  • The purpose of this study is to identify the teaching anxiety experienced by instruction librarians of university libraries and to propose support measures to alleviate it. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted targeting instruction librarians among librarians of group 'A' university across the country. As a result of analyzing a total of 138 valid responses, 84.8% of the librarians responded that they had experienced teaching anxiety. There was no difference in teaching anxiety in terms of library work experience, instruction work experience, instruction frequency, instruction work weight, and librarian role recognition, but there was a significant difference in emotions and readiness before entering the teaching role. As a way to alleviate the teaching anxiety of instruction librarians, it was suggested that the curriculum for user education should be established from the undergraduate course in library and information science, guidelines should be prepared at the level of higher institutions or councils, and to diversify the curriculum of specialized librarian education and training institutions.

  • The rapid proliferation of wireless networks provides a ubiquitous channel for delivering instructional materials at the convenience of the user. By delivering content through portable devices linked to the Internet, the full spectrum of multimedia capabilities is available for engaging the user's interest. This capability encompasses not only text but images, video, speech generation and voice recognition. Moreover, the incorporation of machine learning capabilities at the source provides the ability to tailor the material to the general level of expertise of the user as well as the immediate needs of the moment: for instance, a request for information regarding a particular city might be covered by a leisurely presentation if solicited from the home, but more tersely if the user happens to be driving a car. This paper presents system architecture to support mobile instruction in conjunction with knowledge-based tutoring capabilities. For concreteress, the general concepts are examined in the context of a system for mathematics education on the Web.

  • Recently, countries have recognized the significant to instruct the information literacy to library users so that they can positively and actively use the information. However, among the courses of library and information science in the colleges of South Korea which educate the potential librarians, few courses have the objectives to make the students obtain the abilities to teach the information literacy in the future. Since this lack of appropriate educations is reflected on the fields of library, the librarians have many difficulties in preparing for and performing user instructions. As an alternative solution for this problem, this study suggests opening a course, information user instructions, in the curriculum of library and information science of the colleges in South Korea and concretely demonstrated the curricular model. Also the course syllabus displays when this course would open.

  • In this paper, we design a covert channel based on instruction gadgets in smart sensing devices. Unlike the existing convert channels that usually utilize diverse physical characteristics or user behaviors or sensory data of smart sensing devices, we show that instruction gadgets could be exploited for covert channel establishment in smart sensing devices. In our devised covert channels, trojan smart sensing devices exchange attack packets in such a way that they encode an attack bit in attack packet to a series of addresses of instruction gadgets and decode an attack bit from a series of addresses of instruction gadgets.

  • Purpose: This study examined the importance and satisfaction of consumer's perception of the information delivery format of products and services required and recommended by KS A ISO / IEC Guide 13: 2003 and KS A ISO / IEC Guide 37: 2003. Methods: In this study, the importance and satisfaction of clarity, principles of information transfer, how to use expressions and technical terms, and technical terms, warning signs, and durability were investigated. Results: The t-test analysis of the importance and satisfaction of the Writing Rules of the product user guide showed that all items had statistically significant differences. The importance of the writing rules of the product user guide for the use of the product was in the order of warning signs (4.423), how to use expressions and technical terms (4.215), principles of information transfer (4.163), clarity (3.914), and finally durability (3.851). Conclusion: Among the 'explanation,' 'instruction' and 'warning' functions of the Product User Guide, the consumer uses the manual to identify the inherent dangers and misuse of the product. Besides, since the life of the product is prolonged, the Product User Guide also needs to improve the quality of the cover or paper so that it can use for a long time.

  • The purpose of the study is to review research trends of information literacy instruction by analyzing 118 journal articles published in the library and information science field in Korea. The study first categorized the literature by year, journal title, type of library, type of researcher, and topic. Then, it analyzed the contents of the literature by 8 sub-topics. The study found that in terms of types of libraries, school libraries were the most frequently studied, and in terms of topics, program development. Research about public libraries was scarce. Based on the findings, the study proposed future directions of research in the information literacy instruction area.

  • The functional testing of microprocessor comes to be time - consuming task with the progress of technology of LSl/VLSl . In this paper, we present an efficient method to test instruction decoding function of MC 68000 that is the reason of complicated functional testing. This method is based on the analysis of operation word that is instruction dccoding information available to user with microprocessor's manual. Thc instruction is partitioned into representative instructions and party instructions. Then 332 minimum test instruction pairs are chosen from 69 basic instructions for detecting of instruction decoding function faults and test procedure for these is discussed.
