the aircraft. The analysis of the vibration data collected with the system is generally performed in dependence on a skilled expert who is familiar with aircraft design. Therefore, it is difficult to provide a representative and objective defect identification standard for general users. In this paper, we shows that it is possible to identify the type of maneuvers and faults by using the Principal Component Analysis(PCA) method in the vast vibration data collected during aircraft operation without using the existing aircraft design analysis. We classified the ROK Army aircraft vibration data for maneuvers and faults types, and applied the PCA to the classified data. Our result shows that it is possible to develop an objective maneuver/fault identification method without design analysis for general users.

The study has planned to analyze the most typical specification validation in Korea and the other countries, which shows the well-formed and schema validation, in purpose to enhance users' conveniences. Also, we suggested the validation system to provide the information compatibility regarding to application programs for non-expert. The featured KML specification supported by the VWorld 3D Desktop and the Google Earth. Based on this above estimation, the system has been designed to inform potential problems and the applicability in 3D Desktop and Google Earth for the user. The KML information passed through the proposed validation is simply expressed on the map, so as instructed the information on the program selection and additional details instruct users as a text file. When not being suitable for the proposed program, another program can be considered, and the problems which may be occurred are also announced to increase the compatibility of KML.

These days, smart card management system(SCMS) have been broadly used for security conformability, efficiency of issuance management, key management and expert management in the smart card market. SCMS is composed of card management, issuance management, key management, application management, and issuers management systems. SCMS enables card issuers from banks, credit card companies, and telecommunications companies to provide these cards to card users. And then SCMS enables card users to download new programs to chips for use of these cards successively and provide related smart card data in safety and efficiency. In this paper, we propose a framework for security assessment and an efficient method for security improvement through fault analysis which is more effective.

As an empirical study on the psychological side effects of using Social Networking Services (SNS), this study aims to identify the reality of negative emotion of using SNS and to predict its consequences. To this end, a measurement tool was developed through literature review, in-depth interview with users and expert review to induce negative emotional factors that can arise while using SNS. An exploratory factor analysis was performed for a total of 24 measurement items, which then were divided into the following 6 factors: 'concern over privacy,' 'burden from undesired connection,' 'relative deprivation,' 'a sense of alienation,' 'concern over reputation' and 'negative feeling about simple relationship.' Also, the relationship between the 6 negative emotional factors and psychological dissonance was analyzed. The results indicate that all the factors, except relative deprivation and a sense of alienation, affect psychological dissonance. It was also found that psychological dissonance, which implies a conflicting condition from using SNS, significantly affects the behavior that possibly reduces and limits the use of SNS. In other words, the users who have experienced psychological dissonance respond passively by avoiding the use of SNS to resolve the dissonance. The results of this study provide the base for explaining the psychological side effects of using SNS, which have been understood at a phenomenal level, such as 'Facebook depression' or 'SNS stress.' In addition, this study is of significance as it helps understand the psychological mechanism by identifying the relationship between negative emotion and use behavior with the theory of cognitive dissonance.

The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based database system to manage effectively data collected to evaluate program learning outcomes (PO) in a nursing school. The database management system (DBMS) was developed using a software development life cycle method: Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation. The demands for the content and system of users were collected. The system structure, database using an entity-relationship modeling, and user interface were designed based on the demands. The designed DBMS was created using GWT, Java and Apache HTTP server. The expert group and users evaluated the implemented DBMS. Problems derived from them were modified. The average of end-user computing satisfaction evaluated by 8 nursing faculty and 5 teaching assistants was 4.14 (SD =.44). The web-based PO DBMS makes it possible for nursing faculty members to access and use much of the information needed for analysis and decision-making.

This Study explores the reason why the social media like Cyworld, Iloveschool in Korea in the viewpoint if the layered model by interview. As a result the success factor in the viewpoint of layered model, user used social media for fulfilling the need for linking with other users and the social media offers the customized contents to user. Finally the social media dominated the market in advance. Facebook and Kakao talk are good examples of successful media. The failure factors are to care less about what other users want, to limit the expand of platform and not to copy with the change of the media environment. Iloveschool, Cyworld and Twitter are the examples of failure social media in Korean society. This study highlights the importance of the sensitivity of the change of environment. The expert mentioned the importance of 4th industrial revolution technology like AI, Big data and expected that new technology will emerge and the service will be developed by the change of user's taste.

This study was carried out the exercise monitoring utilizing mobile device which is easily accessible and personalized exercise prescription based on it. For this, a variety of exercise monitoring and status of those were investigated and suggested the potential of personalized exercise prescription. If individual users send their body and vital informations using a mobile device, all informations are collected in u-Fitness center. After then exercise expert provide a customized prescription based on the collected information and feed data into database of u-Fitness center. System of U-Fitness center will provide the best personalized exercise prescription by automatically connecting to the content providers. In the future, a variety of mobile devices and services will work together and it can be evolved as an open platform that can be used for multiple services according to the needs of individual users on a single platform.

The intensification of the competition among container terminals has led to important affect such as, decision making or aggressive intervention of customers for terminal operation. Therefore, in case of developed ports, the large transition of port operation is composed of the press of terminal customer than decision making of terminal manager. Overall port tariffs for using terminal is made out by the conference of terminal customers than the supreme headquarters of terminal operation, and the related investment of terminal has been made according to requisition or proposal of customers. Therefore, among decision making problems that shippers, shipping companies, and freight forwarder among decision making problems that shippers, shipping companies, and freight forwarder face, the choice of the container terminal is one of the most important problems. So, the decision making of the users seems to have a significant impact on the competitive power of container terminals. The main objective of this study is to design port marketing strategy for strengthening the competitive power of container terminals. The results of this study were found as follows: Firstly, port authority should establish user-oriented operation policy of terminal as the means of activating the opinion window, using terminal monitoring system(TMS). Secondly, terminal planning and development of government should be made to minimize the lead time, to induce the civil capital and to utilize the economies of scale. Thirdly, port authority needs to endeavor to analyze the information of competing foreign terminals as well to promote the concentrated marketing for the terminal on the users, to train the expert and to develop the new port charge system. Fourthly, to improve the competitive power of the container terminal, Port Authority should optimize the subsystems related to port marketing, far more these systems should be joined organically to work effectively. Finally, port authority system should be introduced, Namely, port should have the enterprise inclination as well s the public inclination.
