Dynamic User Association based on Fractional Frequency Reuse

  • This paper proposes a novel fractional frequency reuse(FFR) based on dynamic user distribution. In the FFR, a macro cell is divided into two regions, i.e., the inner region(IR) and outer region(OR). The criterion for dividing the IR and OR is the distance ratio of the radius. However, these distance-based criteria are uncertain in measuring user performance. This is because there are various attenuation phenomena such as shadowing and wall penetration as well as path loss. Therefore, we propose a novel FFR based on dynamic user classification with signal to interference plus noise ratio(SINR) of macro users and classify the FFR into two regions newly. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme has better performance than the conventional FFR in terms of SINR and throughput of macro cell users.

  • Macro interface is primarily focused at the organization, while micro interface is primarily focused at the products or services. UI(User Interface) or UX(User Experience) organizations in Korea are institutionalized from 2000 years. Since most of the UI organizations are not institutionalized with the strategic plan, structures of them aren't optimized efficiency. The structure of the organization is conceptualized as having three core dimensions: complexity, formalization, and centralization. The status of the UI organizations in Korea is reviewed with these dimensions. This study issued the key success factors for institutionalization for UI team. Organizational maturity is considered in 5 levels based on a model by CMMI. The UI strategy has to be based the maturity level of the organization.

Coordinated Multi-Point Communications with Channel Selection for In-building Small-cell Networks (건물 내 스몰셀 네트워크에서 채널 선택 기반 다중점 협력통신)

  • This paper proposes a coordinated multi-point communication (CoMP) method with channel selection to improve performance of a macro user equipment (MUE) in a dense small-cell network environment in a building located within coverage of a macro base station (MBS). In the proposed CoMP method, in order to improve the performance of the MUE located in the building, A small-cell base station (SBS) selects a channel with lower interference to the neighboring MUE and transmits appropriate signals to the MUE requiring CoMP. Simulation results show that the proposed CoMP method improves the performance of the MUE by up to 164% and 51%, respectivley, compared to a random channel allocation based traditional SBS network and CoMP method.

Exchange of CAD Models Using Macro Parametric Approach (매크로 파라메트릭 방법론은 이용한 CAD 모델의 교환)

  • It is not possible to exchange parametric information of CAD (Computer Aided Design) models based on the current version of STEP (Standard leer the Exchange of Product model data). The design intent can be lost during the STEP transfer of CAD models. The ISO Parametrics Group has proposed the SMCH (Solid Model Construction History) schema in June 2000 that includes structures fur exchange of parametric information. This paper proposes the macro parametric approach that is intended to provide capabilities to transfer parametric information. In this approach, CAD models are exchanged in the form of macro files. The macro file contains user commands which are used in the modeling phase. To exchange CAD models using the macro parametric approach, modeling commands of commercial CAD systems are analyzed. Those commands are classified by the grouping method suggested by Bill Anderson. As a neutral file format, a standard modeling commands set has been defined. Mapping relations between the standard modeling commands set and the native modeling commands set of commercial CAD systems are defined.

  • This study studies the effect of social welfare service quality on facility reuse for users of social welfare facilities. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of the parallel triple mediation effect of facility image user loyalty and facility satisfaction. To this end 219 users of social welfare facilities were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 for Windows and Process macro. As a result, first the variables of service quality facility image user loyalty facility satisfaction and facility reuse all formed significant positive relationships. Second facility image user loyalty and facility satisfaction had multiple mediating effects. This study presented a new model using multivariate in response to social welfare facilities in pandemic situations.

Cell Virtualization with Network Partition for Initial User Association in Software Defined Small-cell Networks

  • In recent years, dense small cell network has been deployed to address the challenge that has resulted from the unprecendented growth of mobile data traffic and users. It has proven to be a cost efficeient solution to offload traffic from macro-cells. Software defined heterogeneous wireless network can decouple the control plane from the data plane. The control signal goes through the macro-cell while the data traffic can be offloaded by small cells. In this paper, we propose a framework for cell virtualization and user association in order to satisfy versatile requirements of multiple tenants. In the proposed framework, we propose an interference graph partioning based virtual-cell association and customized physical-cell association for multi-homed users in a software defined small cell network. The proposed user association scheme includes 3 steps: initialization, virtual-cell association and physical-cell association. Simulation results show that the proposed virtual-cell association outperforms the other schemes. For physical-cell association, the results on resource utilization and user fairness are examined for mobile users and infrastructure providers.

A Hybrid Parametric Translator Using the Feature Tree and the Macro File (피처 트리와 매크로 파일을 이용하는 하이브리드 파라메트릭 번역기)

  • Most commercial CAD systems provide parametric modeling functions, and by using these capabilities designers can edit a CAD model in order to create design variants. It is necessary to transfer parametric information during a CAD model exchange to modify the model inside the receiving system. However, it is not possible to exchange parametric information of CAD models based on the cur-rent version of STEP. The designer intents which are contained in the parametric information can be lost during the STEP transfer of CAD models. This paper introduces a hybrid CAB model translator, which also uses the feature tree of commercial CAD systems in addition to the macro file to allow transfer of parametric information. The macro-parametric approach is to exchange CAD models by using the macro file, which contains the history of user commands. To exchange CAD models using the macro-parametric approach, the modeling commands of several commercial CAD systems are analyzed. Those commands are classified and a set of standard modeling commands has been defined. As a neutral fie format, a set of standard modeling commands has been defined. Mapping relations between the standard modeling commands set and the native modeling commands set of commercial CAD systems are defined.   • In this paper, we analyze the effect of mobility management method to the data rate of moving users when pico-cell which uses the same frequency bandwidth as that of macro-cell is overlaid over macro-cell. From this analysis, we show that the data rate which is available to the moving user depends on the method of mobility management and relative location of the overlaid pico-cell over macro-cell in the network.

  • Today, the development of information and communication technology is rapidly increasing the number of users of network-based service, and enables real-time information sharing among users on the Internet. There are various methods in the information sharing process, and information sharing based on portal service is generally used. However, the process of information sharing serves as a cause of illegal activities in order to amplify the social interest of the relevant stakeholders. Public opinion attack using macro function can distort normal public opinion, so security measures are urgent. Therefore, security measures are urgently needed. Macro attacks are generally defined as attacks in which illegal users acquire multiple IP or ID to manipulate public opinion on the content of a particular web page. In this paper, we analyze network path information based on traceback for macro attack of a specific user, and then detect multiple access of the user. This is a macro attack when the access path information for a specific web page and the user information are matched more than once. In addition, when multiple ID is accessed for a specific web page in the same region, it is not possible to distort the overall public opinion on a specific web page by analyzing the threshold count value.
