Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of interpersonal attitude (I+, I-, U+, U-) on communication competence in care workers for frail elderly. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. The data were collected from 153 care workers for frail elderly using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: The interpersonal attitude style of subjects was I+U+, and the score of communication competence was 3.53. There were significant differences in interpersonal attitude (I+, I-), and communication competence depending on age, education level, experience of personality type test (yes). Factors influencing on communication competence in care workers were interpersonal attitude (I+, I-, U+) and experience of personality type test with $R^2$ value of 48.5% (F=23.47 p<.001). The most influencing factor was I+ (${\beta}$=.36), followed by I- (${\beta}$=-.22), U+ (${\beta}$=.20), and experience of personality type test (yes) (${\beta}$=.16). Conclusion: It is needed to maintain the interpersonal attitude style (I+U+) of care workers. Continuing education program is needed for increasing communication competence especially for those fifties and over, and experienced care workers. Giving an opportunity for personality test is helpful to increase communication competence in care workers.

A study on Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n, one of the most widely-known Korean medicine books, has been conducted and the findings are as follows:the political and social background at the end of Yi-dynasty amidst the inflow of western civilization and the aggression of foreign forces can be seen as a historical period of trial, when civilization and independence had to be preserved at the same time, during the period, the social trend was to pursue a rapid practical solution rather than a profound theory. Responding to this trend, simple and easy medical science became to prevailand the representative medicine book of this kind was Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n. 1. Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n was written comprising the characteristics of simple and easy medical science with a view to popularizing-collection of logics, easy readability, medical science in time, etc. 2. Bang Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n, rich and grand in content, came out of Dong-$\breve{U}$i-Bo-Gam at the right moment as a pragmatic guide book of Korea medical practice symbolizing Korean spirit. 3. Do-yun Whang whose pen name was Hye-Am was born in Changwon, Kyungnam-do as the 18th descendant of Changwon Whang family. He engaged in medical practice in Seoul and wrote and edited Boo-Bang-Py$\breve{u}$n-Ram. $\breve{U}$i-Jong-Son-Ik, $\breve{U}$i-J$\breve{u}$ng-Son-Ik-Bu-Yeo, $\breve{U}$i-Bang-Whan-Tu, ect. and made his son, Pil-Su follow him and let him edit Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n, which put $\breve{U}$i-Bang-Whal-Tu and Son-Ik-Bon-Cho together. 4. The construct of Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n can be subdivied into three parts: herbs of 34 classes and 514 kinds were arranged on the upper part and $\breve{U}$i-Bang-Whal-Tu was arranged on the middle end lower part. Such arrangement can be very effective in clinics. 5. Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n as a curative book of Korean medical science has been a necessary another ego for many Korean medical practioners. It also played a great role of enhancing Korean oriental medical science to be widely used by Koreans. On the other hand, it produced a side effect of emergence of employed medical practioner who lacked in scholastic aptitude. 6. Tens or newly edited Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n have been issued. Among them, Jung-Jeong, Bang-Yak-Hap-py$\breve{u}$n, J$\breve{u}$ng-Mak-Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n. By$\breve{u}$n-J$\breve{u}$ng-Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n, and By$\breve{u}$n-J$\breve{u}$ng-Bang-Yak-Jung-Jeon have been widely known. Lately, Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n which includes more symptoms and remedies or is translated into Korean came out in several kinds. 7. The number of korea classical medicinal books quoted in Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n is 68, among which Dong-$\breve{U}$i-Bo-Gam Occupies the top in the list enlisting 69 medicinal treatment. This Shows that Dong-$\breve{U}$i-Bo-Gam gave birth to Bang-Yak-Hap-Py$\breve{u}$n.

This report on the $T{\acute{o}}u\;f{\bar{e}}ng$ and Migraine comes to conclude, through the study of the Oriental- Western medical references, as follow; 1. First, $T{\acute{o}}u\;f{\bar{e}}ng$ and Migraine had some concurrencies that both the two symptoms have appeared severe and recurrent headache and more often to the female. 2 Many of them e.g. Sensory disturbance, Vertigo, Nausea, Vomiting, Tinnitus etc. in the prodrome and main symptom of $T{\acute{o}}u\;f{\bar{e}}ng$ and Migraine were identical, especially the symptom of the $f{\bar{e}}ng\;t{\acute{a}}n\;t{\acute{o}}u\;t{\grave{o}}ng$ was similar to the prodrome of the Migraine. We could find out the semilarity of the symptoms through that Migraine is proximately set in unilateral, and $Pi{\bar{a}}nT{\acute{o}}u\;f{\bar{e}}ng$ is so called alias $B{\grave{a}}n\;bi{\bar{a}}n\;t{\acute{o}}u\;t{\grave{o}}ng$. 3. The pathogeny of $T{\acute{o}}u\;f{\bar{e}}ng$ include the case of ‘$f{\bar{e}}ng\;xi{\acute{e}}\;r{\grave{u}}\;n{\bar{a}}o$’, the patient feeling weak condition, $T{\acute{a}}n,\;T{\acute{a}}nshi,\;T{\acute{a}}nhu{\breve{o}},\;Y{\grave{u}}q{\grave{i}}$, etc. and, ‘$t{\acute{a}}n\;zhu{\grave{o}}\;sh{\grave{a}}ng\;y{\acute{a}}o$’, ‘$G{\bar{a}}n\;y{\acute{a}}ng\;hu{\grave{a}}\;f{\bar{e}}ng$’. There were variable that $F{\bar{e}}ng,\;Xu{\grave{e}},\;F{\bar{e}}ngr{\grave{a}},\;F{\bar{e}}ngx{\bar{u}},\;Xu{\grave{e}}x{\bar{u}},\;Hu{\check{o}}$ in the left, and $t{\acute{a}}n,\;R{\grave{e}},\;t{\acute{a}}nr{\grave{e}},\;Qir{\acute{a}}$ in the right partial pathogeny. It was referred $Sh{\grave{a}}o\;y{\acute{a}}ng\;j{\bar{i}}ng$, $Ju{\acute{e}}\;y{\bar{i}}n\;j{\bar{i}}ng$, $Y{\acute{a}}ng\;m{\acute{i}}ng\;j{\bar{i}}ng$, $T{\grave{a}}i\;y{\acute{a}}ng\;j{\bar{i}}ng$ in connection with the Meridian system. And otherwise the primary cause of Migraine is still unknown to us. Heredity is probably important, but the mode of transmission is uncertain. Recently, the important assumption is the vasomotor change caused by vasoconstrictors like that norepinephrine, epinephrine, and serotonin etc.

By applying the Nehari manifold method and the concentration-compactness principle, we obtain the existence and concentration of ground state solutions when the parameter ${\gamma}$ is sufficiently large.

We are concerned with the multiplicity of semiclassical solutions of the following Schr$\ddot{o}$dinger system involving critical nonlinearity and magnetic fields $$\{-({\varepsilon}{\nabla}+iA(x))^2u+V(x)u=H_u(u,v)+K(x)|u|^{2*-2}u,\;x{\in}\mathbb{R}^N,\\-({\varepsilon}{\nabla}+iB(x))^2v+V(x)v=H_v(u,v)+K(x)|v|^{2*-2}v,\;x{\in}\mathbb{R}^N,$$ where $2^*=2N/(N-2)$ is the Sobolev critical exponent and $i$ is the imaginary unit. Under proper conditions, we prove the existence and multiplicity of the nontrivial solutions to the perturbed system.

Macrophages activated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) are known to induce several proinflammatory proteins including COX-2. iNOS and TNF which produce chemical mediators involved in inflammatory response. Sophoricoside and its analogs (genistin, genistein and orobol) from Sophora japonica (Leguminosae) showed differential inhibitory effects on COX-1 and 2 activities. Sophoricoside and genistin shwoed IC50 values of 4 uM and 6 uM on COX-2 activity and of 1,497 uM and 135 uM on COX-1 activity, respectively. Genistein and orobol showed IC50 values of 3 uM on COX-2 activity and of 28 uM and 18 uM on COX-1 activity. respectively. Therefore. the legume isoflavonoids to be selective COX-2 inhibitors. However. sophoricoside and its analogs did not show inhibitory effects of COX-2, iNos and TNF transcripts. which were identified by the RT-PCR.

We have theoretically studied the nonadiabatic transitions among the five lower states with the Ω=$1_u$ symmetry ($1_u^{(1)} to 1_u^{(5)}$) in the photodissociation of Cl₂, Br₂, and I₂by using the spin-orbit configuration interaction (SOCI) method and the semiclassical time-dependent coupled Schrodinger equations. From the configuration analyses of the SOCI wavefunctions, we found that the nonadiabatic transition between $1_u^{(2)}$ and $1_u^{(1)}$ is a noncrossing type, while that between $1_u^{(3)}$ and $1_u^{(4)}$ is a crossing type for all the molecules. The behavior of the radial derivative coupling element between $1_u^{(1)}$ and $1_u^{(2)}$ and that between $1_u^{(3)}$ and $1_u^{(4)}$ is analyzed in detail. In Cl₂, nonadiabatic transitions can take place even between the states correlating to different dissociation limits, while in Br₂ and I₂, with the usual photon energies e.g. less than 20 eV, nonadiabatic transitions occur only between the states correlating to the same dissociation limits, reflecting the different magnitudes of the spin-orbit interactions.

Consider the heteroscedastic regression model $Y_i=g(x_i)+{\sigma}_i\;{\epsilon}_i=(1{\leq}i{\leq}n)$, where ${\sigma}^2_i=f(u_i)$, the design points $(x_i,\;u_i)$ are known and nonrandom, and g and f are unknown functions defined on closed interval [0, 1]. Under the random errors $\epsilon_i$ form a sequence of NA random variables, we study the asymptotic normality of wavelet estimators of g when f is a known or unknown function.

In this paper the flow dynamics of the flue gas equipment in the desulfurization system was numerically analyzed by simulating the problems for the turbulent and combustion flow from Induced Draft Fan(I.D.Fan) outlet to Booster Up Fan(B.U.Fan) inlet using the commercial CFD software of CFD-ACE+ in CFDRC company for Computational Fluid Dynamic Analysis. The guide vane of this section was examined for the minimum pressure loss and the uniform flow dynamic to B.U.Fan with the proper velocity from I.D,Fan exit to B,U,Fan inlet section at the boiler both the maximum continuous rating and the design base. The guide vanes at I,D.Fan outlet and B.U.Fan inlet were removed and modified by numerical simulation of the CFD analysis. The flue gas at the system had the less pressure loss and the uniform flow dynamics of the flow velocity and flow line by comparing with the old design equipment.

Started from the Industrial Revolution in England, the design movement, the concept of plastic arts is spread and developed in many European countries. It meets new phase due to the much more developed industrial techniques and internationalized era since the World War II. The concept of identity in design appeared with industrial diversification, specialization, and inter- nationalization comes out through every visual identification standards. And the concept is used in public facilities and groups such as national institutions, schools, hospitals, or lots of religious bodies, as well as in industries to aim at the most profit from products' sale. Since the opening of Seoul National University of Technology in 1910, the university which has long history and tradition of about 90 years has used the unique visual identification in changing the University name to meet with the surrounding environment and the timely characteristics. However, the English name for the University was changed in 1998, so the new era to leap was open. Therefore, the University introduced formally the concept of U. I. (University Identification) with the new image. It is an inevitable outcome of modern time.
