  • A study of facility securement and space utilization at national universities in Korea was conducted in order to help develop an efficient model for space management at national universities going forward. For the study, 36 national universities were asked to submit answers to a questionnaire on usage of campus facilities in 2013. We then analyzed the results of space management for the 27 universities that participated in the questionnaire in each of the past three years (2011-2013). Lastly, we conducted an awareness test on the space utilization policies and space management for these universities. The results are as follows. First, the aggregate average score for space utilization over the past three years is 74.06. The annual average score increased year-over-year and then decreased; it was 69.44 in 2011, 80.68 in 2012, and 72.05 in 2013. A decline in the sense of responsibility of universities to effectively manage space appears to be a factor in the decrease. Second, with 53% of respondents in agreement, treatment of campus area as private space appears to be the biggest hurdle for efficient space management. As such, a plan to foster a more communal view of campus facility area is required. Third, resistance from constituents to existing guidelines for space allocation on campuses appears to be limited (78.1% of respondents answered the guidelines currently in place were average, satisfactory, or very satisfactory). We believe this result points to a mutual understanding forming amongst constituents regarding guidelines on space allocation on campus.results of satisfaction research: the users are generally satisfied with education and student.

  • Recently $Pok\acute{e}mon$ GO implements an online game with location-based real time augmented reality on mobile. The correct play of this game should be based on collecting the $Pok\acute{e}mon$ that appears as the user moves around by foot, but as the popularity increases, it appears an abuse to play easily. Many people have used an application that provides a mock location service such as Fake GPS, and these applications can be judged to be cheating in online games because they can play games in the house without moving. Detection of such cheating from a client point of view (mobile device) can consume a large amount of resources, which can reduce the speed of the game. It is difficult for developers to apply detection methods that negatively affect game usage and user's satisfaction. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to detect users abusing mock location service in online game by route analysis using GPS location record from the server point of view.

  • In the digital era, Korean universities are using real-time remote lecture platforms as a tool for learning. However, it is confusing due to low usage experience problems, and usability studies are needed. The purpose of this study is to measure, analyze, and propose gaze tracking and learning experiences according to the UI design layout of ZOOM. A total of 30 subjects were selected to conduct eye tracking and survey when learning. The experiment showed that grid layouts have a higher emotional realism and learning satisfaction than other layouts. Furthermore, it turns out that participants focused the most attention on grid layouts. Therefore, for high learning experience, grid layouts and layouts that visually highlight participants and induce communication are needed.

  • As information technology advances, the penetration of smart devices connected to the Internet, such as smart phone and tablet PC, has rapidly expanded, and as sensor prices have fallen the Internet of Things has begun to be introduced in the industry. Today's industry is rapidly changing and evolving, requiring companies to respond to the new paradigm of business. In this situation, companies need to actively manage and maintain customer relationships in order to acquire loyal customers who bring them a high return. The purpose of this study is to suggest a method to manage customer relationship using real time IoT data including IoT product usage data, customer characteristics and transaction data. This study proposes a method of segmenting customers through RFM analysis and transition index analysis. In addition, a real-time monitoring through control charts is used to identify abnormalities in product use and suggest ways of differentiating marketing for each group. In the study, 44 samples were classified as 9 churn customers, 10 potential customers, and 25 active customers. This study suggested ways to induce active customers by providing after-sales benefit for product reuse to a group of churn customers and to promote the advantages or necessity of using the product by setting the goal of increasing the frequency of use to a group of potential customers. Finally, since the active customer group is a loyal customer, this study proposed an one-on-one marketing to improve product satisfaction.
