부부간 의사소통유형과 자존감-서울시를 중심으로- (An Empirical Study on the Correlation Between Marrical Communication Types and Demographic Socialogical Variables -on Some of the married Seoulites-)

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate the relation between marital communication types and self-esteem demographic-socioligical variables to eliminate the methodlogical contradiction of previous studies, this study aimed as follows: (1) correlation between marital communication types and all the independent variables, such as self-esteem, sex, age, academic history, mate selection type, family type, duration of marriage, religion, etc. and marital communication types. (2) discriminating powers of marital communication types by way of the variables mentioned above. In this study questionaire was used on 392 married Seoulites, which consists of two scales and 9 items. In order to verify the hypotheses, the following two methods were used: (1) LOGIT program to the correlation between norminal scale and /or interval scale. (2) discriminating analysis of marital communication types by way of the variables. The results of the study are as follows: (1) Only 4 variables, such as self-esteem, sex, duration of marriage and academic history, correlate with marital communication types in level P<0.05 (2) According to the discriminating analysis of the variables mentioned above, marital communication types cannot be predicted as the predictive power is only 32.2%. (3) Correlation coefficent of authoritic communication type is higher males than females and higher low degree group of self-esteem than high degree group. (4) In the some communication types, direction of correlation coefficent is different in the some variables.

어머니의 성인애착유형과 유아의 의사소통유형과의 관계 연구 (A Study on Relations between Adult Attachment Types of Mothers and Communication Types of Children's)

  • 본 연구는 보육기관에 다니는 유아와 어머니를 대상으로 성인애착 유형과 유아의사소통 유형간의 관계를 알아보고, 이를 통해 가족 내에서 이루어지는 언어의 중요성을 인식하고 부모교육의 제반 정보를 제공하고 유아의 의사소통 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 토대로 어머니의 성인애착 유형과 유아의 의사소통유형 과의 관계를 규명하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정 하였다. 1. 어머니의 성인애착유형과 유아의 의사소통능력은 어떠한 관계가 있는가? 2. 어머니의 성인애착유형이 유아의 의사소통능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 연구대상은 대전광역시 어린이집에 다니고 있는 만3-5세 유아와 그들의 어머니들이다. 이들에게 성인애착측정도구와 유아 의사소통유형 도구를 사용하였다. 연구결과 성인애착유형과 유아의 의사소통유형과는 상관관계가 나타나지는 않았으나 하위요인별 분석에서는 의존성과 부정적 의사소통유형, 불안성과 긍정적 의사소통유형은 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 상관관계분석을 토대로 중다회귀분석한 결과 어머니의 성인애착 유형중 불안성이 유아의 의사소통 능력을 예측할 수 있는 주요변인임을 알 수 있었다.

사회적 가상놀이에서 나타난 문해 관련 의사소통 및 정보 유형 (Literacy-Related Communication and Information Types in Social Pretend Play)

  • Literacy-related communication and information types naturally occurring in the dramatic play area were observed during free play over a 4 week period. Participants were 21 boys and 16 girls enrolled in a kindergarten class in Taegu. Types of literacy-related communication frequently used during social pretend play were Description, Suggestion, Question, and Answer. Negative types of literacy-related communication, such as Threat, Protest, and Warning were rare. Types of frequently occurring literacy information were about letters & words, and literacy functions. These findings were discussed with respect to curricular implications for the classroom.

일반간호사의 조직 내 의사소통 유형과 직무만족 및 간호업무성과의 관계 (Relations Between the Types of Communication and, Job Satisfaction and Nursing Performance in Staff Nurses)

  • This study attempts to investigate the relations between the types of communication, the job satisfaction. and the nursing performance of the staff nurses. The subjects of this study were the 114 nurses working in general wards, intensive care units, and the emergency rooms of the general hospital in Kyongbuk province. They were asked to answer the questionnaires as regards the types of communication and job satisfaction, and their performance of nursing, and these were evaluated by the head nurses, and their direct seniors. The data were collected for 10 days from the September 17 to 26, 2002. According to the purpose of the study, descriptive analysis, ANOVA. Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression were applied for the data analysis using SPSS 10.0. The results are as follows : 1. The types of communication of staff nurses showed that the upward communication was $3.12\pm0.56$. the downward communication was $3.56\pm0.42$. the horizontal communication was $2.98\pm0.44$. and the informal communication was $2.59\pm0.49$. It showed that the most frequent communication was the downward communication. 2. In terms of the job satisfaction, there was significant difference according to the length of the period working for one ward (F=5.95, p=0.003), 3. The performance of nursing was significantly different according to the age (F=23.52, p=0.000), the working duration as a nurses (F=21.9, p=0.000), the types of nursing unit (F=5.33, p=0.002), and the working duration in present nursing unit (F=15.87, p=0.000). 4. In terms of communication type, the job satisfaction was associated with quality of the upward communication (F=6.23, p=0.003), the downward communication (F=5.78, p=0.004), and the horizontal communication (F=11.73, p=0.000) There were no association between the types of communication and the performance of nursing. 5. There was a positive correlation between the communication and the job satisfaction. And the downward communication (r=0.398) showed the greatest correlation with the job satisfaction. There was no statistically significant correlation between the communication and the performance of nursing. And the upward communication (r=-0.058) showed a negative, though not significant correlation with performance of nursing. 5. 병원 간호사의 의사소통 능력, 의사소통 유형, 조직몰입간의 관계 (Relationship among Communication Competence, Communication Types, and Organizational Commitment in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to explore the relationship in hospital nurses' of communication competence, communication types, and organizational commitment and to provide basic data for developing programs to improve internal communication and to promote nurses' commitment to their organizations. Methods: The participants included 316 nurses who worked in two general hospitals. The tools used for this study were the Global Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale (GICC) and Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire by Downs & Hazen (1981), revised by Seo (2002) and Mowday's tool (1979) for organizational commitment. Data were analyzed using SPSS/PC+12.0. Results: The mean score for communication competence was 3.46, and for organizational commitment, 3.19. For communication types, the mean score for formal communication was 3.18 and informal communication, 2.59. Communication competence had a positive relationship with formal communication (r=.32) and with informal communication (r=.16). Organizational commitment had a positive relationship with formal communication (r=.53), communication competence (r=.30), and informal communication (r=.27). Conclusion: The results indicate the necessity of developing programs to promote nurses' communication competence and also developing a system that will enrich active communication. Systematic and continuous training in communication is also highly recommended.

정보통신이 의사결정에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Decision Making by Data Communication)

  • 1. Introduction The new computing era started with the various computer technologies and services having been used in communication and automation area since 1980's. We call that era information technology(IT) era. In such era, especially communication plays very important roles in every aspect. So Schoderbek named that era the ege of c2. Therefore, communition became widely used in organizations. Now the majority of organizations have computer-aided communication capabilities that facilitate access to people and information, both within and outside organization. So one objective of this study is to assess the effects of these changes in data communication on decision making. Decision making is the essence of management and is too important to organizational success. This dissertation has three basic objectives: 1)to clarify the concept of data communication, who influences on decision making, and the concept of decision types, managerial and operational, may be affected differently by data communication 2)to investigate whether the effects of data communication upon decision making may be organizational variables. 3)to verify that business and decision types may affect different impact on decision making.2. Hypotheses Four attributes are selected to make hypotheses from the information attributes presented by famous scholars. They are as follows. ①effectiveness ②routinization ③communication easiness ④timeliness Hypotheses are developed according to these attributes, which are chosen from the literature study and theory H1 : Data communication is positively related to the effectiveness of DM H2 : Data communication is positively related to the routinization of DM H3 : Data communication is positively related to the communication easiness of DM H4 : Data communication is positively related to the timeliness of information for DM3. Methodology After pilot study, data are collected from the decision makers in 200 companies located at Seoul and the metropolitan area. A random sample of 174 employees sent back their questionnaires(response rate of 87%). Among them, 151 questionnaires was useful to the analysis of this study(useful rate of 75.5%).4. Conclusion and Discussion Among four proposed hypotheses, all hypotheses are fully supported. They are as follows. 1)effectiveness 2)routinization 3)communication easiness 4)timeliness. So, first objective of this study is proved. Namely, to clarify that the effects of data communication upon DM is fully supported. But they are different from the decision types. Second one is not apparently verfied. i.e. the effect of data communication on the decision variables is not moderated by organizational variables. Third is inspected. The effects of data communication differs from the industry and decision types evidently. This study has many limitations to generalize the statistical results. Since the definition of data communication has broad meanings in reality. So allare not contained in this research. Another restrict in this study is like this. Decision types are usually divided into three types-operational, managerial, strategic DM. But in this study, strategic DM is left out.

효과적 가정관리 조건, 자원유용성 및 의사소통에 따른 가정관리자 유형 연구 (A Study on Types of Home Managers Based on the Conditions for Effective Home Management, Resourcefulness and Communication)

  • The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the types of home managers in association with effects of resourcefulness, communication and the conditions for effective home management' proposed by Shape and Winter(1991). A survey was conducted by subjects of 300 wives in Kwangju city. The statistical data were obtained by cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's test and chi-square test. Manager types based on the four conditions, resourcefulness and communication were classified into four clusters. Educational background, job status, family types, family life cycle and age difference between the oldest and the youngest child of the subjects were different from manager types. In conclusion, this study identified the four conditions of performance-condition dichotomy, timing, high level and middle range, resourcefulness, and communications in order to develop managerial capability. 정보처리 양식에 따른 수학적 의사소통 능력과 문장제 해결능력과의 관계 (The Correlation between information Processing type and mathematical communication abilities / word Problem solving abilities)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the The correlation between information processing types and mathematical communication abilities / word problem solving abilities. The results obtained are as follows: 1 Simultaneous/continuous information process types showed statistically high correlation with mathematical communication abilities. However, the correlation between simultaneous information process and mathematical communication abilities is a little higher than the correlation between continuous information process and mathematical communication abilities. 2. There is a high correlation between mathematical communication abilities and word problem solving abilities. Especially, speaking ability is much more correlated with four factors of word problem solving than reading, writing and listening, Through this study, we can conclude that information process types should be consider ed in order to improve mathematical communication abilities and mathematical communication abilities is essential in word problem solving.

의료기관 근로자의 성격유형별 직무만족 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of the Job Satisfaction by Personality Types of General Hospital Workers)

  • Purposes: This study is comparative analysis of the job satisfaction by enneagram personality types of general hospital workers. Methodology: The data were collected from 312 workers of 3 general hospitals using standardized questionnaires. Personality types were examined using the enneagram, and job satisfaction was analyzed according to personality 9 types. Findings: In all personality types, it was found that communication had the most important influence on job satisfaction. In 1 type, reward system, working environment·welfare, and communication had a significant positive(+) effect on job satisfaction. In 7, 9 types, empowerment and communication had a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Practical Implications: According to the personality type of the hospital workers, job satisfaction factors were found to be different. These results are expected to be important reference materials for human resources management in hospitals.

의복 구매 유형에 관련된 상황 변수 연구 -계획구매, 비계획구매, 충동구매를 중심으로- (Effects of Situational Variables on Clothing Purchase Types -Planning Purchase, Unplanning Purchase, and Impulse Purchase-)

  • The puprpose of this study were to investigate the conceptual framework of situational variables on clothing types, to find out the relationship between situational variables and personality characteristics, and to determine the effects of situational variables on clothing purchase types. A Questionnaire was developed based on the previous studies. Data was collected from 530 women living Pusan and analyzed by the factor analysis, person correlation, and discriminant analysis. The results of this study were as following; Communication situations and purchasing situations were found out to be different on clothing purchase types. In planning purchase, consumers were affected by printed and tele-communication information search and were affected by interpersonal information search in unplanning purchase. In impulseing purchase, consumers were affected by store information search. It was found out that consumers with high rational clothing involvements were affected by only the purchasing situations when they would buy clothing, but consumers with high emotional clothing involvements were affected by the communication situations as well as the purchase situations. Consumers with high self monitoring traits were not affected by the communication situations and mostly the purchasing situations. Results showed that the purchasing situation was the most significant variables in clothing purchase behavior, communication situating or purchasing situations were differently influenced on clothing purchase types.
