아파트 평면의 실 크기와 치수 특성에 관한 연구 - $2000{\sim}2007$년 건설된 아파트를 대상으로 - (A Study on Areal & Dimensional Characteristics of Apartment Unit Plans)

  • The purpose of the study is to elicite a dwelling standard for the low-income group as belong to future socially underprivileged class through an investigation of the average size of each zone in plane figures of the apartment. The investigation has been executed to 2 kinds of plane pictures of the most spread exclusive using area scale: $85m^2$ and $65m^2$, which would be a groundwork of data to harmonize with the future dwelling needs, especially those of low-income group. 312 cases were selected to be investigated about each floor space of the living room, the main room, room1, room2, and the kitchen based on wall distance, to be calculated and charted about the average and the proportion of width and depth of each zone. The investigation about how those elements effect to the overall width and depth of the apartment according to the composition and the floor space shape executed as well.

종합병원 병동부 1인 병실 적용에 따른 기능효율성에 관한 연구 - 간호거점에서 병상간의 거리를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Functional Efficiency according to Composition of Single Bedroom in Ward - Focused on Distance from NS to Bed -)

  • Purpose: This study examines distance from nurse station to bed according to composition of single bedroom. Methods: This study has two groups of target sample ward planes. The first group has diverse patients bedroom. The other group is 36 single bedrooms and 2 3-bedrooms. The guideline of distance measurement was instituted for consistency. This study has 3 main concepts of the guideline. 1) The distance is shortcut from NS to bed. 2) The traffic line is center line between walls and center of door. 3) The start point is center of NS and the end point is bed. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into two points. The first one is that single bedroom has good privacy and longer distance from NS to bed. The second one is that weak point of single bedroom was asked ward operating system and architectural planning like as patients room, bed per unit, location of NS and plan type. Implications: Consideration Should be taken into account for the effective bedroom composition and allocation in ward. This Stuy hopefully serve as a stepping stone for the standard design of space program in ward planning.

국민임대주택의 평면구성비 변화에 관한 연구 -전라남도 장성군을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Changes in Spatial Composition Ratio of National Rental Houses - Focused on the Jangseong-gun Jeollanam-do Province -)

  • This study aims to investigate the changes in area ratios by space through floor plans of national leasing houses constructed by the LH in Jangseong-gun, particularly focusing on the floor plans of public leasing housing complexes built during the 1970s-80s and those during the 2010s. The results are as follows: First, according to the composition ratio of floor plans by period, the type of Bedroom> Livingroom> Common Area> Kitchen+Dining> Multi-purpose room> Bathroom> or the type of Bedroom> Livingroom> Kitchen/Dining> Common Area> Bathroom> Multi-purpose room were found to be high during the 1970s. Whereas, the type of Common Area>Living room(Kitchen/Dining included)>Bedroom>Bathroom>Front Entrance was found to be high during the 2010. It can be concluded that the ratio of Bedroom and Living room was found to be high during the 1970s, but after 2010s, the spacial composition ratio of Common Space, Living room, and Bedroom is getting higher in the order. Second, in terms of the composition ratio of floor plans by the area of unit household, among the floor plan of C-1, B-2, B-3, C-2 which were used since 2010s, the spatial ratio of Bedroom was maintained in the range of 20%; while during the 1970s, the Bedroom space of A-1(46%), A-2(46%), and A-3(41%) was found to be higher than 40%. It can be concluded that the size of bedroom space has doubled over time. In terms of the changes in the spatial ratio of Living room, A-1(15%), A-2(22%), and A-3(23%) were found during the 1970s. Compared to the recent floor plans of C-1(28%), B-2(25%), B-3(33%), and C-2(34%) which are applied in Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do province, no big changes have been found, particularly in the small floor plans (20% range).

여성전문병원 병동부의 거주성 향상을 위한 건축 계획적 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning for the Habitability of Women's Hospital ward)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for architectural planning through survey about the ward of women's hospital. This study considered the concept of women's hospital through theoretical consideration and analysed a blueprint of 30 cases about typical plan type, the size and layout of patient-room, space allocation and circulation. And then a survey of patients has to identify their needs. Because the rate of composition of an upper grade patient-room in women's hospital is higher than that of general hospital to improve habitability in ward needs not only the importance of the planing of patient-room itself, but also providing a small courtyard, day-room between the patient-rooms or outdoor terrace. When patient moves it was provided visual comfort and strengthen social exchange. Also, physical environment has to reflect mother's psychological needs and diversity by individuality in unit is essential to planning.

  • This study aims to investigate the changing roles of Local Government and the ways to improve the space plan, especially focusing on the Local Government civil service space of Seoul City. Recently, many Local Government have endeavored to get rid of the authoritative images and change themselves to a space featuring cultural functions and efficient performance. Local Government buildings in Seoul City are trying to decorate the inner and outer images through new construction or extension of buildings so as to become more friendly to residents. Such efforts are visualized especially in civil service space. Civil service space represents the whole image and role of the Local Government. In addition, civil service space and resting space, which are frequently used, are correlated and more and more accessible to each other as administrative and civil services are increasing. By integrating and developing such features, civil service space of Local Government that meets the requirements of the new era will be presented.

종합병원 자기공명단층촬영유니트에 관한 건축계획적 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning of the Magnet Resonance Imaging Unit in General Hospital)

  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanner is the device to draw an image of conditions and the spread of various tissue in the body. It is used by making the patient into rounded superconductor and using high frequency which cause resonances. It uses superconduction magnet and high frequency that is non-ionizing radiation so can acquire biochemical, physical, and functional information of tissue. It is also very useful because it can scan tomography from many different angles to diagnose disease of a nervous system, the heart, and a skeletal structure. It also has advantages of that there is no risk of radiation exposure and the ability of observation on organizations such as brains, livers and the spinal cord of people. Since these features, the rate of use has been increased accordingly more considerations of the security are required when it plans. The weight of devices and the cover problem of the strong magnetic field which is occurred by magnetic resonance at the time of diagnosis can cause very important structure problems and architectural condition. That also the recent tendency which needs stronger equipment means that planning of the MRI unit should generally aim at purposing of the proximity for the device maintenance and up-grade and of further expansion. However there are not enough studies and data on the magnet resonance imaging in domestic hospitals. According to these reasons, this study has an object of indicating basic data on MRI unit plan standard and alternative proposals.

서비스 클라우드 기반 국가공간정보통합체계 확대발전방안 수립 (The Establishment of Service Cloud Based Expansion and Developing Plan for National Spatial Data Infrastructure)

  • 국가공간정보체계(NSDI)는 국가 공공기관의 공간정보를 통합 연계하여 공동 활용하기 위한 목적으로 2008년부터 추진되어 2012년 그 사업을 완료하였다. NSDI의 존재에도 불구하고 각 기관의 공간정보와 NSDI의 공간정보가 동시에 갱신되지 않는 방식을 사용하기 때문에 최신성 확보에 어려움이 있다. 공공기관의 공간정보를 활용한 서비스 사용현황을 살펴보면, 재활용이 가능한 비슷한 서비스가 중복 구축 및 운영되고 있으며 이에 따라 국가 예산이 낭비되고 있다. 이러한 이슈들은 전산자원을 공유하기 위한 목적의 클라우드 시스템을 NSDI에 적용함으로써 해결될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 클라우드 기반의 NSDI 확대발전 방안을 다룬다. 제안되는 NSDI의 확대 발전 방안은 공간정보 서비스 클라우드 시스템 구축방안과 거버넌스 체계 수립방안을 포함한다. 시스템 구축방안에서는 서비스 시나리오, 목표 시스템의 개념도, 그리고 서비스 기능이 도출된다. 서비스 기능에서는 제안된 두 가지 모듈에 대한 단위 기능과 세부 기능을 도출한다. 거버넌스 체계 수립방안에서는 서비스 클라우드 기반의 NSDI 운영을 위한 서비스 라이프사이클 단계별 조직의 필요역할을 정의하고 업무 프로세스를 도출한다. 제안된 시스템 구축방안을 기반으로 상세 시스템을 설계하고 조직을 구성함으로써 서비스 클라우드 기반의 NSDI 체계가 구축될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

백워드 디자인에 기반한 고등학교 '건강한 커플관계' 교육과정(안) 개발 (Development of 'Healthy Couple Relationship' Curriculum in High School Based on Backward Design)

  • 본 연구는 백워드 디자인에 기반하여 고등학교 가정교과의 '건강한 커플관계' 교육과정(안)을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 문헌 분석을 통해 '건강한 커플관계'의 내용요소를 추출하고, 가정과교사 197명, 고등학생 154명을 대상으로 '건강한 커플관계' 내용 요구도 조사를 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 백워드 교육과정 설계 모형으로 고등학교 가정교과의 '건강한 커플관계' 교육과정(안)을 개발하여 전문가집단의 타당도 검증을 받았다. 본 연구의 결과로 첫째, '건강한 커플관계' 내용 요소에 대하여 5점 리커트 척도로 요구도를 조사한 결과, 전체 내용 요소에 대한 평균은 가정과 교사 4.39, 고등학생 4.02였으며, '데이트 폭력에 대한 이해'의 내용 요소가 교사 4.70, 학생 4.19로 두 집단에서 모두 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학교 가정교과의 '건강한 커플관계' 교육과정(안)은 교육과정 목표와 2개의 단원으로 구성되었고, 각 단원은 단원 목표, 세부 학습 주제 및 내용 요소, 평가계획, 수업계획을 포함하였다. 각 단원별에 대하여 템플릿을 구성하여 총 2개의 템플릿을 구성하였다. 본 연구는 고교학점제 시행에 대비하여 고등학교 가정교과의 선택과목으로 '건강한 커플관계' 교육과정(안)을 제안하고, 선택 과목 개설의 기반을 마련한 것에 의의가 있다.

  • Striking in change that present our country is much by electricity industry reform and the Korea Electric Power Corporation is deciding power distribution system reliability indices every year but power distribution system for reliability evaluation and establishment of investment program are consisting punily. If consider efficient inflection of resources and hereafter power distribution division that is limited for target achievement of schedule level service evaluation and reliability side in operation of the power distribution system, can expect efficient practical use of the power distribution property if gains in electrical side about these change and most suitable investment way consist because there is necessity of electric power plan establishment of area electric power distribution place of business unit. This paper consider proper reliability level and maximum effect through quantitative analysis to gain electrical gains of the power distribution system in reliability side depending on trend DB(Data Base) of data of electric power system composition appliance in this treatise and apply data administration and reliability rate analysis that serve to decide most suitable investment precedence to supply of electric power property to power distribution system present investment algorithm.

원자력발전소 증기발생기 Alloy 690 전열관 재료의 규칙화 반응 (Ordering of Alloy 690 Steam Generator Tubings in a Nuclear Power Plant)

  • Considering the case in the United States where most nuclear power plants with an initial design life of 40 years continue to operate until 60 or 80 years after undergoing material soundness evaluation, it is time to plan a more robust long-term operation strategy for nuclear power plants in Korea. There are some reports that SRO/LRO might be formed when Alloy 690 is heat treated for 10,000 hours to 100,000 hours at 360 to 450 ℃. The possibility of LRO formation in Alloy 690 steam generator tubings of Kori nuclear power plant unit 1 (Kori-1) was investigated using existing research papers. The mechanism in which SRO/LRO occurred was also surveyed. Alloy 690 was found to be more likely to cause ordering than Alloy 600 in terms of alloy composition. The ordering could be evaluated through changes in material properties. However, it is difficult to evaluate it from a microstructural point of view. The likelihood of LRO in Alloy 690 of the Kori-1 plant operated at 320 ℃ for 19 years seemed to be low in terms of time and exposure temperature.
