학습전략 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발 -스토리텔링을 중심으로- (Development of Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the Storytelling)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the storytelling in university students. The objective of the Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the storytelling was to increase in learning skill which university students will use to keep major learning during their courses. The Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents was based on the results of pre-research on storytelling and learning skill. In order to verify the effectiveness of the Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the storytelling, it was analyzed to validity of contents by five professionals. The results of the study were as follows. The Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the storytelling for increasing in learning skill of university students consisted of 15 sessions which proceeding a per semester: the starting phase(1-2), the execution phase(3-13), and the ending phase(14-15). The subjects were 20 university students who had randomly assigned to an experimental group(10) and a control group(10). Subjects completed a learning skill scale. Data analyses were conducted using ANCOVA. The results of the analyses revealed that subjects of experimental group showed significantly higher scores on learning skill than one of control group. Based on the above results, it is concluded that the Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the storytelling was effective in improving learning skill of university students.

The effect of learning environmental quality and self-regulated learning strategy on satisfaction on an e-Learning

  • With the increasing use of the Internet improved Internet technologies as well as web-based applications, the uses of e-Learning have also increased the effectiveness of e-Learning has become one of the most practically and theoretically important issues in both Educational Engineering and Information Systems. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-leaner's self-regulated learning strategy and the quality perception of the e-Learning environment. This research model focuses on the learning environment and on self regulated learning strategy. The former consists of LMS, learning contents and interaction that are provided by e-Learning and the latter refers to the learners' self-regulated learning strategy. We will show the validity of the model empirically. As result, most of the hypotheses except for H6 suggested in this model were accepted.

대학교 혼합학습(Blended Learning) 환경에서 학습참여도, 학업성취도, 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 e-러닝 학습전략 (E-Learning Strategies Affecting the levels of Participation, Achievement and Satisfaction in the University Blended Learning Environment)

  • 이 연구에서는 대학의 혼합학습 환경에 참여한 학습자를 대상으로 학업성취도, 학습만족도, 학습참여도에 영향을 미치는 e-러닝 학습전략의 요인을 조사하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 위해 K대학교에서 혼합학습(BL)에 참여하는 58명을 선정하였다. 연구를 위하여 e-러닝 학습전략, 학업성취도, 학습만족도를 측정하였고, 학습참여도는 LMS의 로그인 정보를 분석하였다. 자료 분석방법으로는 학습자들의 e-러닝 학습전략의 수준을 알아보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 학업성취도, 학습참여도, 학습만족도를 예측할 수 있는 e-러닝 학습전략을 알아보기 위해서는 선형 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 학업성취도를 예측하는 변인으로는 시간관리전략, 과부하관리전략으로 규명되었다. 학습참여도를 예측하는 변인으로는 자기주도전략, 시간관리전략, 과부하관리전략으로 규명되었다. 학습만족도를 예측하는 변인으로는 다중토론관리전략, 비동시성관리전략, 사회성으로 규명되었다. 이 연구에서 규명된 예측변인을 토대로 교육효과를 높이기 위해 고려 할 사항을 제언하였다.

공과대 학생들의 e-Learning 전략과 다중지능의 관련성 연구 (A Study on Relation between e-Learning Strategy and Multiple Intelligence of College Students of Engineering Department)

  • The purpose of this study is to do research on correlation between multiple intelligence and e-Learning strategy, which can be used to develop and strengthen e-Learning strategy. The subject was 183 college students of engineering at C university who had ever taken a lesson through e-Learning. Two items are investigated in these college students. One is whether there is a gap and any gender-related difference in multiple intelligence and e-Learning strategy, and the other is what multiple intelligences have an effect on e-Learning strategy. The e-Learning strategy developed by In-Sock Lee and the instrument by Yong-Lin Moon were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, it appeared that there was a difference between gender in musical intelligence and naturalistic intelligence. The average of musical intelligence was higher in female collegian, while the average of naturalistic intelligence was higher in male collegian. But there was no gender-related difference in using e-Learning strategy. Second, it appeared that multiple intelligence gave an explanation of self-direction intelligence up to 31.1%, expression strategy 20.35%, and information processing strategy 16.6%. The results of this study showed that logical-mathematical intelligence affected all of three e-Learning strategies. So, new curriculum which can make use of logical-mathematical intelligence needs to be developed so as to devise efficient e-Learning strategies.

Trends and Issues of e-Learning Curriculum for Human Resources Development in the Corporate Context

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze majors trends and issues of e-Learning curriculum for human resource development in the corporate context. The e-Learning curriculum was chosen as the subject of research consists of 2,710 lectures that were given from 2007 to July 2009 for the recent three years by providing at Ministry of Labor and Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. In order to investigate trends and issues, it was employed theme analysis which is one of the types of document analysis that approach a qualitative research methodology. As a result of this research, 7 major trends and issues in e-Learning curriculum for HRD in the field of corporate education were drawn; ① Strengthening expertise through learning of job related professional knowledge, ② Cultivation of common & essential knowledge for a job to increase work performance efficiency ③ Organizational management strategy for improving performance, ④ Organizational management and operational strategy for actively responding to environmental changes, ⑤ Leadership as a strategy for cultivating core personnel and field-centered practical leadership. ⑥ Creating a happy workplace through the work-life balance, ⑦ Strengthening global communication skill. Based on these analysis, practicals and theoretical implications of e-Learning professionals and HR researchers for HRD were suggested.

온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경에서 중등과학교사의 학습환경 특이적인 PCK 요소 및 하위요소 (Secondary Science Teachers' PCK Components and Subcomponents Specific to the Learning Environment in an Online-offline Mixed Learning Environment)

  • 본 연구는 온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경에서 중등과학교사의 학습환경 특이적인 PCK 요소 및 하위요소 탐색을 목적으로 하였다. 중등과학교사 12명을 대상으로 설문, 개별 면담, 수업 관찰 자료를 수집하여 PCK 이론적 틀을 기반으로 연역적으로 분석하고 다시 귀납적 분석을 통해 그 범주를 정교화하였다. 온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경에서 본 연구 교사들의 PCK는 요소별로 학습환경 특이성이 다르고 학습환경 특이성에 따라 PCK 요소별 하위요소가 다른 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 학습환경 특이적인 과학 교수 지향으로 '과학 개념 학습' 목표 지향과 '강의식 수업'의 과학 교수-학습 지향이 있었다. 온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경 특이적인 교육과정에 관한 지식에는 '교육과정 재구성'이 있었으며, 온라인 학습환경 특이적인 교육과정에 관한 지식에는 '학습 목표 선정', '교육과정 자료'가 있었다. 온라인 학습환경 특이적인 과학 교수전략에 관한 지식에는 '과학 주제 특이적 전략', '과학 교과 특이적 전략', '상호작용 전략'이 있었다. 코로나 19 이후 오프라인 학습환경 특이적인 과학 교수전략에 관한 지식에는 '과학 주제 특이적 전략', '상호작용 전략'이 있었다. 온라인 학습환경 특이적인 학생의 과학 학습에 관한 지식에는 '학습을 위한 선지식', '학습 어려움', '학습 동기 및 흥미', '학습 다양성'이 있었으며, 코로나 19 이후 오프라인 학습환경 특이적인 학생의 과학 학습에 관한 지식에는 '학습 어려움'만 있었다. 과학 학습 평가에 관한 지식은 온-오프라인 혼합 학습환경 특이적인 지식과 온라인 학습환경 특이적인 지식이 있었으며, 각각 '평가 내용'과 '평가 방법'이 있었다.

An Electronic Strategy in Innovative Learning Situations and the Design of a Digital Application for Individual Learning to Combat Deviant Intellectual Currents in Light of the Saudi Vision 2030

  • The study aimed to build an electronic strategy in innovative learning situations for the role of education in combating intellectual currents. A total of 525 Saudi university faculty members and general education teachers were surveyed using two electronic questionnaires. Arithmetic averages and standard deviations, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Cronbach's alpha stability coefficient were used as statistical methods. The study statistically identifies the differences between the study sample at the level of significance (0.05). and the design of a digital application for individual learning to combat deviant intellectual currents to activate them in light of Saudi Vision 2030 by combining the theoretical academic material and turning it into a learning e-game called (crosswords). The game is equipped with hyper media that supports education with entertainment to direct ideas towards the promotion of identity, the development of values towards moderation and the consolidation of intellectual security. Additionally, the learning e-game represents awareness messages in three short films to activate the role of curricula and intellectual awareness centers to apply realistically, innovatively, and effectively.

The Impact of Using Some Participatory E-learning Strategies in Developing Skills of Designing and Producing Electronic Courses for A sample of Umm Al-Qura University Students and their Innovative Thinking

  • The current research aims to reveal the impact of using some participatory e-learning strategies (participatory product - classroom web simulation) in developing cognitive achievement, electronic course design skills, and - skills list - Torrance test of innovative thinking). The tools of innovative thinking among a sample of Information Science students. To achieve the objectives of current research, the researcher designed an educational website to train students to produce electronic courses via the web, according to the two participatory e-learning strategies. The researcher used a set of tools represented in (achievement test research and experimental treatment were applied to a sample of the Faculty of Computer students at Umm Al-Qura University. The results found that both participatory product strategy and web simulation have an imact on developing learning aspects discussed in the research. As for which of the two strategies had a greater impact than the other, it turned out that the web simulation strategy had a greater impact than the participatory product strategy in developing these aspects.
