개인이동형 교통수단(PM) 유형별 사고특성 및 위험도 비교연구 (A Comparison Study on the Risk and Accident Characteristics of Personal Mobility)

  • This study deals with characteristics and risk of a PM based on user survey result, road driving test and data analysis of PM accident. Text mining method is applied to extract PM accident data from Big Data, which are claim data of private insurance company. Road driving test and survey on safety, convenience, noise, overtake ability, steering ability, and climbing ability of PM are performed to evaluate user's safety and convenience considering domestic road condition. As the result of claim data analysis, annual average increase rate of PM accident is 47.4% and average compensation of personal mobility is higher than that of bicycle by maximum 1.5 times. 79.8% of PM accident is self-caused accident due to unskilled driving and age-specific diagnosis rate of driver over 60 is higher than that of under 60. Diagnosis rate of over 60 at lower limb, foot, rib and spine is especially higher than that of under 60. As the result of road driving test and user survey, satisfaction level on safety and convenience of PM is evaluated as close to that of bicycle and satisfaction level of PM is increased after boarding. Overtake ability, steering ability, and climbing ability of PM are evaluated as same or better than that of bicycle but warning equipment to pedestrian or bike such as horn is required because noise level of PM during driving is too low. Finally, user survey result shows that bicycle road is suitable for PM and safety standard, advance-education and insurance are required for PM. It is suggested that drivers' license for PM can be replaced by advance-education. Results of this study can be used to prepare safety measures and legal basis for PM operation.

무장애친화공원화를 위한 근린생활권 공원의 현황 및 이용자 만족도 분석 - 천호공원, 간데메공원, 훈련원공원을 대상으로 - (Current Status and User Satisfaction Analysis of Neighborhood Park for Barrier Free Friendly Park - A Focus on Cheonho Park, Gandaemae Park and Hunlyunwon Park -)

  • This study is aimed at grasping improvement factors of Cheonho Park, Gandaemae Park and Hunlyunwon Park as barrier free friendly parks. For this study, current status of parks, users' state and satisfaction were analyzed in October, 2014 and September, 2015. To detect current status, period of designing, whole size, facility pavement green space area, and main spaces were examined. As for BF status, mediation facilities, leading and guidance facilities, convenient facilities and BF pedestrial passage were analyzed. Also, It examined user behavior and satisfaction by accessibility, convenience and safety items. As a result of status analysis, three parks were designed in 1997~1998. The size of parks were $15,180m^2{\sim}26,697m^2$. As for mediation facilities, the slopes of walking-passage in Cheonho Park and Gandaemae Park were flat. The rate of leading-guidance facilities was 72.7%~93.4%. In the three parks, the effective width of safe pedestrian space within BF pedestrial passages was more than 1.8m. In Cheonho Park and Gandaemae Park, more than 50% of soil and urethane were used as paving materials. Users were the most satisfied with accessibilities in Cheonho Park due to flat-typed walking passages. In convenience, when it comes to using benches and pergolas, it showed significantly different satisfaction in every park. In safety, there were also considerable difference in every park. Overall, it was analysed that the satisfaction with information for safety and facilities was significantly low. Against this backdrop, this study suggests three considerations to recreate parks as barrier free friendly parks. 1) Flat-typed walking passages and enough parking areas near parks should be constructed. 2) Additional rest furniture for convenience should be installed and complemented. 3) Walking oriented-spatial safe facilities for safety should be differently supplemented.

  • 최근 3D 프린터의 발전으로 인하여 3D 프린팅에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 3D 프린팅은 사용자의 요구특성에 맞도록 제품을 설계하여 개인의 욕구와 다양한 요건들이 반영되어야 한다. 3D 프린팅 제품이 사용자의 요구특성에 따른 제품 구매 의도에 관한 활용방안 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구는 3D 프린팅 환경에서 개인 맞춤형 컨트롤러 제품 구매 의도의 영향요인에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 설문조사 및 통계분석 하였다. 연구결과 사용자의 혁신성과 편의성 안전성이 개인 맞춤형 컨트롤러 제품의 만족과 구매 의도에 중요한 요소임을 확인하였다. 3D 프린팅을 활용한 컨트롤러 제품 제작 시 사용자의 혁신성과 편의성, 안전성을 고려한다면 개인 맞춤형 컨트롤러제작의 가치를 높일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 개인 맞춤형 제품의 생산방식을 초기에 성공적으로 도입하고 이를 구체적이고 체계적으로 지원하는 개인 맞춤형 제품 개발 프레임워크에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

  • 최근 5년간, 해양 분야에서는 IT의 접목을 통한 안전운항이 큰 이슈가 되어왔다. 국제해사기구 NAV 위원회에서 정의하는 e-Navigation 전략이 수립되면, 기존 선내 다양한 정보는 필요와 목적에 따라 통합되어 사용되며, 그에 따른, 사용성 평가에 대한 논의가 시작되고 있다. 선박 정보 모니터링은 통합된 디스플레이를 사용하게 되며, 이를 위해서는, 표준에서 요구하는 사용성을 고려해야 한다. 이를 위하여, 본 논문에서는 선박 통합 모니터링을 위한 사용자 인터페이스 설계 가이드라인을 제시한다. 개념 및 요구 사항 분석 그리고 기존 제품의 분석을 바탕으로 선박 통합 모니터링을 위한 사용자 인터페이스 설계의 가이드라인을 제시한다.

  • 스마트카는 편의성, 안전성, 사용자경험을 극대화시킨 차로 기존 자동차에 비해 복잡하고 많은 기능을 갖기 때문에 가격이 비싸진다. 본 논문의 목적은 스마트카가 갖는 여러 기능 가운데 Kano 품질속성 관점에서 소비자들이 원하는 필수기능을 도출한다. 실증적 분석 결과, 품질속성은 매력적 품질속성과 무관심 품질속성으로 분류되었다. 일반적으로 스마트카의 목적이 안전성과 사용자 경험을 극대화하는 것이지만 소비자들은 편의성에 더 높은 가치를 두었다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 스마트카 설계에서 중요한 시사점을 제공할 것이다. 본 연구의 활용방안으로 카노품질 속성 관점에서 스마트카를 선정하는 계층적분석과정 모델을 제안한다.

  • In this paper, we propose an indirect PIN entry method that provides enhanced security against smudge, recording, and thermal attacks. Conventional mobile PIN entry methods use on-screen numeric keypad for both use of display and entry. Thus These methods are vulnerable to aforementioned attacks. In our method, passcode is same as that of the conventional PIN entry methods, and that is user-friendly way for mobile device users. Therefore, our method does not reduce user convenience which is one of the advantages of the conventional methods. In addition, our method is not a method of directly touching the on-screen numeric keypad for entering passcode like the conventional PIN methods. Unlike the conventional methods, our method uses an indirect passcode entry method that applied a passcode indicating key. According to the performance comparison result, proposed method provides user convenience similar to the conventional methods, and also provides a higher level of security and safety against recording, smudge, and thermal attacks than the conventional methods.
