Social bookmarking systems are a typical web 2.0 service based on folksonomy, providing the platform for storing and sharing bookmarking information. Spammers in social bookmarking systems denote the users who abuse the system for their own interests in an improper way. They can make the entire resources in social bookmarking systems useless by posting lots of wrong information. Hence, it is important to detect spammers as early as possible and protect social bookmarking systems from their attack. In this paper, we applied a diverse set of machine learning approaches, i.e., decision tables, decision trees (ID3), $na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes classifiers, TAN (tree-augment $na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes) classifiers, and artificial neural networks to this task. In our experiments, $na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes classifiers performed significantly better than other methods with respect to the AUC (area under the ROC curve) score as veil as the model building time. Plausible explanations for this result are as follows. First, $na{\ddot{i}}ve$> Bayes classifiers art known to usually perform better than decision trees in terms of the AUC score. Second, the spammer detection problem in our experiments is likely to be linearly separable.
This study aimed to investigate the hexachlorobenzene (HCB) dechlorinating ability of sediment microbes collected from a natural canal receiving secondary effluents from an industrial estate and nearby factories. Nine sites along the stream and one in the estuary in the Gulf of Thailand into which the canal spills were specified and sampling for sediment and water. Preliminary analysis of the sediments showed that the first four sites nearest to the discharging location were contaminated by HCB within the range of 0.18 to 1.25 ppm. Apart from that, 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene which has never been commercially produced or used in any manufacturing processes except for the transformation from higher chlorinated benzene was also identified in the range of 0.16 to 0.24 ppm. This suggested a possibility of sporadically HCB contamination in this stream. Of more important, people in the community along this canal earn their living by coastal fishery; hence, posing a risk of spreading HCB and its less chlorinated congeners via food chain from caught marine creatures to human. As a result, there is an urgent need to understand the behavior of HCB dechlorination in this stream sediment which can lead to a clean-up action in the future. Serum bottles with sediment slurries (sediment to water ratio of 1:1 (v/v) and filtered to remove particles larger than 0.7 mm) from each site were inoculated with 2 mg/l of HCB, kept anaerobically in the dark at room temperature without any nourishment, and analyzed for HCB and its less-chlorinated congeners every 6 days. Total chemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, and volatile suspended solids were in the range of 21,492-73,584, 158,100-518,100 and 6,000-32,700 mg/l, respectively. It was found that all sediment slurries began to dechlorinate HCB in 12 to 30 days and the HCB was completely removed within 42 to 60 days or so. On the other hand, there was no HCB dechlorination occurred in the controlled set which was sterilized by autoclaving prior to the addition of HCB. This implies that the HCB transformation was solely due to microorganisms' activities. HCB was dechlorinated principally via pentachlolobenzene to 1,2,3,5-tetrachlorobenzene and terminated at 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene which is the major pathway as reported by many researchers. Dichlorobenzene has not been detected in any samples within the dechlorination period of 60 days. The results indicate that the microbial matrix in the sediment of this stream has an outstanding capability to dechlorinate HCB. Existing substrates and nutrients which mainly sorbed onto the solid phase and the typical temperature in Thailand were sufficient and suitable to promote the activities of these HCB-dechlorinating microbes.

The GaN layer was typical III-V nitride semiconductor and was grown on the sapphire substrate which cheap and convenient. However, sapphire substrate is non-conductivity, low thermal conductivity and has large lattice mismatch with the GaN layer. In this paper, the poly GaN epilayer was grown by HVPE on the metallic compound graphite substrate with good heat dissipation, high thermal and electrical conductivity. We tried to observe the growth mechanism of the GaN epilayer grown on the amorphous metallic compound graphite substrate. The HCl and $NH_3$ gas were flowed to grow the GaN epilayer. The temperature of source zone and growth zone in the HVPE system was set at $850^{\circ}C$ and $1090^{\circ}C$, respectively. The GaN epilayer grown on the metallic compound graphite substrate was observed by SEM, EDS, XRD measurement.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of rock specimens used for science education in elementary schools and to provide improvements of them. For the study, 20 sets of rock specimens were randomly selected from the five elementary schools in K city of Gyeongbuk Province and they were photographed and investigated. Also three elementary school teachers with more than 5 years of scientific career were interviewed. As a result, the sets of rock specimens that reflected the elementary curriculum were only 10%. The sets of rock specimens had many problems as follows: they were purchased a long time ago (up to 30 years), information presented in the nameplate and documentation was errorneous, some of rock specimens were too small and they did not show typical characteristics for education. In addition, the purchase and verification procedures of rock specimens were often neglected. With lack of interest and knowledge of teachers and lack of information about rock specimens, it was difficult to purchase good rock specimens for education. To improve the situation, a set of rock specimens should be verified by experts and should reflect the contents of curriculum and textbooks thoroughly. A manual of rock specimens is provided for science education in elementary schools.

A typical construction project involves participation of various parties including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers for its successful completion, and yet has intrinsic differences of interests among the participants during the project execution period. A construction management (CM) services's role is then to resolve these differences of interests among the participants during the project execution, and lead the projects to its successful completion while representing the clients' demands and interests. The use of building information modeling (BIM) is increasing recently among construction projects, and those CM service companies are experiencing difficulties applying BIM. This is because the use of BIM in construction projects suggests a quite new set of operational paradigm. The purpose of this paper is then to review the recent cases of projects which used BIM; to analyze the these projects' processes; to reengineer the design phase process based on the lessons learned from recent BIM application; and to suggest a modified design phase process model that could improve the use of BIM and related coordination operations.
The efficient algorithms are suggested in this study for solving the multicommodity network flow problems applied to Communications Systems. These problems are typical NP-complete optimization problems that require integer solution and in which the computational complexity increases numerically in appropriate with the problem size. Although the suggested algorithms are not absolutely optimal, they are developed for computationally efficient and produce near-optimal and primal integral solutions. We supplement the traditional Lagrangian method with a price-directive decomposition. It proceeded as follows. First, A primal heuristic from which good initial feasible solutions can be obtained is developed. Second, the dual is initialized using marginal values from the primal heuristic. Generally, the Lagrangian optimization is conducted from a naive dual solution which is set as ${\lambda}=0$. The dual optimization converged very slowly because these values have sort of gaps from the optimum. Better dual solutions improve the primal solution, and better primal bounds improve the step size used by the dual optimization. Third, a limitation that the Lagrangian decomposition approach has Is dealt with. Because this method is dual based, the solution need not converge to the optimal solution in the multicommodity network problem. So as to adjust relaxed solution to a feasible one, we made efficient re-allocation heuristic. In addition, the computational performances of various versions of the developed algorithms are compared and evaluated. First, commercial LP software, LINGO 4.0 extended version for LINDO system is utilized for the purpose of implementation that is robust and efficient. Tested problem sets are generated randomly Numerical results on randomly generated examples demonstrate that our algorithm is near-optimal (< 2% from the optimum) and has a quite computational efficiency.
To track moving tumor in real time, CyberKnife system imports a technique of the synchrony respiratory tracking system. The fiducial marker which are detectable in X-ray images were demand in CyberKnife Robotic radiosurgery system. It issued as reference markers to locate and track tumor location during patient alignment and treatment delivery. Fiducial marker implantation is an invasive surgical operation that carries a relatively high risk of pneumothorax. Most recently, it was developed a direct lung tumor registration method that does not require the use of fiducials. The purpose of this study is to measure the accuracy of target applying X-sight lung tracking using the Gafchromic film in dynamic moving thorax phantom. The X-sight Lung Tracking quality assurance motion phantom simulates simple respiratory motion of a lung tumor and provides Gafchromic dosimetry film-based test capability at locations inside the phantom corresponding to a typical lung tumor. The total average error for the X-sight Lung Tracking System with a moving target was $0.85{\pm}0.22$ mm. The results were considered reliable and applicable for lung tumor treatment in CyberKnife radiosurgery system. Clinically, breathing patterns of patients may vary during radiation therapy. Therefore, additional studies with a set real patient data are necessary to evaluate the target accuracy for the X-sight Lung Tracking system.

A pilot-scale Spray Drying Sorber (SDS) system was set up to evaluate the effect of spray characteristics on the desulfurization yield. The size distribution and the Sauter Mean Diameters of slurry droplets were measured in advance using the optical size measurement system, Malvern 2600. The desulfurization yield of the drying chamber by size was measured for the conditions of inlet gas and spray injection. As a reagent, 10% limestone slurry of $Ca(OH)_2$ was treated with flue gas containing $SO_2$, and the combustion gas analyzer and gas detectors were attached to measure the $SO_2$ concentration. With a flow rate of 144 Nm3/h and a temperature range of $200{\sim}300^{\circ}C$, the experiments were performed for the Stoichiometric Ratio (SR) of 1.0 to 3.0 and droplet mean diameter of 6.5 to $34.3{\mu}m$. In case of smaller spray droplets, the desulfurization efficiency improved due to the increase of total droplet surface area, while the reduction in evaporation time reduced the contact time between the droplets and $SO_2$ gas. In some typical region of droplet diameter, this negative effect, reduction of contact time, became dominant and the desulfurization yield decreases the desulfurization yield in spite of the expansion in absorption area. These results revealed that there exists the optimal size of spray droplets for a given state, which is determined by the compromise between the total surface area of slurry droplets and the evaporation time of droplets. The measurements also indicated that the inlet temperature of flue gas changes the optimal injection condition by varying the driving force for evaporation. The results confirm that the effect of the evaporation time of slurry droplets should be considered in analyzing the desulfurization yield as well as the total surface area, for it is a significant aspect of the correlation with the capabilities of $SO_2$ absorption in wet droplets. In conclusion, the optimal condition of spray can be determined based on these results, which might be applied to design or scale-up of SDS system.
Sip and Byul-Gok (New tunes), as folks musics, are musical concepts opposite to that of the Court musics. They have the tunes. typical and universal. and Byul-Gok for singing. has the words in which the properties of melodies in the structures of compositions are reflected harmoniously. The Song. or Shiga. in Koryo-Sa, History of Koryo. Acjee and Acjanggasa. named ByulGok. is divided into two types. according to the characteries of the forms.: Koryo Sokyo. or the folk songs in Koryo. such as Chengsanbylulgok. and Segyoungbyulgok. and Kyonggichega, or nobility songs in Koryo and Chosen Dynasty. such as Hallimbyulgok. Kwandongbyulgok. and Jucgyebyulgok. In addition. Gasa. or the nobility and folk songs in Chosen Dynasty. such as K wandongbyulgok. also has the title. Byul-Gok. Even though these types of the songs have the same tittle. Byul-Gok, it is not appropriate that Byul-Gok is used as a term described as a branch of the literature: in light of music. they have the properties in common in the sense that they are opposite to the Court music. but. in light of literature. their forms are very different from one another. Therefore, it is appropriate that they are classified according to the characteristics of the forms, winters, the ideology of people who enjoy them, and periods: Sokyo, Kyonggichega, and Gasa. Byul-gok means not only the folks songs opposite to the court musics, but also the songs by setting words to the melodies present. Orignal tunes and their new tunes are not different musical compositions, but the same ones with the melodies which Korean acquired transcendentally. It is general tendency, at those times, that after compositions were made, words are set to them. Such words represent the politic thought in which courtesy and music are considered important. and the spirit with which the ruler and the people enjoy together.

Cochlodinium polykrikoides is a typical harmful algal species which generates the red-tide in the coastal zone, southern Korea. Accurate algal growth model can be established and then the prediction of the red-tide occurrence using this model is possible if the information on the optimal growth model parameters are available because it is directly related between the red-tide occurrence and the rapid algal bloom. However, the limitation factors on the algal growth, such as light intensity, water temperature, salinity, and nutrient concentrations, are so diverse and also the limitation function types are diverse. Thus, the study on the algal growth model development using the available laboratory data set on the growth rate change due to the limitation factors are relatively very poor in the perspective of the model. In this study, the growth model on the C. polykrikoides are developed and suggested as the optimal model which can be used as the element model in the red-tide or ecological models. The optimal parameter estimation and an error analysis are carried out using the available previous research results and data sets. This model can be used for the difference analysis between the lab. condition and in-situ state because it is an optimal model for the lab. condition. The parameter values and ranges also can be used for the model calibration and validation using the in-situ monitoring environmental and algal bloom data sets.
