관측 교통수단 분담률 자료를 활용한 도시철도 신설 후 수단분담률 예측분석 기법 (A Technique of Forecasting Market Share of Transportation Modes after Introducing New Lines of Urban Rail Transit with Observed Mode Share Data)

  • 본 연구는 기존 도시철도 운영 하에서 관측된 교통수단 분담률을 반영하면서 추가적인 도시철도 신설노선 완공 후 수단분담률을 추정하는 방법론을 제안하였다. 통행자의 도시철도 이용 패턴을 현실적으로 반영하기 위해 관측된 표본자료를 기반으로 전수화된 수단별 O/D 자료를 통행거리, 접근시간, 접근유형(환승 횟수)에 따라 카테고리화 하여 수단분담률을 분류하였다. 수단선택 분석 기법으로는 관측된 수단분담률에 기초하는 점진적 로짓모형을 이용하였다. 도시철도 이용 패턴을 카테고리화 하여 분석한 결과, 장거리 통행이거나 환승이 적을수록 도시철도 수단분담률이 높았으며, 또한 도시 철도 역에 접근시간이 작을수록 역시 도시철도 수단분담률이 높은 결과를 관측 자료인 기준연도 O/D 자료에서 분석되었다. 기존 도시철도 서비스 수준 하에서의 교통수단 분담률을 기본 자료로 하고, 신설 노선으로 제공되는 도시철도 서비스 수준과 카테고리화 된 도시철도 서비스 수준의 차이를 점진적 로짓모형에 적용함으로써 신설 도시철도가 제공하는 서비스 수준 하에서의 교통수단 분담률을 추정하였다. 이와 같이 추정된 잠정적 교통수단 분담률을 기초로 기준연도와 예측연도의 교통환경 변화를 반영하여 점진적 로짓모형을 분석함으로써 모든 교통수단의 장래 수단분담률을 예측 분석하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법론은 기존 SP 자료의 적용이 어려운 경우 활용 가능하며, 기존 도시철도의 분담률 자료가 확보된 상황에서 가법적 로짓모형의 적용보다 이론적, 논리적 측면에서 더욱 우수하다고 고려된다.

  • This paper is focused on implementing a real-time data acquisition system that checks power facility status by applying network based technology to Urban Transit substation power facilities and the results of its on-field tests. This system is composed of a sensor part, a measurement part, a transceiver part, a host computer, and a power source part. The system is designed to collect, save, analyze, and display the online state power facility AI (Analog Input). This system measures voltage and current from positive feeders and negative feeders where it is possible to check abnormalities of the substation‘s main power facilities. By monitoring abnormal data of the Urban Transit power facilities real-time and analyzing stored data, establishing procedures of optimized maintenance is possible.

도시철도 전력설비의 노후화 판단을 위한 예측 프로그램 구현 (Implementation of Prediction Program for Deterioration Judgment on Substation Power Systems in Urban Railway)

  • In this paper, we present a deterioration judgment model of urban rail power equipment using driving history, the frequency and number of failures. In addition, we have developed a deterioration judgment program based on the derived failure rate. A deterioration judgment model of power equipments on metro system was designed to establish how much environmental factors, such as thermal cycling, humidity, overvoltage and partial discharge. The deterioration rate of the transformers followed the Arrhenius log life versus reciprocal Kelvin temperature (hotspot temperature) relation. The deterioration judgment program is linked to the online condition monitoring system of urban railway system. The deterioration judgment program is based on the user interface it is possible to apply immediately to the urban rail power equipment.

  • This paper presented a literature review and investigation analysis results of total 19 present guide book and provisions of maintenance and management system in existing railway bridges to development of urban maglev track structures inspection manual. This research carried out a cooperated research subject 3-1, development a design code and maintenance and management inspection manual for urban maglev track structures, of the Center for Urban Maglev Program. Three types of track structures were includes as a major analytical parameter together with railroad, high speed railroad, subway and light rail transit. Bridges were analyzed a general rules, investigation, evaluation, repair and strengthen method as a key aspect. And rail were analyzed examination and maintenance also. This analysis results show that the track structures evaluation are based on the test and examination results, and repaired or strengthened consideration of deterioration, track irregularity and materials according to provision requirements.

PSC 궤도빔의 가설공법에 대한 검토 (A Study On The Construction Methods In PSC Rail Beams)

  • Daegu urban railroad line 3 is introduced with straddle-type monorail system within the country at the first time. This system is long line with 24km in total length which has not the results of construction in Korea. The rail beam of monorail bridge to be constructed/ installed in the city is adopted on the basis of the PSC rail beam. It is required to apply the steel rail beam at rapid/ curved line parts or location to be required the long span bridge as passing river and intersection. The composition of span bridge is various and the height of bridge is change with each section and exist the different curve radius due to all section is passes in the city. The rail beam shall be considered the ground conditions and then consider the construction methods. It is analyzed to construction period of PSC rail beam to be linked with period of infrastructure construction and construction of steel rail beam, structure construction of station etc. It is compared to crane construction methods and launching girder as alternative construction methods and propose to upper construction methods which is superior in economic and construction.

How Much Development Can a Rail Station Lead? A Case Study of Hong Kong

  • Since the concept was first introduced in the 1970s, transit-oriented-development (TOD) has greatly expanded in East Asian cities such as Hong Kong. Rail stations are built together with clusters of residential-commercial towers and government services to form a new style of living - a "rail village." This paper examines the composition, scale, spatial form, organization and operation of several typical rail villages in Hong Kong. The cases range across those planned from the mid-1990s to 2015. Based on the analysis of the rail village composition, the paper derives a development ratio to indicate the density, effectiveness and efficiency of a rail village catchment area. The ratio provides a useful and direct figure for the comparison of different stations, cities and development modes.

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 도시철도 레일의 노후화로 인한 레일표면결함이 증가하고 있으나 국가에서 제정된 궤도성능평가에 관한 세부지침에서 레일표면손상을 기술자의 육안, 간단한 측정 도구로 점검을 수행하는 실정이다. 최근 궤도진단법 제정에 따라 대규모 예산이 투입되고 레일진단물량이 급증되고 있으나 노동집약적인 육안조사기법으로는 진단결과에 대한 신뢰성확보가 어려운 실정이다. 주기적인 선로순회작업 및 육안점검을 통해 레일표면의 결함을 발견하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 점검자의 주관적 판단에 의해 레일표면의 결함의 경중을 평가하는 것은 레일 내부의 손상을 예측하기에 상당한 제약이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 레일표면손상에 따른 레일내부 균열특성 관한 연구로서 현장측정에서는 레일표면 손상개소를 선정하여 다양한 손상유형의 시료를 채취하여 레일표면손상 상태를 평가하고 실내시험에서 전자주사현미경(SEM)을 이용하여 레일표면결함 및 내부결함의 상관관계를 분석하고자 한다. 또한 실내시험의 결과와 수치해석 결과를 비교를 통하여 레일표면손상을 분석하였다. 현재 공용중인 도시철도 레일의 균열성장율을 파악하고자 가우시안 확률밀도 함수를 적용하여 분석하였다.

A Preliminary Strategic Study of Resilient Plot Utilization in Rail Transit Stations in the Realm of the City Center, Guided by the Density of Three-Dimensional-Path Public Space

  • With the requirement of high quality and three-dimensional urban development, the public space areas city-center rail transit stations is expanded from the plots defined by the road network density to the plots defined by the three-dimensional public space density, covering the internal and external paths of the plots, which brings about the resilient pattern of plot utilization. This paper uses the isochronous three-dimensional influence realm model around the station areas to quantitatively analyze and compare the surrounding three-dimensional path density of public space, and initially proposes flexible use patterns of differently scaled plots under the multi-scale plots linkage, to effectively promote the overall accessibility of the station realm space.
