With the growing trend of online global market, customers have further technological capabilities in searching for information and online shopping on the Internet. In addition, electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) is a significant factor that influences customer purchase intention. However, the perspective of online users on hotel websites is still in its infancy, especially in various cultural contexts. The current study examined a theoretical framework of hotel websites to understand how online users perceive the importance of hotel websites with regard to influencing purchase intention, within the content of Thai online users through an online questionnaire survey. Findings show that usability positively influences online Thai users' satisfaction. Moreover, eWOM has a significant positive influence on satisfaction, but eWOM has an indirect effect on the intention to purchase. Practical implications are further discussed.

The university museum is working to discover, research, and exhibit cultural artifacts as well as use them as resources of education and academic researches as one of the important organizations of the university. Current, however, university museums have the low-level usability caused by the reduction of financial and administrative supports of the university. One approach to solve this problem may be the design of mobile docent app for improving the accessibility of the museum. The app enables users get artifacts and education programs without the restriction and learn artifact-related knowledge easily. In this paper, we design and implement a new mobile docent app according to the analysis of content of the Chosun university museum as a real case study. In addition, we evaluate the functionality and usability of the proposed app by affordance-based questionnaire.

This study analyzed the domestic and foreign cases of the existing smart home service and grasped the needs of the future smart home service in the future of the Internet of Things. As with all smart homes, the effectiveness of future use is important when comparing needs and random services according to user usability and destination patterns. In order to improve the reliability and to promote the development direction, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 110 people in 20 ~ 30 age group. The survey shows that the reliability of the smart home service is low. The low trust factors include: 1. lack of usability; 2. lack of device recognition; 3. lack of specialization services. Since the smart home service is still in the early stage, various smart home services and ecosystem should be constructed according to user's needs.

The present thesis is to concretize process stages and methods for effective use of online CGTS(creative group thinking system), or the web-storming program, in space design and to propose a support system for idea generation specific to space design. For the purpose of this study, activity factors in space design process and functional factors of the web-storming program were written into an interaction matrix, which was used for a questionnaire survey on correlations. Then, the results of the interaction matrix were visualized and analyzed following the procedure of observation-interpretation-application. The analysis found that the schematic design stage is most correlated where close collaboration is performed in the process of space design and that differences in correlation arise upon division of work. As such, the present study proposed 'provision of media for ideas in accordance with specific process and UI optimization' as a means of improving usability in schematic design that is closely correlated and suggested an idea to enhance the applicability of web-storming system in division of work.

Smart television(TV) is replacing the traditional television model and the importance of user experience(UX) is rising. User experience evaluates the emotion state of users such as immersion, pleasure, and interest. User experience together with usability is a principle to be considered as for designing a smart television. It contributes to improve user satisfaction and lead to the long-term purchase. User experience is more difficult to measure than usability, because UX evaluation requires to biological and psychological techniques. However, the disadvantages of these physiological and psychological techniques require high experimental costs and the restriction of experimental environment. The objective of this paper is first to review conventional methods regarding UX evaluation and suggests a new method for measuring the UX of smart TV which detects keywords related emotional representation. The text is acquired from purchase postscripts of smart TV in the Internet shopping malls. This method costs less than the questionnaire survey to detect emotion.

The purpose of this study was to survey the electronic records for professionals on the effectiveness of the government's 3.0 full-text open information service (FOIS). By using Authenticity, Reliability, Integrity, and Usability as criteria, the management conditions of electronic records on InterPARES were analyzed in the public sector. Through this analysis, this study provided some suggestions on how management conditions for electronic records for the government 3.0 FOIS may be improved. A direction to ensure effective electronic records management was also suggested. Based on the literature review, a questionnaire was developed. The study results were as follows. First, Authenticity and Reliability were lower than the other criteria scores. In particular, Integrity had a higher score while Authenticity, Reliability, and Usability showed average scores. Second, there were various perspectives on electronic records management depending on the individuals' backgrounds and no statistically significant differences were found. In particular, administrators who are in their thirties and archivists with two to four years of experience showed higher scores in the four criteria. Based on these results, this study suggested systematic improvement plans for functions and services based on the four criteria in the Korean government's 3.0 FOIS.

Facilities located in the underground space are closely related to the sanitation and safety of the city, and the underground spatial information is precisely constructed and used as important information for facility maintenance, safety, and underground space development. In this study, a method was studied to increase the field usability by increasing the reliability of underground spatial information constructed in Korea and used in the field. For this study, the current status of the construction of underground spatial information in Korea was summarized, and cases of the underground spatial information quality grading system applied in the US, UK, Canada, France, and Australia, which are advanced geospatial information countries, were investigated. In terms of field usability, a questionnaire was conducted on the systems, standards, and management methods related to underground spatial information of field experts and consumers working in related fields in Korea, and statistical analysis was conducted to analyze the relevance of the introduction. Through this study, it was concluded that it is necessary to introduce a quality grading system according to the construction method of underground spatial information, accuracy and reliability, and to improve related systems and regulations.

This article examines the accessibility and usability of library websites to students with visual and physical disabilities in public universities in Kenya. The study used survey research design and adopted a mixed methods approach. Data were gathered using survey questionnaire, focus group discussions, structured interviews, and observation. The study population consisted of six public universities that had a longstanding tradition of enrolling students with disabilities. Census was used to obtain a study sample comprising of students with visual disabilities (86), students with physical disabilities (91), University Librarians (6), Personnel from Disability Mainstreaming departments (6), Systems Librarians (6) and Library Personnel who provided information services to students with disabilities (133). The Social Model of Disability and IFLA Access to Libraries for Persons with Disabilities checklist were used as conceptual and theoretical framework in the study. Study results revealed that all the libraries had library websites. However, the websites did not have disability services page or information specific to individuals with disabilities. Also a section of students with disabilities lacked awareness of the existence of library websites and e-resources available through them. Additionally, the website design posed various access challenges. The study concluded that people with disabilities were excluded from access and use of library websites in public universities. The authors recommended that library websites must contain disability services page containing information specific to persons with disabilities. Moreover, libraries should evaluate their websites to ensure compliance with W3C requirements for web content accessibility. Additionally, libraries should develop disability policy to provide guidance on provision of information services to persons with disabilities.

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of home stay platform on guests' willingness to comment online under the Shared home stay business model. Shared platform of home stay facility in addition to providing a variety of support services, help the landlord to the tenant do offline accommodation services, implementation, trading, will need to take some measures to actively promote the tenant groups to the landlord, the evaluation is objective, effective and sufficient number in order to better promote the sharing credit ecological establishment of home stay facility. In this study, consumers who have used the Shared home stay platform are taken as the research objects. The survey method adopts network questionnaire survey and Likert seven subscales. The statistical software SPSS24.0 program is used to process the data. Firstly, descriptive statistical analysis was conducted, followed by validity analysis and reliability analysis. After the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were determined, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to verify the proposed hypothesis. The research results of this study are summarized as follows :(1) the usability of platform comment function, guest satisfaction and platform reward have a positive impact on the guest online comment willingness; (2) The credit mechanism of the platform has a positive regulating effect on the process of tenant satisfaction influencing tenant comment intention.

Cloud computing services have became an hot issues in business fields while the IT-related global company such as Amazon, MS, and Google took part in. The cloud computing makes it possible to share in the form of outsourcing of hardware and software through the Internet, to build a distributed computing environment via multiple terminals, and to reduce the cost using open source. Such a cloud computing services have not shown any significant growth in Korea yet compared to other countries. Therefore, in this study focusing on public cloud computing services, it is intended to analyze the determinants of public cloud computing services using the technology model. Thus, for users using public cloud services, we conducted a questionnaire survey from the beginning of January 2013 to the end of February 2013. And we derived a research model based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). As a result of this study, it shows that personal aspects significantly impacts on the perceived usability, service aspects, systems aspects, and the intent of the technology acceptances. System aspects significantly effect on the intent of technology acceptances. Perceived usability significantly effects on the service aspects and the systems aspects. The main factors effecting on the intent of the technology acceptances are system aspects and perceived usability in order. And it shows that the personal aspects decreases the intent of the technology acceptances.
